本发明涉及一种婴儿洗衣液,更具体地说,涉及一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液,属于日用消费品领域。
背景技术
婴儿洗衣液属于调配型产品,可以用于洗涤婴幼儿、儿童、青少年的衣物,近年来在国内发展十分迅速,是每个家庭必不可少的洗涤品。目前市面上的婴儿洗衣液,都是含有十二烷基苯磺酸钠LAS、十二烷基硫酸钠AS、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠AES、仲烷基磺酸钠SAS等表面活性剂,它们大多不易降解或无法降解,对环境造成污染;同时,由于洗涤后漂洗不彻底,残留比较多,对皮肤会有过敏,另外市场上还有添加荧光剂的产品,对人体有危害。但随着人们环保意识的逐步增强,婴儿洗衣液未来的发展方向将是以环保绿色型为主流,除了有强去污力、对人体无害、除菌、温和高泡的功能外,还应容易降解、不污染环境。
近年来,随着对氨基酸研究的深入,氨基酸也被越来越多的应用于各个领域。其中,氨基酸在日用化学品中的应用也是一个很值得研究的课题,氨基酸日化品也被越来越多的人所接受和追捧。日化品工业界中,氨基酸日化品无疑更是重头戏之一,它为日化工业注入了新的活力。
氨基酸是含有氨基和羧基的一类有机化合物的通称。它是构成生物体蛋白质并同生命活动有关的最基本的物质,是在生物体内构成蛋白质分子的基本单位,与生物的生命活动有着密切的关系。它在抗体内具有特殊的生理功能,是生物体内不可缺少的营养成分之一。
为此,我们研发了一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种以氨基酸表面活性剂为唯一清洁成份、安全且环保的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液。
为实现前述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案包括:一种氨基酸婴儿洗衣液,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份;所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为0.1-25%;
所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液还含有水、保湿剂和防腐剂,其重量百分比分别为:
水为75-90%;
保湿剂为0.5-5%;
防腐剂为0.1-1%;
所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液的pH范围在6-8之间。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为5-20%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂的重量比为10-15%。
优选的,所述氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好。
优选的,所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。

本发明所述的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液具有以下优点:1、采用氨基酸表面活性剂为主要活性成份,代替了传统的洗衣液表面活性剂,免去化学洗涤剂残留对人体的伤害和环境的污染;2、易漂洗,洗后无洗衣液残留;3、高效去渍,同时能够洗掉衣物上的细菌;4、物理消毒,安全可靠;5、采用温和的氨基酸液体配方,具有洗护合一的多重功能,不伤衣服,艳丽如新,“无需分类,清洗污垢,除菌去味,柔顺衣物”,同时具有抗静电功效;6、高环保、易降解,洗衣液使用氨基酸表面活性剂,其生物降解度在99.9%以上,达到同类物质降解度最高值,将排放后对环境的影响降到最低程度,符合低碳环保理念。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液,包含氨基酸表面活性剂;所述氨基酸表面活性剂作为主要活性成份;所述的氨基酸表面活性剂以丙氨酸型表面活性剂为主,丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为60%以上,其中丙氨酸型表面活性剂占总表面活性剂的重量百分比为70%以上更好;所述丙氨酸型表面活性剂至少包含浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠和椰油酰氨基丙酸钠中的一种。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液还含有水、片碱氢氧化钠、甘油、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油复配的化妆品用液体防腐剂PE9010、羧甲基C10-16烷基葡萄糖苷钠SCAG、食用香精西柚和水溶性橄榄油。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液的ph值范围在6-8之间。
所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液的组分的重量百分比见表一、表二,共列举了10个实施例。
鉴于现有技术中的不足,本案发明人经长期研究和大量实践,得以提出本发明的技术方案。如下将对该技术方案、其实施过程及原理等作进一步的解释说明。
氨基酸我们都很熟悉,它是构建生物机体的众多生物活性分子之一,还是构建人体细胞、修复人体组织的基础材料。
氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,蛋白质它是生物体内最重要的活性分子之一,包括催化代谢的酶。
氨基酸的作用有很多,它能够将我们人体内有毒物质排出体外,有效的减轻辐射、污染对人体所造成的伤害。排除机体在剧烈的运动以后体内的代谢产物,从而具有促进精神、机体、肌肉等多方面的快速恢复,因此对提高机体机能有很好的帮助。
本发明所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液中的氨基酸表面活性剂至少含有浓度为98%以上的N-月桂酰-L-丙氨酸钠盐和椰油酰胺基丙氨酸钠盐中的一种,代替了传统的表面活性剂,如月桂醇硫酸钠为主的表面活性剂。经过试验:采用重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以下的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液,泡沫丰富度比重量比为总表面活性剂的60%以上的丙氨酸型表面活性剂所生产的氨基酸婴儿洗 衣液低,稳定性也相对较差,去污能力较差。
本发明所述的氨基酸婴儿洗衣液中,除所述氨基酸表面活性剂成分外,还包括配制洗衣液的基本原料。
表一、表二中所涉及的数据是指重量份数,实施例1至实施例10中氨基酸婴儿洗衣液的总重量份数均为100。

本发明的核心在于采用氨基酸表面活性剂作为主要表面活性成分添加到氨基酸婴儿洗衣液中并验证其在氨基酸婴儿洗衣液中的无毒、无腐蚀、无污染、无残留和高效快速清除污能力,详见附图1-4所示的检验报告。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有如下优点:

    所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液还含有水、保湿剂和防腐剂,其重量百分比分别为:
    水为75-90%;
    保湿剂为0.5-5%;
    防腐剂为0.1-1%;
    所述氨基酸婴儿洗衣液的pH范围在6-8之间。
