In the invention, the box cover conveying mechanism is used for adsorbing the box cover and separating the box cover, and is also used for conveying the box cover to a station for attaching the mildew-proof sheet, and the shoe box separating mechanism and the box cover mildew-proof sheet attaching mechanism share one box cover conveying mechanism, so that one box cover conveying mechanism is saved, the cost is saved, and the occupied space of equipment is also saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, at least one set of bottom box clamping mechanisms 212 is provided, each set of bottom box clamping mechanisms 212 has two clamping units, and the two clamping units are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the through hole respectively.

The cylinder and the clamping block are selected because the cylinder and the clamping block are universal parts, and the cylinder and the clamping block are low in cost and stable in performance.
Further, the clamping block is provided with flexible materials on the surface facing the shoe box, and the bottom box can be further prevented from being damaged by the aid of the flexible materials.
Further, the clamping unit is an electromagnet, wherein a magnetic object corresponding to the position of the electromagnet is arranged on the bottom box of the shoe box.
The clamping unit can be formed in various ways, for example, the bottom box can be fixed in a vacuum adsorption mode, the bottom box can also be fixed in an electromagnet and magnetic object mode, after the bottom box moves to a proper position, the electromagnet is electrified to generate a magnetic field and adsorb magnetic objects around the bottom box, and the bottom box can be fixed from four directions by arranging one electromagnet around the bottom box.
As a modification, at least one electromagnet may be disposed on the lifting plate 214, and when the bottom case moves to a suitable position, the electromagnet is energized to generate a magnetic field and attract a magnetic object at the bottom of the bottom case, so that the generated magnetic force is opposite to the pulling force of the suction driving cylinder 232, and the fixing effect on the bottom case is better.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the lid suction head 233 is a vacuum suction head, which is connected to a vacuum pump.

Further, some folds can be provided on the lid suction head 233, and in the process of vacuumizing, the volume of the vacuum suction head is reduced by squeezing the folds, the air in the vacuum suction head is discharged cleanly, and in the process of dragging, the vacuum degree in the vacuum suction head is higher, the suction force is larger, and the suction is firmer.

The separation block 423 is preferably formed in an acute angle on the side close to the mold-preventing sheet placing table 422, and the mold-preventing sheet on the mold-preventing sheet band 4243 and the connecting band 4253 are separated more effectively.

In order to prevent a plurality of mildew-proof sheets from being placed on the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422 at the same time, a mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 is arranged under the separating block 423, when the mildew-proof sheets are arranged on the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, the strip compressing cylinder pushes the strip compressing block to compress the mildew-proof sheet strips 4243, when the mildew-proof sheets on the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422 are attached to the box cover, the mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 is loosened, another mildew-proof sheet can be pushed onto the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, and then the mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 compresses the mildew-proof sheet strips 4243 again, so that only one mildew-proof sheet is arranged on the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422.
Further, the mold-proof sheet attaching mechanism 42 further includes a mold-proof sheet separating mechanism that separates the mold-proof sheet from the mold-proof sheet strip 4243.
After the connecting bands 4253 of some of the mildew-proof sheet strips 4243 are separated, the mildew-proof sheets are still connected together, and a tearing part is arranged between any two adjacent mildew-proof sheets, and the shearing strength of the tearing part is smaller than that of other parts of the mildew-proof sheets.
In the embodiment, the mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism is arranged, so that the single mildew-proof sheet is torn off from the mildew-proof sheets connected together.
Further, the mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism comprises a cutting member and a cutting driving cylinder, not shown in the figure, the cutting driving cylinder is arranged between the mildew-proof sheet driving cylinder 421 and the strip compacting cylinder, the cutting member is fixedly connected with the end part of the piston rod of the cutting driving cylinder, the cutting member is arranged between the strip compacting block and the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, and the cutting member is used for cutting off individual mildew-proof sheets.
When the mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 compresses the mildew-proof sheet strip 4243, one mildew-proof sheet is exposed out of the mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 and the separating block 423, and is directly above the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, the cutting driving cylinder drives the cutting piece to cut the mildew-proof sheet from the tearing part, the mildew-proof sheet falls onto the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, the single mildew-proof sheet is separated from the mildew-proof sheet strip 4243, after the mildew-proof sheet is attached to the box cover by the mildew-proof sheet driving mechanism, the other mildew-proof sheet is pushed onto the mildew-proof sheet placing table 422, and the mildew-proof sheet strip compressing mechanism 427 and the mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism continue to cooperate to realize continuous separation of the mildew-proof sheets.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 10, another embodiment of the mold-proof sheet sticking mechanism 42 includes:
one end of the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with the mildew-proof sheet mechanism placing frame, the other end of the first connecting piece is pivoted with the bottom of the mildew-proof sheet driving cylinder 421, and the mildew-proof sheet driving cylinder 421 can swing on the first connecting piece along the front-back direction of the mildew-proof sheet fixing plate;

The mildew-proof sheet is continuously torn and stuck on the box cover, thereby realizing automatic operation.
Further, the adsorption head fixing plate 234 is provided with an adsorption head guide rod, the adsorption fixing plate 231 is provided with a guide hole, and the adsorption head guide rod passes through the guide hole and is slidably connected with the adsorption fixing plate 231.
By arranging the guide rod and the guide hole structure, the adsorption head fixing plate 234 moves stably, and the position is accurate when the box cover is placed.
Further, at least two parallel linear guide rails 431 are fixedly arranged on the supporting surface of the mold-proof sheet mechanism placing frame 43, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 is arranged on the linear guide rails 431, a position stopping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 and used for fixing the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 on the linear guide rails 431, when the position stopping mechanism is opened, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 can slide on the linear guide rails 431, and when the position stopping mechanism is fixed, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 is fixed in position and cannot slide on the linear guide rails 431. The positioning of the stop mechanism is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 can be used for pasting mould proof sheets of different types of box covers by moving the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 at the position of the linear guide rail 431 to adjust the pasting position of the mould proof sheets on the box cover, so that the working range of the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 is enlarged.
