本发明所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,属于变速箱技术领域,包括依次设置的电动机和变速箱本体;所述电动机远离变速箱本体一端设有分离操纵机构;变速箱本体靠近电动机一端设有变速箱辅助制动器及垂直对称的C点悬置安装部,另一端设有垂直对称的D点悬置安装部。分离操纵机构设置于电动机的前端,形成分离系统前移,缩短整个传动系统长度;C点悬置安装部与D点悬置安装部相互配合安装在整车底盘,C点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体及电动机的重心对应位置,以提高总成刚度;D点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体尾部,辅助提升总成刚度;变速箱辅助制动器实现挡位切换时的平顺性;通过缩短跨度、找准重心及平顺换挡提升经济性及舒适性。

本发明属于变速箱技术领域,具体地说是一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱。
背景技术
商用车,是在设计和技术特征上是用于运送人员和货物的汽车。根据对其使用的用途不同划分,习惯把商用车划分为客车和货车两大类。
商用车的使用现状中普遍存在油耗消耗高,经济性差以及舒适性差的问题。
P2结构混合动力技术是将电动机置于变速箱与发动机之间。以达到降低对燃油消耗以及依赖的程度。但是这种结构仍然存在因跨度长、共振频率大造成经济性及舒适性差的问题。
发明内容
为解决商用车使用过程中经济性及舒适性的问题,本发明提供一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,包括依次连接设置的电动机和变速箱本体;
所述电动机远离所述变速箱本体的一端设有作用于该电动机的分离操纵机构;
所述变速箱本体靠近所述电动机的一端设有变速箱辅助制动器;所述变速箱本体靠近电动机的一端设有垂直对称的C点悬置安装部,远离电动机的一端设有垂直对称的D点悬置安装部。
通过分离操纵机构设置于电动机的前端,形成将分离系统前移,缩短整个传动系统长度并减轻重量;C点悬置安装部与D点悬置安装部相互配合安装在整车底盘,C点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体及电动机的重心对应位置,以提高总成刚度;D点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体尾部,形成对总成刚度的辅助提升;变速箱辅助制动器实现挡位切换时的平顺性;综合以上,通过缩短跨度、找准重心及平顺换挡提升使用的经济性及舒适性。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述变速箱的外侧设有控制所述变速箱辅助制动器的变速箱TCU。通过变速箱TCU实现对变速箱制动器在换挡过程中的精准控制,提升挡位切换时的平顺性。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述变速箱辅助制动器设置于所述变速箱本体的副轴上。可降低变速箱本体的传动轴在挡位切换时的转速,提高换挡操作的平顺性。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述变速箱本体靠近电动机的一端设有作用于所述变速箱辅助制动器的制动器油泵。通过制动器油泵对变速箱制动器提供润滑,保证变速箱制动器的正常使用。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述分离操纵机构包括分离气缸、分离叉轴及分离拨叉,所述分离气缸设置于所述电动机的外侧,所述分离叉轴延伸进所述电动机内并被该分离气缸驱动转动,所述分离拨叉设置于所述分离叉轴上并作用于该电动机内的离合器。分离气缸动作驱动分离叉轴转动,进而通过分离拨叉实现电动机内的离合器结合与分离。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述分离气缸的输出端设有驱动所述分离叉轴转动的连杆。通过连杆保证分离叉轴的旋转角度,确保电动机内的离合器分离彻底。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述电动机内设有支撑所述分离叉轴的固定轴承。固定轴承可对电动机内的分离叉轴的限位。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述分离气缸的输出轴与电动机的传动轴平行,所述电动机外侧设有与该电动机传动轴相垂直的支撑板,所述分离气缸设置输出轴的端面安装于所述支撑板上。支撑板为分离气缸提供安装面,保证力矩的传输效果。
本发明的进一步改进还有,上述变速箱本体为AMT变速箱。可实现自动选档换挡功能,上述结构有效提升AMT变速箱的舒适性效果。

为使得本发明的目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本具体实施例中的附图,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,下面所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而非全部的实施例。基于本专利中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本专利保护的范围。
如附图所示,一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,包括设置于发动机后方并依次连接设置的电动机1和变速箱本体2;所述变速箱本体2为八挡位的AMT变速箱。
所述电动机1远离所述变速箱本体2的一端设有作用于该电动机1的分离操纵机构3。通过分离操纵机构3实现对电动机1内的离合器的分离与结合。
所述分离操纵机构3包括分离气缸31、分离叉轴32及分离拨叉35,所述分离气缸31设置于所述电动机1的外侧,所述分离气缸31的输出端设有驱动所述分离叉轴32转动的连杆33。通过连杆33保证分离叉轴32的旋转角度,确保电动机1内的离合器分离彻底。所述分离叉轴32延伸进所述电动机1内并被该分离气缸31驱动转动,所述电动机1内设有支撑所述分离叉轴32的固定轴承34。固定轴承34可提高电动机1内的分离叉轴32的传动效率。所述分离拨叉35设置于所述分离叉轴32上并作用于该电动机1内的离合器。所述分离拨叉35安装于所述电动机1内离合器分离系统。通过拨叉有效保证作用于该电动机1内的离合器动作幅度。分离气缸31动作驱动分离叉轴32转动,进而通过分离拨叉35实现电动机1内的离合器结合与分离。
所述分离气缸31的输出轴与电动机1的传动轴平行,所述电动机1外侧设有与该电动机1传动轴相垂直的支撑板11,所述分离气缸31设置输出轴的端面安装于所述支撑板11上。支撑板11为分离气缸31提供安装面,保证力矩的传输效果。支撑板11于电机壳体为一体式结构。
所述变速箱本体2靠近所述电动机1的一端设有变速箱辅助制动器7。所述变速箱辅助制动器7设置于所述变速箱本体2的副轴上。可降低变速箱本体2的传动轴在挡位切换时的转速,提高换挡操作的平顺性。所述变速箱本体2靠近电动机1的一端设有作用于所述变速箱辅助制动器7的制动器油泵8。通过制动器油泵8对变速箱制动器提供润滑,保证变速箱制动器的正常使用。
所述变速箱的外侧设有控制所述变速箱辅助制动器7的变速箱TCU4。通过变速箱TCU4实现对变速箱制动器在换挡过程中的精准控制,提升挡位切换时的平顺性。
所述变速箱本体2靠近电动机1的一端设有垂直对称的C点悬置安装部5,远离电动机1的一端设有垂直对称的D点悬置安装部6。通过分离操纵机构3设置于电动机1的前端,形成将分离系统前移,缩短整个传动系统长度并减轻重量;C点悬置安装部5与D点悬置安装部6相互配合安装在整车底盘,C点悬置安装部5设置于变速箱本体2及电动机1的重心对应位置,以提高总成刚度;D点悬置安装部6设置于变速箱本体2尾部,形成对总成刚度的辅助提升;变速箱辅助制动器7实现挡位切换时的平顺性;综合以上,通过缩短跨度、找准重心及平顺换挡提升使用的经济性及舒适性。
当发动机单独驱动车辆行驶时,电动机1内转子空转不参与工作,动力传递路线为发动机→分离操纵机构3带动电动机1内离合器结合→电机转子→变速箱。
当发动机与电机一起驱动车辆行驶,电机介入工作,动力传递路线为两条,分别是发动机→分离操纵机构3带动电动机1内离合器结合→电机转子→变速箱和电机定子+电机转子→变速箱。
当电机单独驱动车辆行驶时,发动机动力通过分离操纵机构3进行切断,动力传递路线为电机定子+电机转子→变速箱。
所述变速箱本体2与电动机1对接口为通用型接口。以适应不同规格电动机1的安装。
本发明所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,通过分离操纵机构设置于电动机的前端,形成将分离系统前移,缩短整个传动系统长度并减轻重量;C点悬置安装部与D点悬置安装部相互配合安装在整车底盘,C点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体及电动机的重心对应位置,以提高总成刚度;D点悬置安装部设置于变速箱本体尾部,形成对总成刚度的辅助提升;变速箱辅助制动器实现挡位切换时的平顺性;综合以上,通过缩短跨度、找准重心及平顺换挡提升使用的经济性及舒适性。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同、相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (6)
1.一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,包括依次连接设置的电动机(1)和变速箱本体(2);所述电动机(1)远离所述变速箱本体(2)的一端设有作用于该电动机(1)的分离操纵机构(3);所述变速箱本体(2)靠近所述电动机(1)的一端设有变速箱辅助制动器(7);所述变速箱本体(2)靠近电动机(1)的一端设有垂直对称的C点悬置安装部(5),远离电动机(1)的一端设有垂直对称的D点悬置安装部(6);所述分离操纵机构(3)包括分离气缸(31)、分离叉轴(32)及分离拨叉(35),所述分离气缸(31)设置于所述电动机(1)的外侧,所述分离叉轴(32)延伸进所述电动机(1)内并被该分离气缸(31)驱动转动,所述分离拨叉(35)设置于所述分离叉轴(32)上并作用于该电动机(1)内的离合器;所述分离气缸(31)的输出端设有驱动所述分离叉轴(32)转动的连杆(33);所述电动机(1)内设有支撑所述分离叉轴(32)的固定轴承(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,所述变速箱的外侧设有控制所述变速箱辅助制动器(7)的变速箱TCU(4)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,所述变速箱辅助制动器(7)设置于所述变速箱本体(2)的副轴上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,所述变速箱本体(2)靠近电动机(1)的一端设有作用于所述变速箱辅助制动器(7)的制动器油泵(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,所述分离气缸(31)的输出轴与电动机(1)的传动轴平行,所述电动机(1)外侧设有与该电动机(1)传动轴相垂直的支撑板(11),所述分离气缸(31)设置输出轴的端面安装于所述支撑板(11)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型商用车用P2混合动力变速箱,其特征在于,所述变速箱本体(2)为AMT变速箱。
