Description

Waterproof wound-protecting liquid dressing and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof wound-protecting liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof. In particular to a waterproof wound-protecting liquid dressing which is convenient to be smeared on a wound, enables the wound to be quickly isolated from the outside and has the bacterium-resisting effect and a preparation method thereof. Belongs to the technical field of wound nursing medical instruments.
Background
For small wounds such as scratches and abrasions in daily life, people usually adopt the band-aid for treatment. The traditional non-woven fabric band-aid has obvious use defects, not only influences the free movement of a wound part, but also easily whitens the skin of the part where the adhesive tape is stuck, and even causes adverse reactions of skin allergy to some people. In recent years, liquid dressing begins to enter daily life as a novel band-aid, is smeared on a wound, is not limited by a joint, can form a film quickly, is not required to be fixed by an adhesive tape, and is low in cost. According to the invention, the film-forming agents polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral are modified, phenolic resin and polyacrylic resin materials are used as tackifiers, plasticizers and bacteriostats are added, and the liquid dressing is modified, so that the film-forming agent has excellent ductility and flexibility, good waterproof and breathable effects, and can fall off naturally after two days.
The phenolic resin and polyacrylic resin auxiliary materials have good performances of strong adhesive force, no toxicity, aging resistance, heat resistance and the like. As an environment-friendly material and a drug auxiliary material, the liquid dressing can increase the ductility and the flexibility of the product, can improve the film forming effect of the liquid dressing and increase the comfort of film forming in the process of acting with film forming agents such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral, and has practical significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waterproof and wound-protecting liquid dressing and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the waterproof wound protecting liquid dressing consists of filming agent 6-16 wt%, tackifier 0.5-3 wt%, plasticizer 3-12 wt%, bacteriostat 0.5-2 wt% and solvent 67-90 wt%.
The film-forming agent is the mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral, and the mixing ratio is 0.5-1.0;
the tackifier is one of phenolic resin and polyacrylic resin;
the plasticizer is a mixture of two or more than three of diethyl/butyl phthalate, ethyl acetate, glycerol, rosin, propylene glycol and castor oil;
the bacteriostatic agent is one or more of ethylparaben, phenoxyethanol and chlorphenesin.
The solvent is one or two of isopropanol and absolute ethyl alcohol, wherein the mixing ratio of the isopropanol to the absolute ethyl alcohol is 0.5-1.0.
A preparation method of a waterproof and wound-protecting liquid dressing comprises the following steps:
1) adding a solvent, a plasticizer, a film forming agent, a tackifier and a bacteriostatic agent into a reaction container in sequence, and stirring at a low speed of 50-100rpm for 2-5 hours at a temperature of 50-70 ℃ to form uniform gel;
2) standing or vacuumizing for a short time to remove bubbles, and filling to obtain the liquid dressing product.
The packaging of the waterproof wound-protecting liquid dressing selects a packaging tube or a bottle with strong sealing performance, preferably a section-smearing type packaging tube, a bottle with a brush or a sheet, a vacuum bottle and the like.
The film-forming agent, the plasticizer, the bacteriostatic agent and the solvent can be prepared into liquid convenient to apply, so that the liquid can be quickly formed into a film, the wound is quickly isolated from the outside, the normal movement of the applied part is not influenced, and the cost is low.

Examples of the experiments
Experimental example 1 measurement of film Forming time
The film forming time after the dressing is coated is not more than 3 min. Taking a certain amount of liquid dressing, coating the liquid dressing on a flat plate, starting timing, wherein the coating thickness is 0.5mm, the coating area is about 2cm multiplied by 3cm =6cm2, timing is finished after the liquid dressing is volatilized to form a film, and the film forming time is calculated.
The test samples were the liquid dressing samples 1, 2, 3 and 4 prepared according to examples 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively. And commercially available forest, New Skin, and one-time smear film formation times were measured, three times for each sample. The result shows that the film forming time of the samples 1-4 is shorter than that of other liquid band-aids sold in the market.
