一种餐厨洗涤剂,以重量计,其包含氨基酸表面活性剂0.1-25%,水75-90%,保湿剂 0.5-5%,防腐剂 0.1-1%,所述洗涤剂的pH范围在6-9之间。所述洗涤剂能清除厨房餐具表面的油污。

Description

一种氨基酸餐厨净 技术领域
本发明涉及一种餐厨净,更具体地说,涉及一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸餐厨净,属于日用消费品领域。
背景技术
餐厨净属于调配型产品,可以用于洗涤锅、碗、瓢、盆、盘子等厨房用品,近年来在国内发展十分迅速,是饮食业和家庭不可少的洗涤品。目前市面上的餐厨净,都是以化学合成表面活性剂,如十二烷基苯磺酸钠LAS、十二烷基硫酸钠AS、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠AES、仲烷基磺酸钠SAS等为原料,大多不易降解或无法降解,对环境造成污染。同时接触到人体皮肤易引起过敏,进入人体会破坏人体的免疫系统,生殖系统等,危害极大。随着人们环保意识和健康意识的逐步增强,餐厨洗涤剂未来的发展方向将是以环保绿色型为主流。除了有强去污力、对人体无害、杀菌消毒、温和高泡的功能外,还应容易降解、不污染环境。因此,开发安全环保型餐厨洗涤剂是时代的迫切需求。
为此,我们研发了一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸餐厨净。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸餐厨净。
为实现前述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案包括:一种氨基酸餐厨净,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份;所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为0.1-25%;
所述氨基酸餐厨净还含有水、保湿剂、防腐剂,其重量百分比分别为:
水为75-90%;
保湿剂为0.5-5%;
防腐剂为0.1-1%;
所述氨基酸餐厨净的pH范围在6-9之间。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为5-20%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为10-15%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好。
优选的,所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有如下优点:
本发明所述的氨基酸餐厨净采用氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份,代替了传统的餐厨净用表面活性剂,如LAS、AS、AES、SAS;免去化学洗涤剂残留对人体的伤害和环境的污染、无刺激、无过敏、本发明采用了具有生物降解性的天然氨基酸表面活性剂,无毒、无腐蚀、无污染、无残留;能高效快速清除厨房餐具表面的油污,保障食用安全。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述的氨基酸餐厨净,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂作为主要活性成份;所述的氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好;所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
所述氨基酸餐厨净还含有水、片碱氢氧化钠、卡松、甘油、香精、烷基多糖苷APG1214和羧甲基C10-16烷基葡萄糖苷钠SCAG。
所述氨基酸餐厨净的组分的重量百分比见表一、表二,共列举了10个实施例;
所述氨基酸餐厨净的ph值范围在6-8之间。
鉴于现有技术中的不足,本案发明人经长期研究和大量实践,得以提出本发明的技术方案。如下将对该技术方案、其实施过程及原理等作进一步的解释说明。
氨基酸我们都很熟悉,它是构建生物机体的众多生物活性分子之一,还是构建人体细胞、修复人体组织的基础材料。
氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,蛋白质它是生物体内最重要的活性分子之一,包括催化代谢的酶。
氨基酸的作用有很多,它能够将我们人体内有毒物质排出体外,有效的减轻辐射、污染对人体所造成的伤害。排除机体在剧烈的运动以后体内的代谢产物,从而具有促进精神、机体、肌肉等多方面的快速恢复,因此对提高机体机能有很好的帮助。
本发明所生产的氨基酸餐厨净中的氨基酸表面活性剂至少含有浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠盐和椰油酰胺基丙氨酸钠盐中的一种,代替了传统的餐厨净表面活性剂,如LAS、AS、AES、SAS为主的表面活性剂。经过试验:采用重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以下的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸餐厨净,泡沫丰富度比重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以上的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸餐厨净低,稳定性也相对较差,去污能力较差。
本发明所述的氨基酸餐厨净中,除所述氨基酸表面活性剂成分外,还包括配制餐厨净的基本原料。
表一、表二中所涉及的数据是指重量份数,实施例1至实施例10中氨基酸餐厨净的总重量份数均为100。

本发明的核心在于采用氨基酸表面活性剂作为主要表面活性成分添加到餐厨净中并验证其在餐厨净中的无毒、无腐蚀、无污染、无残留和高效快速清除污能力,详见附图1-5所示的成分检验报告和附图6-9所示的性能检验报告。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有如下优点:
本发明所述的氨基酸餐厨净采用氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份,代替了传统的餐厨净表面活性剂,如LAS、AS、AES、SAS;免去化学洗涤剂残留对人体的伤害和环境的污染、无刺激、无过敏、厨房高效清洁型、清洁成分采用了具有生物降解性的天然氨基酸表面活性剂,无毒、无腐蚀、无污染、无残留;能高效快速清除厨房餐具表面的油污,保障食用安全。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围,凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种氨基酸餐厨净,其特征在于,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份;所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为0.1-25%;
    所述氨基酸餐厨净还含有水、保湿剂、防腐剂,其重量百分比分别为:
    水为75-90%;
    保湿剂为0.5-5%;
    防腐剂为0.1-1%;
    所述氨基酸餐厨净的pH范围在6-9之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的氨基酸餐厨净,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为5-20%。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的氨基酸餐厨净,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为10-15%。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的氨基酸餐厨净,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的氨基酸餐厨净,其特征在于,所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
