As shown in fig. 7, which is a schematic view of the structure of the cutting assembly in one embodiment of the present invention, the cutting assembly 5 includes a pressing plate 53 and a cutting blade 512.
When the collation and pushing assembly 4 pushes the small box label paper to the output platform 6, the pressing plate 53 moves in the vertical direction, and presses the small box label paper bundle, so that the binding band of the small box label paper bundle protrudes.
When the binding band of the pouch brand paper generates a protrusion, the cutting blade 512 cuts the binding band of the pouch brand paper bundle by cutting the protrusion.
In a specific embodiment, the cutting assembly 5 includes a third guide cylinder 51, a first connection plate 52, a first connection frame 54, a third linear cylinder 55, an anti-collision block 56, an elastic member 57, a movable bracket 58, a fixed bracket 59, a pin 510, a connection block 511, and a paper passing shuttle 513.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the pressing plate 53 moves in the vertical direction in response to the third guide cylinder 51, pressing the small box brand paper bundle 001. The cutter blade 512 cuts the binding band of the small box label paper bundle 001 in response to the third linear cylinder 55 moving from the initial position to the end position in the direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the binding band. Preferably, the cutting blade 512 is moved from the initial position to the end position in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the strapping band in response to the third linear cylinder 55.
According to the present invention, in a specific embodiment, the body of the third guide cylinder 51 is fixed to the frame assembly 1. The first connecting plate 52 is connected with the pushing rod of the third guide rod cylinder 51, the pressing plate 53 is fixed below the first connecting plate 52 along with the pushing rod moving up and down in the vertical direction under the action of the third guide rod cylinder 51, and the third guide rod cylinder 51 drives the first connecting plate 52 to move in the vertical direction, so that the pressing plate 53 is driven to move in the vertical direction, and the small box trademark paper bundle is extruded.
The first connection frame 54 is connected to the first connection plate 52, and the first connection frame 54 is disposed at both sides of the first connection plate 52. Meanwhile, the first connecting frame 54 is connected to both sides of the body of the third linear cylinder 55 and the impact block 56, respectively.
The fixing bracket 59 is connected to the push rod of the third linear cylinder 55, and moves back and forth in the horizontal lateral direction along with the push rod under the action of the third linear cylinder 55. The movable bracket 58 is rotatably disposed on the fixed bracket 59 through a pin 510, and one end of the elastic element 57 is fixed on the fixed bracket 59, and the other end is fixed on the movable bracket 58. The connection block 511 has one end fixed to the movable bracket 58 and the other end connected to the threading shuttle 513, and the cutting blade 512 is fixed to the threading shuttle 513. The third linear cylinder 55 drives the fixed bracket 59 to move horizontally, so as to drive the cutting blade 512 to move horizontally, and cut off the binding belt.
The output stage in one embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 8 is a schematic structural view, and in combination with fig. 7 and 8, the output stage includes a support plate. The support plate is provided with at least one first notch 66, so that the lifting paper extraction assembly of the stripping assembly passes through the first notch 66 from the lower side of the support plate to the upper side of the support plate.
In a particular embodiment, the support plates include a first support plate 63 and a second support plate 64. The output platform 6 further comprises a fourth support 61, a second connecting frame 62, a third connecting frame 65.
The second connecting frame 62 and the third connecting frame 65 are fixed to the frame assembly 1 by the fourth bracket 61, and the third connecting frame 65 is disposed behind the second connecting frame 62 (along the conveying direction of the conveying platform). The first support plate 63 is fixed above the second link 62, and the second support plate 64 is fixed above the third link 65.
In particular, the second support plate 64 and the third connecting frame 65 are provided with a first notch 66 and a second notch 67. The lift paper extraction assembly passes from one side of the second support plate 64 through the first gap 66 to the other side of the second support plate. In this embodiment, the lifting tissue assembly passes through the first notch 66 from the underside of the second support plate 64 to the upper side of the second support plate.
As shown in fig. 9, a schematic structural view of one view of the stripping assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention, and a schematic structural view of another view of the stripping assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 10, the stripping assembly 7 includes a bracket assembly 71, a lifting paper extraction assembly 72, and a telescopic paper pressing assembly 73.
The bracket component 71 is fixed below the frame component 1, is arranged below the output platform 6, and the lifting paper extraction component 72 and the telescopic paper pressing component 73 are arranged on the bracket component 71.
The lift and lower extraction assembly 72 moves in a vertical direction, shuttles back and forth across the first gap 66 on the upper and lower sides of the second support plate 64.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carriage assembly 71 includes a frame 711, a cleaning carriage 712, an extraction drive roller 713, a fifth carriage 714, and a cover 715. The lifting and lowering paper extracting assembly 72 is used for fixing one end of the binding band of the cut small box trademark paper and moves in a designated direction to peel one end of the binding band of the small box trademark paper to the paper extracting driving roller 713. The extraction driving roller 713 serves to extract the binding band of the small box brand paper through a rolling motion.
The paper extraction driving roller 713 is arranged on the bracket assembly, and pulls the binding belt to be extracted when driving rolling rotation. The frame 711 is fixed below the frame assembly 1, the fifth brackets 714 are fixed on both sides of the frame 711, the extraction driving roller 713 is fixed on the fifth brackets 714, the cleaning bracket 712 is fixed on the frame 711, a small amount of adjustable gap is arranged between the cleaning bracket 712 and the extraction driving roller 713, and the cover plate 715 is fixed on the back of the frame 711.
The lift assembly of one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 11 is a schematic structural view, and the lift assembly of one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 12 is a schematic transverse cross-sectional view of a cavity at a baffle end of the lift assembly, and the stripping assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a lift assembly 72, the lift assembly being provided with a vacuum chuck 727, the vacuum chuck 727 being configured to move in a vertical direction in response to the lift assembly 72, and the vacuum chuck 727 being configured to adsorb a label paper binding tape.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lift tab assembly 72 includes a stop 723 for stopping the brand paper bundle. Further, a vacuum chuck 727 is provided at the end of the shutter 723. The shutter 723 moves the vacuum cup 727 in a vertical direction.
In a specific embodiment, the lift and lower extraction assembly 72 includes a sixth bracket 721, a first linear cylinder 722, a second connecting plate 724, a jog cylinder 725, and a suction cup attachment block 726.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a first linear cylinder is used to drive the shutter 723 to move in a vertical direction. Specifically, the main body of the first linear cylinder 722 is fixed to the frame 711 by the sixth bracket 721, and the baffle 723 is fixed to the push rod of the first linear cylinder 722, and moves up and down vertically along with the push rod under the action of the first linear cylinder 722, so that the baffle 723 and the vacuum chuck 727 of the up and down paper extraction assembly 72 reciprocate on the upper side and the lower side of the second support plate 64 through the first notch 66.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum cup 727 is configured for lateral telescoping movement along a direction perpendicular to the sides of the baffle 723. The jog cylinder 725 is used to drive the vacuum cup 727 in a lateral telescoping motion perpendicular to the sides of the stop plate 73. Specifically, a second connection plate 724 is fixed to the baffle 723, and the body of the jog cylinder 725 is fixed to the second connection plate 724. The end of the baffle 723 defines a cavity in which a jog cylinder 725 is disposed to drive the vacuum cup 727 out of or back into the cavity.
Further, the suction cup connection block 726 is fixed on the pushing rod of the micro cylinder 725, and the vacuum suction cup 727 is fixed on the suction cup connection block 726 and extends out of the cavity or retracts into the cavity along with the pushing of the micro cylinder 725 under the action of the micro cylinder 725 along with the telescopic motion of the pushing rod in the horizontal direction (the direction perpendicular to the lateral surface of the baffle 723). When the vacuum cup 727 extends out of the cavity, the severed strap is sucked by applying negative pressure to the vacuum cup 727.
The telescopic platen according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 13 is a schematic structural view of a telescopic platen according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 14, a schematic front view of a telescopic platen according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 15, a schematic view of a telescopic platen according to one embodiment of the present invention, a binding belt being pressed onto an extraction driving roller, and a peeling assembly 73 according to one embodiment of the present invention, including a telescopic platen. The telescopic platen 73 includes a seventh bracket 731, a third connection plate 732, a fourth connection plate 733, a first guide rod cylinder 734, an eighth bracket 735, a bearing 736, a telescopic platen 737, and a cleaning frame 739.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the first guide cylinder 734 is used to drive the telescopic platen 737 towards or away from the extraction drive cylinder. The telescopic platen 737 is coplanar with the extraction drive cylinder 713. The shutter 723 is configured to move in a prescribed direction through the middle of the telescopic platen 737 and the extraction drive roller 713. When the baffle 723 moves in a specified direction to peel one end of the binding band of the small-box trademark paper between the paper extraction driving roller 713 and the telescopic paper pressing roller 737, the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 moves towards the direction of the paper extraction driving roller 713, the binding band of the small-box trademark paper is pressed onto the paper extraction driving roller 713, and the binding band of the small-box trademark paper is extracted through the rolling of the paper extraction driving roller 713.
In a specific embodiment, when the vacuum chuck 727 adsorbs the binding belt 003, the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 pulls the binding belt between the paper extraction driving roller 713 and the telescopic paper pressing roller 737, the telescopic paper pressing roller 727 moves towards the paper extraction driving roller 713, and the binding belt is pressed to the paper extraction driving roller 713. In a specific embodiment, the seventh bracket 731 is fixed to the frame 711, the third connection plate 732 is fixed above the seventh bracket 731, the main body of the first guide cylinder 734 is fixed to the third connection plate 732 by the fourth connection plate 733, and an adjustment groove is provided in the third connection plate 732 to adjust the relative position of the first guide cylinder 734 with respect to the third connection plate 732 in the horizontal direction.
The eighth bracket 735 is fixed to the push rod of the first guide cylinder 734, and moves horizontally (in a direction perpendicular to the paper surface in fig. 14) by the first guide cylinder 734. The bearing 736 is rotatably provided to the eighth bracket 735, and the telescopic platen 737 is rotatably provided to the bearing 736 and fixed to the middle of the eighth bracket 735. The telescopic platen 737 is provided with a groove 738, and the cleaning frame 739 is fixed to the eighth bracket 735, facing the groove 738, and with a small amount of adjustable clearance from the groove 738. When the telescopic platen 737 is wrapped with the remaining binding band, the remaining binding band is peeled off by the action of the cleaning frame 739.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the used paper receiving passage 8 includes an upper connecting plate 81, a side bracket 82, a lower connecting plate 83, a first cover glass 84, a hinge 85, a handle 86, and a second cover glass 87.
The upper connection plate 81 is fixed to the frame 711, the side frames 82 are fixed to both sides of the upper connection plate 81, the lower connection plate is fixed to the side frames 82, the lower connection plate is arranged below the side frames 82, the first cover glass 84 is rotatably arranged in front of the side frames by means of hinges 85, the handles 86 are fixed to the first cover glass 84, and the second cover glass 87 is fixed to the rear of the side frames 82.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an automatic peeling method of a small box brand paper binding tape, and a detailed description will be given below of the automatic peeling method of a small box brand paper binding tape of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
The plurality of small box trademark paper are stacked together to form a small box trademark paper stack 002, the small box trademark paper stack is bound by the binding belt 003 to form a small box trademark paper bundle 001, and the plurality of small box trademark paper bundles 001 are arranged together, so that the automatic stripping device for the small box trademark paper binding belt provided by the invention strips the binding belt 003 of the small box trademark paper bundle 001.
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic stripping method for a small box label paper binding band, which comprises the following method steps:
step 1, conveying the small box trademark paper bundles 001 to an output platform through a conveying platform, wherein the small box trademark paper bundles 001 conveyed by the conveying platform are tidied by the tidying and pushing group 4, and the small box trademark paper bundles 001 are pushed to the lower part of a cutting assembly 5 on the output platform 6 and are abutted with a lifting paper extraction assembly 72 of a stripping assembly 7.
In this embodiment, the step 1 specifically includes the following steps S11 to S15:
S11: the plurality of small box trademark paper bundles 001 arranged on the first input platform 2 drive the first conveying belt 23 to move through the first driving roller 22, and convey the small box trademark paper bundles 001 to the second conveying belt 23 of the second conveying platform 3.
S12: when detecting that a bundle of small box trademark paper bundles at the head of the plurality of small box trademark paper bundle queues transported by the first conveying platform 2 is just transported to the second conveying platform 3, the first conveying platform 2 is controlled to stop conveying but the second conveying platform continues conveying.
Specifically, when the first sensor 004 detects that the bundle of small box label papers 001 reaches the end of the first input stage 2, the second sensor 005 detects that one bundle of small box label papers 001 enters the second input stage 3. At this time, the first input stage 2 stops conveying, and the second conveying stage 3 continues conveying, separating one bundle of small-box label paper bundles 001 on the second conveying stage 3 from a plurality of small-box label paper bundles 001 on the first conveying stage 2.
S14: when the small box trademark paper bundles on the second conveying platform 3 are detected to reach the appointed position on the second conveying platform 3, the arrangement and package pushing assembly 4 is used for uniformly arranging the small box trademark paper bundles on the second conveying platform 3.
Specifically, when the third sensor 006 detects that the small box brand paper bundle 001 reaches the end of the second input stage 3. The second conveying platform 3 stops conveying, the pushing rods of the second guide rod cylinders 44 at two sides of the bag pushing and sorting assembly 4 retract, the pushing plate 47, the left beating and aligning block 48 and the right beating and aligning block 49 are driven to retract synchronously, and two sides of the small box label paper bundle 001 are beaten and aligned.
S15: the tidying and pushing assembly 4 pushes the tidied small box label paper bundles to the lower part of the cutting assembly 5 on the output platform 6.
The push rod of the second straight air cylinder 42 extends to drive the T-shaped connecting frame 43, the second guide rod air cylinder 44 fixed on the T-shaped connecting frame 43, the V-shaped connecting piece 46 fixed on the push rod of the second guide rod air cylinder 44, the push plate 47, the left clapping block 48 and the right clapping block 49 to move along the conveying direction, the push plate 47 pushes the small box trademark paper bundle 001 forwards on the first supporting plate 63 until the small box trademark paper bundle 001 abuts against the baffle 723, which passes through the first notch and rises above the first supporting plate 63, of the lifting paper extraction assembly 72, the baffle 723 plays roles of limiting the front end of the small box trademark paper bundle 001 and clapping the front end of the small box trademark paper bundle 001, and at the moment, the second straight air cylinder 42 moves from the initial position 42-1 to the middle position 42-2 and stops.
And 2, cutting the binding belt of the small box label paper bundle by the cutting assembly 5. The pressing plate 53 of the cutting assembly 5 is pressed down to cause the binding tape 003 of the small box brand paper bundle 001 to protrude.
The pushing rod of the first linear cylinder 722 descends from the initial position 722-1 to the intermediate position 722-2 and stops, and drives the baffle 723, the second connecting plate 724, the micro cylinder 725, the sucker connecting block 726 and the vacuum sucker 727 to descend. The upper surface of the lifting and lowering tissue assembly 72 is now flush with the upper surface of the box brand paper bundle 001 or slightly below the upper surface of the box brand paper bundle 001.
The push rod of the third guide rod cylinder 51 extends out to drive the first connecting plate 52, the pressing plate 53, the first connecting frame 54 and the third linear cylinder 55 fixed on the push rod to descend until the pressing plate 53 contacts with the upper surface of the small box trademark paper bundle 001, and under the action of the pressing plate 53 and the baffle 723, the small box trademark paper bundle 001 is extruded from the binding belt 003 at the corner of the pressing plate 53 and the baffle 723 to form a protrusion, so that a small amount of gaps are formed between the small box trademark paper bundle 002 and the binding belt 003.
Step 3, the cutting blade 512 of the cutting assembly 5 moves transversely from the initial position to the end position, and cuts the protrusion to cut off the binding band 003 of the small box trademark paper bundle 001.
The pushing rod of the third linear cylinder 55 acts to drive the fixed bracket 59, the movable bracket 58 rotatably provided on the fixed bracket 59, the pin shaft 510, the elastic element 57, and the connection block 511, the cutting blade 512, and the threading shuttle 513 fixed on the movable bracket 58 to move laterally, so that the threading shuttle 513 penetrates the extruded gap, and the cutting blade 512 cuts the binding band 003 along the gap.
Step 4, the cutting blade 512 of the cutting assembly 5 is moved laterally from the end position back to the initial position.
The pushing rod of the third guide rod cylinder 51 is retracted to drive the first connecting plate 52, the pressing plate 53, the first connecting frame 54 and the third linear cylinder 55 fixed on the pushing rod to ascend. After the third linear cylinder 55 is in place, the pushing rod of the third linear cylinder 55 is retracted, and drives the fixed bracket 59, the movable bracket 58 rotatably arranged on the fixed bracket 59, the pin shaft 510, the elastic element 57, the connecting block 511 fixed on the movable bracket 58, the cutting blade 512 and the paper threading shuttle 513 to transversely move back to the initial position.
Step 5, the stripping component 7 strips the cut binding band from the small box label paper bundle. The baffle 723 of the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 drives the vacuum chuck 727 to move until the vacuum chuck 727 contacts with the binding belt of the small box trademark paper, the vacuum chuck 727 adsorbs the binding belt 003 of the small box trademark paper bundle 001, the baffle 723 drives the vacuum chuck 727 to move along the vertical direction, the cut binding belt 003 is dragged between the paper extraction driving roller 713 and the telescopic paper pressing roller 737, and the vacuum chuck 727 releases the adsorption of the binding belt.
Specifically, the micro-motion cylinder 725 on the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 pushes the rod to stretch out, drives the sucker connecting block 726 fixed on the pushing rod and the vacuum sucker 727 to stretch out, so that the vacuum sucker 727 is in place to be in contact with the bundling belt 003, and the vacuum sucker 727 is electrified with negative pressure, so that the vacuum sucker 727 sucks the severed bundling belt 003.
The push rod of the first linear cylinder 722 is lowered to the final position 722-3, so that the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 passes through the first notch 66 to descend below the second supporting plate 64, and meanwhile, the baffle 723, the second connecting plate 724, the micro cylinder 725, the sucker connecting block 726 and the vacuum sucker 727 are driven to descend.
Under the suction force of the vacuum chuck 727, the cut binding tape 003 is pulled under the output stage 6 and the extraction driving roller 713, between the extraction driving roller 713 and the telescopic platen 737.
The pushing rod of the first guide rod cylinder 734 extends to drive the eighth bracket 735, the bearing 736 and the roller 737 fixed on the pushing rod to extend, so that the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 presses the binding belt 003 onto the paper extraction driving roller 713. The vacuum chuck 727 is disconnected by negative pressure, and the pushing rod of the micro-motion cylinder 725 drives the vacuum chuck 727 to retract, so that the adsorption of the binding belt 003 is released.
It should be noted that, the step of releasing the suction of the binding band 003 by the vacuum chuck 727 in the step 5 may be performed after the telescopic platen 737 presses the binding band 003 to the extraction driving roller 713 in the step 6, that is: after the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 moves in the specified direction to peel one end of the binding belt between the paper extraction driving roller 713 and the telescopic paper pressing roller 737, the step of pressing the binding belt 003 to the paper extraction driving roller 713 by the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 and the step of releasing the adsorption of the binding belt 003 by the vacuum chuck 727 are performed, the step of pressing the binding belt 003 to the paper extraction driving roller 713 by the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 can be performed first, the step of releasing the adsorption of the binding belt 003 by the vacuum chuck 727 can be performed first, the step of pressing the binding belt 003 to the paper extraction driving roller 713 by the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 can be performed simultaneously.
Step 6, the sorting and pushing assembly 4 pushes the small box trademark paper stack 002 with the binding bands cut off to move along the conveying direction of the output platform, and meanwhile, the paper extraction driving roller 713 is controlled to drive the binding bands 003 to be extracted.
The push rod of the second linear cylinder 42 continues to extend, and moves from the intermediate position 42-2 to the final position 42-3, so that the stack 002 of the small box label paper with the binding band 003 peeled off is pushed forward to the second support plate 64 to stop.
The paper extraction driving roller 713 rotates to drive the binding belt 003 pressed on the paper extraction driving roller 713 to move downwards for extraction.
The push rod of the second guide rod cylinder 44 drives the push plate 47, the left beat-up block 48 and the right beat-up block 49 to extend and open, and the push rod of the second linear cylinder 42 is retracted to the initial position 42-1.
Step 7, when the bundling belt 003 of the small box label paper bundle 001 is completely extracted, the lifting paper extraction assembly 72 of the stripping assembly 7 moves along the vertical direction and returns to the initial position 722-1.
When the binding belt 003 is completely pulled away, the paper extraction driving roller 713 stops rotating, and the push rod of the first guide rod cylinder 734 drives the telescopic paper pressing roller 737 to retract.
The pushing rod of the first linear cylinder 722 drives the baffle 723, the second connecting plate 724, the micro cylinder 725, the sucker connecting block 726 and the vacuum sucker 727 to rise to the initial position 722-1. Thus, the process of peeling one binding band ends, and the process of peeling the next binding band starts to be circulated.
The initial position, the middle position, the terminal position and the like of the air cylinder are all adjustable.
The cylinder, the driving roller and the like are relatively economical driving modes in the scheme, and the scheme can also adopt the driving mode of an electric cylinder or a driving motor.
The pneumatic and air cylinders can also adopt other similar linear motion modes such as electric and electric cylinders.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.

The stripping assembly comprises a bracket assembly, a lifting paper extraction assembly and a telescopic paper pressing assembly; the support component is fixed below the frame component, is arranged below the output platform, and the lifting paper extraction component and the telescopic paper pressing component are arranged on the support component; the telescopic paper pressing assembly comprises a telescopic paper pressing roller and a cleaning frame, the telescopic paper pressing roller is provided with a groove, and the cleaning frame is opposite to the groove and is provided with an adjustable gap with the groove;
