一种显示面板及其制作方法、显示装置。所述显示面板包括：基底，以及设置于基底上的多个显示单元；显示单元包括显示区域(30)和透明区域(31)，显示区域(30)包括沿第一方向依次排列的多个像素驱动电路设置区(300)，每个像素驱动电路设置区(300)均沿第二方向延伸，第二方向与第一方向相交；显示单元包括与像素驱动电路设置区(300)一一对应的多个子像素，每个子像素均包括相耦接的子像素驱动电路和发光元件(41，42，43，44)，子像素驱动电路位于对应的像素驱动电路设置区(300)中，发光元件(41，42，43，44)位于子像素驱动电路背向基底的一侧，沿第一方向，发光元件(41，42，43，44)的宽度(L3)大于对应的像素驱动电路设置区(300)的宽度(L1)，沿第二方向，发光元件(41，42，43，44)的长度(L4)小于对应的像素驱动电路设置区(300)的长度(L2)。
