Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to shower gel containing a paris polyphylla extract, and more particularly to traditional Chinese medicine shower gel containing a paris polyphylla root extract, a paris polyphylla stem and leaf extract and prinsepia utilis royle oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shower gel, also called bath agent and shower cream, is a liquid washing and protecting product for cleaning the whole body skin when people take a bath, and is a common cleaning product for modern people. Chemical essence and chemical raw materials are mainly added into shower gel on the market, and to a certain extent, although the shower gel has a good cleaning function and a certain disinfection and antibiosis effect, most of the shower gel has certain toxic and side effects, can cause great damage to skin after long-time use, and chemical substances are not thoroughly cleaned in the use process, enter the deep layer of the skin or are introduced into the mouth through hands, and cause deep injury to the human body. However, with the development of economic society, some traditional Chinese medicine shower gels with health care function have been developed and applied in China, but the health care effect is not ideal. Paris polyphylla and prinsepia utilis royle are used as mountain plants produced in Yunnan Lijiang in folk life for health preserving and health care, and have a long history of thousands of years. According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia (2020 edition), the Paris polyphylla is dried rhizome of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis (Franch.) hand. -mazz. or Paris polyphylla Smith var.chinensis (Franch.) Hara of Liliaceae, and the content of Paris polyphylla saponin I (C) is limited to be calculated according to the dried rhizome44H70O16) Rhizoma paridis Saponin II (C)51H82O20) And rhizoma paridis saponin VII (C)51H82O21) The total amount of (A) should not be less than 0.60%. The paris polyphylla serving as a folk prescription has the effects of sterilization and disinfection in folk use, and the material basis is mainlySaponins compound [ reference 1: the medicinal value and chemical substance basis of the plants of Paris genus, Chinese traditional medicine journal 2015,40(5),833 + 839; reference 2: chinese herbal medicine 2016,47(18), 3301-one 3323; reference 3: tuxin, Liheoshi, Piaozheng, Wangyou, Wanyingying, Vanming, Wanshuang, Zhang Haizhu, Xiayinglonggong, research progress of pharmacological action and predictive analysis of quality markers Chinese herbal medicine, 2019,50(19), 4838-plus 4852.]. The bacteriostatic activity of prinsepia utilis royle oil is also widely used in folk [ reference 4: economic value and cultivation technique of wild Prinsepia utilis Royle of Dali, forestry survey planning, 2004,29(S1):287-289.]Experimental studies show that prinsepia utilis royle oil has a certain bacteriostatic function [ reference 5: comparison research of antibacterial effects of the giarine, Shiyundong, Lixiang, Zhouyanqing, Luolan, Prinsepia utilis Royle oil and Pu' er tea water, grain and oil food technology 2010,18(5) 31-33; reference 6: zhangrongxi, revenge, Zhaojia, Yangxiang, grand group, the bacteriostatic effect of the water extract of different parts of the Prinsepia utilis Ino agricultural science 2007,35(2), 408-doped wine 411.]。
Chinese patent CN112618463A discloses "a bacteriostatic skin-care bath foam containing traditional Chinese medicine extract", which contains traditional Chinese medicine extract, and contains 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines: the camphor leaves, the cotton rose leaves, the paris polyphylla, the black nightshade, the lightyellow sophora root, the dahurian angelica root and the baical skullcap root are prepared according to the proportion of 2:2:1:1:2:1:2, and the extraction is carried out according to the step one in the claim 6, but only the liquid medicine is concentrated and filtered in the step one, so that the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is obtained. However, the concentrated solution is not limited in the end, and the amount of ethanol contained in the extract solution is not clearly described. Therefore, although the amount of the Chinese medicinal extract added is limited in the end of this patent, the degree of concentration is not limited, and the amount of the Chinese medicinal extract added is not determined. Although paris polyphylla is added in the patent, paris polyphylla is only one of 7 traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and the mass ratio is 1/11. Finally, paris plants, which are perennial herbaceous plants belonging to the family trillioniaceae, have 26 and 14 varieties [ reference 1], and different varieties of steroid saponin compounds contained in paris plants [ reference 7: wei JC, Gao WY, Yan XD, Wang Y, lacing SS, Xiao PG, chemical Constitutes of Plants from the Genus Paris, chem, Biodiversity,2014,11(9), 1277-. The 7 Chinese medicines used in the patent contain the paris polyphylla, but the specific variety is not limited, and the content of saponin is not limited.
Chinese patent CN108309883A discloses an antibacterial health-care shower gel containing Yuzhou radix Rhapontici and a preparation method thereof, wherein the shower gel comprises 5 traditional Chinese medicine extracts, one of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts is a water extract of rhizoma paridis, and the rhizoma paridis is limited to dried rhizome of Yunnan rhizoma paridis or paris polyphylla. Different extraction solvents can lead to inconsistency of extracted compounds, according to the regulations of Chinese pharmacopoeia (2020 edition), the extraction of saponin is mainly concentrated in an ethanol extraction part, and an aqueous extraction part is mainly some water-soluble compounds and mainly contains polysaccharide. Secondly, although the patent contains the extract of the paris polyphylla, the paris polyphylla is not the main traditional Chinese medicine extract and is only one of 5 traditional Chinese medicine extracts. Therefore, the rhizoma paridis aqueous extract used in the patent has low saponin content and is only one of 5 traditional Chinese medicines.
