Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant, in particular to a multifunctional high-efficiency compound disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The existence of microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, fungi and the like directly threatens the health of human beings and the development of society, so that the development of a disinfectant with broad spectrum, high efficiency, rapidness, low toxicity, convenient carrying, convenient use and wide application range becomes a current research hotspot. Currently, there are two problems with the study of disinfectants: firstly, the safe, efficient, environment-friendly and broad-spectrum ideal disinfectant has high research and development cost and great difficulty; second, the single chemical synthesis disinfectant is easy to generate drug resistance for microorganisms after long-term use.
Along with the continuous progress of society, the living standard of people is continuously improved, and the sanitary civilization consciousness is also continuously enhanced. Thus, people are more concerned about sanitation and safety in various public places. The sterilization composition and the sterilization dose affect the sterilization effect of the sterilization agent in various types. Resistance to bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. also affects the bactericidal effect. Green chemistry has received attention from a vast number of scholars in the new century and has become one of the leading edges of international scientific research. Therefore, researchers of bactericides at home and abroad are focusing on research and development of ideal bactericides with safety, high efficiency, environmental protection and broad spectrum. Because of the high cost and great difficulty in developing the ideal bactericide, researchers mainly research the bactericide compounding, synergistic effect, action mechanism and the like.
Guanidine and quaternary ammonium salt disinfectants are novel environment-friendly disinfectants, have extremely strong sterilization and bacteriostasis properties, are broad-spectrum and efficient, have long effective period, have no toxic or side effect, have no corrosiveness and irritation, are safe to use, are degradable in natural environment, are environment-friendly and have no pollution, and are main components for developing novel disinfectants in recent years.
The quaternary ammonium salt bactericide comprises a single-chain (such as benzalkonium chloride and benzalkonium bromide) and a double-chain quaternary ammonium salt (such as bisdecanyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and DDAC), one end of the quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is positively charged, the other end of the quaternary ammonium salt bactericide is long-chain fatty alkane/aromatic hydrocarbon, and belongs to a cationic surface active disinfectant.
The guanidine bactericide comprises chlorhexidine acetate, glucose chlorhexidine, polyhexamethylene monoguanidine, polyhexamethylene biguanide salt derivatives and the like, and for example, chlorhexidine sold in the market comprises chlorhexidine acetate and glucose chlorhexidine compound preparations as main components. Guanidine sterilization mechanism is similar to quaternary ammonium salt, guanidine with a large amount of positive charges can be adsorbed on the surface of bacteria rapidly, and replace Mg2+ and Ca2+ which exist on the surface stably, and mainly interact with lipopolysaccharide, peptidoglycan components and cytoplasmic membranes on cell walls to change phospholipid environment of cell membranes, so that biological dysfunction of the cell membranes is caused, and the structure of the cytoplasmic membranes is destroyed, so that the microorganisms are killed. In addition, as a polymer, polyhexamethylene mono/biguanide (PHMG/PHMB) can form a membrane on the surface of the microorganism to close the respiratory passages, and thus the bacteria can die by choking. It is known that the single-component bactericidal spectrum is narrow, such as 100% of the doses of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride for E.coli, staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans are only 200ppm, but not suitable for killing cell spores. For example, the quaternary ammonium salt has a certain bactericidal capacity to pseudomonas aeruginosa which is common in a hospital surgery room besides the bactericidal capacity which is the same as that of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride, wherein the dosage of 99.999 percent of the bactericidal capacity is only 39ppm, but the bactericidal effect to virus is weak. Researches show that when the active components are compounded in a certain proportion, the compounded disinfectant has a synergistic effect, the compounded disinfectant can broaden the sterilization group spectrum and enhance the sterilization capacity, for example, the literature reports that the disinfectant compounded by guanidine with ethanol, bisdodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, benzalkonium bromide and chlorhexidine acetate respectively has better effect, wherein the compounded disinfectant compounded by guanidine with bisdodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride has the best sterilization effect. In addition: the compounded disinfectant can effectively reduce the dosage of the disinfectant under the condition of guaranteeing the sterilization standard, and achieves the purposes of high efficiency, low toxicity, economy and practicality.
