Abstract
本发明公开了一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物及其制备方法与应用。本发明的药食同源药材食材组合物包括以下制备原料:桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、槐米、小麦肽粉、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜,将上述成分按照一定的重量配比混合制备的药食同源药材食材提取物具有良好的降血糖功能。本发明采用了辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,原料来源广泛,成本低廉,将药食同源的多种药材进行科学合理的配伍,诸药合用,相得益彰,且制剂服用量小,药物有效成分易于释放,吸收快,降血糖效果好。

本发明属于食品技术领域,具体涉及一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
糖尿病是一种由多种病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征的代谢紊乱疾病,现已成为继肿瘤、心血管疾病之后第三大威胁人类生命健康的疾病,被称为“不死的癌症”。糖尿病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,并且日渐年轻化,其并发症严重威胁人类健康水平,影响人们生活质量,受到社会各界的广泛关注。糖尿病临床主要表现为糖代谢紊乱,按照世界统一标准,空腹血糖等于或高于7.0mmol/L,或餐后两小时血糖等于或高于11.1mmol/L,即达到糖尿病诊断标准。正常情况下,人体能够通过激素和神经调节系统确保血糖的来源与去路平衡,使血糖维持在正常水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理膳食)的共同影响下,调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖值的升高。
高血糖的典型临床表现为“三多一少”,即多饮、多尿、多食和体重下降,以及血糖高、尿液中含有葡萄糖等,长期高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致各种急慢性并发症。如胰腺功能衰竭、抵抗力下降、神经病变、糖尿病、肾病、糖尿病足坏死、心脑功能紊乱等。
I型糖尿病是一种自身免疫性疾病,患者分泌胰岛素的胰腺β细胞被浸润性免疫细胞靶向破坏,从而导致其对外源性胰岛素的终生依赖。近年来,I型糖尿病的发病率和致死率快速上升已经对公众健康构成重大的威胁。食物是影响I型糖尿病发生和发展的一个重要环境因素。食源肽不仅具有易消化、易吸收的营养功能,还具有增强免疫力、抗氧化和抗炎等生理功能,已被广泛认可具有应用于药食同源食品方面的巨大开发潜力。I型糖尿病也是一种炎症性疾病,具有抗炎性的食源肽可能会对I型糖尿病发挥有益作用。
药食同源类中药是我国中医药研究、食品保健研究的热点,早在《黄帝内经·太素》一书中就有明确记载“空腹食之为食物,患者食之为药物”,《黄帝内经》中也有记载“大毒治病,十去其六;常毒治病,十去其七;小毒治病,十去其八;无毒治病,十去其九。谷肉果菜,食养尽之。”可见,食疗对于疾病具有祛除作用。中医认为糖尿病是以肾、膀胱为主体的水循环系统气化功能失调所致,所以中医治疗糖尿病主要以调理气虚为本,血瘀为标。黄芪甘温升发,功擅补气,为“补药之长”,此外还兼有蕴通行之功。当归味辛、苦、甘、微温,具有补血活血、调经止痛的功效,应用黄芪当归,配伍健脾生津止渴的葛根,清肝润燥止消渴的桑叶是治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病的常用方法,但是补气化瘀虽能够改善血糖,但是作用不明显,起效时间长。
为了更好的达到降血糖效果,本发明采用了药食同源食疗法,通过均衡饮食习惯,治其根本,一则发挥其补气化瘀功能,二则把肾阴虚内热的“热”降下来,把肾阳虚外寒的“寒”去掉,以温补肾阳为主,同时滋阴活血及健脾阳,培补人体正气,以达到更好的治疗效果。为此,本发明开发一种能够有效辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物。

本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出了一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,该组合物能够有效降低血糖。
本发明还提出了一种制备原料为上述药食同源药材食材组合物的药食同源药材食材提取物。

本发明的第一方面,提供了一种药食同源药材食材组合物,包括以下制备原料:桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、槐米、小麦肽粉、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述药食同源药材食材组合物由以下重量份数计的制备原料组成:
桑叶50~300份、荷叶50~300份、白芸豆50~300份、槐米50~300份、小麦肽粉50~300份、南瓜50~300份、茯苓50~300份、肉桂50~300份、葛根50~300份、苦瓜50~300份、决明子50~300份、人参50~300份和冬瓜50~300份。
本发明辅助调理血糖的药食同源组合物的中医方解为:以温补肾阳为主,同时滋阴活血及健脾阳,培补人体正气。其中,冬瓜、小麦肽粉、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂和槐米主补肾阳,荷叶、桑叶和葛根具有健脾功效,苦瓜和白芸豆滋阴补血;决明子保肝明目,润肠通便、降血压、降血脂;人参甘温补益,助精养神,元气大补,为补气药之最强者。
冬瓜:性凉,味甘,淡;归经肺,大肠,膀胱。功效:清热利水,消肿解毒,生津除烦,利胆;适宜:肥胖、孕妇、肾病水肿、肝硬化腹水、糖尿病、冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化和癌症。
人参:性微温,味甘、微苦;归脾、肺、心、肾经。功效:甘温补益,补力雄厚,峻补肾中元气,助精养神,元气大补,为补气药之最强者,如补肺、脾、心、肾气虚证,为治虚劳内伤第一要药,一切气、血、阴虚、津液不足之证,皆可应用,更善急救气脱者。生晒参宜气阴两虚者;红参偏温,宜气弱阳虚者。
肉桂:性热,味甘,辛;归经肾、脾、心、肝经。功效:补火助阳,引火归元,散寒止痛,温通经脉。主治:阳痿宫冷,腰膝冷痛,肾虚作喘,虚阳上浮,眩晕目赤,心腹冷痛,虚寒吐泻,寒疝腹痛,痛经经闭。
茯苓:性甘,味淡、平;归心、肺、脾、肾经。功效:利水渗湿,健脾,化痰,宁心安神。

白芸豆:性平,味甘;具有温中下气、通利肠胃、止呃逆、益肾补气等功效。
决明子:性微寒,味甘、苦、咸;归肝、大肠经。功效:清热明目,润肠通便、降血压、降血脂。用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。
根据本发明实施方式的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,至少具备如下有益效果:本发明提供的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物的基本原理是多靶点多效应的综合作用。以温补肾阳为主,同时滋阴活血及健脾阳,培补人体正气,具有良好的降血糖作用。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物,所述药食同源药材食材提取物的制备原料为辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材的组合物。
本发明辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材中主要活性成分组分分述如下:
桑叶:桑叶具有降血糖血脂、降胆固醇、抗血栓形成、抗动脉粥样硬化和抑制脂肪肝作用。桑叶中活性成分包括生物碱(如1-脱氧野尻霉素)、植物甾醇、黄酮类等,其中黄酮类成分具有强化毛细血管和降低血液黏度的作用。桑叶内含有抗体内低密度脂蛋白氧化的成分,可使血清高密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白与总胆固醇的比例明显升高,总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和三酰甘油明显降低,过氧化脂质显著降低,即桑叶具有降低血脂血糖、软化血管、清除体内过氧化物的功效,能抑制高脂血症血清脂质升高及动脉粥样硬化。
荷叶:荷叶中具有多种化合物,如β-胡罗卜素、黄酮类、挥发油、皂类、甾体、维生素C、黄酮、荷叶苷、槲皮素、多糖类化合物、异槲皮苷、酒石酸、枸橼酸、苹果酸和草酸等。在荷叶的诸多成分中,具备显著生物活性和生理作用的是黄酮类化合物和黄酮两类物质。此外黄酮类化合物、多糖类化合物和黄酮对调整血糖、抗有丝分裂、抗菌和止筋挛也有良好功效。
白芸豆:白芸豆是一种高钾低钠的食物,有助于帮助人体加快对钠盐的排出,通过调节内环境中的渗透压来改善血压,对防治高血压良好效果。白芸豆水提取物中含有α-淀粉酶抑制剂,这种纯天然生物活性物质,对胰腺和唾液的α-淀粉酶有很强的抑制作用,降低了淀粉类食物的热量吸收和升糖指数,对降低血糖和血脂的浓度具有良好效果。
槐米:槐米为豆科植物槐的干燥花蕾,夏季花未开放时采收其花蕾,即称为槐米,而花开放时采收,称为槐花,二者药性和功效类似,基本成分也相同,主要含三萜皂苷、黄酮类、芸香苷、脂肪酸、鞣质等成分,其中芸香苷以花蕾中含量最多,花开放后逐渐减少,芸香苷有维持血管抵抗力,降低毛细血管通透性,减轻脆性等作用,对高血压患者有防止脑血管破裂的功效。
小麦肽粉(小麦低聚肽):小麦低聚肽是从天然食品小麦蛋白粉中提取的蛋白质,再经过定向酶切及特定小肽分离技术获得的小分子多肽物质,具有抑制胆固醇上升的作用。小麦低聚肽能促进胰岛素分泌作用,其功能物质是低聚蛋氨酸,可用于调节人的血糖,改善糖尿病症状。小麦肽能阻碍血管紧张素酶的作用,因而有降血压作用。小麦低聚肽的特点之一是含高谷酰胺,能够有效调节神经,也可作肠功能障碍时的特殊营养物质。
南瓜:南瓜中含有丰富的微量元素钴和果胶,其中钴是胰岛细胞合成胰岛素所必须的微量元素,而果胶则有很好的吸附性,有助于消除体内细菌毒素和其他有害物质,并且可延缓肠道对糖和脂肪的吸收,达到降糖的效果。
茯苓:茯苓中膳食纤维的含量很丰富,可以帮助肠胃蠕动,促进消化,加快体内代谢废物和毒素的排出,排毒清肠。茯苓三萜化合物能增强胰岛素的分化诱导活性,有利于降血糖。其次,茯苓还具有渗水利湿功效,茯苓进入机体,可促进机体新陈代谢以及血液循环,从而促进体内多余水分的排泄。用于治疗小便不利、水肿、腹水,而且还可用于治疗因湿邪入侵机体导致的浮肿、虚胖、湿疹等症状。
苦瓜:苦瓜中含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用,还能清热滋阴、止渴利尿。
肉桂:肉桂为樟科樟属植物肉桂的干燥树皮,入药具有补火助阳、引火归元、散寒止痛、温通经脉的功效,对阳痿宫冷、腰膝冷痛、肾虚作喘、虚阳上浮有效。肉桂中含有非常丰富的挥发油、糖苷、黄烷醇等,主要的药理成分为肉桂醛,它具有抗氧化、降血糖和防止心血管疾病等功能。
人参:人参皂苷Rb2(Ginsenoside-Rb2)有明显的降血糖作用,此外人参多糖或糖肽类是人参中另一类降血糖成分,它能刺激内分泌系统的分泌机能,增强垂体肾上腺皮质系统的功能,降低血糖。服用人参可使轻型糖尿病患者尿糖减少,改善中度糖尿病患者的全身症状,使渴感、多汗和虚弱等症状消失或减轻。服用人参还可以减少胰岛素的用量。
葛根:葛根味甘、辛,性凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。《本草经疏》:“葛根,解散阳明温病热邪主要药也,故主消渴,身大热,热壅胸膈作呕吐。发散而升,风药之性也,故主诸痹”。葛根中富含葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素、蛋白质、氨基酸等营养成分,而且还含有丰富钙、铁、铜、硒等矿物质。葛根素有明显的平稳血糖的作用,而葛根所含的黄酮类化合物有平稳血脂作用,故葛根常被用于防治“三高”病症。
冬瓜:冬瓜含有丰富的维生素C、不饱和脂肪酸(如亚油酸和油酸)等多种营养物质,冬瓜中含有的丙醇二酸能够控制身体中糖类转化为脂肪。还能够把肥胖多余的脂肪消耗掉。而且冬瓜对于高血压、动脉粥样硬化和减肥有着很好的效果。冬瓜中有很高的膳食纤维,能够改善人体的血糖水平。而且,膳食纤维还能够帮助降低人体中的胆固醇、降血脂、防止动脉粥样硬化。冬瓜瓤中富含葫芦巴碱,在西医治疗中,葫芦巴碱主要用于治疗糖尿病、肿瘤和肝损伤等,它能帮助人体加快新陈代谢,抑制糖类转化为脂肪,非常适合肥胖型的糖尿病患者食用;其次,葫芦巴碱还具有温肾、祛寒、止痛功效,是治疗肾脏冷虚、小腹冷痛、寒湿脚气的主要药物。
决明子:决明子除含有糖类、蛋白质、脂肪外,还主要含有甾体化合物、蒽衍生物、大黄酚、大黄素类等生物活性成分。大黄素葡萄糖甙、大黄素蒽酮、大黄素甲醚具有降低血清胆固醇和强心作用。
根据本发明实施方式的药食同源药材食材提取物,至少具备如下有益效果:本发明提供的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物含有丰富的植物多糖、生物碱类、黄酮、低聚肽、多酚、皂类和微量元素等,能有效刺激内分泌系统的分泌机能降低血糖含量。
本发明的第三方面,提供一种药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将所述槐米超声碱提,固液分离,收集液相,调节pH为3~5,获得槐米提取物;
将所述桑叶、所述荷叶、所述白芸豆、所述南瓜、所述茯苓、所述肉桂、所述葛根、所述苦瓜、所述决明子、所述人参和所述冬瓜,水提,干燥,得到水提物;
S2:将步骤S1所述的槐米提取物、步骤S1所述的水提物和所述小麦肽粉混合得到辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述碱提的提取剂为碱性溶液。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述碱性溶液的制备原料包括碱性物质。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述碱性物质包括无机强碱和碳酸盐中的至少一种。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述碱性溶液中碱性物质的质量分数为1~5%。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述碱提的时间为1~2h。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述水提的提取时间为2~8h。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述水提的步骤包括:
(1)、第一次水提:加入所述桑叶、所述荷叶、所述白芸豆、所述南瓜、所述茯苓、所述肉桂、所述葛根、所述苦瓜、所述决明子、所述人参和所述冬瓜总投料量8~12倍体积的水,回流提取1~4h,固液分离,收集液相得第一滤液;
(2)、第二次水提:在第一次水提固相中加入6~10倍体积水回流提取1~4h,固液分离,收集液相,得到第二滤液,合并第一滤液和第二滤液,干燥,得到水提物。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述干燥为喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述喷雾干燥,干燥温度为200~300℃,干燥时间为2~3h。
根据本发明实施方式的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,至少具备如下有益效果:本发明的制备方法简单,成本低,易操作,可控性好,且能最大程度提取药食同源药材食材中的有效成分,适于工业化大规模生产,具有广阔的应用前景和良好的经济效益。
本发明的第四方面,提供了一种降血糖药物,制备原料包括上述药食同源药材食材提取物和药用载体。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述药用载体为药学领域常规的药物载体。
根据本发明的一些实施方式,所述药用载体包括稀释剂、赋形剂、填充剂、黏合剂、崩解剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体、润滑剂、甜味剂和香味剂中的至少一种。

实施例1
本实施例为一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物及其制备方法。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,包括以下制备原料:
桑叶150份,荷叶150份、白芸豆150份、槐米200份、小麦肽粉200份、南瓜200份、茯苓200份、肉桂200份、葛根150份、苦瓜150份、决明子150份、人参150份和冬瓜200份。
本实施例中辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物,制备原料为上述辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称取槐米,粉碎过筛,加入10倍体积水,并加入质量分数为1%的氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH至9,超声条件下碱提2h,固液分离,收集液相,加入盐酸调节pH为4,获得槐米提取物;
称取桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜,加入总投量投料量12倍体积的水,加热至90℃,回流提取2h,固液分离,得到第一滤液;再向滤渣中加入10倍体积水,加热至90℃,回流提取1h,固液分离,收集液相,得到第二滤液,合并第一滤液和第二滤液,喷雾干燥,得到水提物;
S2:将步骤S1获得的槐米提取物、步骤S1获得的水提物和小麦肽粉混合得到辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物。
实施例2
本实施例为一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物及其制备方法。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,包括以下制备原料:
桑叶200份,荷叶200份、白芸豆150份、槐米150份、小麦肽粉150份、南瓜150份、茯苓150份、肉桂150份、葛根200份、苦瓜150份、决明子150份、人参150份和冬瓜150份。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物,制备原料为上述辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称取槐米,粉碎过筛,加入10倍体积水,并加入质量分数为1%的氢氧化钠溶液,调节pH至9,超声条件下碱提2h,固液分离,收集液相,加入调节pH为4,获得槐米提取物;
称取桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜,加入总投量投料量10倍体积的水,加热至90℃,回流提取2h,固液分离,得到第一滤液;再向滤渣中加入8倍体积水,加热至90℃,回流提取1h,固液分离,收集液相,得到第二滤液,合并第一滤液和第二滤液,喷雾干燥,得到水提物;
S2:将步骤S1获得的槐米提取物、步骤S1获得的水提物和小麦肽粉混合得到辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物。
实施例3
本实施例为一种药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物及其制备方法。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,包括以下制备原料:
桑叶200份,荷叶200份、白芸豆200份、槐米150份、小麦肽粉150份、南瓜150份、茯苓150份、肉桂150份、葛根200份、苦瓜200份、决明子150份、人参150份和冬瓜150份。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物,制备原料为上述辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物。
本实施例中的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:称取槐米,粉碎过筛,加入10倍体积水,并加入质量分数为5%的碳酸钠溶液,调节pH至9,超声条件下碱提1h,固液分离,收集液相,加入盐酸调节pH为4,获得槐米提取物;
称取桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜,加入总投量投料量8倍体积的水,加热至85℃,回流提取2h,固液分离,得到第一滤液;再向滤渣中加入6倍体积水,加热至85℃,回流提取1h,固液分离,收集液相,得到第二滤液,合并第一滤液和第二滤液,喷雾干燥,得到水提物;
S2:将步骤S1获得的槐米提取物、步骤S1获得的水提物和小麦肽粉混合得到辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物。
实施例4
一种辅助调理血糖的的固体饮料:向实施例1~3获得的任一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物粉末及矫味剂后,充分混合均匀,制粒或不制粒,分剂量、包装即得。该辅助调理血糖的的固体饮料食用时,加入适量水冲泡即可。
以下通过本实施例所制备的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的药效学试验来进一步阐述本发明所具有的有益效果。
效果例1:动物学实验
随机选取健康雄性大鼠100只,体重为160±20g,适应性饲养1周,其血糖均为正常范围内。随机分为空白组(n=20)和模型组(n=80)。空白组的大鼠每天喂食标准大鼠饲料,模型组大鼠每天喂食高糖高脂饲料,连续喂养6周,检测空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。模型组大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养6周后禁食12h,予链脲佐菌素(于0℃溶于0.1mol/L,pH=4.4的柠檬酸钠缓冲液,终浓度为10mg/mL,按40mg/kg一次性腹腔注射);对照组注射等剂量的缓冲液。72小时后尾静脉采血,连续三次随机血糖≥16.7mmol/L者确定为高血糖大鼠。
将高血糖模型组大鼠随机分为4组,每组20只,即模型组(不施用任何药物)、低剂量药物组300mg/Kg(实施例1~3中药食同源药材食材提取物)、中剂量药物组600mg/Kg(实施例1~3中药食同源药材食材提取物)、高剂量药物组900mg/Kg(实施例1~3中药食同源药材食材提取物)和对照组(施用二甲双胍10mg/kg),施用方式均为口服,每天早晚饭前半时服用。分别在连续服用3天、7天和14天检测空腹血糖含量。
经检测:对照药物组和本发明药食同源药材食材提取物组方组空腹血糖均有明显下降,具体数据如表1所示:

效果例2:临床试验
收治门诊患者186例,属于肾虚血瘀高血糖患者共113例,其中男性75人,女性38人,患者年龄35~75岁,随机选取100名,分为4组,分别为空白组(不服用)、低剂量组(100mg/kg)、中剂量组(150mg/kg)、高剂量组(200mg/kg)和对照组(常规降血糖食疗法),每组25人,本试验例采用实施例1所制备的药食同源药材食材提取物。
具体使用方法为:取含有本发明的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的固体饮料颗粒,加入适量温水,每天饭后服用三次。连续服用3个月,检测空腹血糖指标;连续服用6个月后停用30天,再次检测空腹血糖指标。
经检验,连续服用3个月后,食用本发明含药食同源药材食材提取物的辅助调理血糖的食品后,其空腹血糖含量较空白组明显降低,连续食用6个月后,高剂量组的平均血糖含量显著低于对照组,停药30天后,食用本发明含药食同源药材食材提取物的辅助调理血糖的食品的各组平均血糖含量基本能保持在正常水平。
结果如表2所示:

综上所述,本发明采用的药食同源药材食材组合物,来源广泛,成本低廉,本发明将药食同源的多种药材和食材进行科学合理的配伍,诸药合用,相得益彰,且制剂服用量小,药物有效成分易于释放,吸收快,生物利用度高,使药效能够充分挥发;经临床应用验证,本发明的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物、提取物对高血糖患者具有良好的辅助调理血糖的功效,无任何毒副作用,适合于各年龄段的人群长期服用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,其特征在于,包括以下制备原料:桑叶、荷叶、白芸豆、槐米、小麦肽粉、南瓜、茯苓、肉桂、葛根、苦瓜、决明子、人参和冬瓜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数计的制备原料组成:桑叶50~300份、荷叶50~300份、白芸豆50~300份、槐米50~300份、小麦肽粉50~300份、南瓜50~300份、茯苓50~300份、肉桂50~300份、葛根50~300份、苦瓜50~300份、决明子50~300份、人参50~300份和冬瓜50~300份。
3.一种辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物,其特征在于,制备原料为权利要求1或2所述的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材组合物。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的辅助调理血糖的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将所述槐米超声碱提,固液分离,收集液相,调节pH为3~5,获得槐米提取物;
将所述桑叶、所述荷叶、所述白芸豆、所述南瓜、所述茯苓、所述肉桂、所述葛根、所述苦瓜、所述决明子、所述人参和所述冬瓜,水提,干燥,得到水提物;
S2:将步骤S1所述的槐米提取物、步骤S1所述的水提物和所述小麦肽粉混合得到药食同源药材食材提取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述碱提的提取剂为碱性溶液;所述碱性溶液中碱性物质的质量分数为1~5%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水提的时间为2~8h。
7.根据权利要求4所述的药食同源药材食材提取物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥为喷雾干燥或真空冷冻干燥。
8.一种降血糖药物,其特征在于,制备原料包括如权利要求3所述的药食同源药材食材提取物和药用载体。
9.一种如权利要求3所述的药食同源药材食材提取物在辅助调理血糖食品中的应用,其特征在于,所述辅助调理血糖食品的剂型为固体饮料、片剂、汤剂或羹剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的药食同源药材食材提取物在辅助调理血糖食品中的应用,其特征在于,所述辅助调理血糖的食品中还包括食品调味辅料。
