Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfectants for animals, and particularly relates to a concentrated glutaraldehyde-compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, infectious diseases in a farm are more and more serious under the trend of higher and higher intensification degree, and the problem of controlling animal epidemic diseases is very prominent. The epidemic diseases of the large-scale farm are usually the result of the comprehensive action of multiple factors, but the main cause is the invasion and diffusion of pathogenic microorganisms in the external environment or the pollution and diffusion of pathogenic microorganisms of animals in the farm. Due to the limitations of animal medication and the disadvantages, the important role of disinfectants in the prevention and control of animal epidemic diseases is well recognized. Effective disinfection is one of important measures for stopping and reducing pathogens in the environment of a farm, cutting off epidemic disease transmission ways and preventing and controlling infectious diseases of the farm.
Glutaraldehyde is a commonly used high-efficiency disinfectant, which mainly seals the outer cell layer of bacteria, inactivates cellular enzymes and changes nucleic acid protein structure through alkylation reaction on microbial protein, thereby achieving the effect of killing bacteria and viruses, and has less corrosivity on metal instruments, glass and plastic products, but the storage time of valeraldehyde in an acidic solution is long but the sterilization effect is poor, and the sterilization effect of glutaraldehyde in an alkaline solution is good but the effective period is short. The decamethyl ammonium bromide belongs to a double-chain quaternary ammonium salt compound and is also a common disinfectant component, and can change the permeability of a bacterial cell membrane to ensure that intracellular components permeate outwards to block cell metabolism so as to kill bacteria. But the antibacterial spectrum of the decamethyl ammonium bromide is small, the decamethyl ammonium bromide is easily influenced by external conditions, and the disinfection range is limited. Benzalkonium bromide is a commonly used spectrum bactericide, can change the permeability of bacterial cytoplasmic membranes, has a killing effect by exosmosis of bacterial cytoplasmic substances and blocking the metabolism of the bacterial cytoplasmic substances, has a particularly strong sterilizing capability, but has a weak effect on viruses.
At present, the compound quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde solution in the domestic market has fewer varieties, can kill microbial viruses generally, cannot meet the increasing prevention and control of diseases of large intensive farms at present, and can increase the use requirement of the disinfectant in future breeding industry under the influence of swine fever epidemic situation, so that a plurality of patents of the disinfectant mainly research the compound disinfectant solution, increase the components of raw and auxiliary materials, effectively improve the bacteriostatic effect and stability, and develop the environment-friendly disinfectant without residues and corrosion.
Therefore, the disinfectant which has the advantages of safety, low toxicity, no irritation, good stability and low use cost is provided while ensuring high-efficiency and wide killing effect.
