目前市面上的婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,都是含有月桂醇聚醚硫酸脂钠AES,十二烷基苯磺酸钠AS等表面活性剂,它们大多不易降解或无法降解,对环境造成污染;同时,由于洗涤后漂洗不彻底,残留比较多,对皮肤会有过敏,另外市场上还有添加荧光剂的产品,对人体有危害。
近年来,随着对氨基酸研究的深入,氨基酸也被越来越多的应用于各个领域。其中,氨基酸在日用化学品中的应用也是一个很值得研究的课题,氨基酸日化品也被越来越多的人所接受和追捧。日化品工业界中,氨基酸日化品无疑更是重头戏之一,它为日化工业注入了新的活力。
氨基酸是含有氨基和羧基的一类有机化合物的通称。它是构成生物体蛋白质并同生命活动有关的最基本的物质,是在生物体内构成蛋白质分子的基本单位,与生物的生命活动有着密切的关系。它在抗体内具有特殊的生理功能,是生物体内不可缺少的营养成分之一。
为此,我们研发了一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、易冲洗、无化学伤害、具有明显的止痒,有效预防婴幼儿皮肤过敏,红点等皮肤疾病的安全且环保的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、易冲洗、无化学伤害、具有明显的止痒,有效预防婴幼儿皮肤过敏,红点等皮肤疾病的安全且环保的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡。
为实现前述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案包括:一种氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份;所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为0.1-25%;
所述氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡还含有水、保湿剂,植物提取物, 动物提取物,天然香精和食用防腐剂,其重量百分比分别为:
水为70~90%;
保湿剂为5-10%;
植物提取物为0.1-6%;
动物提取物为0.1-6%;
天然香精为0.01-0.1%;
食用防腐剂为0.1-1.0%;
所述氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡的pH范围在5.5-7之间。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为5-20%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为10-15%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好。

本发明所述的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂作为主要活性成份;所述的氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好;所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡还含有水、浓度为96%的氢氧化钠、食用级甘油、食用级胶原蛋白粉、食用级泛醇、食用级山羊奶提取物、食用级脱氢乙酸钠、食用级水果香精、食用级天然VE、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油复配的化妆品用液体防腐剂PE9010、食用级透明质酸和山梨酸钾。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡的ph值范围在6-8之间。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡的组分的重量百分比见表一、表二,共列举了10个实施例;
鉴于现有技术中的不足,本案发明人经长期研究和大量实践,得以提出本发明的技术方案。如下将对该技术方案、其实施过程及原理等作进一步的解释说明。
氨基酸我们都很熟悉,它是构建生物机体的众多生物活性分子之 一,还是构建人体细胞、修复人体组织的基础材料。
氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,蛋白质它是生物体内最重要的活性分子之一,包括催化代谢的酶。
氨基酸的作用有很多,它能够将我们人体内有毒物质排出体外,有效的减轻辐射、污染对人体所造成的伤害。排除机体在剧烈的运动以后体内的代谢产物,从而具有促进精神、机体、肌肉等多方面的快速恢复,因此对提高机体机能有很好的帮助。
本发明所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡中的氨基酸表面活性剂至少含有浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠盐和椰油酰胺基丙氨酸钠盐中的一种,代替了传统的表面活性剂,如月桂醇聚醚硫酸脂钠AES、十二烷基苯磺酸钠AS为主的表面活性剂。经过试验:采用重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以下的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,泡沫丰富度比重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以上的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡低,稳定性也相对较差,去污能力较差。
本发明所述的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡中,除所述氨基酸成分外,还包括配制洗发沐浴泡泡的基本原料。

  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,其特征在于,所述氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的氨基酸婴儿洗发沐浴泡泡,其特征在于,所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
