背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高、物质世界不断的丰富、人们消费意识的进步,进而导致洗衣液市场的功能性区分越来越细,而用于婴幼儿等特殊人群的产品更是广泛得到大家的关注。针对婴幼儿的各种产品层出不穷,为了婴幼儿的健康成长,一款专属于婴幼儿的温和油脂基酰基氨基酸盐洗衣液是必不可少的。
与成人洗衣液相比,婴幼儿洗衣液更注重于减少刺激成分,使得较为脆弱的婴幼儿可以良好接受,不引起过敏等不良反应。由于人体皮肤呈弱酸性,所以产品与人体环境越为相似则更利于人体接受,更有利于婴幼儿接受。婴幼儿洗衣液应呈现接近人体pH值,洗好的衣物不刺激,不损伤婴幼儿娇嫩的肌肤,不引起不良反应。

针对现有产品的缺失,本发明提供了一种含油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂婴幼儿洗衣液及其制备方法,解决了没有专门针对婴幼儿的洗衣液的产品缺乏窘境。婴幼儿大都较为好动,残留在衣物上的汗渍、奶渍以及玩闹时产生的污渍等如果得不到及时有效的清洗,很容易滋生细菌,从而对婴幼儿的身体与皮肤健康产生不良影响。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供如下技术方案,旨在克服现有技术不足而提供一款婴幼儿专属的洗衣液。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,制备所述婴幼儿洗衣液的原料包含油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、天然植物提取物、增稠剂、助剂、防腐剂、香精和去离子水,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂10~30份,两性离子表面活性剂7.5~15份,天然植物提取物5~15,增稠剂0~5份,助剂0.1~2.0份,防腐剂0.1~0.5份,香精0.1~0.2份,去离子水60~80份。
优选的,油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,由以下质量份的原料制备而成:油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂10~20份,两性离子表面活性剂8~15份,天然植物提取物5~15份,增稠剂0~2份,助剂0.1~1.0份,防腐剂0.1~0.5份,香精0.1~0.2份,去离子水60~80份。
优选的,香精为食品级香精。
优选的,油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液配方中的天然植物提取物,是利用水煮法从植物中提取出来的,纯植物精华,安全温和,可以为扭刺仙人掌叶提取物、麦冬提取物中的一种或几种。其中,扭刺仙人掌叶提取物具有抑制刺激的作用,麦冬提取物具有抗敏止痒的功效,它们协同作用,增强了洗衣液的功能性作用。
优选的,洗衣液配方中的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂为棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠中的一种或几种,其优点在于易溶于水,具有良好的去污、乳化、发泡性能和抗硬水性能,且其温和,对于皮肤无刺激性。
优选的,洗衣液配方中的两性离子表面活性剂为甜菜碱类表面活性剂,如油酰胺甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,其优点在于,在酸碱性条件下都可以呈现优良的稳定性,具有优良的柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性,可以显著提高洗涤产品的柔软、调理和低温稳定性,且极为温和,刺激性小。
优选的,洗衣液配方中的增稠剂为葡萄糖酯类,如PEG甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯、PEG甲基葡萄糖三油酸酯,其优点在于,具有优良的增稠、乳化性能,和皮肤的相容性极佳,适合于皮肤较为娇嫩的婴幼儿。
优选的,洗衣液配方中的络合剂(助剂)为柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠和氯化钠中的一种或多种,采用柠檬酸或柠檬酸盐类作助洗剂,可改善洗涤产品的性能,可以迅速沉淀金属离子,防止污染物重新附着在织物上,使污垢和灰分散和悬浮。
优选的,洗衣液配方中所述的防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、苄索氯铵中的一种或几种复配组成,能够有效抑制微生物的生长和繁殖,延长洗衣液的保存时间。
本发明还提供了上述油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:在搅拌条件下,将油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂溶于去离子水中,再加入两性表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀;
S2:在搅拌条件下,将助剂加入到去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入到步骤S1得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
S3:在搅拌条件下,将天然植物提取物、防腐剂、香精溶解于去离子水中,再加入到步骤S2得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置消泡;
其中,步骤S1中去离子水用量为去离子水总量的1/3~3/5,步骤S2中去离子水用量为去离子水总量的1/3~1/5,步骤S3中去离子水为用量为剩余的去离子水。
本发明所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液在保证体系保持应有的起泡性和去污能力的同时更加温和,针对婴幼儿皮肤娇弱的特点添加具有抗过敏止痒、抗炎等功效的天然植物提取物,对皮肤的刺激性更低,无过敏反应;洗衣液与人体皮肤pH相似(产品pH为6~8),对于正处在成长阶段的婴幼儿更加温和;其具有以下优点:
(1)采用油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂作为主要活性成分,代替了传统的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐表面活性剂,免去化学洗涤剂残留对皮肤的伤害和环境的污染。
(2)高效去污。
(3)易漂洗。
(4)具有洗护合一的多重功能。
具体实施方式
下述非限定性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
下述实施例中扭刺仙人掌叶提取物和麦冬提取物购买于北京云之清水生物科技有限公司。下述实施例中的香精为食品级香精。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿油脂基酰基氨基酸盐洗衣液,由以下质量份数的原料制备而成,总质量份数均为100;其中去离子水69份,A相:棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠9份,月桂酰基肌氨酸钠7份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份,PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯1份;B相:氯化钠0.2份,柠檬酸0.1份,柠檬酸钠0.3份;C相:扭刺仙人掌叶提取物2.5份,麦冬提取物2.5份,防腐剂对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.3份,香精0.1份。
本实施例还提供了制备上述油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液的方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将A相中的棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠边搅拌边溶于1/3去离子水中,转速设置350~500rpm,温度为70℃,持续搅拌,待溶解完全后再加入月桂酰基肌氨酸钠,转速、温度和搅拌时间不变,待溶解完全后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,转速、温度不变,待溶解完全后最后加入PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯,同样的温度转速下继续搅拌5~10min。
S2:另取一容器,加入1/3去离子水,温度、转速与S1中保持相同,边搅拌边加入B相中的氯化钠,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,持续搅拌;A相完全溶解后,将已溶解好的B相加入A相中,继续搅拌5min。
S3:先将C相溶解在剩余的去离子水中,然后加入S2溶液中,持续搅拌,直至完全溶解,静置消泡,开始降温。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,由以下质量份数的原料制备而成,总质量份数均为100;其中去离子水69份,A相:棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠8份,椰油酰基谷氨酸钠6份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9份,PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯1份;B相:氯化钠0.6份,柠檬酸0.2份,柠檬酸钠0.3份;C相:扭刺仙人掌叶提取物2.5份、麦冬提取物3份,防腐剂0.3份(对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.25份、苄索氯铵0.05份),香精0.1份。
本实施例还提供了制备上述油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液的方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将A相中的棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠边搅拌边溶于3/5去离子水中,转速设置350~500rpm,温度为70℃,持续搅拌,待溶解完全后再加入椰油酰基谷氨酸钠,转速、温度和搅拌时间不变,待溶解完全后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,转速、温度不变,待溶解完全后最后加入PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯,同样的温度转速下继续搅拌。
S2:另取一容器,加入1/5去离子水,温度、转速与S1中保持相同,边搅拌边加入B相中的氯化钠,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,持续搅拌;A相完全溶解后,将已溶解好的B相加入A相中,继续搅拌5min。
S3:先将C相溶解在剩余的去离子水中,然后加入S2溶液中,持续搅拌,直至完全溶解,静置消泡,开始降温。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,由以下质量份数的原料制备而成,总质量份数均为100;其中去离子水66份,A相:棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠9份,月桂酰基肌氨酸钠7.5份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10份;B相:氯化钠0.3份,柠檬酸0.2份,柠檬酸钠0.6份;C相:扭刺仙人掌叶提取物3份、麦冬提取物3份,防腐剂(对羟基苯甲酸甲酯)0.3份,香精0.1份。
本实施例还提供了制备上述婴幼儿油脂基酰基氨基酸盐洗衣液的方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将A相中的棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠边搅拌边溶于3/5去离子水中,转速设置350~500rpm,温度为70℃,持续搅拌,待溶解完全后再加入月桂酰基肌氨酸钠,转速、温度不变,待溶解完全后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,同样的温度转速下继续搅拌5~10min。
S2:另取一容器,加入1/5去离子水,温度、转速与S1中保持相同,边搅拌边加入B相中的氯化钠,柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,持续搅拌5min;A相完全溶解后,将已溶解好的B相加入A相中,继续搅拌5min。
S3:先将C相溶解在剩余的去离子水中,然后加入S2溶液中,持续搅拌15~20min,直至完全溶解,静置消泡,开始降温。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,由以下质量份数的原料制备而成,总质量份数均为100:其中去离子水66份,A相:椰油酰基谷氨酸钠10份,月桂酰基肌氨酸钠8份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份,PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯1.5份,B相:柠檬酸0.3份,柠檬酸钠0.7份。C相:扭刺仙人掌叶提取物2份、麦冬提取物3份,防腐剂0.3份(对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.29份、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.01份),香精0.2份。
本实施例还提供了制备上述婴幼儿油脂基酰基氨基酸盐洗衣液的方法,具体步骤如下:
S1:将A相中的椰油酰基谷氨酸钠边搅拌边溶于3/5去离子水中,转速设置350~500rpm,温度为70℃,持续搅拌5min,待溶解完全后再加入月桂酰基肌氨酸钠,转速、温度不变,待溶解完全后加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,保持转速、温度不变,待溶解完全后最后加入PEG-120甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯,同样的温度转速下继续搅拌5~10min;
S2:另取一容器,加入1/5去离子水,温度、转速与S1中保持相同,边搅拌边加入B相中的柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠,持续搅拌5min;A相完全溶解后,将已溶解好的B相加入A相中,继续搅拌5min。
S3:先将C相溶解在剩余的去离子水中,然后加入S2溶液中,持续搅拌15~20min,直至完全溶解,静置消泡,开始降温。

2.根据权利要求1所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述天然植物提取物为扭刺仙人掌叶提取物、麦冬提取物中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿油脂基酰基氨基酸盐洗衣液,其特征在于,所述油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂为棉籽油酰基甘氨酸钠、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、椰油酰基谷氨酸钠中的一种或其几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为甜菜碱类表面活性剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为葡萄糖酯类。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述助剂为氯化钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为对羟基苯甲酸酯、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和苄索氯铵中的一种或几种复配组成。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液,其特征在于,所述甜菜碱类表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或油酰胺甜菜碱;所述葡萄糖酯类为PEG甲基葡萄糖二油酸酯或PEG甲基葡萄糖三油酸酯。
10.权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的油脂基酰基氨基酸盐婴幼儿洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:在搅拌条件下,将油脂基酰基氨基酸盐表面活性剂溶于去离子水中,再加入两性表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀;
S2:在搅拌条件下,将助剂加入到去离子水,搅拌均匀,再加入到步骤S1得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀;
S3:在搅拌条件下,将天然植物提取物、防腐剂、香精溶解于去离子水中,再加入到步骤S2得到的溶液中,搅拌均匀,静置消泡;
其中,步骤S1中去离子水用量为去离子水总量的1/3~3/5,步骤S2中去离子水用量为去离子水总量的1/3~1/5,步骤S3中去离子水为用量为剩余的去离子水。
