Abstract
本发明公开一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂的制备。以重量份计,本发明由以下组分组成:有机酸:10~30份;助溶剂:5~10份;烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:5~15份;烷基糖苷:5~10份;污垢摩擦剂:1~5份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1~3份;香料:0.5~1份,余下用水补至100份。与现有技术相较,本发明具有如下优势:(1)配方简单,成本低廉;(2)对马桶污垢清洗速度快,具有高效的清洗效果;(3)使用清洗能力强、稳定性能好,在低温、高硬度水条件下仍具有很强的洗涤能力的烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠和易生物降解的绿色表面活性剂烷基糖苷作为主要活性成分,对目前环保节水的需求具有重要意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于清洁用品技术领域,更具体是涉及一种高效、易生物降解的家用及商用冲水马桶清洗剂的制备。
背景技术
马桶是人们日常生活中使用极其广泛的清洁用品之一,每天都会有大量的马桶污垢产生,高效绿色的清洗马桶与人类的身体健康和清新干净的环境息息相关。目前市售的马桶清洗剂不但配方复杂,洗涤效果差,而且大多采用廉价、有毒且不可生物降解的无机酸和表面活性剂为主成分制备而成,除了对人体健康造成威胁,对环境的负面影响也很大。如发明专利CN102994286A,其配方中含有大量无机强酸-盐酸(22-30份)及强碱-氢氧化钠(12-18份),腐蚀性强且环境破坏性影响大;专利CN104017660A的配方中所使用的表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠(19-25份),该表面活性剂生物降解性不佳,且洗涤、漂洗、抗硬水的能力都不佳。为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,该发明具有如下优势:(1)配方简单,成本低廉;(2)对马桶污垢清洗速度快,具有高效的清洗效果;(3)使用清洗能力强、稳定性能好的烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠和易生物降解的烷基糖苷作为主要活性成分,对节水环保具有重要意义。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂。
本发明还提供一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂的制备方法。
本发明所提供的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,以重量份计,其技术方案如下,:
有机酸:10~20份;
助溶剂:10~15份;
烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:5~15份;
烷基糖苷:5~10份;
污垢摩擦剂:1~5份;
抗硬水剂:乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1~3份
香精:0.5~1份,余下用水补至100份。
所述的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
将相应份数的烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠和烷基糖苷投入水中,加热至60~70℃,并搅拌至完全混合均匀。
降温到40℃,按份数加入其余组分,并充分搅拌以混合均匀。
冷却至室温,即可得一种新型、易生物降解新型马桶清洗剂。
与现有技术相较,本发明具有以下优势:
使用有机酸替代传统的无机强酸及强碱如盐酸、磷酸、氢氧化钠等,减少了环境危害,避免了刺激、腐蚀,使用安全方便。
使用助溶剂可提升对污垢中有机物的清洗效果,加快清洗速度。
所选用的表面活性剂复配成分之一烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠具有水溶性好,可以增加其它表面活性剂的溶解度 ,可以取代或减少非洗涤助剂的用量,可以调节体系流变性,抗电解质能力强,配方稳定性好,不易分层,在低温、高硬度水条件下仍具有很强的洗涤能力,发泡性适中等优点。
所选用的表面活性剂复配成分之二的的烷基糖苷是由可再生资源天然脂肪醇和葡萄糖合成的,是一种性能较全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有高表面活性、良好的生态安全性和相溶性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明作进一步说明,但实施例并不限制本发明的保护范围,采用与本发明下述实施例相同或近似的原料或配方而得到的新型马桶清洗剂,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

本发明实施例提供的新型马桶清洗剂,以重量分计,由以下组分组成:
乙酸:20份;
助溶剂:乙醇:10份;
烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:12份;
烷基糖苷:8份;
污垢摩擦剂:硅藻土2份;
抗硬水剂:乙二胺四乙酸二钠:2份;
香精:0.8份,余下用水补至100份。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供的新型马桶清洗剂,以重量分计,由以下组分组成:
柠檬酸:15份;
助溶剂:异丙醇:5份;
烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:10份;
烷基糖苷:10份;
污垢摩擦剂:活性白土:3份;
抗硬水剂:乙二胺四乙酸二钠:3份;
香精:0.5份,余下用水补至100份。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供的新型马桶清洗剂,以重量分计,由以下组分组成:
草酸:10份;
助溶剂:乙醇:15份;
烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:15份;
烷基糖苷:5份;
污垢摩擦剂:活性炭:5份;
抗硬水剂:乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1份;
香精:0.6份,余下用水补至100份。

1.一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂的制备,其特征在于,以重量分计,由以下组分组成:有机酸:10~30份;助溶剂:5~10份;烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠:5~15份;烷基糖苷:5~10份;污垢摩擦剂:1~5份;,乙二胺四乙酸二钠:1~3份;香精:0.5~1份;余下用水补至100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的有机酸为乙酸、柠檬酸和草酸等低毒或无毒的水溶性有机酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的助溶剂为甲醇、乙醇或异丙醇等与水互溶的溶剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠和烷基糖苷的复配物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效、易生物降解的新型马桶清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的污垢摩擦剂为硅藻土、白土或活性炭等无机粉末或颗粒状物。
