Description

Production process of stasis-removing phlegm-reducing decoction pieces based on calcined concha arcae
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and particularly relates to a production process of stasis-removing phlegm-reducing decoction pieces based on calcined concha arcae.
Background
The Concha arcae is shell of Arca subcrenata, arca granosa or Arca inflata Reeve of Arca. The other names of the clam shells, the clams, the ridges and the like have the efficacies of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, softening hardness and dissipating stagnation, and making acid and relieving pain. Unprocessed, calcined or quenched in powder clinically.
In the aspect of removing blood stasis and reducing phlegm, patients generally need to grind calcined concha arcae into fine powder and mix with other medicines for decoction, and the decoction is taken, so that the medicine is inconvenient to take, the throat is difficult to swallow, and the medicine effect is not like western medicines. Therefore, the calcined concha arcae decoction pieces which enhance the drug effect and are convenient to take are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a production process of a decoction piece for removing blood stasis and reducing phlegm based on calcined concha arcae, and aims to solve the problems in the background art.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a production process of stasis-removing phlegm-reducing decoction pieces based on calcined concha arcae comprises the following steps:

Step four: preparing 8kg of thick paste, stirring and mixing 1.5g of dry powder and 2kg of honey-refined medicinal powder to obtain mixed medicinal powder, laying a layer of mixed medicinal powder with the thickness of 3mm on a conveyor belt, then laying a layer of thick paste with the thickness of 5mm, stacking the thick pastes in sequence, transferring the laid and stacked mixed medicinal powder and the thick paste into a mixer through the conveyor belt, stirring and mixing until the thick paste and the mixed medicinal powder cannot be observed and the mixture does not adhere to the inner wall of the mixer, and pressing the mixture into tablets by using a tablet press to obtain the stasis-removing and phlegm-reducing decoction pieces based on the calcined concha arcae.
Examples 7-9 were tested as follows:
selecting 60 rats with similar growth conditions and same health conditions, and randomly dividing the rats into 4 groups: the normal group, the model group, the drink group and the western medicine group are four groups, and each group is not less than 10.
Except the normal group, the other three groups are sensitized by injecting the mixture of OVA (ovalbumin) and aluminum hydroxide into the abdominal cavity and are subjected to atomization excitation to replicate the asthma model. 1mL of 100mgOVA +100mg aluminum hydroxide mixed solution is given on the 1 st and 8 th days of feeding to sensitize rats; starting on day 15, ova nebulization was initiated at 1% for 30min each, 1 time every other day, for a total of 7 times. In the molding process, the rat has the symptoms of scratching facial fur, restlessness, intermittent cough, nasal discharge, purple dark lips, rapid respiration, wheezing and the like, and the molding is successful.
Starting grouping treatment on 7 days after the model building, and continuing for 2 weeks; now, the stasis-removing and phlegm-reducing decoction pieces based on calcined concha arcae in the embodiment 8 are dissolved by water with the mass 30 times that of the decoction pieces, rats in a tablet group are subjected to intragastric administration according to the amount of 3mL decoction piece solution per day twice a day, a western medicine group is subjected to intragastric administration and 0.01% budesonide atomization inhalation for 20min, and a normal group and a model group are subjected to 3mL of normal saline for 2 times a day.
After the treatment, the left lung of the rat is cut off, the size of the lower margin tissue of the left lung is 0.5cm multiplied by 0.5cm after rinsing with a phosphate-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, and the left lung is fixed in a 4% paraformaldehyde solution for slicing and HE staining. The infiltration of inflammatory cells and the secretion of bronchial mucus in the bronchi and around the alveoli of each group of rats were observed under a 200-fold optical microscope. The results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003396736350000091
Figure BDA0003396736350000101
As can be seen from table 1, under the same feeding condition, with different treatment means, the decoction piece group adopts the stasis removing and phlegm eliminating decoction pieces based on the calcined concha arcae obtained in example 8 for treatment, the treatment effect is similar to that of the western medicine group, and the stasis removing and phlegm eliminating decoction pieces based on the calcined concha arcae in example 8 has a good phlegm eliminating effect by comparing with the healthy rats in the normal group and the sick rats in the model group.
