Abstract
本发明涉及鱼类饲料技术领域,尤其是一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料及其制备方法和应用,其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将鱼粉35~40%、豆粕25~35%、麸皮10~20%、玉米5~15%、复合维生素0.1~0.3%、矿物添加剂1.5~2%、粘合剂1.5~2.0%,混合均匀后制粒;2)制备活化菌液;3)取活化菌液制成混合菌液;4)将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按比例混合,搅拌,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成,平铺、晾晒;5)发酵。本发明制备的发酵软颗粒饲料在黄颡鱼养殖过程中可以降低饲料使用量,增加个体体重,减少病害发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鱼类饲料技术领域,具体领域为一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄颡鱼,鲇形目,鲿科,黄颡鱼属。又名黄公灵、黄牯头、湖北利川区域叫黄角丁、黄辣丁、黄腊丁、黄骨聪、昂公鱼、葛格燕、黄骨鱼、黄丫头、黄鸭叫等。
黄颡鱼具有多种食疗功效,包括养胃、利尿消肿、通乳生乳、清热除火、化痰止咳。同时,黄颡鱼鱼肉含有叶酸、维生素B2、维生素B12等维生素。
黄颡鱼在消费者群体中具有较高的认可度,国内市场需求量逐步增加,很多渔民开始加入黄颡鱼的养殖队伍中,2003-2018年养殖产量的年均增长率达16.38%。目前国内黄颡年产量约50万吨。
黄颡鱼是无鳞鱼,对环境要求严格,对许多药物敏感,必须保持养殖环境优良,水质良好,减少病害。在黄颡鱼的养殖过程中,调节水质,保持优质的水环境是非常重要的。养殖池塘中,主要影响池塘水质的因素为残饵和养殖品种排泄物。
因此,如何减少残留饵料、提高黄颡鱼对饲料的吸收利用、改善水体水质成为了本领域亟需解决的问题之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料及其制备方法和应用。本发明制备的软颗粒饲料能够减少残留饵料的产生,增加池塘中有益菌的数量,调节水体水质,提高黄颡鱼对饲料的吸收利用,减少排泄物中营养成分。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备黄颡鱼配合饲料
将鱼粉35~40%、豆粕25~35%、麸皮10~20%、玉米5~15%、复合维生素0.1~0.3%、矿物添加剂1.5~2%、粘合剂1.5~2.0%,混合均匀后制粒;
(2)制备活化菌液
活化菌液A:将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:水=1:1:10:88比例混合,厌氧活化2~4小时备用;
活化菌液B:将酿酒酵母:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
活化菌液C:将枯草芽孢杆菌:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
(3)制备混合菌液
取活化菌液A、活化菌液B和活化菌液C中的至少一种,制成混合菌液;混合菌液与水按照1:100比例稀释后备用;
(4)接种
将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按比例混合,搅拌,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成,平铺、晾晒;
(5)发酵
将已晾好的半成品黄颡鱼饲料装入塑料袋中,封口保装;将包装好的饲料在25℃的温室中进行堆层发酵,静置堆放发酵7~15天后,即得成品黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料。
其中,所述步骤(1)中,制粒后的黄颡鱼配合饲料的水分含量为10~12%,粒径为2.0mm-3.0mm。
其中,所述步骤(3)中,直接将活化菌液A作为混合菌液;
或者,将活化菌液A和活化菌液C混合制得混合菌液,使得植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌的比例为1:1:x,其中x为1.5~2.5;
或者,将活化菌液A和活化菌液B混合制得混合菌液,使得植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:酿酒酵母的比例为1:1:x,其中x为1.5~2.5;
或者,将活化菌液A、活化菌液B和活化菌液C混合制得混合菌液,使得植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母的比例为1:1:x:x,其中x为1.5~2.5。
其中,所述步骤(4)中,将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按照1:0.41~0.45的比例混合,每2分钟搅拌一次,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成。所述步骤(4)中,在干净的薄膜上平铺,厚度为3~5厘米,晾晒5~8h。
其中,所述步骤(5)中,所述塑料袋带有单向透气阀,每袋装10kg半成品黄颡鱼饲料。
其中,所述步骤(5)中,堆层发酵时堆放层数为3~6层。静置堆放时,插入温度计,每4h记录一次,温度到达45-47℃时,进行翻堆降温,降温后再次堆层,如此持续进行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的黄颡鱼发酵软颗粒饲料具有养殖过程中降低饲料使用量,增加个体体重、减少病害发生的效果。
本发明的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料经过微生物发酵作用后,一些大分子蛋白物质以及难以消化的纤维类物质含量大大减少,饲料利用率明显提高。同时,饲料中的一些抗原物质被微生物分解利用,减轻了对动物肠道尤其是幼龄动物肠道的抗原刺激。微生物发酵饲料因为其极高的消化利用率,显著减少了动物粪便中氨氮物质的含量。发酵软颗粒中的益生菌会产生一些菌体蛋白和利于黄颡鱼生长的代谢产物,提高黄颡鱼的免疫力。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备黄颡鱼配合饲料
将鱼粉38%、豆粕32.8%、麸皮15%,玉米10%,复合维生素0.2%、矿物添加剂2%。粘合剂2.0%,混合均匀后制粒。颗粒的水分含量为10~12%,粒径为2.0mm-3.0mm。
需要注意的是,在其他的变形实施例中,黄颡鱼配合饲料的组分比例可在“鱼粉35~40%、豆粕25~35%、麸皮10~20%、玉米5~15%、复合维生素0.1~0.3%、矿物添加剂1.5~2%、粘合剂1.5~2.0%”的范围中调整。根据实验证实,在此比例范围内进行组分加量调整对本发明效果并无负面影响,因此不再一一赘述各种配比下的实验。
(2)制备活化菌液
活化菌液A:将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:水=1:1:10:88比例混合,厌氧活化2~4小时备用;
活化菌液B:将酿酒酵母:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
活化菌液C:将枯草芽孢杆菌:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
(3)制备混合菌液
按照以下处理方式制备混合菌液:
处理方式a:直接使用活化菌液A;即,植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌=1:1;
处理方式b:使用5份活化菌液A和1份活化菌液C混合;即,植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌=1:1:2;
处理方式c:使用5份活化菌液A和1份活化菌液B混合;即,植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:酿酒酵母=1:1:2;
处理方式d:使用5份活化菌液A、1份活化菌液B及1份活化菌液C混合;即,植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母=1:1:2:2。
以上混合菌液与水按照1:100比例稀释后备用;
(4)接种
将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按照1:0.42的比例混合,每2分钟搅拌一次,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成。在干净的薄膜上平铺,厚度为3~5厘米,晾晒5~8h,得到半成品黄颡鱼饲料。
其中,根据实际生产需要,将黄颡鱼配合饲料与混合菌液按照1:0.41~0.45的比例混合均可满足要求。
(5)发酵
将已晾好的半成品黄颡鱼饲料称量装入带有单向透气阀的塑料袋中,每袋10kg,封口包装。将包装好的饲料在25℃的温室中进行堆层发酵,堆放层数为3~6层,静置堆放,插入温度计,温度到达45-47℃时,进行翻堆降温,降温后再次堆层,发酵7~15天后,经化验室检测合格即为成品发酵软颗粒饲料。
实施例2
取发酵30d的实施例1制得的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料,检测软颗粒微生物菌群、pH值及酸溶蛋白含量。
微生物菌群数数检测方法:发酵过程中采用稀释涂布平板的方法检测30d后,发酵料中微生物的数量。
其中,乳酸菌(包括植物乳杆菌和屎肠球菌)检测使用MRS培养基平板,培养基组成为(1L):蛋白胨10.0g,牛肉粉5.0g,葡萄糖20.0g,酵母粉4.0g,乙酸钠5.0g,磷酸氢二钾2.0g,硫酸镁0.2g,柠檬酸三铵2.0g,硫酸锰0.05g,吐温80 1ml,琼脂粉15.0g。灭菌条件,121℃15min。
芽孢杆菌(即枯草芽孢杆菌)使用营养琼脂培养基,培养基组成为(1L):蛋白胨10.0g,牛肉膏3.0g,氯化钠5.0g,琼脂粉15.0g。121℃20min。
酵母菌(即酿酒酵母)使用虎红培养基:培养基成分为(1L):蛋白胨5.0g,磷酸二氢钾1.0g,葡萄糖10.0g,孟加拉红(虎红)0.033g,硫酸镁0.5g,琼脂18.5g,氯霉素0.1g。
发酵饲料pH值检测方法:10g黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料,粉碎后加入40ml蒸馏水,静止30min,检测。

实施例3
将实施例1中的产品进行养殖试验,评价应用效果,选择体质健康、大小基本一致的黄颡鱼幼鱼,在养殖池塘中进行实验,共4个池塘,每个池塘10亩,随机分为2组,每组2个重复,对照组饲喂黄颡鱼配合饲料,实验组在黄颡鱼配合饲料基础上添加20%实施例1中不同处理方式下制备的产品,两组实验条件均一致、养殖周期10周,试结束时每组测算平均数来分析实验效果,结果统计如下:

另外,经过大量实验发现,在制备混合菌液时,可以将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌的比例控制在1:1:x,其中x为1.5~2.5;或者,将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:酿酒酵母的比例控制在1:1:x,其中x为1.5~2.5;或者,将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:枯草芽孢杆菌:酿酒酵母的比例控制在1:1:x:x,其中x为1.5~2.5。在以上比例范围内,均可以取得较好的饲喂效果,因实验过程与实施例1-3类似,在此不重复赘述。
综上,通过上述实验结果可以看出:
(1)应用本发明产品黄颡鱼增重率提高21%,饵料系数降低9%,成活率提高8%,能显著提高黄颡鱼成活率,降低死亡数量,提高鲈鱼养殖效益;
(2)肠道绒毛的高度和密度是维护肠道健康的重要屏障,也营养物质吸收的重要部位,实验结果显示,肠道绒毛高度提高21%,绒毛密度提高38%,表明显著增加了营养物质的吸收面积,提高饲料利用率,同时也能保护肠道健康,溶菌酶不仅具有杀菌作用还具有促进机体吞噬细胞吞噬活性的作用;
(3)过氧化氢酶能催化过氧化氢分解,减轻机体的过氧化损伤,是评价机体非特异性免疫力的重要指标,应用本案例产品,黄颡鱼血清中溶菌酶和过氧化氢酶含量均提高20%以上,表明能增强机体的免疫性能,降低机体感染病菌的机率,提高成活率,增加养殖成功率。
(4)水体中理化指标的变化会直接影响水体环境和动物的生长,黄颡鱼生长最适水质指标pH在7.6-8.7之间,氨氮小于0.3mg/L,亚硝酸盐小于0.02mg/L,溶解氧大于5mg/L,水体以浮游植物以绿藻为主,如果水体中pH、氨氮和亚硝酸盐超标,溶解氧含量下降,易引起水体富营养化,蓝藻等有害藻类易爆发,造成水体溶解氧含量下降,死亡后产生藻毒素,造成黄颡鱼中毒缺氧,采食下降,水体病菌滋生,发生疾病和死亡,实验组水体指标都在黄颡鱼最适范围内,生存环境良好,节能减排,利于保护水体生态环境,有效提高生产性能,符合当前绿色健康养殖的发展方向。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备黄颡鱼配合饲料
将鱼粉35~40%、豆粕25~35%、麸皮10~20%、玉米5~15%、复合维生素0.1~0.3%、矿物添加剂1.5~2%、粘合剂1.5~2.0%,混合均匀后制粒;
(2)制备活化菌液
活化菌液A:将植物乳杆菌:屎肠球菌:水=1:1:10:88比例混合,厌氧活化2~4小时备用;
活化菌液B:将酿酒酵母:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
活化菌液C:将枯草芽孢杆菌:红糖:水=5:3:42充氧活化2-3小时备用;
(3)制备混合菌液
取活化菌液A、活化菌液B和活化菌液C中的至少一种,制成混合菌液;混合菌液与水按照1:100比例稀释后备用;
(4)接种
将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按比例混合,搅拌,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成,平铺、晾晒;
(5)发酵

4.根据权利要求1所述的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,将黄颡鱼配合饲料与稀释后的混合菌液按照1:0.41~0.45的比例混合,每2分钟搅拌一次,待所有菌液被颗粒饲料完全吸收后,接种完成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,在干净的薄膜上平铺,厚度为3~5厘米,晾晒5~8h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,所述塑料袋带有单向透气阀,每袋装10kg半成品黄颡鱼饲料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,堆层发酵时堆放层数为3~6层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中,静置堆放时,插入温度计,每4h记录一次,温度到达45-47℃时,进行翻堆降温,降温后再次堆层,如此持续进行。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述制备方法制得的黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料。
10.权利要求9所述黄颡鱼用发酵软颗粒饲料在黄颡鱼养殖中的应用。
