Abstract
本发明涉及轮胎翻新以及新工艺轮胎生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种环形胎面刷胶机。包括主框架,主框架上设置有胎面张紧装置;胎面张紧装置下侧设置有涂胶装置、热风输送装置和胎面托架组件,上侧设置有废气收集装置和胎面压合组件。本发明环形胎面在滚动过程中自动刷胶,并自动检测胶浆盒内的胶浆的余量,进行补胶;刷胶程中热风输送装置进行吹热风烘干,废气收集罩进行排气;整个过程自动化程度高,提高了效率,避免了人工刷胶效率低,以及胶料气味对人体的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎翻新以及新工艺轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种环形胎面刷胶机。
背景技术
随着轮胎翻新行业的不断发展,轮胎胎体与胎面贴合技术正在不断革新。传统轮胎翻新行业基本都是使用条形胎面贴合于废旧胎体上来实现轮胎的翻新再利用。而如今,无接头的环形胎面的出现,将翻新轮胎胎面贴合预紧力控制精度和贴合紧实度进一步提高。然而,在环形胎面与打磨后的胎体进行贴合之前,需要对环形胎面贴合面进行刷胶浆处理,以增大胎面与胎体的粘合力。由于环形胎面为新兴胎面形式,目前市面上还没有相关的自动化刷胶设备,环形胎面刷胶整体处于手动刷胶状态。另外,人工刷胶的情况下,由于每个人操作熟练程度和专业能力的差异,使得每条刷胶后的环形胎面刷胶效果各不相同。因此,为了解决刷胶质量标准的不统一以及刷胶效率低下的现状,全自动环形胎面刷胶机应运而生。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种环形胎面刷胶机。
本发明的技术方案为:
本发明提供了一种环形胎面刷胶机,包括主框架,主框架上设置有胎面张紧装置;胎面张紧装置上方设置有涂胶装置、热风输送装置和胎面托架组件,上侧设置有废气收集装置和胎面压合组件。
进一步的,所述胎面张紧装置包括主动辊、从动辊和张紧辊,环形胎面设置在主动辊、从动辊和张紧辊构成的三角形框架上;主动辊和从动辊设置在主框架的两端,主动辊连接有驱动电机;张紧辊设置在框架的下部,并由张紧气缸带动沿导轨做上下移动,进行张紧胎面。
进一步的,所述涂胶装置包括胶浆盒和刷胶辊,胶浆盒设置在刷胶辊的下方,胎面设置在刷胶辊的上方,刷胶辊旋转蘸取胶浆盒里的胶,对胎面进行涂刷。
进一步的,所述胶浆盒的下部设置有接胶盒,防止胶浆盒里的胶溢出掉落地面,接胶盒中部设置有圆孔,胶浆盒下部设置有手摇把手,手摇把手通过固定在主框架上的升降座限位,穿过圆孔,转动手摇把手使胶浆盒上下移动。
进一步的,胶浆盒内还设置有测压吹气管,气控系统通过监测测压吹气管吹气的压力并进行液位换算来检测胶浆盒内的胶浆液位高度,通过打胶泵进行补充胶量。
进一步的,所述废气收集与胎面压合组件包括滑动架、废气收集罩、胎面压辊;滑动架设置在主框架的后部两侧,废气收集罩与胎面压辊联动连接,滑动架气缸带动废气收集罩和胎面压辊在滑动架上升降,胎面压辊与刷胶辊相对设置压住胎面。
进一步的,还包括支撑杆,支撑杆设置在胎面下方,热风输送装置的上方;支撑杆后部设置有上下移动的支撑杆导轨,滑动架上升到一定高度将支撑杆沿着支撑杆导轨抬起。
进一步的,所述热风输送装置包括热风腔体,热风腔体上部设置有风帘,热风腔体下部设置有逆风板,逆风板上开设有出风口,热风机通过管道将热风送入到热风腔体,由风帘吹向胎面,部分热风从逆风板吹出,使得吹出胎面的风更均匀。
进一步的,所述胎面托架组件包括三根胎面支撑导杆,三根胎面支撑导杆固定在固定架上,托架组件气缸带动固定架前后移动。
本发明所达到的有益效果为:
本发明一种环形胎面刷胶机通过张紧环形胎面,环形胎面在滚动过程中自动刷胶,并自动检测胶浆盒内的胶量的余量,进行补胶;刷胶程中热风输送装置进行吹热风烘干,废气收集罩进行排气;整个过程自动化程度高,提高了效率,避免了人工刷胶效率低,以及胶料气味对人体的伤害。

为便于本领域的技术人员理解本发明,下面结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1~7所示,本发明提供了一种环形胎面刷胶机,包括主框架1,主框架1上设置有胎面张紧装置2;胎面张紧装置2上方设置有涂胶装置3、热风输送装置4和胎面托架组件5,上侧设置有废气收集装置和胎面压合组件6,主框架1外部还设置有外罩11。
所述胎面张紧装置2包括主动辊21、从动辊22和张紧辊23,环形胎面设置在主动辊21、从动辊22和张紧辊23构成的三角形框架上;主动辊21和从动辊22设置在主框架1的两端,主动辊21连接有驱动电机24;张紧辊23设置在框架的下部,并由张紧气缸25带动沿导轨做上下移动,进行张紧胎面。
所述涂胶装置3包括胶浆盒31和刷胶辊32,胶浆盒31设置在刷胶辊32的下方,胎面设置在刷胶辊32的上方,刷胶辊32旋转蘸取胶浆盒31里的胶,对胎面进行涂刷。
所述胶浆盒31的下部设置有接胶盒33,防止胶浆盒31里的胶溢出掉落地面,接胶盒33中部设置有圆孔34,胶浆盒31下部设置有手摇把手35,手摇把手35通过固定在主框架1上的升降座36限位,穿过圆孔34,转动手摇把手35使胶浆盒31上下移动,使刷胶辊32能够蘸取合适量的胶料。
胶浆盒31内还设置有测压吹气管37,气控系统通过监测测压吹气管37吹气的压力并进行液位换算来检测胶浆盒31内的胶浆液位高度,通过打胶泵进行补充胶量。
所述废气收集与胎面压合组件包括滑动架63、废气收集罩61、胎面压辊62;滑动架63设置在主框架1的后部两侧,废气收集罩61与胎面压辊62联动连接,滑动架63气缸带动废气收集罩61和胎面压辊62在滑动架63上升降,废气收集罩61通过管道连接负压收集器,对胎面产生的废气进行收集,胎面压辊62与刷胶辊32相对设置压住胎面。还包括支撑杆64,支撑杆64设置在胎面下方,热风输送装置4的上方;支撑杆64后部设置有上下移动的支撑杆64导轨,滑动架63上升到一定高度将支撑杆64沿着支撑杆64导轨抬起。
所述热风输送装置4包括热风腔体41,热风腔体41上部设置有风帘42,热风腔体41下部设置有逆风板43,逆风板43上开设有出风口,热风机44通过管道将热风送入到热风腔体41,由风帘42吹向胎面,部分热风从逆风板43吹出,使得吹出胎面的风更均匀。
所述胎面托架组件5包括三根胎面支撑导杆51,三根胎面支撑导杆51固定在固定架上,托架组件气缸52带动固定架前后移动。
其工作方式为,胎面托架组件5伸出,托住胎面,胎面张紧装置2将胎面张紧,废气收集罩61下降,胎面压辊62将胎面压在刷胶辊32上,胎面托架组件5收回,测压吹气管37检测到胶料盒内胶的高度,打胶泵向胶料盒内打胶,打胶完后,主动辊21旋转带动胎面旋转,同时,废气收集罩61开始收集废气,工作过程通过主控机7控制进行。

所述胎面张紧装置(2)包括主动辊(21)、从动辊(22)和张紧辊(23),环形胎面设置在主动辊(21)、从动辊(22)和张紧辊(23)构成的三角形框架上;主动辊(21)和从动辊(22)设置在主框架(1)的两端,主动辊(21)连接有驱动电机(24);张紧辊(23)设置在框架的下部,并由张紧气缸(25)带动沿导轨做上下移动,进行张紧胎面;
所述涂胶装置(3)包括胶浆盒(31)和刷胶辊(32),胶浆盒(31)设置在刷胶辊(32)的下方,胎面设置在刷胶辊(32)的上方,刷胶辊(32)旋转蘸取胶浆盒(31)里的胶,对胎面进行涂刷;

还包括支撑杆(64),支撑杆(64)设置在胎面下方,热风输送装置(4)的上方;支撑杆(64)后部设置有上下移动的支撑杆导轨,滑动架(63)上升到一定高度将支撑杆(64)沿着支撑杆导轨抬起;
所述热风输送装置(4)包括热风腔体(41),热风腔体(41)上部设置有风帘(42),热风腔体(41)下部设置有逆风板(43),逆风板(43)上开设有出风口,热风机(44)通过管道将热风送入到热风腔体(41),由风帘(42)吹向胎面,部分热风从逆风板(43)吹出,使得吹出胎面的风更均匀;
