Further, a sealing element (named as rice washing box sealing element 118) is arranged between the sealing ball 114 and the discharging opening, and the contact surface of the sealing element and the sealing ball 114 is an arc surface.
A sealing element (such as a sealing ring) is arranged between the sealing ball 114 and the discharge opening, so that a gap between the discharge opening and the sealing ball 114 can be sealed, and the sealing reliability of the discharge opening is improved; the contact surface of the sealing element and the sealing ball 114 is an arc surface, and the arc surface is matched with the shape of the sealing ball 114, so that the sealing ball 114 and the sealing element can be better attached, and the sealing reliability of the discharge opening is further improved.

The material cleaning device further comprises a driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for providing power for the up-and-down movement of the pull rod 112, so that the automatic up-and-down movement of the pull rod 112 is realized, the degree of automation of the cooking utensil is improved, and the up-and-down movement stability of the pull rod 112 is effectively ensured. The transmission assembly comprises a sleeve, an internal thread is arranged in the sleeve, an external thread matched with the internal thread of the sleeve is arranged on the outer side wall of the pull rod 112, and a screw-like structure is formed; the driving member is a forward and reverse rotation motor 128, which can drive the sleeve to rotate forward and reverse, and the limiting structure is arranged in the cleaning cavity 126 to limit the circumferential rotation of the pull rod 112, so that the pull rod 112 can only move up and down along the vertical direction in the forward and reverse rotation process of the sleeve. Therefore, the rotation motion of the forward and reverse rotation motor 128 can be converted into linear motion along the vertical direction by utilizing the cooperation of the thread screwing structure and the limiting structure, and the structure is simple and the conception is ingenious.
Of course, the positions of the internal thread and the external thread may also be exchanged, namely: the parts of the transmission assembly connected with the pull rod 112 are provided with external threads, the pull rod 112 is provided with internal threads, the pull rod 112 is sleeved outside the corresponding parts of the transmission assembly and is connected with the external threads, and the scheme can achieve the aim of the application without departing from the design concept and the aim of the application, and therefore, the scheme is also in the protection scope of the application.
Further, the pull rod 112 is hollow, the top of the cleaning chamber 126 is provided with a downward extending stop lever 136, and the stop lever 136 is inserted into the pull rod 112 and limits the circumferential rotation of the pull rod 112, as shown in fig. 4 to 6.
The inside of the pull rod 112 is hollow, the top of the cleaning cavity 126 is correspondingly provided with a limiting rod 136 extending downwards, and the limiting rod 136 is inserted into the inside of the pull rod 112 to be matched with the pull rod 112, so that the circumferential rotation of the pull rod 112 can be limited, and the limiting structure is simpler.
Optionally, the cross section of the stop lever 136 is non-circular, and the inner space of the pull rod 112 is adapted to the shape of the stop lever 136.
The cross section of the limiting rod 136 is non-circular (such as polygonal, D-shaped, X-shaped, etc.), and the internal space of the pull rod 112 is matched with the shape of the limiting rod 136, so that the pull rod 112 cannot rotate circumferentially due to the limitation of the limiting rod 136.
Optionally, one of the outer sidewall of the limiting rod 136 and the inner sidewall of the pull rod 112 is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the other is provided with a limiting groove, and the limiting protrusion is inserted into the limiting groove to limit the pull rod 112 from rotating circumferentially.
One of the outer side wall of the limiting rod 136 and the inner side wall of the pull rod 112 is provided with a limiting protrusion, and the other is provided with a limiting groove, so that the limiting protrusion is inserted into the limiting groove and can limit the pull rod 112 to rotate circumferentially. Preferably, the limit groove and the limit projection extend in a vertical direction, so that the limit lever 136 is smoothly inserted into the pull rod 112.
Further, the transmission assembly further comprises: the driving gear 130 and the driven gear 106 are shown in fig. 1, wherein the driving gear 130 is sleeved on the output shaft of the driving member; the driven gear 106 is meshed with the driving gear 130, the central axis of the driven gear 106 coincides with the central axis of the cleaning cavity 126, and the sleeve is coaxially connected with the driven gear 106, as shown in fig. 4 to 6.
The transmission assembly further includes a driving gear 130 and a driven gear 106, specifically, the driving gear 130 is sleeved on an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotation motor 128, the driven gear 106 is meshed with the driving gear 130 and rotates under the driving of the driving gear 130, and a central axis of the driven gear 106 coincides with a central axis of the cleaning cavity 126, and the sleeve is coaxially connected with the driven gear 106, so that the driven gear 106 can drive the sleeve to rotate forward and backward around the central axis of the cleaning cavity 126, and further drive the pull rod 112 to move up and down along the vertical direction.
Wherein, optionally, the sleeve is integrally formed with the driven gear 106.
Optionally, a sleeve is assembled over the driven gear 106.
The sleeve and the driven gear 106 are integrally formed, so that the connection strength of the sleeve and the driven gear 106 is improved, and the production efficiency is improved; alternatively, the sleeve is formed separately from the driven gear 106 and then assembled to the driven gear 106, which simplifies the machining of the sleeve and the driven gear 106 and also facilitates replacement and repair of the sleeve or the driven gear 106.
Further, the upper end of the cleaning cavity 126 is open, and the material cleaning device further includes a cleaning cover 132 covering the open end of the cleaning cavity 126, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the forward and reverse rotation motor 128 and the driving gear 130 are located outside the cleaning cavity 126, and the driven gear 106 is sandwiched between the cleaning cover 132 and the open end of the cleaning cavity 126, as shown in fig. 4 to 6.
The upper end of the cleaning cavity 126 is open, so that the inner structure of the cleaning cavity 126 can be conveniently assembled, overhauled and replaced; the cleaning cover 132 covers the cleaning cavity 126, so that a closed cavity can be formed, and normal cleaning and other processes are ensured; further, the forward and reverse motor 128 and the driving gear 130 are located outside the cleaning cavity 126, and the driven gear 106 is clamped between the cleaning cover 132 and the open end of the cleaning cavity 126, so that the central axis of the driven gear 106 can be coincident with the central axis of the cleaning cavity 126.
The cleaning cover 132 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air outlet is connected with the air outlet pipe 134, the air inlet is connected with the feeding pipe 102, the feeding pipe 102 can be communicated with a storage box and an air source, and not only can feed the cleaning cavity 126 by utilizing wind power, but also can promote blanking by utilizing wind power; the air outlet ensures that the air flow in the cleaning cavity 126 can be discharged in time so as to avoid the excessive pressure in the cleaning cavity 126.
Further, a seal (denoted as top cover upper seal 104) is provided between the upper end of the driven gear 106 and the cleaning cover 132, and a seal (denoted as top cover lower seal 110) is provided between the lower end of the driven gear 106 and the cleaning chamber 126.
A sealing structure (such as a sealing ring) is arranged between the upper end of the driven gear 106 and the bottom of the cleaning cover 132, so that the phenomena of air leakage, water leakage and the like between the driven gear 106 and the cleaning cover 132 are avoided, and the sealing performance of the cleaning cavity 126 is further ensured.
The sealing structure (such as a sealing ring) is arranged between the lower end of the driven gear 106 and the top of the cleaning cavity 126, so that the phenomena of air leakage, water leakage and the like between the driven gear 106 and the body are avoided, and the sealing performance of the cleaning cavity 126 is further ensured.
Further, the driven gear 106 is further connected with a scraping member 108, as shown in fig. 1, the scraping member 108 is located in the cleaning cavity 126, and an outer contour of the scraping member 108 is adapted to a contour of an inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity 126, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
The driven gear 106 is also connected with a scraping piece 108, and the outer contour of the scraping piece 108 is matched with the contour of the inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity 126, so that when the scraping piece 108 rotates, materials stuck or accumulated on the inner wall of the cleaning cavity 126 can be scraped off, and the materials are separated from the inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity 126 and discharged through a discharging port at the bottom; the scraping piece 108 can rotate around the central axis of the cleaning cavity 126, so that the inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity 126 can be scraped in an omnibearing manner without dead angles, and the blanking efficiency is effectively improved; meanwhile, the scraping piece 108 is indirectly driven to rotate through the driving gear 130 and the driven gear 106, so that the scraping piece 108 only needs to be matched with the outline of the inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity 126 in its outer outline to ensure that the scraping function can be realized, and the shapes and structures of other parts are not limited, so that the selection range of the structure of the scraping piece 108 is remarkably enlarged, the structure and the principle are relatively simple, and a technician can reasonably design according to the specific structure of a product, so that the optimization of the structure and the comprehensive function of the product is realized; in addition, the scraping element 108 and the pull rod 112 are driven by the same driving assembly, so that one set of driving device can be saved, the structure of the material cleaning device is obviously simplified, the production cost is saved, and the installation space of the material cleaning device is saved.
As for the number of the scraping elements 108, one scraping element 108 may be provided, or a plurality of scraping elements 108 may be provided (for example, two scraping elements, three scraping elements and the like), so that the blanking efficiency may be further improved, and the plurality of scraping elements 108 are preferably uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the cleaning cavity 126, as shown in fig. 1, since these embodiments can achieve the purposes of the present application, and do not deviate from the design concept and the spirit of the present application, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are all within the scope of the present application; meanwhile, the scraping member 108 may be integrally formed with the driven gear 106, or may be assembled on the scraping member 108, which is within the scope of the present application.
Further, the cleaning cavity 126 is provided with an air inlet and a water outlet, the outer side of the cleaning cavity 126 is sleeved with the outer cover 116, an annular space is formed between the outer cover 116 and the cleaning cavity 126, the air inlet and the water outlet are communicated with the annular space, and through holes for communicating the inner space and the annular space are formed in the cleaning cavity 126, so that a cavity capable of being filled with water but not being filled with materials is formed in the outer side of the cleaning cavity 126, cleaning sewage can be received by the cavity, the cleaning sewage can be separated from materials such as rice, and the cleaning sewage can be conveniently pumped away without worrying that the materials such as rice block the water pumping port.
Preferably, the housing 116 is removably coupled (e.g., snap-fit or threaded) to the cleaning chamber 126, which facilitates both cleaning of the annular space and manufacturing; meanwhile, the lower part of the rice washing box sealing member 118 is clamped between the lower end of the outer cover 116 and the washing cavity 126, so that the gap between the lower end of the outer cover 116 and the washing cavity 126 can be sealed at the same time, and water and air leakage of the lower part of the annular space can be prevented.
The following describes the specific structure and operation of the material cleaning device according to the present application with reference to fig. 1 to 6 and an embodiment.
In the upper drawing, 122 is an upper cover (i.e. a cover body of a cooking main body), 126 is a rice washing box (i.e. a washing cavity), 128 is a rice washing motor (i.e. a counter-rotating motor), 130 is a driving wheel (i.e. a driving gear), 132 is a rice washing box cover (i.e. a washing cover), 106 is a rice washing rotating wheel (i.e. a driven gear), 112 is a sealing screw (i.e. a pull rod), 114 is a sealing ball, 104 is an upper sealing piece of a top cover, 110 is a lower sealing piece of the top cover, 102 is a feeding pipe, 134 is an air outlet pipe, 116 is a rice washing box bottom cover (i.e. an outer cover), 118 is a rice washing box sealing piece, and 120 is an upper sealing piece of the top cover.
The rice washing box 126 and the rice discharging motor 128 are fixed on the upper cover 122;
the upper cover sealing member 120 is installed between the rice washing box 126 and the upper cover 122, so that steam in the inner pot is prevented from entering the assembly of the upper cover 122 through a gap between the upper cover 122 and the rice washing box 126 during cooking, and functions of other components are affected;
the rice discharging rotating wheel 106 is meshed with the driving wheel 130, and is driven by the rice discharging motor 128 to rotate, and the rice discharging motor 128 is a positive and negative rotating motor;
the sealing screw 112 is arranged at the center of the rice discharging rotating wheel 106 and is coaxial, and the sealing screw 112 is meshed with the internal thread at the center of the rice discharging rotating wheel 406;
the sealing ball 114 is connected with the bottom of the sealing screw 112 in a universal joint mode, but the rotating angle of the sealing ball 114 is limited, the moving range is controlled to be 5-20 degrees along the axis of the sealing screw 112, the setting can ensure that the sealing ball 114 automatically finds the center of the outlet at the bottom of the rice washing box 126 in the descending sealing process, and the sealing ball 114 is not far deviated from the axis of the screw in the up-down moving process, so that the coaxial effect can be achieved in time;
the rice washing box sealing member 118 is arranged at the bottom of the rice washing box 126, and the pre-contact surface of the inner wall of the rice washing box sealing member 118 and the sealing ball 114 is a cambered surface, so that the rice washing box sealing member is convenient to be better attached to the sealing ball 114;
the center of the rice washing cover 132 is provided with a limit structure of the sealing screw 112, so that when the rice feeding rotary wheel 106 rotates, the sealing screw 112 can not rotate and can only move up and down along the limit structure of the center of the rice washing cover 132.
The working principle of the scheme is as follows:
1. when the rice washing box 126 is assembled, in order to facilitate the installation of the rice washing box cover 132 (the rice washing box cover is not propped against by the screw and ball structure), the sealing ball 114 is set to be in an upper state, namely, the rice washing box 126 is in an open state;
2. after the rice washing box assembly is installed, a rice discharging motor 128 is started, and the rice discharging rotating wheel 106 is driven to rotate through a driving wheel 130;
3. at this time, the sealing screw 112 at the center of the rice-washing wheel 106 cannot rotate due to the limitation of the limiting structure at the center of the rice-washing box cover 132 and can only move downwards, so as to drive the sealing ball 114 to move downwards to press the sealing element 118 of the rice-washing box, thereby realizing the sealing of the rice-washing box;
4. at this time, the rice washing box 126 can wash rice, and specifically, the rice is fed through the feeding pipe 102 connected to the rice washing box cover;
5. when the rice washing is completed and the opening at the bottom of the rice washing box 126 needs to be opened, the motor is reversed, and under the same principle, the sealing screw 112 drives the sealing ball 114 to ascend, so that the rice washing box 126 is opened;
6. the above-mentioned actions can be implemented by the rice feeding motor 128 to implement the repeated actions, so as to implement the opening and closing of the rice washing box.
The technical scheme of the second aspect of the application provides a cooking appliance, which comprises: a cooking body and a material cleaning device according to any one of the first aspect.
Specifically, the cooking body has a cooking chamber; the material cleaning device is used for cleaning the materials sent into the cleaning cavity and sending the cleaned materials into the cooking cavity.
The cooking appliance provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the present application includes the material cleaning device according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, so that the cooking appliance has all the advantages of any one of the embodiments described above, and will not be described herein.
Wherein, the cooking main body includes: a pan body and a cover 122, the cover 122 and the pan body are covered to enclose a cooking chamber; wherein, the material cleaning device is disposed on the cover 122, as shown in fig. 1 to 3.
The material cleaning device is arranged on the cover 122, so that the material cleaning device is convenient to communicate with the cooking cavity when the discharge opening of the cleaning cavity 126 is opened, and materials in the cleaning cavity 126 smoothly enter the cooking cavity to be cooked, so that the structure is more compact and reasonable; and a seal (denoted as upper lid seal 120) is also provided between the cleaning chamber 126 and the lid 122.
A sealing member (such as a sealing ring) is also arranged between the cleaning cavity 126 and the cover 122, so as to prevent steam generated in the cooking process from entering the cover 122 through a gap between the upper cover and the cleaning cavity 126, and affecting functions of other components; meanwhile, the lower end of the upper cover sealing member 120 is clamped between the upper end of the outer cover 116 and the cleaning cavity 126, so that a gap between the upper end of the outer cover 116 and the cleaning cavity 126 can be sealed, and air leakage and water leakage of the upper end of the annular space can be prevented; steam generated during cooking can be discharged through the opening of the cover 122 and the steam port 124 provided in the cleaning chamber 126 and communicated with the opening of the cover 122.
In any of the above embodiments, the cooking appliance is an electric cooker.
Of course, the electric cooker is not limited to the electric cooker, and can be an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpot, an electric steamer and the like.
In summary, according to the material cleaning device provided by the application, the spherical discharge valve (namely, the sealing ball) is arranged at the discharge opening, the pull rod for driving the sealing ball to move is correspondingly arranged in the cleaning cavity, and the pull rod is connected with the sealing ball in a universal joint manner and extends along the vertical direction, so that the sealing ball can freely rotate relative to the pull rod to facilitate automatic alignment, and the movement direction of the sealing ball and the central axis of the discharge opening cannot be excessively different to reduce interference. Therefore, when the pull rod drives the sealing ball to close the discharge opening, the sealing ball can be automatically aligned under the action of gravity, so that the effective closing of the discharge opening is realized, and the water and materials can be completely sealed in the cleaning cavity; when the pull rod drives the sealing ball to open the discharge opening, the sealing ball can be easily separated from the discharge opening, friction clamping stagnation and other conditions can not occur between the sealing ball and the discharge opening, the discharge opening can be effectively opened, large swing can not occur, and the material can be ensured to pass through the discharge opening smoothly.

the pull rod extends along the vertical direction, and the lower end of the pull rod is connected with the sealing ball in a universal joint mode;
the driving assembly is connected with the pull rod and used for driving the pull rod to move up and down;
the drive assembly includes:
a driving member; and
the transmission assembly is connected with the output shaft of the driving piece and the pull rod so as to drive the pull rod to move up and down;
the transmission assembly includes:
the sleeve is internally provided with an internal thread, and the outer side wall of the pull rod is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning cavity, a sleeve, a driving piece, a sleeve, a pull rod, a limiting structure and a driving piece, wherein the driving piece is a forward and reverse rotation motor which can drive the sleeve to rotate forward and reverse, and the cleaning cavity is internally provided with the limiting structure which can limit the pull rod to rotate in the circumferential direction, so that the pull rod can move up and down along the vertical direction under the drive of the sleeve;

5. A material cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the drive assembly further comprises:
the driving gear is sleeved on the output shaft of the driving piece;
and the driven gear is meshed with the driving gear, the central axis of the driven gear coincides with the central axis of the cleaning cavity, and the sleeve is coaxially connected with the driven gear.
6. The material cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein,
the sleeve and the driven gear are integrally formed; or (b)
The sleeve is assembled on the driven gear.
7. The material cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein,
the material cleaning device comprises a cleaning cavity, a driving gear, a forward-reverse motor and a driven gear, wherein the cleaning cavity is arranged at the upper end of the cleaning cavity, the material cleaning device further comprises a cleaning cover which is covered at the open end of the cleaning cavity, the forward-reverse motor and the driving gear are positioned outside the cleaning cavity, and the driven gear is clamped between the cleaning cover and the open end of the cleaning cavity.
8. The material cleaning apparatus according to claim 7, wherein,
a sealing structure is arranged between the upper end of the driven gear and the cleaning cover; and/or
And a sealing structure is arranged between the lower end of the driven gear and the cleaning cavity.
9. The material cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein,
the driven gear is also connected with a scraping part, the scraping part is positioned in the cleaning cavity, and the outer contour of the scraping part is matched with the contour of the inner wall surface of the cleaning cavity.

a cooking body having a cooking chamber; and
