本发明公开了一种枫叶黄精膏以及制备该种枫叶黄精膏的制备方法,该枫叶黄精膏采用枫叶、黄精、茯苓、罗汉果、山楂、冰糖、丹参、玉竹、半夏、蜂蜜以及芝麻油作为原料,制备时一方面将进行枫叶、黄精、茯苓破碎取过滤液,并将该过滤液稀释后加入罗汉果,并进行两次加热,另一方面将加工后的玉竹、山楂与冰糖、丹参、半夏一并加入容器中,加水煮沸后加入两次加热完成后的混合汁液加芝麻油继续熬制,并在加入蜂蜜调味后得到成品枫叶黄精膏。该枫叶黄精膏口感香甜,香味浓郁,且具有润肺止咳、补脾益气、滋阴润燥的效果。

黄精,又称老虎姜,是百合科黄精属多年生草本植物,主要品种有黄精,滇黄精和多花黄精等,其干燥根茎可以入药,具有补脾、补气、润肺生津的作用,可用于脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、口干食少、肺虚燥咳、精血不足、内热消渴等症及治疗肺结核、癣菌病等。同时,鲜采黄精根茎含有多种营养成分,包括糖分、脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉、胡萝卜素、维生素等,生食、炖服均可,食之性味甘甜、爽口。
随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,生活节奏变快,将一些药食同源的植物进行配伍制成食品,用以在日常生活中对其有效成分进行吸收,将有利于这些药物对人体的调理作用;而将黄精与其他一些药物成分进行配伍制成保健品进行日常服用,对患有肾虚、早衰、气血不足、失眠多梦、心血管疾病、糖尿病的人群有较佳的防治效果,但是现有技术中的配方多存在一定缺陷,要么口感较差,要么成分过于复杂,导致吸收效率也较低下。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种枫叶黄精膏的制备方法,这种枫叶黄精膏可用水冲服,其口感温润,甜点适中,易于下喉,具有提高免疫力、补肾益精、滋阴润燥的作用,且对肺部及咽喉的保健效果较为明显,对肺结核有一定的防治效果,可用以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。

一种枫叶黄精膏的制备方法,以下重量份的组分作为原料进行制备:
枫叶:20~30份、黄精:8~10份、茯苓:8~10份、罗汉果:20~25份、山楂:15~20份、冰糖:15~20份、丹参:3~5份、玉竹:3~5份、辅料为蜂蜜以及芝麻油。
其具体制备步骤为:
1、将枫叶、黄精、茯苓进行筛选,选掉其中的黄叶、烂叶以及虫眼后,称取上述质量份的枫叶、黄精、茯苓,洗净并用破壁机破壁粉碎,将渣滓过滤取滤液,将滤液加入7~8倍体积的水中,且一并加入罗汉果进行煎煮,煎煮时间为20~40min,煎煮完成后在70~80℃的温度下保温40~60min,冷却后用纱布过滤掉残渣,滤液备用;
2、将玉竹切丝、山楂切丁,然后将处理好的姜丝、山楂丁与冰糖、丹参一并加入容器中,并在容器中加水,加水量以刚刚浸没食材为准,在大火烧开后加入步骤1中制备的滤液并同时改为小火慢熬,熬煮过程中加入芝麻油,并保持匀速搅拌直至液体浓缩成相对密度为1.25~1.35的稠膏;
3、将稠膏取出,自然冷却,当冷却到55~60℃时,加入蜂蜜进行调味,调味完成后继续冷却至室温即得成品。
作为进一步限定,为得到最佳的口感,步骤2中滤液的添加分为三次进行,每次的加入量为滤液总量的1/3,为烧开后添加。
有益效果:本发明的枫叶黄精膏的制备方法制得的枫叶黄精膏可在用水稀释后进行日常服用,也可以直接用勺进行取服,其容易消化吸收,具有润肺止咳、补脾益气、滋阴润燥的效果,同时对保护心血管系统、补肾益精以及肺、咽部疾病有较为明显的保健效果,同时有效利用了枫叶中的糖分以及枫叶糖的口感,口感酸甜适中,香味浓郁,老少皆宜,适于日常养生。

3、将稠膏取出,自然冷却,当冷却到58℃时,加入2kg蜂蜜进行调味,调味完成后继续冷却至室温即得成品枫叶黄精膏。
实施例二:
该枫叶黄精膏的制备原料为:枫叶:30kg、黄精:10kg、茯苓:10kg、罗汉果:22kg、山楂:18kg、冰糖:18kg、丹参:4kg、玉竹:5kg、辅料为蜂蜜以及芝麻油。
其具体制备步骤为:

4、将稠膏取出,自然冷却,当冷却到60℃时,加入3kg蜂蜜进行调味,调味完成后继续冷却至室温即得成品。

①将枫叶、黄精、茯苓进行筛选,选掉其中的黄叶、烂叶以及虫眼后,称取上述质量份的枫叶、黄精、茯苓,洗净并用破壁机破壁粉碎,将渣滓过滤取滤液,将滤液加入7~8倍体积的水中,且一并加入罗汉果进行煎煮,煎煮时间为20~40min,煎煮完成后在70~80℃的温度下保温40~60min,冷却后用纱布过滤掉残渣,滤液备用;
②将玉竹切丝、山楂切丁,然后将处理好的姜丝、山楂丁与冰糖、丹参一并加入容器中,并在容器中加水,加水量以刚刚浸没食材为准,在大火烧开后加入步骤1中制备的滤液并同时改为小火慢熬,熬煮过程中加入芝麻油并保持匀速搅拌直至液体浓缩成相对密度为1.25~1.35的稠膏;
③将稠膏取出,自然冷却,当冷却到55~60~℃时,加入蜂蜜进行调味,调味完成后继续冷却至室温即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的枫叶黄精膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:枫叶:24份、黄精:8份、茯苓:8份、罗汉果:22份、山楂:18份、冰糖:18份、丹参:11份、玉竹:3份、辅料为蜂蜜以及芝麻油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的枫叶黄精膏的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤②中滤液的添加分为三次进行,每次的加入量为滤液总量的1/3,为烧开后添加。
