已知的功能饮料可以分为三类,即运动饮料、营养素饮料和其他功能性饮料。虽然各国情况有所不同,但此类饮料基本上还是以水为基础,添加氨基酸(氨基酸产品,氨基酸资讯)、牛磺酸、咖啡因、电解质、维生素、膳食纤维、木糖醇、植物抽提液中的有效成分等调制而成,所谓营养素饮料是指人体日常活动所需的营养成分,这种饮料以脉动、激活、尖叫为代表,而运动饮料含有的电解能很好地平衡人体的体液,主要作用为抗疲劳和补充能量。
现有技术中,功能饮料通常添加较多的蔗糖蜂蜜等物,使得功能饮料在饮用的过程中有较多的甜味,增加售卖率,由于长期饮用高糖饮料容易增加糖尿病以及其他病状的危险,因此需要一种无糖苦味保健饮料及其制备方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无糖苦味保健饮料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无糖苦味保健饮料及其制备方法,按重量份计:柠檬苦素2~3份、柑橘汁30~50份、果胶2~3 份、水溶性纤维1~2份、三七粉2~3份、决明子提取液0.5~1份、罗汉果甜苷2~3份;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取新鲜柑橘洗净擦干,去皮,去籽,榨汁,并用150目滤布过滤,去除残渣,收集柑橘汁液;
步骤二、将柠檬苦素、柑橘汁、果胶、水溶性纤维、三七粉、决明子提取液、罗汉果甜苷添加到柑橘汁液中加水进行调配,将调配好的饮料进行均质,过滤取透明苦味浆液;
步骤三、将均质好的浆液装入到已杀菌的玻璃瓶中,封盖,在85℃~ 86℃灭菌15~20min,最后冷却至室温得到苦味饮料。
优选的,所述罗汉果甜苷的净化方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料预处理:选取将完好的罗汉果,清洗并干燥,使用研磨机粉碎成粉状;
步骤二:提取:将粉状的罗汉果放入搅拌提取罐内,加入纯净水进行边搅拌边温度≥80℃,提取时间120min,搅拌速度为50~80r/min,得到罗汉果提取液;
步骤三:过滤:将提取液使用板框压滤机压滤;
步骤四:最终过滤:将提取溶液依次通过超滤设备和纳滤设备进行过滤;
步骤五:减压浓缩:将最终过滤后的滤液进行真空减压浓缩得到浓缩液;
步骤六:干燥:将浓缩液使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥后得罗汉果甜苷。

步骤一、取洗净干燥的三七主根,将三七头用切刀切成片或用铁锤砸成小块,将粉碎机接通电源后开机一分钟至两分钟,此处需保证机身温度不超过60摄氏度,开盖以利于冷却和散发水分,待冷却后,盖上盖子继续开机1-2分钟,反复几次直到三七粉碎粒度达到要求为止;

通过取新鲜柑橘洗净擦干,去皮,去籽,榨汁,并用150目滤布过滤,去除残渣,收集柑橘汁液,将、柠檬苦素、柑橘汁、果胶、水溶性纤维、三七粉、决明子提取液、罗汉果甜苷添加到柑橘汁液中加水进行调配,将调配好的饮料进行均质,过滤取透明苦味浆液,最后冷却至室温得到苦味饮料,使得长期饮用苦味饮料时不会受到高糖的干扰,且在苦味饮料中添加三七粉和决明子提取液,使得保健品饮料有日常保健的消肿定痛、滋补强壮、抗疲劳、抗衰老、润肠通便、降脂明目、治疗便秘、清肝明目、利水通便、缓泻、降血压降血脂等作用。

下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了一种无糖苦味保健饮料及其制备方法,包括按重量份计:柠檬苦素2~3份、柑橘汁30~50份、果胶2~3份、水溶性纤维1~2份、三七粉2~3份、决明子提取液0.5~1份、罗汉果甜苷2~3份;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取新鲜柑橘洗净擦干,去皮,去籽,榨汁,并用150目滤布过滤,去除残渣,收集柑橘汁液;
步骤二、将柠檬苦素、柑橘汁、果胶、水溶性纤维、三七粉、决明子提取液、罗汉果甜苷添加到柑橘汁液中加水进行调配,将调配好的饮料进行均质,过滤取透明苦味浆液;
步骤三、将均质好的浆液装入到已杀菌的玻璃瓶中,封盖,在85℃~ 86℃灭菌15~20min,最后冷却至室温得到苦味饮料。
所述罗汉果甜苷的净化方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料预处理:选取将完好的罗汉果,清洗并干燥,使用研磨机粉碎成粉状;
步骤二:提取:将粉状的罗汉果放入搅拌提取罐内,加入纯净水进行边搅拌边温度≥80℃,提取时间120min,搅拌速度为50~80r/min,得到罗汉果提取液;
步骤三:过滤:将提取液使用板框压滤机压滤;
步骤四:最终过滤:将提取溶液依次通过超滤设备和纳滤设备进行过滤;
步骤五:减压浓缩:将最终过滤后的滤液进行真空减压浓缩得到浓缩液;
步骤六:干燥:将浓缩液使用喷雾干燥机进行干燥后得罗汉果甜苷。
所述三七粉、决明子提取液的净化方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一、取洗净干燥的三七主根,将三七头用切刀切成片或用铁锤砸成小块,将粉碎机接通电源后开机一分钟至两分钟,此处需保证机身温度不超过60摄氏度,开盖以利于冷却和散发水分,待冷却后,盖上盖子继续开机1-2分钟,反复几次直到三七粉碎粒度达到要求为止;
步骤二、取干燥决明子为原料,将决明子原料清洗、干燥、装罐,6立方米提取罐可装料1-1.5吨,10倍量70%乙醇-水,加热回流提取三次,每次2小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇至无醇,继续浓缩蒸发水至d=1.15的浸膏,喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥得决明子提取物粉,粉碎,过100目振动筛,混合,包装既得决明子提取液。
柠檬苦素类似物对乙酸通道的血管通透性,柠檬苦素具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。
罗汉果甜苷萃取于广西特产经济植物——罗汉果,其甜度为蔗糖的300 倍,其热量为零,具有清热润肺镇咳、润肠通便之功效,对肥胖、便秘、糖尿病等具有防治作用。
果胶适用于以柚子、柠檬、柑橘、苹果等水果的果皮或果渣以及其他适当的可食用的植物为原料,经提取、精制而得的食品添加剂果胶,果胶可含有用于稀释的糖类和用于控制pH值的缓冲盐类。
本发明工作原理:通过取新鲜柑橘洗净擦干,去皮,去籽,榨汁,并用150目滤布过滤,去除残渣,收集柑橘汁液,将柠檬苦素、柑橘汁、果胶、水溶性纤维、三七粉、决明子提取液、罗汉果甜苷添加到柑橘汁液中加水进行调配,将调配好的饮料进行均质,过滤取透明苦味浆液,将均质好的浆液装入到已杀菌的玻璃瓶中,封盖,在85℃~86℃灭菌15~20min,最后冷却至室温得到苦味饮料,使得长期饮用苦味饮料时不会受到高糖的干扰,且在苦味饮料中添加三七粉和决明子提取液,使得保健品饮料有日常保健的消肿定痛、滋补强壮、抗疲劳、抗衰老、润肠通便、降脂明目、治疗便秘、清肝明目、利水通便、缓泻、降血压降血脂等作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种无糖苦味保健饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于:按重量份计,所述原料包括以下组分:柠檬苦素2~3份、柑橘汁30~50份、果胶2~3份、水溶性纤维1~2份、三七粉2~3份、决明子提取液0.5~1份、罗汉果甜苷2~3份;
所述制备方法包括以下步骤:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解肺部纤维化的苦味饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述罗汉果甜苷的净化方法包括以下步骤:

步骤二、取干燥决明子为原料,将决明子原料清洗、干燥、装罐,6立方米提取罐可装料1-1.5吨,10倍量70%乙醇-水,加热回流提取三次,每次2小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇至无醇,继续浓缩蒸发水至d=1.15的浸膏,喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥得决明子提取物粉,粉碎,过100目振动筛,混合,包装既得决明子提取液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解肺部纤维化的苦味饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柠檬苦素类似物对乙酸通道的血管通透性,柠檬苦素具有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解肺部纤维化的苦味饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述罗汉果甜苷萃取于广西特产经济植物——罗汉果,其甜度为蔗糖的300倍,其热量为零,具有清热润肺镇咳、润肠通便之功效,对肥胖、便秘、糖尿病等具有防治作用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解肺部纤维化的苦味饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述果胶适用于以柚子、柠檬、柑橘、苹果等水果的果皮或果渣以及其他适当的可食用的植物为原料,经提取、精制而得的食品添加剂果胶,果胶可含有用于稀释的糖类和用于控制pH值的缓冲盐类。
