Abstract
本发明公开了一种玻璃洗涤液,由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、乙醇、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯、仲烷基磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、香蒲叶提取物、助剂;与现有玻璃洗涤液相比,本发明制备的玻璃洗涤液对玻璃的损伤小,成本低,而且对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤液领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃洗涤液。
背景技术
玻璃在使用时容易会出现灰尘、斑点等问题,如何对玻璃进行清洗成为人们越来越关注的问题。一般的方法是用水进行清洗,该方式浪费大量的水的同时也浪费了较大的人力,而且清洗不净,因此越来越多的洗涤液应运而生,各种洗涤液的主要成分为表面活性剂,而表面活性剂分为较多种,因此如何选择表面活性剂,如何对表面活性剂的搭配以及如何选择辅料及配比成为了洗涤液清洗效果的关键因素,而目前市场上洗涤液的种类各异,效果也不甚理想,这是现有技术中的不足。
发明内容
为此,本发明的目的是一种玻璃洗涤液。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-13、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-7、六偏磷酸钠1.2-1.5、乙醇14-18、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯6-12、仲烷基磺酸钠4-7、聚丙烯酸钠0.4-0.8、香蒲叶提取物0.12-0.14、助剂1-3、去离子水100-110;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:大巢菜叶5、桑叶16、丙三醇6。
进一步的,所述的香蒲叶提取物制备方法为:将香蒲叶先采用质量浓度为2.45%的氯化钠溶液在30℃浸泡4小时,然后过滤,捣碎,采用62%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 45,在42℃下回流提取2h,离心得上层清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,最后真空干燥制得。
进一步的,所述的助剂制备方法为:将大巢菜、桑叶采用30℃清水浸泡5小时后,过滤,然后混合粉碎至120目,加入桑叶重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加入复合酶,置于36℃下恒温酶解6小时,过滤,得酶解浆,再加入酵母菌,混合均匀,于44℃恒温发酵3小时,得发酵浆,将向发酵浆中添加其质量2倍的清水,以250r/min转速搅拌30min,自然静置10小时,然后取上清液,将上清液浓缩至原来体积的五分之一,最后添加丙三醇,搅拌均匀,即得所需助剂。
进一步的,所述复合酶按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶18、半纤维素酶9。
进一步的,所述的复合酶的添加量为桑叶质量的0.25%。
进一步的,所述的酵母菌的添加量为桑叶质量的1.2%。
进一步的,所述的酵母菌为茶酵母。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有玻璃洗涤液相比,本发明制备的玻璃洗涤液对玻璃的损伤小,成本低,而且对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效,通过香蒲叶提取物与本发明配制的助剂的协同作用,不仅提高了去污效果,还具备柔软、杀菌、抗静电性能优良的效果,通过各成分之间的协同作用,使得本发明玻璃洗涤液能够节省洗涤能源消耗,提高洗涤剂的洁净度,消除异味、对皮肤刺激性低,兼有柔软、消毒双功能,并且降低环境污染,进一步提高了清洗效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5、六偏磷酸钠1.2、乙醇14、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯6、仲烷基磺酸钠4、聚丙烯酸钠0.4、香蒲叶提取物0.12、助剂1、去离子水100;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:大巢菜叶5、桑叶16、丙三醇6。
实施例2
一种玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠13、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠7、六偏磷酸钠1.5、乙醇18、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯12、仲烷基磺酸钠7、聚丙烯酸钠0.4-0.8、香蒲叶提取物0.14、助剂3、去离子水110;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:大巢菜叶5、桑叶16、丙三醇6。
实施例3
一种玻璃洗涤液,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠6、六偏磷酸钠1.4、乙醇15、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯8、仲烷基磺酸钠5、聚丙烯酸钠0.5、香蒲叶提取物0.13、助剂2、去离子水105;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:大巢菜叶5、桑叶16、丙三醇6。
以上实施例中:

对比例1为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加香蒲叶提取物;
对比例2为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加本发明配制的助剂;
对比例3为:与实施例1的区别仅为不添加甘油丁二酸癸酸酯和仲烷基磺酸钠。
将6块污染情况基本相同的玻璃分别实用实施例和对比例的洗涤液进行清洗,以完全透明为100%,分别取相同计量的洗涤液,均匀涂布到玻璃上,浸泡10分钟,用抹布擦干,对玻璃进行评分,评分见下表:

由表1可以看出,本发明玻璃洗涤液清洗效果更佳。

1.一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-13、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5-7、六偏磷酸钠1.2-1.5、乙醇14-18、甘油丁二酸癸酸酯6-12、仲烷基磺酸钠4-7、聚丙烯酸钠0.4-0.8、香蒲叶提取物0.12-0.14、助剂1-3、去离子水100-110;所述助剂按重量份由以下成分制成:大巢菜叶5、桑叶16、丙三醇6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的香蒲叶提取物制备方法为:将香蒲叶先采用质量浓度为2.45%的氯化钠溶液在30℃浸泡4小时,然后过滤,捣碎,采用62%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶剂,按料液比1: 45,在42℃下回流提取2h,离心得上层清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,最后真空干燥制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的助剂制备方法为:将大巢菜、桑叶采用30℃清水浸泡5小时后,过滤,然后混合粉碎至120目,加入桑叶重量2倍量的水,混合均匀,加入复合酶,置于36℃下恒温酶解6小时,过滤,得酶解浆,再加入酵母菌,混合均匀,于44℃恒温发酵3小时,得发酵浆,将向发酵浆中添加其质量2倍的清水,以250r/min转速搅拌30min,自然静置10小时,然后取上清液,将上清液浓缩至原来体积的五分之一,最后添加丙三醇,搅拌均匀,即得所需助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述复合酶按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶18、半纤维素酶9。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的复合酶的添加量为桑叶质量的0.25%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的酵母菌的添加量为桑叶质量的1.2%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种玻璃洗涤液,其特征在于,所述的酵母菌为茶酵母。
