本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种地暖管道清洗液,能够对地暖管道进行在线清洗,能够快速除去附着在管壁上的生物粘泥及杂质、细菌,不会腐蚀管道,所用原料无毒无污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种地暖管道清洗液,所述清洗液是以下述组分的重量份数混合而成:羟丙基瓜尔胶5-8份、抗菌纤维素1-5份、大豆卵磷脂2-3份、木质素磺酸钠7-10份、羟基乙酸5-17份、乳化剂5-10份、活性剂3-6份、乌洛托品8-18份、烷基硫酸酯钠9-15份、柠檬酸钠2-5份、有机酸10-20份、聚马来酸14-17份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、羟基亚乙基二膦酸8-15份、助剂1-2份、蛋白酶1-5份和水50-100份。

  1. 一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗液是以下述组分的重量份数混合而成:羟丙基瓜尔胶5-8份、抗菌纤维素1-5份、大豆卵磷脂2-3份、木质素磺酸钠7-10份、羟基乙酸5-17份、乳化剂5-10份、活性剂3-6份、乌洛托品8-18份、烷基硫酸酯钠9-15份、柠檬酸钠2-5份、有机酸10-20份、聚马来酸14-17份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、羟基亚乙基二膦酸8-15份、助剂1-2份、蛋白酶1-5份和水50-100份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗液是以下述组分的重量份数混合而成:羟丙基瓜尔胶7份、抗菌纤维素4份、大豆卵磷脂2份、木质素磺酸钠8份、羟基乙酸10份、乳化剂7份、活性剂5份、乌洛托品10份、烷基硫酸酯钠12份、柠檬酸钠3份、有机酸15份、聚马来酸16份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、羟基亚乙基二膦酸10份、助剂2份、蛋白酶1份和水70份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述活性剂包括植物油酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为松香酸聚氧乙烯酯。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述助剂为三聚磷酸钠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液,其特征在于:所述蛋白酶为微生物蛋白酶。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种地暖管道清洗液的制备方法,其特征在于:按以下步骤进行:
    步骤一:将水加入搅拌缸中,在8-10r/min的搅拌速度下,按重量份数依次加入大豆卵磷脂、木质素磺酸钠、羟基乙酸、乳化剂、乌洛托品、烷基硫酸酯钠、柠檬酸钠、有机酸、聚马来酸、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚和羟基亚乙基二膦酸,使其充分混合均匀,静置20-30min,得到混合物A;
    步骤二:在上述混合物A中继续按比例加入羟丙基瓜尔胶、活性剂和抗菌纤维素,在30-40℃的温度下,以8-10r/min的搅拌速度搅拌10-15min,待 充分熔化混合均匀后,静置20-30min,得到混合物B;
    步骤三:在上述混合物B中继续按比例加入蛋白酶和助剂,以8-10r/min的搅拌速度搅拌20-25min,混合均匀后,即可。
