The method overcomes the defect that the traditional basswood edible fungi can not be industrially cultivated in a large scale, and has short cultivation period, good quality of the fruiting bodies of the edible fungi and sufficient flavor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of edible fungus planting, in particular to an edible fungus basswood industrialized cultivation method.
Background
At present, edible fungi are artificially cultivated in two ways: one is natural basswood; one is to pack various substitute materials and auxiliary materials into a bottle or a plastic bag and adopt a bottle cultivation or bag cultivation mode. Compared with the two modes, the quality of the fruiting body obtained by the cultivation of the basswood is better by adopting the basswood cultivation, and the defects of no sterilization, natural fungus cultivation, longer fungus cultivation period, more extensive management and lower biological efficiency of the fruiting body obtained by the cultivation compared with bag cultivation are overcome. The bag cultivation method has short growth period, can utilize various waste raw materials, is convenient for manual management, has higher biological efficiency of the obtained fruiting body compared with the basswood cultivation, but has poorer quality and flavor of the obtained fruiting body.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the industrial cultivation method of the edible fungi basswood, which has the advantages of short cultivation period, good quality of fruiting bodies of the edible fungi and sufficient flavor.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution of the invention is as follows: an edible fungus basswood industrialized cultivation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) preparing basswood: selecting basswood with uniform thickness and no bending in a straight and straight manner, dividing the basswood into a plurality of basswood sections, hollowing out the central part of the divided basswood sections to form a basswood central hole, in order to reduce the subsequent working strength, punching can be avoided, a 2-3 cm allowance can be left at the tail end of the basswood as a 'cover' of the central hole, and then punching a plurality of small through holes with the aperture of 1-2 mm on the surface layer of the basswood section by using punching equipment;
2) preparing a strain block: planting the strain into an edible fungus culture medium in a manual inoculation or mechanical inoculation mode, and keeping the strain for later use after the strain grows into a strain block;
3) and (3) sterilization: performing sterilization treatment on the basswood sections;
4) inoculation: putting a culture medium containing a strain block into a central hole of the basswood, and then sealing one end of the central hole;
5) hypha culture: putting the basswood sections obtained in the step 4) into a culture room for hypha culture;
6) fruiting: when hyphae grow over the basswood sections, the basswood sections are moved to a fruiting workshop, and a temperature and humidity adjusting and forced ventilation device is arranged in the fruiting workshop; controlling temperature, humidity and ventilation until fruiting.
The radius of the central hole in the step 1) is 1/3-1/2 of the radius of a basswood section.
The edible fungus culture medium in the step 2) comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-80 parts of sawdust, 8-28 parts of fruit peel, fruit residue and/or plant straw, 1-10 parts of water absorbent, 5-20 parts of bean cake powder and/or bran, 0.5-2 parts of gypsum and 0.5-2.0 parts of chitosan.
The sterilization mode in the step 3) is sterilization at a high temperature of 100-110 ℃ for 18-22 hours.
The culture room in the step 5) is ventilated, cool and dark, the temperature of the culture room is set to be 22-25 ℃, and the humidity of the culture room is set to be 65-75%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the method, the mode of planting edible fungi on solid basswood in the past is abandoned, holes are dug in the center of the basswood section and the culture medium is filled in the holes, and the basswood section is used as a special fungus bag, so that the edible fungi can continuously absorb the nutrition of the basswood, and the quality and the flavor of the fruiting body are kept; meanwhile, the hollow basswood section filled with the culture medium can accelerate the rooting speed of hypha, the culture medium in the hollow basswood section can provide more nutrition for strains, the fungus production speed of the edible fungus is accelerated, the basswood section with the same length as the existing fungus bag is matched, the edible fungus basswood is industrialized to be possible, and the industrialized planting of the basswood edible fungus can ensure the stable fungus production quality and effectively reduce the production of mixed fungi.
2. The method limits the size of the central hole of the basswood section, thereby ensuring the thickness of the surface layer of the basswood section, ensuring that hypha can absorb enough basswood nutrition, and simultaneously ensuring that enough culture medium can be contained in the basswood section to provide nutrients for the rapid growth of strains.
3. The edible fungus culture medium can provide more nutrient components for the basswood edible fungus, and solves the problem of single nutrition of the traditional basswood edible fungus.
4. According to the invention, small through holes are drilled on the surface layer of the basswood section, the through holes have the effects of increasing oxygen, increasing the traveling path of hyphae and improving the fruiting efficiency, and meanwhile, workers can supplement water for strains through the small through holes to ensure the moisture required by the growth of the strains.
