Referring to FIGS. 6-10: the transportation cutting mechanism 5 comprises a processing box 501, the processing box 501 is arranged above the processing barrel 12, a second motor 502 is arranged at the top end of the processing box 501, the structure and the principle of the second motor 502 belong to the prior art, and are not described in detail herein, the type of the second motor 502 can be selected according to the actual use condition, a second rotating shaft 503 is arranged at the top end of the processing box 501 in a penetrating manner, the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 503 is provided with threads, the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 503 and the output end of the second motor 502 are both fixedly sleeved with rotating wheels 504, the two rotating wheels 504 are connected through a belt transmission manner, the transportation cutting mechanism 5 further comprises a mounting frame 505, the mounting frame 505 is fixedly connected inside the processing box 501, two limiting rods 506 are arranged at the top end of the mounting frame 505 in a penetrating manner, cutters 507 are fixedly connected at the bottom ends of the two limiting rods 506, a mounting piece 508 is fixedly connected at one side of the cutter 507, and a bottom end of the second rotating shaft 503 penetrates through the bottom surface of the mounting piece 508, a plurality of conveying rods 509 are fixedly connected to one side of the processing box 501, which is far away from the processing barrel 12, a conveying belt 510 is arranged in the processing box 501, the output end of the conveying belt 510 is positioned above the processing barrel 12, a guide fan 11 is arranged in the processing box 501, a control box is arranged on the front surface of the processing box 501, the conveying rods 509 and the guide fan 11 are started, the conveying rods 509 drive the solid garbage to move to a mounting frame 505, the rotating guide fan 11 stirs the solid garbage to move, the solid garbage is prevented from being clamped at a clamping opening of the conveying rods 509 and the conveying belt 510, the conveying belt 510 drives the solid garbage to move, the second motor 502 is started, the second motor 502 is driven by a rotating wheel 504, so that the second rotating shaft 503 rotates, the second rotating shaft 503 drives a mounting piece 508 to move up and down through threads, thereby driving a cutter 507 to move up and down, and pre-cutting the stacked solid garbage, prevent to cause cutting ring 203 to damage because solid waste volume is too big, the solid waste after the bits of broken glass can effectively improve stirring and mixing effect simultaneously, and cutter 507 is when the motion, restricts the distance that cutter 507 reciprocated through restriction pole 506, prevents to make cutter 507 produce damage or solid waste cutting incomplete.
A method of treating a solid waste treatment plant comprising the steps of: step one, transportation and primary cutting: on putting solid-state rubbish to transfer rod 509, start transfer rod 509 and guide fan 11, transfer rod 509 drives solid-state rubbish and removes mounting bracket 505, and rotatory guide fan 11 will stir solid-state rubbish and remove, starts second motor 502, and second motor 502 drives installation piece 508 and carries out reciprocating motion from top to bottom, and solid-state rubbish after the cutting will be through the conveyer belt 510 remove to processing barrel 12 in, step two, cut up stirring and mix: start first motor 207, first motor 207 makes first pivot 202 rotatory through the speed reduction and the conduction of reduction gear 201, and first pivot 202 drives the cutting circle 203 of outer wall and cuts and stirs solid-state rubbish, starts heater strip 303 simultaneously to add adhesive, ammonia oxidizing agent, nitrobacteria agent and water through induction pipe 8, fall on the stripper plate 204 after the screening through screening net 208 to the mince after the cutting, step three, extrusion: the four rotating rods 205 are driven by the first rotating shaft 202 to rotate, so that the extrusion wheel 206 rolls and extrudes the powder of the solid garbage, the powder of the solid garbage is limited by the extrusion holes on the extrusion plate 204 when being condensed, solid garbage particles are produced, and the particles are discharged after cooling; the solid garbage particles after forming fall onto the guide plate 401, the heat of the particles is guided to the radiating fins 402 through the guide plate 401, the radiating fins 402 radiate the heat, and the waste particles after processing are discharged through the discharge hole.

processing agency (1), processing agency (1) is including stirring extrusion part (2), heating part (3), cooling part (4) and processing bucket (12), stirring extrusion part (2) sets up in processing bucket (12) bottom, and heating part (3) and cooling part (4) all set up in processing bucket (12), stirring extrusion part (2) is including reduction gear (201), reduction gear (201) set up in processing bucket (12) bottom, the output fixedly connected with of reduction gear (201) has first pivot (202), (202) rotate and run through processing bucket (12) and extend to its inboard, the outer wall fixedly connected with of first pivot (202) cuts circle (203), the inside fixedly connected with stripper plate (204) of processing bucket (12), processing bucket (12) are located four dwang (205) of outer wall fixedly connected with of stripper plate (204) top, the outer walls of the four rotating rods (205) are sleeved with extrusion wheels (206), one side of the speed reducer (201) is provided with a first motor (207), the output end of the first motor (207) is fixedly connected with the input end of the speed reducer (201), the interior of the processing barrel (12) is fixedly connected with a processing barrel (208), and the processing barrel is positioned on the lower side of the processing barrel (203); and
and the conveying and cutting mechanism (5) is arranged above the processing barrel (12) and is used for cutting the solid garbage in advance.

A solid waste treatment plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the heating part (3) comprises a partition plate (301), the partition plate (301) is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the processing barrel (12), a guide ring (302) is fixedly connected to the top end of the partition plate (301), and a heating wire (303) is arranged in the partition plate (301).

A solid waste treatment plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein: cooling part (4) are including guide board (401), guide board (401) fixed connection is in the inside bottom surface of processing bucket (12), a plurality of fin (402) of bottom fixedly connected with of guide board (401), the discharge gate has been seted up to one side of guide board (401).
4. A solid waste treatment plant as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the transportation cutting mechanism (5) comprises a processing box (501), the processing box (501) is arranged above the processing barrel (12), and a second motor (502) is arranged at the top end of the processing box (501).

10. A method of treating a solid waste treatment apparatus using a solid waste treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 11, comprising the steps of:
s1, transportation and preliminary cutting: the solid garbage is placed on a conveying rod (509), the conveying rod (509) and a guide fan (11) are started, the conveying rod (509) drives the solid garbage to move to a mounting frame (505), the rotating guide fan (11) stirs the solid garbage to move, a second motor (502) is started, the second motor (502) drives a mounting piece (508) to reciprocate up and down, and the cut solid garbage moves into a processing barrel (12) through a conveying belt (510);

s3, extrusion forming: the four rotating rods (205) are driven by the first rotating shaft (202) to rotate, so that the extruding wheel (206) rolls and extrudes the powder of the solid garbage, and the powder of the solid garbage is limited by the extruding holes on the extruding plate (204) when being condensed to be made into solid garbage particles;
s4, discharging the cooled particles: the solid garbage particles after being formed fall onto the guide plate (401), the heat of the particles is guided to the radiating fins (402) through the guide plate (401), the radiating fins (402) are used for radiating heat, and the waste particles after being processed are discharged through the discharge hole.
