当今人们对家居环境非常重视,除了衣物的清洁,还包括床单被褥等大件物品的洗涤,尤其是床单等,南方等梅雨季节不好晾晒,可能滋生大量的螨虫,因此,还需要洗衣液具有一定的除螨功能。中国专利CN105623879A公开了一种基于植物提取物的抑菌除螨洗衣液,记载了:原料以质量百分比计包括以下组分:R301除螨杀菌植物提取液3%;柠檬香精1%;天竺葵精油2%;硬脂酸甘油酯23%;莲花提取物8%;野菊花提取物6%;椰油酰二乙醇胺7%;水50%,本发明提供一种基于植物提取物的抑菌除螨洗衣液,不仅具有极好的抑菌除螨能力,而且以天然植物提取物为主要成分。该专利中虽然添加了几种天然植物提取物达到了除螨效果,但是去污能力较差,且产品不能够长期稳定的保持功效。。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种除螨洗衣液及其制备方法,可有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种除螨洗衣液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种除螨洗衣液,所述洗衣液由香青藤提取物、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、保湿剂、有机酸钠盐、防腐剂、植物香料、水组成。
优选地,所述洗衣液由以下重量份的原料组成:香青藤提取物40~50份、阴离子表面活性剂60~80份、非离子表面活性剂15~25份、保湿剂8~12份、有机酸钠盐1~3份、防腐剂2~6份、植物香料8~12份、水100~120份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述香青藤提取物通过以下方法制备:
(1)取香青藤,加入8~10倍质量蒸馏水先浸泡30~45min,然后加热至90~100℃提取45~60min,过滤,收集滤液;
(2)滤渣再加入5~8倍质量蒸馏水加热至90~100℃提取30~45min,过滤,收集滤液;
(3)重复提取滤渣2~3次,合并多次提取得到的滤液并进行浓缩,即得。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为为N酰基氨基酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯、磺基芳基磺酸化物、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、脂肪酸磺烷基酯中的至少一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂为N酰基氨基酸盐与脂肪醇硫酸酯的组合。
优选地,所述N酰基氨基酸盐为月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠,所述脂肪醇硫酸酯为十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺,聚氧乙烯烷基胺,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯共聚物,烷醇酰胺中的至少一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷醇酰胺,所述烷醇酰胺为椰油酰二乙醇胺。
优选地,所述保湿剂包括甘油,1,2-丙二醇,1,3-丁二醇,山梨醇,透明质酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述保湿剂为1,2-丙二醇的组合。
优选地,所述有机酸钠盐包括柠檬酸钠、磺酸钠、亚磺酸钠、水杨酸钠的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述有机酸钠盐为柠檬酸钠。
优选地,所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述防腐剂为羟苯甲酯。
本发明还提供一种润发型洗衣液的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺倒入乳化锅加水以650~700rpm分散搅拌40~50min;
(2)加入香青藤提取物、1,2-丙二醇、柠檬酸钠、羟苯甲酯、植物香料,以300~450rpm搅拌30~40min,随后再以100~150rpm搅拌20~30min;
(3)静置1~2h去泡,完成液态贮放,即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明通过添加香青藤提取物,其作为驱螨有效成分,不仅能有效杀灭活体螨虫,同时也能杀灭虫卵,其中对螨虫的杀灭死亡率为100%,对虫卵杀灭死亡率均>95%,达到极佳的杀灭效果。
2.本发明原材料在国内充足,价格适宜,使其规模化生产没有太高的成本限制;同时,制备方法简单,总体生产成本不高,有利于工业的大规模生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按表1称量具体原料,其余步骤制备步骤如下:
(1)将月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺倒入乳化锅加水以650rpm分散搅拌50min;
(2)加入香青藤提取物、1,2-丙二醇、柠檬酸钠、羟苯甲酯、植物香料,以300rpm搅拌40min,随后再以100rpm搅拌30min;
(3)静置2h去泡,完成液态贮放,即得。
实施例2
按表1称量具体原料,其余步骤制备步骤如下:
(1)将月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺倒入乳化锅加水以700rpm分散搅拌40min;

(3)静置1h去泡,完成液态贮放,即得。

实施例4驱螨效果测试
除螨率:测试方法参照《创制农药生物活性评价SOP体系》,采用浸渍法和统计校正害虫死亡率的方法测定杀螨卵活性。将实施例1~3以及对比例1分别稀释至5ppm,在无菌条件下各吸取50mL药液注入培养皿中,再分别浸入有朱砂螨卵的叶片,以添加50mL灭菌水的平板做空白对照;将培养皿放在24±1℃的恒温培养箱内,48h后调查统计死亡率。测试结果见表2。

实施例5衣服清洗效果测试
去污力测试:依据GB/T 13174 2003《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及抗污渍再沉积能力的测定》进行去污力检测。
衣服柔软舒适度:将相同的衣物分别放入洗衣机中,并分别加入相同量的实施例1~3以及对比例1洗涤50min,取出晾干后用手感受以上洗涤后的衣物的舒适度,根据衣物的柔软舒适度进行评分,评分标准为衣物的柔软舒适度越高,评分越高,分数为0~10分。测试结果见表3。

Claims (9)
1.一种除螨洗衣液,其特征在于,所述洗衣液由以下重量份的原料组成:香青藤提取物40~50份、阴离子表面活性剂60~80份、非离子表面活性剂15~25份、保湿剂8~12份、有机酸钠盐1~3份、防腐剂2~6份、植物香料8~12份、水100~120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述香青藤提取物通过以下方法制备:
(1)取香青藤,加入8~10倍质量蒸馏水先浸泡30~45min,然后加热至90~100℃提取45~60min,过滤,收集滤液。
(2)滤渣再加入5~8倍质量蒸馏水加热至90~100℃提取30~45min,过滤,收集滤液。
(3)重复提取滤渣2~3次,合并多次提取得到的滤液并进行浓缩,即得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为为N酰基氨基酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸酯、磺基芳基磺酸化物、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、脂肪酸磺烷基酯中的至少一种或两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为N酰基氨基酸盐与脂肪醇硫酸酯的组合;所述N酰基氨基酸盐为月桂酰基甲基氨基丙酸钠,所述脂肪醇硫酸酯为十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯烷基醇酰胺,聚氧乙烯烷基胺,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,长链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯共聚物,烷醇酰胺中的至少一种或两种以上的组合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷醇酰胺,所述烷醇酰胺为椰油酰二乙醇胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油,1,2-丙二醇,1,3-丁二醇,山梨醇,透明质酸中的一种或两种以上的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣液,其特征在于,所述有机酸钠盐包括柠檬酸钠、磺酸钠、亚磺酸钠、水杨酸钠的一种或两种以上的组合;所述防腐剂包括甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、尼泊金酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯乙酯中的一种或两种以上的组合。
9.一种制备权利要求1所述的洗衣液的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤组成:
(1)将阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂倒入乳化锅加水以650~700rpm分散搅拌40~50min。
(2)加入香青藤提取物、保湿剂、有机酸钠盐、防腐剂、植物香料,以300~450rpm搅拌30~40min,随后再以100~150rpm搅拌20~30min。
(3)静置1~2h去泡,完成液态贮放,即得。
