The method comprises the following specific steps:
the PLC controller can control the frequency converter and the first linear actuator driver according to the input state value of the induction sheet, the induction sheet induces signals, and the frequency converter controls the input platform motor to stop moving; the first linear actuator receives a pulse signal sent by the first linear actuator driver, starts to move, and after a set distance is reached, a micro-motion cylinder electromagnetic valve connected to the output end of the PLC controller is powered on, and a micro-motion cylinder drives a blade to move downwards for a distance to cut the wrapping paper; the label paper reaches the third sensor under the effect of the first linear actuator, the PLC receives signals of the third sensor, the guide cylinder electromagnetic valve is electrically controlled under the control of the PLC to control the guide cylinder push rod to extend, the label paper is pushed out for a certain distance, and the label paper reaches the second conveying belt of the output platform. The color mark sensor at the tail end of the output platform detects whether the label paper is blown down, the PLC receives a color mark sensor signal, when the label paper is not blown down, the label paper is blown down through an upper air outlet, the correlation photoelectric sensor detects whether the label paper is blown down to a specified position, the PLC controls the rotary cylinder solenoid valve, the swing rod is controlled to rotate to realize paper pressing, the PLC controls the linear cylinder solenoid valve to move to enable the hopper to rotate to the tail end of the second conveying belt, when the label paper is pushed onto the hopper, the PLC controls the linear cylinder solenoid valve to continuously move to enable the hopper to rotate by 90 degrees, when the metal induction sensor detects the 90-degree position of the hopper, a signal is transmitted to the PLC, the PLC controls the rotary cylinder solenoid valve to enable the rotary motor to rotate, and the swing rod swings outwards by 180 degrees; and a second push rod of the second linear actuator is pushed to the tail side of the label paper, the PLC controls the linear cylinder electromagnetic valve to move so that the hopper rotates upwards by 45 degrees and is parallel to the second push rod, and finally the PLC controls the second push rod 40 to push the label paper with the wrapping paper removed to the output frame 42.

4) the PLC controls the second linear actuator (41) to drive the second push rod (40) to push the label paper to the tail side, the hopper (37) rotates upwards for 45 degrees and is parallel to the second push rod (40), and the second push rod (40) pushes the label paper with the wrapping paper removed to the output frame (42) through the second linear actuator (41).
