In the prior art, some cooking appliances adopt scraping brushes and water flow to clean an inner cavity, and meanwhile, the inner cavity is dried by virtue of air flow and heating; some cooking appliances use an external water source and a built-in nozzle, and self-cleaning of the inner cavity of the pot is realized by utilizing the impact force and fluidity of water. secondly, in the scheme with the help of water jet or fluid pressure, the designed nozzle pores and runners are at risk of being blocked by residues of food and seasonings, and the narrow runners are not well cleaned after being polluted, and bacteria are bred and mildewed in time, so that secondary pollution is very easy to cause. Likewise, the scheme of stretching and retracting the stirring paddles is adopted, so that the stretching part is not easy to clean and dirt is very easy to collect.
Thirdly, the sealing requirement of the product is improved due to the excessive flow channel design, and the elastomer design has the defect of low reliability under the use scene of a real user.

The cooking apparatus is to be used for cooking, and in a high probability, the food material is attached to the inner wall of the cooking body 101, such as the upper region near the lid 7. If this portion of the attached food material is not scraped or shoveled, it will affect the quality of the final dish. The probability of attaching food materials on the cover body 7 is small, and soup, seasonings and the like are mostly attached, so that the influence on the quality of finished dishes is small. If the cleaning member 3 is still kept in the cleaning operation mode (i.e., the posture shown in fig. 3) while the cooking apparatus is in the cooking operation mode, the cover 7 generates a large resistance, which tends to increase the load of the driving means. In the cooking mode of operation, the cleaning member 3 is in the fifth posture or cooking mode of operation mentioned above, and the resistance caused by interference contact with the cover 7 can be reduced without affecting the quality of dishes or without greatly affecting the quality of dishes, and the load of the driving device can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4a, a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application further includes a connection part 5. The connecting part 5 is connected with a power output end 41 of the driving device 4; the cleaning element 3 is connected to the connecting part 5 by means of a variable position structure 6 and is movable relative to the connecting part 5 to have at least two positions. In one embodiment of the present application, the connection member 5 is provided with a power end connection hole 11, and the power end connection hole 11 is cooperatively connected with the power output end 41 of the driving device 4. For example, the power output end 41 is a hexagonal prism-shaped power shaft, and the corresponding power end connection hole 11 is an inner hexagonal mounting hole adapted to the hexagonal prism-shaped power shaft.
Further, referring to fig. 4b, the bottom of the connecting hole in the embodiment of the present application is provided with a magnetic body 15 (such as a magnet) and an end cap 16. Accordingly, the power output end 41 is made of a material which can be magnetized by a magnet, and when the power output end 41 is arranged in the power end connecting hole 11, the magnetic body 15 can generate magnetic attraction to the power output end 41, so that the connection between the power output end 41 and the magnetic body is stable. The end cap 16 seals the magnetic body 15 in the power end connection hole 11. In specific implementation, a sealing element (such as a sealing ring) can be arranged between the end cover 16 and the power end connecting hole 11 of the connecting part 5 to play a sealing role, so that cooking materials are not easy to enter a narrow gap, and the cleanness and the sanitation of the equipment are ensured.
Referring to fig. 4a, in one embodiment, the connecting member 5 is provided with a first projecting arm 12 and a second projecting arm 13; the first extension arm 12 and the second extension arm 13 have a gap therebetween. The cleaning member 3 ends in the gap between the first projecting arm 12 and the second projecting arm 13. The first extending arm 12, the second extending arm 13 and the cleaning piece 3 are respectively provided with a through hole 19, and the through holes of the first extending arm, the second extending arm and the cleaning piece are communicated. Referring to fig. 5, the cleaning member 3 is rotatably connected to the first and second projecting arms 12 and 13 by means of the parts 14 penetrating through the three through holes 19. For example, the parts 14 may include, but are not limited to, pins 17 and locking screws 18. In the mounting, the pin 17 may be inserted into the three communicating through holes from one side, and then the locking screw 18 may be screwed into the threaded hole of the pin 17 at the other side. Since the attachment of the cleaning elements 3 is a rotatable attachment, a certain clearance is provided between the pin 17 and the through hole 19, wherein the radial clearance between the two is kept at [0.02mm,0.1mm ], and the end clearance is kept at [0.02mm,0.5mm ].
In another version of the embodiment of the present application, the first projecting arm 12 and the second projecting arm 13 may be provided on the cleaning member 3, and the connecting member 5 is provided with an insertion end that is insertable between the first projecting arm 12 and the second projecting arm 13. Likewise, the insertion end, the first projecting arm 12 and the second projecting arm 13 may be connected by the above-described pins and locking screws.
In the present embodiment, the posture change of the cleaning member 3 is achieved by the variable position structure 6. That is, a variable position structure 6 is also provided at the connection position of the cleaning member 3 and the connection member 5. The pin 17 and the locking screw 18 allow displacement of the cleaning member 3 relative to the attachment member 5, and the variable displacement structure 6 locks the displaced posture of the cleaning member 3 so that the cleaning member 3 maintains a posture unchanged.
Referring to the embodiment provided in fig. 4a, 5 and 7, the variable bit structure 6 comprises: the stop spring 61, the stop thimble 62 and at least two spacing holes. At least two limiting holes are provided on the connecting part 5, more specifically on the first projecting arm 12 or the second projecting arm 13 of the connecting part 5, and the limiting holes are blind holes, the orifice being directed towards the other projecting arm. For example, in the configuration shown in fig. 4a, at least two limiting holes are provided on the first projecting arm 12, with the orifice facing the second projecting arm 13. The cleaning member 3 is provided with a first mounting hole 65. The stop thimble 62 and the stop spring 61 are arranged in the first mounting hole 65; the stop thimble 62 is engaged with one of the at least two limit holes by the stop spring 61 to hold the cleaning member 3 in a posture.
Specifically, the stop pin 62 includes a pin head and a pin post; the stop spring 61 is sleeved on the thimble column. The stopper pin 62 and the stopper spring 61 are disposed in the first mounting hole 65 as shown in fig. 5 and 7. The thimble head is located in one of the at least two limiting holes. The stop spring 61 is in a deformed state and has a certain pretightening force. One end of the stop spring 61 abuts against the thimble head of the stop thimble 62, and the other end abuts against the second projecting arm 13. Wherein, the clamping amount range of the thimble head of the stop thimble 62 clamped into the limiting hole can be between 0.5mm and 3.5 mm; more specifically, the amount of the engagement may be any value between [1mm,2.5mm ].
The center of each of the at least two limiting holes is on a circle with the center of the through hole on the first extending arm 12 as the circle center o and the radius as R. The radius R is not limited in this embodiment, and may be determined based on actual design requirements. The central angle theta formed by connecting the hole centers of two adjacent limiting holes with the center o can be selected in a range of [1 degree, 25 degrees ], and specifically, theta can be any angle in [3 degrees, 15 degrees ].
The at least two limiting holes are communicated, so that a user can change the posture of the cleaning piece 3 by simply poking the cleaning piece 3. For example, in one embodiment shown in FIG. 8, the variable position structure has two limiting apertures, a first limiting aperture 63 and a second limiting aperture 64, respectively. The two limiting holes 63 and 64 communicate.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the first projecting arm 12 is provided with a first limiting hole 63 and a second limiting hole 64, and when the head of the stop pin 62 is located in the first limiting hole 63, as shown in fig. 3, the cleaning member 3 is in the cleaning mode. When the head of the stop pin 62 is positioned in the second stop hole 64, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning member 3 is in the cooking mode of operation. In the embodiment provided by the application, the first extending arm 12 can be further provided with a plurality of limiting holes at different positions, and generally, a user only needs to change the cooperation of the stop thimble 62 and different limiting holes, so that the cleaning piece 3 can be stabilized in different postures relative to the connecting component 5, and the cleaning piece 3 is driven by the driving device 4, thereby completing cleaning of different areas.
Of course, other structures may be used to implement the posture change of the cleaning member 3, for example, a pluggable plug member is provided at the connection between the cleaning member 3 and the connection member 5. After the user pulls out the plug-in component, the plug-in component is pulled out from one limiting hole, and the posture of the cleaning component 3 relative to the connecting component 5 is changed, the user releases the plug-in component, and the plug-in component returns under the action of elastic restoring force and is inserted into the other limiting hole.
Alternatively, in another possible solution (without corresponding figures), at least two limiting holes are provided on the cleaning element 3, and a second mounting hole is provided on the connecting part 5. The stop thimble 62 and the stop spring 61 are disposed in the second mounting hole, and the stop pin is engaged with one of the at least two limiting holes by the stop spring 61, so that the cleaning member 3 is maintained in a posture. This scheme is applicable to the above mentioned: the cleaning member 3 is provided with two connecting arms, and the connecting member is provided with a scheme for inserting the insertion ends of the two connecting arms.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the cooking apparatus includes a connection part and a lifting part, the lifting part is connected with a power output end 41 of the driving device, the lifting part is used for driving the power output end 41 to move linearly along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, the cleaning member 3 is connected with the power output end 41 of the driving device through the connection part 5, when the apparatus is in a cleaning operation mode, the lifting part drives the power output end 41 to move downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, the connection part 5 connected with the power output end 41 also moves downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, and meanwhile, the cleaning member 3 connected with the connection part 5 also moves downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, and the cleaning member 3 is separated from the cover 7. When the apparatus is in the cooking operation mode, the lifting member drives the power output end 41 to move upward in the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, the connection member 5 connected to the power output end 41 also moves upward in the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, and the cleaning member 3 connected to the connection member 5 also moves upward in the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, and the cleaning member 3 is in contact with the cover 7. In this embodiment, the movement range of the lifting member driving power output end 41 has a certain range, and the movement range of the lifting member driving power output end 41 is typically between 1 mm and 3 mm. According to the embodiment of the application, the cleaning piece 3 is driven to move upwards or downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2 through the lifting part, the lifting part is connected with the control device of the equipment, when the equipment is in the process of switching between the cooking working mode and the cleaning working mode, the equipment can automatically complete the switching of the working mode without human intervention, meanwhile, the connecting part 5 and the cleaning piece 3 are in an integral structure, or the cleaning piece 3 is fixedly connected to the connecting part 5 through the connecting piece, and due to the fact that the cleaning piece 3 is directly and fixedly connected with the connecting part 5, the complex variable position structure 6 is omitted, so that the volume of a combined body formed by the cleaning piece 3 and the connecting part 5 is smaller, and the volume of the cooking cavity 2 is larger.
Further, referring to fig. 12, the elevating member includes: the motor 20, the drive wheel 23, connecting rod 21 and lever shaft 22, connecting rod 21 passes through lever shaft 22 and is connected with equipment main body structure, its concrete mode is, there is the connecting hole in the position near connecting rod 21 middle part, lever shaft 22 passes connecting hole and equipment main body structure rotatable coupling, connecting rod 21's one end and power take off 41 are connected, connecting rod 21's the other end and drive wheel 23 butt, drive wheel 23 sets up on motor 20's epaxial, with motor shaft fixed connection, motor 20 provides power for drive wheel 23's rotation, drive wheel 23 is cam or special-shaped wheel. The power take-off 41 is fitted with a resilient element 24, for example a spring, which resilient element 24 is always in compression. When the wheel rim of the relatively large radius of the driving wheel 23 abuts against the connecting rod 21, the end of the connecting rod 21 abutting against the driving wheel 23 moves downward with respect to the lever shaft 22, and the section of the connecting rod 21 connected to the power output end 41 moves upward with respect to the lever shaft 22, so that the power output end 41 moves upward while other components connected to the power output end 41 move upward under the driving of the connecting rod 21, eventually bringing the cleaning member 3 into contact with the cover 7. When the rim of the driving wheel 23 having a relatively small radius abuts against the connecting rod 21, the power output end 41 and the cleaning member 3 move downward to the lever balance position by the elastic member 24 of the elastic member 24, and finally the cleaning member 3 and the cover 7 are separated from each other. In this embodiment, the motor 20 drives the driving wheel 23 to rotate, and the connecting rod 21 is driven to drive the power output end 41 to move simultaneously through the leverage of the connecting rod 21, so that the cleaning piece 3 can move upwards or downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, manual operation is not required when the equipment is switched in working mode, and convenience is provided for users. An elastic element 24 is arranged at the joint of the power output end 41 and the main structure of the equipment, and the elastic element 24 can enable the power output end 41 to move upwards or downwards along the depth direction of the cooking cavity 2, besides a reset function, the movement can be smooth and steady, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged. To simplify the design, according to another embodiment, the lifting member comprises: a motor 20, and a driving wheel 23. The motor 20 is connected to the power output end 41 through the driving wheel 23, and directly drives the power output end 41 to rise and fall. Or still another embodiment, the lifting member includes: motor 20, drive connection (not shown). The motor 20 is connected to the power output end 41 through a driving connection part, and directly drives the power output end 41 to be lifted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an apparatus body 1 provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: cooking body 101 and lid 7. The cooking body 101 has an open inner cavity; the cover 7 is covered at the opening to form a closed cooking cavity 2. Wherein the cleaning member 3 comprises: the first executing unit 31 and the second executing unit 32. The first actuator 31 is abutted against the inner wall of the cover 7 and used for cleaning the inner wall of the cover 7. The second executing part 32 is abutted against the inner wall of the cooking body 101 and used for cleaning the inner wall of the cooking body 101. The first and second actuators 31 and 32 are cleaning tool actuators 34, and the cleaning actuators 34 are provided on the cleaning frame 33. In the cleaning state, as shown in fig. 3, the cleaning member 3 is in a cleaning working mode, in this state, the cleaning member 3 is in interference contact with the inner wall of the cover 7 and the inner wall of the cooking cavity 2, and is rotatable under the drive of the driving device 4, so that the inner wall of the cooking cavity 2 is scraped, and a cleaning effect is achieved. In the cooking state, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning member 3 is in the cooking operation mode, in which the cleaning member 3 is completely separated from the inner wall of the cover 7, but is always in contact with the inner wall of the cooking chamber 2. This has the advantage that not only is the extra action of not scraping the lid during cooking reduced, but also the resistance of the cleaning elements 3 is reduced and the effective power of the drive means 4 is increased. Meanwhile, the cleaning piece 3 which is always in contact with the inner wall of the cooking cavity 2 can scrape dishes, seasonings, soup and the like which move to the inner wall of the pot during cooking back into the cooking cavity 2, so that accurate cooking of materials is ensured. As shown in fig. 4, in a specific implementation structure of the cleaning member 3, the first actuating portion 31 and the second actuating portion 32 may be a single piece, which may be referred to as an actuating portion of the cleaning member 3, and the actuating portion of the cleaning member 3 may be made of an elastic material, such as rubber, silica gel, plastic, a brush, a towel gourd net, or the like. Because the cooking equipment belongs to food equipment and needs to meet the food-grade requirement, the executing part of the cleaning piece 3 can be made of food-grade silica gel, towel gourd net materials and the like. Of course, in other embodiments, the first and second actuating portions 31 and 32 may be two parts disposed at different positions of the cleaning member 3 to act on different areas of the cooking cavity 2, covering most or all areas on the inner walls of the cooking body and the cover 7.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a cooking apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application further includes a transmission part 9 and a stirring paddle 8. The transmission part 9 is arranged on the connecting part 5, the transmission part 9 is provided with an access end and an output end, the access end is used for accessing the power output by the driving device 4, and the output end is connected with the stirring paddle 8 so as to drive the stirring paddle 8 to act. The transmission part 9 comprises a first transmission part 92 and a second transmission part 91, the first transmission part 92 and the second transmission part 91 are in transmission connection, an access end is arranged on the first transmission part 92, the access end is a power end connecting hole 11, the power end connecting hole 11 is connected with the driving device 4, an output end is arranged on the second transmission part 91, the output end is a stirring paddle mounting hole 10, and the stirring paddle mounting hole 10 is connected with the stirring paddle 8. When the first transmission member 92 is rotated by the driving device 4, the second transmission member 91 is also rotated synchronously, and the stirring paddle 8 is rotated synchronously by the second transmission member 9. The stirring rake 8 not only can stir the culinary art thing when the culinary art, and in clean in-process when equipment, the high-speed rotation of stirring rake 8 can stir the washing liquid in the culinary art chamber 2 to the inner wall in culinary art chamber 2 on, can also improve mobility and the impact force of washing liquid simultaneously, cleans culinary art chamber 2 through the impact force of washing liquid, has improved abluent efficiency.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 9, the cleaning member 3 and the stirring paddle 8 are located at both sides of the access end. The cleaning members 3 and the paddles 8 are disposed at 180 degrees in such a manner that both sides of the connection member 5 are brought to a balanced state as much as possible. Because the stirring paddle 8 of the cleaning piece 3 is arranged opposite to the connecting part 5, when the connecting part 5 drives the cleaning piece 3 and the stirring paddle 8 to rotate, the acting force born by the connecting part 5 is minimum, so that the service life of the connecting part 5 is prolonged.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus main body 1 further includes a heating device (not shown in the figure) for heating the cooking object not only during cooking but also during cleaning to heat the cleaning liquid, so as to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid; a control device (not shown in the figure) electrically connected with the heating device and used for controlling the heating device to work so as to heat the cleaning liquid in the cooking cavity 2 to generate steam, and the inner wall area of the cooking cavity 2 contacted with the steam forms steam condensate; wherein at least part of the inner wall area of the cooking cavity 2 is cleaned under the combined action of the contact force of the cleaning member 3, steam and steam condensate. The inner wall of the cooking cavity 2 is cleaned by heating the cleaning liquid, so that the cleaning speed can be increased, and the cooking cavity 2 can be disinfected and sterilized by high temperature. The process of injecting the cleaning liquid into the cooking cavity 2 in this embodiment may also be realized in an automatic manner, without manual inward injection by the user. Specifically, the cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment further includes a water control valve (not shown in the figure). The control device is electrically connected with the water control valve and used for controlling the water control valve to be opened or closed. After the control device starts the self-cleaning program, the control device controls the water valve to be opened to inject cleaning liquid into the cooking cavity 2, controls the heating device to heat the cleaning liquid in the cooking cavity 2, and controls the driving device 4 to work to drive the cleaning piece 3 to act after waiting for a first preset time period.
The above embodiment provides a solution in which the posture of the cleaning member 3 is manually switched. In essence, the attitude switching of the cleaning member 3 can also be automatically achieved without requiring the user to open the cover 7 of the cooking apparatus to manually toggle the switch. Namely, a cooking apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application may further include: switching means (not shown in the figures). The switching device is electrically connected with the control device and is used for driving the cleaning piece 3 to switch in at least two postures under the control of the control device. The switching means may be provided at the junction of the cleaning member 3 and the connecting member 5, or may be provided on the cover 7. After the user starts the cleaning procedure, when cleaning the inner wall of cooking cavity 2, cleaning piece 3 just can accomplish the switching of different attitudes under controlling means control to clean different regions, the degree of automation of this kind of mode is high, and the user need not manual change the attitude of cleaning piece 3, can bring good use experience for the user.
The cooking apparatus provided by the embodiment of the application may include: soymilk machine, electric cooker, intelligent pressure cooker, dish frying machine, cooking machine, juice extractor, etc. The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to cooking equipment, and can be further expanded to equipment in more fields, the equipment is provided with the containing cavity for preparing the corresponding substances, and the containing cavity is required to be cleaned after the preparation is completed. That is, embodiments of the present application also provide an apparatus with a self-cleaning member. The apparatus includes: the cleaning device comprises a device main body 1, a cleaning member 3, a driving device 4 and a control device. Wherein the device body has a working chamber. The cleaning member 3 is located in the cooking chamber and has at least two postures. The driving device 4 is provided on the apparatus main body and is connected to the cleaning member 3. And the control device is electrically connected with the driving device 4 and is used for controlling the driving device 4 to work so as to drive the cleaning piece 3 to act. When the cleaning member 3 is in different postures, it is in contact with the inner walls of different areas of the working chamber. At least part of the inner wall area of the cooking cavity 2 is cleaned under the contact force of the cleaning member 3, and the cleaning member 3 can clean different areas of the inner wall of the cooking cavity 2 by changing different postures. Since the external structure and the internal structure of the devices in different fields are different, the external structure and the internal structure of the device body are not limited in this embodiment.
For more specific structures of the cleaning member 3, the apparatus main body, and the like, reference should be made to the corresponding matters in the above embodiments, and details thereof are omitted here.
The cleaning assembly formed by the connecting part 5 and the cleaning member 3 on the cooking apparatus provided herein may be provided as a separate accessory for user selection. After the user selects the cleaning assembly, the user does not need to replace the stirring paddle 8 with the cleaning member 3 to restart the cleaning function after the cooking equipment completes one cooking task; the cleaning function can be directly started to finish the self-cleaning of the equipment.
Accordingly, embodiments of the present application also provide a cleaning agitation accessory comprising: a connecting part 5, a cleaning element 3 and a stirring paddle 8. Wherein the connecting part 5 has a connecting part for connecting with the driving device 4 of the cooking apparatus; the connection member 5 has not only a connection function but also a transmission of power output from the driving device 4. The cleaning member 3 is connected with the connecting member 5 in a displaceable manner so as to have at least two postures. The stirring paddle 8 is provided on the connection member 5, and performs a stirring action by the driving of the driving device 4. When the cleaning piece 3 is in different postures, the cleaning piece is contacted with the inner walls of different areas of the cooking cavity 2; in the cleaning operation mode, the cleaning member 3 is in the first posture, the cleaning member 3 is in contact with the cover 7 to clean the cover 7, or the cleaning member 3 is in contact with the inner wall of different areas of the cooking cavity 2 to clean the inner wall; in the cooking operation mode, the cleaning member 3 is in the second posture by being variably positioned to have a gap with the cover 7, and at the same time, the cleaning member 3 cooperates with the stirring paddle 8 to apply a force to the contacted cavity inner wall so that the cooking material attached to the cavity inner wall is detached.
Specifically, the connection relationship between the cleaning member 3 and the connection part 5 is the same as that indicated in the above-described cooking apparatus embodiment and fig. 4 to 9, and will not be described here. The structure of the cleaning execution part can also be referred to the corresponding description above and the structures shown in fig. 4 to 9, and the same description is omitted here.
Control logic of the control device in the cooking apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application is described below with reference to specific application examples.
Step 1, the control device controls the water control valve to be opened and simultaneously starts the heating device, so that the cleaning time can be saved, and hot steam can be generated by heating water rapidly.
The whole cleaning time t0 is controlled between 1s and 40s, preferably between 12s and 33 s.
Assume that the whole self-cleaning duration is t0; for example, t0 is controlled between 1s and 40s, more specifically, t0 is controlled between 12s and 33 s. The duration t1 of the water injection should always be less than t0; i.e. t0-t1 is between 1s and 38s, more specifically t0-t1 is between 2s and 30 s. Meanwhile, the water injection amount is related to the total flux of the water outlet, and it is assumed that the water injection amount is V1, V1 is [0.1L,5L ], more specifically, V1 is [0.2L,2.5L ]. Then, the water injection duration can be determined according to the total flux and the water injection quantity of the water outlet.
And step 2, entering a waiting state and waiting for time t2.
t2 may be controlled at [ -10s,10s ], more specifically t2 is controlled at [ -5s,5s ]. Wherein the heating device is operable in a maximum power mode. For example, the maximum power of the heating means may be between 1Kw and 5Kw, more specifically between 1.1Kw and 4.5 Kw.
When the time period of the step 3 and the time period of the step t2 are up, the control device controls the driving device 4 to start so as to drive the cleaning piece 3 to act.
For example, the driving device 4 is a motor, and outputs rotational power. The cleaning member 3 is rotated in the cooking chamber 2 by the driving of the motor. The rotational speed of the cleaning member 3 may be controlled to be 10rpm,1000rpm, and further, 30rpm,900 rpm;
more specifically, the rotating speed is subjected to an acceleration and deceleration alternating process, the pulse scraping is more beneficial to stirring the cleaning liquid by the cleaning piece 3 and splashing the cleaning liquid on the inner wall of the cooking cavity, so that the cleaning liquid is beneficial to removing greasy dirt residues in the cavity, wherein the acceleration process is controlled to be [0.5s,5s ], and the acceleration is controlled to be [2r/s2, 2000r/s2]; the deceleration process is controlled to be [0.5s,1s ], and the deceleration is controlled to be [10r/s2, 2000r/s2]; one pulse period is controlled at [1s,6s ], and the entire cleaning period includes one or more pulse periods, such as the period number is controlled at [1,5]. Alternatively, the rotation direction is alternately clockwise and counterclockwise, and the scraping with the direction being changed continuously is more favorable for rapidly removing the attachments in the cooking cavity 2. For example, the attached matter is large, and the attached matter is scraped from one direction and then scraped from the opposite direction, so that the removal speed of the attached matter can be increased.

1. A cooking apparatus, comprising:
the cooking device comprises a device main body, a cooking device and a control device, wherein the device main body comprises a cooking body and a cover body which are matched to form a cooking cavity;
a cleaning member located in the cooking cavity and capable of moving in the cooking cavity;
a driving device provided on the apparatus main body and connected to the cleaning member;
the control device is connected with the driving device and used for controlling the driving device to work so as to drive the cleaning piece to act;
wherein, in a cleaning operation mode, the cleaning member is in contact with the cover body to clean the cover body; when in a cooking working mode, the cleaning piece acts in the cooking cavity so as to have a gap with the cover body;
the cleaning member has a plurality of postures, and when the cleaning member is in different postures, the cleaning member is in contact with the inner walls of different areas of the cooking cavity.
2. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning member is linearly moved in a depth direction of the cooking cavity to contact or separate from the cover; or alternatively
The cleaning member rotates in the cooking cavity to contact or separate from the cover.
3. The cooking apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a connecting member;
