Actual production
Material and apparatus
The test silkworm variety adopts a new variety bred at the university of Suzhou (Su Xiu Chunfeng), and the variety is inspected and approved by the silkworm variety inspection committee of Jiangsu province in 2010, and the inspection number is as follows: the threo silkworm 201001 has the general characteristic of raising silkworm varieties in production, the raising quantity is 1 silkworm species (25000 silkworm), the five-year-old silkworm is 500 silkworm heads/silkworm table along with the conventional regional raising of the silkworm, and the mulberry adopts the conventional variety to raise 71-1 (10-year tree age) and is consistent with the conventional silkworm raising.
Experimental group: an embodiment is a lifting silkworm table; control group: the existing silkworm breeding method, wood frame and bamboo flattening, is a method for actual production of silkworm households; comparison group: wood frame and bamboo flat, and net laying on the bamboo flat to isolate silkworm and silkworm excrement, which is a laboratory method. The three groups of silkworms are consistent in the feeding process, and the field considers no difference.
Evaluation of application Effect
The cocoon yield of one silkworm species of the experimental group is 48kg, the sand removal death is 203, and the whole process is operated by one person; the silkworm cocoon yield of one silkworm species in the control group is 44.5kg, the sand removal death is 1806 heads, and two people are required to operate in a matched mode; the silkworm cocoon yield of one silkworm species of the comparison group is 44kg, the sand removal death is 2056, and the sand removal before five-instar silkworm requires two people to operate cooperatively.
According to test comparison, the cocooning rate of the experimental group is 98.9%; the cocooning rate of the control group is 91.7%; the cocooning rate of the comparative group was 90.7%. The cocoon yield is greatly improved by the structure of the invention according to the cocoon yield.
The above data indicate that: the device of the invention is used for feeding, especially removing sand, not only saves a great deal of labor force and space, but also effectively improves the environment of silkworm rearing, reduces the morbidity and the mortality of sand removal, thereby increasing the yield of silkworm cocoons. Has important significance for promoting the large-scale and high-quality development of the mulberry industry and realizing the sustainable development of the industry.
The invention can kill pathogenic bacteria by adopting the physical methods of sunlight, cooking and the like in the current silkworm production, and can also adopt the chemical disinfection method, meanwhile, the silkworm raising table surface is of a smooth structure, thereby avoiding the problem that residues such as silkworm dying from illness and silkworm excrement are easy to be hidden among gaps such as a silkworm rack, a silkworm plaque, a reed curtain and the like which are made of bamboo and wood, so that the pathogenic bacteria cannot be thoroughly cleaned and killed. In addition, the silkworm table and the silkworm rearing tool constructed in the traditional mode are large in storage occupied space, the operation can be completed only by means of other supports such as a mulberry bracket and a table, the operation difficulty is high, and the silkworm rearing tool is difficult to freely adjust after construction. The device solves the problems, can adjust the height of the lifting rod, can be adjusted at will according to the production scale, the height of an operator and the requirements of various stages of silkworm rearing, ensures that the silkworm platform can be freely folded and unfolded, ensures higher space utilization rate, finishes the silkworm rearing process in one device, reduces the labor amount, collects and cleans silkworm excrement more conveniently and rapidly, reduces the death rate, improves the silkworm rearing efficiency, can be installed in a laminated way, saves the rearing space, adopts plastic materials for a net-shaped table top and a rotating shaft, and ensures that the device is simpler and more convenient and easy to operate.
