Because the positioning cylinder is arranged on the opposite side of the box cover positioning block, the positioning cylinder and the box cover positioning block position and press the box cover from two corresponding surfaces of the box cover, preferably two positioning cylinders and two box cover positioning blocks, so that the box cover can be pressed from four aspects of front, back, left and right, the box cover adsorption mechanism 23 presses the box cover from the upper surface, the box cover is fixed on the box cover placing rack supporting plate 411 of the box cover placing rack 41, and the box cover cannot move in every direction, so that the stability of the box cover when the mould proof sheet is attached is further ensured.

By arranging the guide rod and the guide hole structure, the adsorption head fixing plate 234 moves stably, and the position is accurate when the box cover is placed.
Further, at least two parallel linear guide rails 431 are fixedly arranged on the supporting surface of the mold-proof sheet mechanism placing frame 43, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 is arranged on the linear guide rails 431, a position stopping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 and used for fixing the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 on the linear guide rails 431, when the position stopping mechanism is opened, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 can slide on the linear guide rails 431, and when the position stopping mechanism is fixed, the mold-proof sheet mechanism 42 is fixed in position and cannot slide on the linear guide rails 431. The positioning of the stop mechanism is prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 can be used for pasting mould proof sheets of different types of box covers by moving the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 at the position of the linear guide rail 431 to adjust the pasting position of the mould proof sheets on the box cover, so that the working range of the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism 42 is enlarged.

the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism is arranged on the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism placing frame, the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism and the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism placing frame are arranged in the box cover placing frame, the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism comprises a mould proof sheet driving cylinder, a cylinder body of the mould proof sheet driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the mould proof sheet pasting mechanism placing frame, a piston rod of the mould proof sheet driving cylinder can move up and down along the vertical direction, the end part of the piston rod of the mould proof sheet driving cylinder is fixedly connected with a mould proof sheet placing table, the mould proof sheet placing table is arranged right below a through hole of the box cover placing frame, and the mould proof sheet placing table is used for placing mould proof sheets to be pasted;
the lid transport mechanism includes:
the box cover transmission linear module is arranged above the box cover placing frame;
the box cover adsorption mechanism comprises an adsorption fixing plate, an adsorption driving cylinder, an adsorption head fixing plate and a box cover adsorption head, wherein the adsorption fixing plate is fixedly connected with a sliding table of the box cover transmission linear module, a cylinder body of the adsorption driving cylinder is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the adsorption fixing plate, the adsorption head fixing plate is arranged below the adsorption fixing plate, a piston rod of the adsorption driving cylinder penetrates through the adsorption fixing plate and is fixedly connected with the adsorption head fixing plate, the box cover adsorption head is fixed on the adsorption head fixing plate, and the box cover adsorption head is a vacuum adsorption head which is connected with a vacuum pump;
the mould proof sheet sticking mechanism further comprises:
the mould proof sheet sticking fixing plate is vertically arranged on the mould proof sheet sticking mechanism placing frame, and one end of the mould proof sheet sticking fixing plate is adjacent to the mould proof sheet driving cylinder;
the mould proof sheet strip feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the mould proof sheet fixing plate, and comprises a strip disc and a feeding wheel set, wherein the strip disc is used for placing the mould proof sheet strip, and the feeding wheel set is used for guiding the movement path of the mould proof sheet strip;
the separating block is arranged at the outer side of the tail end of the supply wheel set and is close to the mildew-proof sheet placing table, the lower end face of the separating block is higher than the upper end face of the mildew-proof sheet placing table, and the separating block is used for separating the mildew-proof sheet and the connecting belt in the mildew-proof sheet strip, and the connecting belt is adhered to the back of the mildew-proof sheet;
the connecting belt recovery mechanism and the mildew-proof sheet strip supply mechanism are arranged on the same side of the mildew-proof sheet fixing plate, the connecting belt recovery mechanism is arranged above the mildew-proof sheet strip supply mechanism, the connecting belt recovery mechanism comprises a recovery disc and a recovery wheel set, the recovery disc is used for winding the recovered connecting belt, and the recovery wheel set is used for guiding the movement path of the connecting belt;

the mildew-proof sheet sticking mechanism further comprises a mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism, and the mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism separates the mildew-proof sheet from the mildew-proof sheet strip;
the mildew-proof sheet separating mechanism comprises:
one end of the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with the mildew-proof sheet mechanism placing frame, the other end of the first connecting piece is pivoted with the bottom of the mildew-proof sheet driving cylinder, and the mildew-proof sheet driving cylinder can swing on the first connecting piece along the front-back direction of the mildew-proof sheet fixing plate;

the mould proof sheet strip pressing mechanism presses the mould proof sheet, the tearing cylinder drives the mould proof sheet driving cylinder to swing back and forth, and the mould proof sheet is torn from the mould proof sheet strip.
