Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine food therapy, in particular to motherwort herb paste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
It is known that irregular menstruation is a common gynecological disease, manifested by abnormal menstrual cycle or bleeding amount, or abdominal pain and general symptoms before and during menstruation, and the cause of the abnormal menstruation may be organic lesion or dysfunction. The disease has high incidence rate, great harm to human body, prolonged duration, repeated attack, and terrible circulation, and causes acute disease. The method for treating irregular menstruation in clinic in western medicine mainly adopts hormone medicines to improve endocrine, but has the disadvantages of unobvious effect, large toxic and side effects, easy occurrence of abdominal pain, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, somnolence, lumbago and leukorrhagia, severe cases of patients with the irregular menstruation can cause infertility, and easy occurrence of breast cancer, hysteromyoma, ovarian tumor and other systemic tumors. The treatment of irregular menstruation by western medicine is not a good method. The curative effects of hot compress, physical therapy and Chinese patent medicine on irregular menstruation are not ideal.
Diet therapy is also called food therapy, namely a method for affecting various functions of the organism by food to make the organism healthy or disease-cured and disease-prevented. Generally, food is considered to be an edible substance that provides various nutrients necessary for growth and development and healthy survival of the human body. Diet therapy and medication vary greatly. One of the most obvious characteristics of food treatment is 'treatment with diseases, no disease and body building', and no toxic or side effect is basically caused to human bodies. That is, the food (the grain fruit vegetable) can be used for the treatment or the auxiliary treatment of certain diseases in a targeted way by utilizing the partial characteristics of the nature and the taste of the food (the grain fruit vegetable), so that the yin and the yang are adjusted to be balanced, and the food is beneficial to the treatment of diseases and the physical and psychological rehabilitation. However, food is food which contains various nutrient substances necessary for human body and mainly aims to make up for the continuous consumption of yin, yang, qi and blood. Therefore, even if the syndrome differentiation is not accurate, food does not bring great harm to human bodies. Just as famous doctors Zhang Xi are said to be taken by dietotherapy patients in the records of Yi Xue Zhong xi Lu, not only can treat diseases and allay hunger, but also can be appetizing, and the diseases can be cured by themselves, namely, the diseases are not symptomatic and have no other diseases. Therefore, the range of dietary therapy is wide, mainly aiming at sub-health people and secondly patients, and the dietary therapy is naturally accepted along with daily diet as an auxiliary means of medicines or other therapeutic measures.
The medical therapy mainly uses medicines, the nature of the medicines is strong, and the medicines are called toxic medicines from old times and are mainly used for treating diseases, so the application range of the medical therapy is limited, and the medicine is mainly aimed at patients and is an important means for treating and preventing diseases. If the herbs are applied randomly, the deficiency syndrome is treated with purgative herbs, the excess syndrome is treated with tonics, or the heat syndrome is treated with warm herbs, and the cold syndrome is treated with cold and cool herbs, which can not cure the disease, but aggravate or even worsen the original disease condition, so the administration of herbs must be done with great care.
The food therapy treats food through lively actions, not only can achieve the purposes of health care, body building and disease prevention and treatment, but also can bring sensory and mental enjoyment to people, so that people can unconsciously achieve the purposes of disease prevention and treatment while enjoying food delicacy. The natural therapy is quite different from the medicine taking bitter mouth, is not easy to be taken by people and difficult to insist like the medicine, is easy to be accepted by people, can be used for a long time, and is particularly suitable for the conditioning treatment of chronic diseases.
In addition, the food therapy product has no strict regulation on dosage form and dosage as the medicine, can not be replaced randomly, can be cooked and processed differently according to the taste habits of patients, has beautiful and bright taste, and treats the diseases in nutrition and deliciousness.
Motherwort herb is a plant of the genus motherwort of the family Labiatae, blooms in summer, has dry overground part of common traditional Chinese medicines, is unprocessed or decocted into paste, is pungent and bitter in taste and cool, activates blood circulation, removes blood stasis, regulates menstruation, eliminates water retention, treats irregular menstruation, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, retained afterbirth, postpartum anejaculation, blood stasis and abdominal pain, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, hematuria and hematuria, has the functions of inducing diuresis to reduce edema and contracting uterus, and is a key medicine for physicians of all generations to treat gynecological diseases. The existing motherwort is eaten in a raw mode or decocted into paste, but the motherwort cannot be accepted by most people due to poor taste.
