背景技术
玻璃在使用时容易会出现灰尘、斑点等问题,如何对玻璃进行清洗成为人们越来越关注的问题。一般的方法是用水进行清洗,该方式浪费大量的水的同时也浪费了较大的人力,而且清洗不净,因此越来越多的洗涤液应运而生,各种洗涤液的主要成分为表面活性剂,而表面活性剂分为较多种,因此如何选择表面活性剂,如何对表面活性剂的搭配以及如何选择辅料及配比成为了洗涤液清洗效果的关键因素,而目前市场上洗涤液的种类各异,效果也不甚理想,这是现有技术中的不足。

为此,本发明的目的是一种高效玻璃洗涤液。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高效玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12-15、椰子油1-5、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠6-8、六偏磷酸钠1.6-1.8、乙醇15-17、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯7-10、十二烷基聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠5-8、水杨酸钠0.5-0.7、象鼻藤叶提取物0.13-0.15、助剂1-3、去离子水100-106;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:香樟叶8、桑叶14、丙三醇7。
进一步的,所述的象鼻藤叶提取物制备方法为:将象鼻藤叶先采用质量浓度为1.85%的氯化钠溶液在32℃浸泡4小时,然后过滤,捣碎,采用66%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 42,在40℃下回流提取2h,离心得上层清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,最后真空干燥制得。
进一步的,所述的助剂制备方法为:将香樟、桑叶采用32℃清水浸泡5小时后,过滤,然后混合粉碎至120目,加入桑叶重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加入复合酶,置于38℃下恒温酶解5小时,过滤,得酶解浆,再加入酵母菌,混合均匀,于43℃恒温发酵4小时,得发酵浆,将向发酵浆中添加其质量2倍的清水,以280r/min转速搅拌30min,自然静置10小时,然后取上清液,将上清液浓缩至原来体积的五分之一,最后添加丙三醇,搅拌均匀,即得所需助剂。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有玻璃洗涤液相比,本发明制备的玻璃洗涤液对玻璃的损伤小,成本低,而且对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效,去污速度快,通过象鼻藤叶提取物与本发明配制的助剂的协同作用,使洗涤液具有非常强的去污性能,能较好的满足洗涤玻璃时所需要的去污功能,同时还具有杀菌、消毒的作用,还能够用于衣物的洗涤,具备柔软、杀菌、抗静电性能优良的效果,通过各成分之间的协同作用,使得本发明玻璃洗涤液能够节省洗涤能源消耗,提高洗涤剂的洁净度,消除异味、对皮肤刺激性低,能够降低环境污染,采用本发明洗涤液相较于普通玻璃洗涤液去污效果好,效率高,清洗完后,还具有有清香的效果。

一种高效玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠13、椰子油2、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠7、六偏磷酸钠1.7、乙醇16、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯8、十二烷基聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠6、水杨酸钠0.6、象鼻藤叶提取物0.14、助剂2、去离子水103;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:香樟叶8、桑叶14、丙三醇7。
以上实施例中:
进一步的,所述的象鼻藤叶提取物制备方法为:将象鼻藤叶先采用质量浓度为1.85%的氯化钠溶液在32℃浸泡4小时,然后过滤,捣碎,采用66%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 42,在40℃下回流提取2h,离心得上层清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,最后真空干燥制得。
进一步的,所述的助剂制备方法为:将香樟、桑叶采用32℃清水浸泡5小时后,过滤,然后混合粉碎至120目,加入桑叶重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加入复合酶,置于38℃下恒温酶解5小时,过滤,得酶解浆,再加入酵母菌,混合均匀,于43℃恒温发酵4小时,得发酵浆,将向发酵浆中添加其质量2倍的清水,以280r/min转速搅拌30min,自然静置10小时,然后取上清液,将上清液浓缩至原来体积的五分之一,最后添加丙三醇,搅拌均匀,即得所需助剂。
进一步的,所述复合酶按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶16、半纤维素酶8。
进一步的,所述的复合酶的添加量为桑叶质量的0.28%。
进一步的,所述的酵母菌的添加量为桑叶质量的1.4%。
进一步的,所述的酵母菌为茶酵母。
进一步的,所述的椰子油经过处理后使用:将椰子油加热至80℃,然后添加其质量2%的山茶籽油,以200r/min转速搅拌40min,自然冷却至室温即可。
对比例1为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加象鼻藤叶提取物。
对比例2为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加本发明配制的助剂。
对比例3为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加甘油丁二酸癸酸酯和十二烷基聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠。
对比例4为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加椰子油。
将6块污染情况基本相同的玻璃分别实用实施例和对比例的洗涤液进行清洗,以完全透明为100%,分别取相同计量的洗涤液,均匀涂布到玻璃上,浸泡10分钟,用抹布擦干,对玻璃进行评分,评分见下表:

由表1可以看出,本发明玻璃洗涤液清洗效果更佳。
将多块相同玻璃上进行植入相同数量的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,分别采用实施例和对比例进行处理:
经检测:
实施例1的洗涤液能够大约杀灭90%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
实施例2的洗涤液能够大约杀灭90%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
实施例3的洗涤液能够大约杀灭91%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
对比例1的洗涤液能够大约杀灭65%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
对比例2的洗涤液能够大约杀灭42%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
对比例3的洗涤液能够大约杀灭88%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
对比例4的洗涤液能够大约杀灭85%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
采用普通玻璃洗涤液能够大约杀灭36%的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌;
由此可知,本发明玻璃洗涤液杀菌消毒效果更好。
Claims (8)
1.一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12-15、椰子油1-5、脂肪醇聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠6-8、六偏磷酸钠1.6-1.8、乙醇15-17、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯7-10、十二烷基聚氧丙烯醚硫酸钠5-8、水杨酸钠0.5-0.7、象鼻藤叶提取物0.13-0.15、助剂1-3、去离子水100-106;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:香樟叶8、桑叶14、丙三醇7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的象鼻藤叶提取物制备方法为:将象鼻藤叶先采用质量浓度为1.85%的氯化钠溶液在32℃浸泡4小时,然后过滤,捣碎,采用66%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 42,在40℃下回流提取2h,离心得上层清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,最后真空干燥制得。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述复合酶按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶16、半纤维素酶8。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的复合酶的添加量为桑叶质量的0.28%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的酵母菌的添加量为桑叶质量的1.4%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的酵母菌为茶酵母。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的椰子油经过处理后使用:将椰子油加热至80℃,然后添加其质量2%的山茶籽油,以200r/min转速搅拌40min,自然冷却至室温即可。
