Detailed Description
In the prior art, some cooking appliances clean inner cavities by adopting a scraping brush and water flow, and dry the inner cavities by means of air flow and heating; some cooking utensils use external water source and built-in nozzle, the self-cleaning of the inner cavity of the pot is realized by using the impact force and the fluidity of water; for example, an internal flow channel and an elastic body are designed in the stirring paddle, so that the stirring paddle can realize telescopic displacement, the reset state can realize stirring vegetables, and the bounce state can realize scraping and cleaning of the inner wall. Generally, the prior art mainly realizes the cleaning of the inner wall of the pot by scraping and water jet impact force.
However, there are many problems with these current solutions, such as:
firstly, the inner wall of the pot and the pot cover cannot be cleaned at the same time, and only the inner wall of the pot can be cleaned;
secondly, in the scheme of water jet or fluid pressure, the designed nozzle pore and flow passage have the risk of being blocked by food and seasoning residues, and the narrow flow passage is not easy to clean after being polluted, and is easy to cause secondary pollution due to bacteria growth and mildew after the narrow flow passage is polluted.
Similarly, the scheme of the stretching of the stirring paddle is adopted, the stretching part is not easy to clean, and dirt is easy to store.
Thirdly, the excessive flow channel design improves the sealing requirement of the product, and the elastomer design has the defect of low reliability under the use scene of a real user.
To this end, the present application provides the following embodiments to solve or improve at least part of the above-described problems. In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
In the description of the present application, the claims and some of the features in the drawings referred to above, the description of "first", "second", etc. are used to distinguish different components, parts, modules, devices, etc. and do not represent a sequential order nor limit the "first" and "second" to different types. In addition, the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a schematic structural diagram of a cooking device provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown, the cooking apparatus 1 includes: a cooking body 12, a cover 13, cleaning elements 2, drive means (both shown in fig. 1 and 2, the output 31 of the drive means being shown in fig. 2), etc. As shown in fig. 2, the cover 13 covers the cooking body 12 to form a closed cooking cavity 11. The cover body 13 can be an automatic cover body, namely, the cover body can be controlled and driven by corresponding control, driving and other components to realize automatic closing or automatic opening; alternatively, the cover 13 is a cover that is opened and closed manually, which is not limited in this embodiment. The driving means is used to output a driving force such as a linear reciprocating motion, a rotational motion, or the like. The cleaning elements 2 are located in the cooking chamber 11 and are connected to the drive. Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the cleaning member 2 is in contact with the inner walls of the cooking body 12 and the cover 13 for cleaning the inner walls of the cooking body 12 and the cover 13 under the driving of the driving device.
Here, it should be noted that: when the cooking device is a device for processing different food materials, the understanding of the cooking body of the cooking device is different. For example, when the cooking device is a cooker, the cooking body is a cooker body for frying dishes, and the cover body is a cooker cover; when the cooking equipment is an intelligent electric cooker, the cooking body is a cooking pot body, and the cover body is an electric cooker cover; when the cooking equipment is a pulping machine (such as a wall breaking machine) and the like, the cooking body is a pulping body, and the cover body is a cover; and so on.
The cleaning member 2 has a cleaning implement 20, and the cleaning implement 20 includes at least two implement portions. For example, the at least two execution parts include at least: a first execution part 21 and a second execution part 22. The first execution part 21 abuts against the inner wall of the cover body 13 to clean the inner wall of the cover body 13; the second execution part 22 is abutted against the inner wall of the cooking body 12 for cleaning the inner wall of the cooking body 12. In a specific implementation of the cleaning member shown in fig. 3, the first executing portion 21 and the second executing portion 22 may be a single piece, which may be called a cleaning executing portion, and the cleaning executing portion may be made of an elastic material, such as rubber, silicone, plastic, brush, sponge, etc. Because cooking equipment belongs to food class equipment, need accord with the requirement of food level, so clean executive portion can select food level silica gel, luffa mesh class material etc.. Of course, in other embodiments, the first actuating portion 21 and the second actuating portion 22 can be two parts, which are arranged at different positions of the cleaning element to act on different areas of the cooking cavity, covering most or all of the area on the inner wall of the cooking body and of the cover.
In an embodiment, the drive device can be arranged on the cooking body. For example, the drive means is arranged at the bottom of the cooking body, outside the inner cavity of the cooking body. The cleaning element is connected to the drive at the bottom of the inner space of the cooking body. For example, the output end of the driving device extends from the bottom of the inner cavity of the cooking body to the inner cavity of the cooking body, and the cleaning piece is connected with the output end. For another example, the connecting part of the cleaning piece extends out of the inner cavity of the cooking body from the bottom of the inner cavity of the cooking body to be connected with the output end of the driving device.
Referring to fig. 2, another realizable solution, the driving device is arranged on the cover 13; the cleaning piece 2 is detachably connected with the driving device; the cleaning piece is provided with a butt joint structure 23, the butt joint structure 23 is in butt joint with an output end 31 of the driving device, and is connected with the output end 31 in a magnetic attraction mode. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the docking structure 23 may be a hexagonal socket disposed on the cleaning member; the bottom of the inner hexagonal mounting hole is provided with a magnetic component 4, as shown in fig. 4. The output 31 of the drive is an output shaft with a hexagonal cross-section. The output shaft is inserted into the inner hexagonal mounting hole and then connected with the cleaning piece 2 in a magnetic suction mode. In specific implementation, the magnetic attraction force of the magnetic part 4 can be determined based on the mass of the cleaning piece, the sealing requirement of the connection between the cleaning piece and the driving device, and the like. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the cleaning member 2 is provided with a hexagon socket mounting hole, the upper end of the hexagon socket mounting hole is open, the bottom of the hexagon socket mounting hole is provided with a magnetic member 4 (such as a magnet), and the magnetic member 4 is fixed by a supporting member 5 connected to the cleaning member 2 at the bottom. Wherein, the supporting piece 5 can be connected on the cleaning piece 2 by adopting connection modes such as screw threads, buckles and the like.
With continued reference to the embodiment shown in figures 2, 3 and 4, the cleaning elements 2 have an axis extending in the depth direction of the cooking chamber 11. The cleaning member 2 comprises an axisymmetric frame 25 having the axis 24 as a symmetry axis; the cleaning implement 20 is disposed around the axis-symmetric frame 25 for abutting against the inner wall of the cooking cavity 11. In view of the above, the cleaning implement 20 may include, but is not limited to, a first implement portion 21 and a second implement portion 22. Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning implement 20 is a one-piece having a first slot 201 on the inside (i.e., the inner contour that fits the outer circumference of the axisymmetric frame 25). Accordingly, the axisymmetric frame 25 may be provided with a protrusion on the outer circumference. The protrusion may be an L-shaped protrusion extending outward from the outer peripheral surface of the axisymmetric frame 25, as shown in fig. 5, and extending outward in a direction parallel to the end surface of the axisymmetric frame 25, and as shown in fig. 5, the protrusion substantially forms a second slot 251 with the end surface of the axisymmetric frame 25. The connection of the cleaning implement part and the axisymmetrical frame 25 can be completed by inserting the protrusion into the first slot 201 of the cleaning implement part 20. What needs to be added here is: after the installation, the cleaning implement 20 needs to be beyond the axisymmetric frame 25, so that the cleaning implement 20 can work normally.
For the arrangement in which the drive outputs rotational power, the cleaning elements 2 are of an axially symmetrical configuration, which has the advantage that: the problem that the edge of the cleaning piece 2 has a gap or insufficient friction force with the wall of the cooking cavity 11 (such as the inner wall of the cover body) due to the lateral movement in the rotating process caused by the installation gap with the output end 31 of the driving device is avoided.
Further, as shown in the embodiments of fig. 3, 4 and 6, the axisymmetric frame 25 has a through-hole 26. A flow-straightening structure is arranged in the through hole 26 and is used for straightening the flow direction of the cleaning liquid which is stirred and flows through the through hole 26 when the cleaning piece 2 moves in the cooking cavity 11; said fairing structure comprises at least one fairing wall 27 extending in the direction of said axis 24; the at least one flow straightening wall 27 and the hole wall of the through hole 26 are formed with at least one flow straightening hole. Still further, a flow guiding structure may be further disposed on the axisymmetric frame 25; the flow guide structure comprises a flow guide wall 28, and the flow guide wall 28 is arranged on the wall of the through hole 26 close to the cavity bottom of the cooking cavity 11. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the guiding wall 28 is a slope, and when the cleaning liquid flows to the lower part of the guiding wall 28 according to the arrow shown in fig. 5, the cleaning liquid flows under the guidance of the guiding wall 28 to pass through the through hole 26 of the axisymmetric frame 25, i.e., the above-mentioned rectifying hole.
The cleaning piece 2 is provided with a rectifying wall and a flow guide wall, so that when the cleaning piece acts (such as rotates at a high speed), the rectifying and flow guide effects on water flow can be well played, and the water flow is prevented from being splashed around due to disorder. Specifically, the flow straightening wall can adopt a straight arm structure shown in fig. 3. The edges and corners of the rectification wall 27 can adopt a circular arc transition design, or the side surface of the rectification wall facing the cleaning liquid is a semi-circular cylindrical surface. The deflector wall 28 may be of a beveled design as shown in figure 5 to provide a good barrier to oil residue on the cleaning elements. Because the design of structural planes such as circular arc, inclined plane is all adopted to rectification wall and water conservancy diversion wall, and do not have difficult abluent slit etc. consequently, the cleaning member structure that this embodiment provided also is convenient for the user to carry out more meticulous cleaning and killing.
In conclusion, the scheme provided by the embodiment has the advantages of simple overall structure, convenience in mounting and dismounting, and strong reliability and practicability. The scheme that this embodiment provided can be quick realizes the automatically cleaning to lid and pot inner wall simultaneously, replaces the frequent cleaning operation of user in the culinary art, improves user's culinary art and experiences. In addition, simple structure in the structure of this embodiment, sunken, turning etc. easily hide dirty not good clean structure few, adopt evagination structure to realize mostly, are difficult for hiding dirty and hold dirty, reduce because of the secondary pollution that bacterial growing brought.
In addition, it is important to explain that: the scheme that this embodiment provided can realize the effect of quick automatically cleaning, and after cooking equipment has cooked a dish promptly, the cleaning piece can be cleaned culinary art body and lid simultaneously fast to cooking equipment can carry out the culinary art of next dish fast. By adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, on the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect of the cooking equipment, the cleaning time of the cooking equipment can be controlled to be short, such as 1-40 s, even shorter, such as 12 s-33 s.
Specifically, the cleaning implement 20 in this embodiment may be an elastic scraping strip, a cleaning brush, a cleaning sponge, or a cleaning cloth. The cleaning implement 20 includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned first implement portion 21 and second implement portion 22, i.e., the first implement portion 21 and the second implement portion 22 may be an integral structure. The elastic scraping strip can be a food-grade silica gel scraping strip which is integrally formed with the axisymmetric frame 25 of the cleaning piece 2 by adopting a film coating process. In specific implementation, the cleaning member 2 is installed in the cooking cavity 11 in an interference fit manner. Specifically, the interference between the cleaning executing part 20 of the cleaning member 2 and the inner wall can be controlled between 0.1mm and 3mm, including 0.1mm and 3 mm. Further, the interference between the cleaning implement 20 and the inner wall may be controlled to be [0.2 mm-2.5 mm ], including 0.2mm and 2.5 mm. In the structure of the cleaning execution part 20 shown in fig. 5, the H size of the cleaning execution part 20 may be any one of 1mm to 30mm, and further, the H size may be any one of 3mm to 25 mm. The W dimension (i.e., thickness) of the cleaning implement 20 may be any one of 2mm to 10mm, and further, the W dimension may be any one of 3mm to 8 mm. The outer edge of the cleaning implement part, i.e. the implement head part, can be in the shape of an isosceles triangle as shown in fig. 5, the angle of the vertex angle can be controlled to be [10 degrees, 60 degrees ], and the height can be controlled to be [2mm, 15mm ].
With the cooking apparatus provided by the present embodiment, a user may manually inject cleaning liquid into the cooking cavity before it is required to initiate self-cleaning. The cleaning piece 2 is not provided with a water path and a spraying structure, so that the cleaning piece is simple in structure, has no fine structures such as a spraying opening and the like, and is not easy to breed bacteria. Alternatively, referring to the schematic structural views of the cleaning member 2 shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the cleaning member 2 has a built-in waterway 252 and has at least one water inlet 253 and at least one water outlet 254. The at least one water inlet 253 communicates with the at least one water outlet 254 through the built-in waterway 252; the cleaning liquid introduced into the built-in water path 252 through the at least one water inlet 253 is discharged through the at least one water outlet 254 to inject the cleaning liquid into the cooking chamber 11.
In specific implementation, in order to make the liquid discharged from the water outlet 254 have a certain water pressure, so as to achieve the effect of washing the inner wall of the cooking cavity 11, in this embodiment: a total liquid flow area of the at least one water inlet 253 is greater than a liquid flow area of the internal water path 252; the internal water path 252 has a liquid flow area that is greater than the total liquid flow area of the at least one water outlet 254. For better visualization, the total liquid flow area of the at least one water inlet 253 is set to S1, the total liquid flow area of the built-in water path 252 is set to S2, and the total liquid flow area of the at least one water outlet 254 is set to S3. The relationship between them is: s3 is not less than S2 is not less than S1.
The water outlet 254 may have a cross-section of a circle, an ellipse, an equilateral polygon or a non-equilateral polygon, or any cross-sectional shape that facilitates flow. The equivalent circular radius range of the water outlet section of the water outlet 254 can be 1mm or 5mm, so that the water inlet flux is ensured, and the cleaning is facilitated.
As described above, the cooking apparatus 1 includes the lid 13 and the cooking body 12. The at least one water outlet 254 includes a water outlet facing the cover 13 and/or a water outlet facing a sidewall of the cooking body 12. More specifically, a water outlet is provided at a position corresponding to an inner wall of an upper portion of the cooking body 12 (i.e., a portion near the lid body 13). By disposing the water outlet 254 toward the lid 13 (i.e., upward) and/or toward the side wall of the cooking body 12 (i.e., lateral), the probability of the cleaned material (e.g., oil spots, fine debris, etc.) clogging or entering the water outlet can be reduced.
If the internal water path 252 is a sealed structure and cannot be detached, the internal water path 252 is also a place where bacteria grow. In order to be convenient to disassemble and wash, a sealing cover 6 is arranged on the cleaning piece 2 in the embodiment; when the sealing cover 6 is in an open state, the built-in waterway 252 is exposed. In one embodiment shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the frame of the cleaning member 2 is an axisymmetric structure (i.e., an axisymmetric frame), and a built-in waterway 252 and a plurality of water outlets 254 uniformly distributed are designed at the top of the left and right sides of the symmetry axis (i.e., the axis 24 shown in fig. 3). In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the cover 13 has a water supply port 7. The driving device is arranged on the cover body 13; the cleaning piece 2 is provided with a butt joint structure 23, the butt joint structure 23 is in butt joint with an output end 31 of the driving device, and is connected with the output end 31 in a magnetic attraction mode. Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the docking structure 23 is provided at its periphery with a docking wall 29 surrounding the docking structure 23, an end of the docking wall 29 is in sealing contact with the cover 13, a water inlet passage 255 is formed between the docking wall 29 and the docking structure 23, and the water inlet passage 255 is communicated with the built-in water channel 252; the at least one water inlet 253 is located at a passage port of the water inlet passage 255. Wherein the end of the abutting wall 29 is in sealing contact with the cover 13 via a sealing member (e.g., a gasket). As shown in fig. 2, the abutting wall 29 is an annular wall, and the end portion thereof is an annular end surface; an annular U-shaped groove matched with the annular wall is formed in the corresponding position of the cover body 13; the sealing ring can be arranged in the annular U-shaped groove, and the annular wall of the butt joint wall 29 is inserted into the annular U-shaped groove to be contacted with the sealing ring, so that the sealing connection is realized. The sealing pressure between the abutting wall 29 and the lid body is determined by the magnitude of the magnetic attraction force of the magnetic member 4. For example, for a household cooker, the magnetic attraction force generated by the magnetic part 4 can be controlled to be [20N, 80N ], further to be [30N, 65N ], so that the cleaning piece can be kept to be reliably sealed and rotated, and the cleaning piece can be kept to be not separated from the driving device.
Left and right built-in water routes adopt left sealing cover and right sealing cover which are convenient to detach to realize sealing. The tectorial membrane has round food level silica gel sealing ring on the closing cap, realizes the quick detachable washing in the built-in water route of cleaning member, stops the health dead angle, avoids the greasy dirt to remain secondary pollution that the fungus that breeds brought that mildenes.
Here, adopt open design with the built-in water route in the cleaning member, all water routes are realized sealing by the sealing ring that distributes on sealed lid (left sealed lid, right sealed lid), conveniently dismantle the washing. The characteristics of built-in water route are not only guaranteeing reliable water injection, can cool off the cleaning piece well moreover, and the user dismantles well when wasing the end, is unlikely to scald one's hand.

That is, at least two cleaning performing parts may be provided on the shaft pair frame 25. The cleaning executing parts can be made of the same material or different materials. For example, the plurality of cleaning executing parts disposed on the axisymmetric frame 25 include food-grade silicone rubber scrapers, cleaning sponges, cleaning brushes, and the like. At least two cleaning executing parts are arranged along the direction perpendicular to the plane of the axisymmetric frame; wherein the direction perpendicular to the plane of the axisymmetrical frame, i.e., the extending direction of the imaginary line 256 shown in fig. 8.
Fig. 7, 8 and 9 show a cleaning member structure having two cleaning performing portions 20. The embodiment of the cleaning member shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9 is additionally provided with a cleaning implement 20 based on the above-described structure shown in fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6. The two cleaning performing portions 20 are arranged in a direction in which the broken line 256 extends in fig. 8. The at least one water outlet 254 on the cleaning member may be located between the two cleaning implements 20. Both of the cleaning performing portions 20 are detachably attached to the frame body (i.e., the axisymmetric frame) of the cleaning member. In particular, the detachable connection mode can be designed according to the material of the cleaning execution part. For example, when the cleaning implement 20 on the right side in fig. 8 is an elastic scraping strip (e.g., a food-grade silicone scraping strip), the elastic scraping strip can be connected to the frame body by the above-mentioned inserting and protruding manner. In fig. 8, the cleaning executing part 20 located on the left side is a cleaning cloth or a cleaning sponge, etc., a connecting part 8 may be disposed on the outer edge of the frame body (i.e., the axisymmetric frame 25) of the cleaning member, the connecting part 8 may be a magic tape, etc., and the cleaning cloth or the cleaning sponge may be connected to the frame body by the magic tape. When the detachable cleaning cloth is detached, the cleaning cloth or the cleaning sponge is directly torn off from the magic tape.
Compared with the structure provided with one cleaning execution component, the same cleaning piece rotates for one circle, the action times of two or more cleaning execution components on the wall of the cooking cavity are multiplied, and the cleaning efficiency is improved; in addition, two or more cleaning execution components are made of different materials, so that the cleaning characteristics of all the materials can be integrated, and the cleaning effect can be obviously improved.
Further, the cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment further includes a heating device (not shown in the figure) and a control device (not shown in the figure). The heating device may be disposed below the outer side of the cooking cavity of the cooking body 12, or around the circumference of the cooking cavity, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment. The control means may be disposed outside the cooking cavity, at a position away from the heating means, such as outside the cover of the cooking apparatus 1, and the like, and the same embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
The control device is electrically connected with the driving device and the heating device and is used for controlling the heating device to work so as to heat the cleaning liquid in the cooking cavity to generate steam, and steam condensate is formed in the cavity wall area of the cooking cavity 11, which is contacted with the steam; and the driving device is also used for controlling the driving device to work so as to drive the cleaning piece to act. Wherein at least part of the wall area of the cooking chamber 11 is cleaned by the combined action of the counter-acting force of the cleaning elements 2, the steam and the steam condensate. Typically, the area of the wall of the chamber that is accessible to steam is the area of the cooking chamber above the level of the cleaning liquid, which may include the upper portion of the inner wall of the cooking body and the inner wall of the lid.
The process of injecting the cleaning solution into the cooking cavity 11 in this embodiment can also be implemented in an automatic manner without manual inward injection by the user. Specifically, the cooking apparatus provided in this embodiment further includes a water control valve (not shown in the figure). The control device is electrically connected with the water control valve and used for controlling the opening or closing of the water control valve. Wherein, controlling means is after starting from the cleaning program, control the water valve is opened the culinary art intracavity pours into the cleaning solution, control heating device heating the cleaning solution of culinary art intracavity waits for the first predetermined duration after, control drive arrangement work is in order to drive the action of cleaning member.
It should be added here that the control logic relating to the control device is described in more detail in the method embodiments below.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a self-cleaning method of a cooking apparatus. The main body of the method of this embodiment may be the control device in the above embodiment of the cooking apparatus, and is implemented on the basis of the structure of the above embodiment of the cooking apparatus. The method may comprise the steps of:
101. starting a heating device to heat the cleaning liquid in the cooking cavity to generate steam;
102. starting a driving device to drive the cleaning piece to act in the cooking cavity;
wherein a vapor condensate is formed in a cavity wall area of the cooking cavity that contacts the vapor; at least part of the wall area of the cooking chamber is cleaned under the combined action of the counter-acting force of the cleaning elements, the steam and the steam condensate.
Before or while the heating device is started in step 101, the method provided in this embodiment may further include the following steps:
103. and controlling the water control valve to open so as to fill cleaning liquid into the cooking cavity.
Because the cleaning liquid needs a certain time to be heated to generate steam, and a process is also needed for softening substances attached in the cooking cavity under the action of steam and steam condensate water, the driving device can be started after the heating device is heated for a certain time. That is, the step 102 of starting the driving device to drive the cleaning member to move in the cooking cavity may specifically be:
after the heating device heats for a first preset time, the driving device is started to drive the cleaning piece to move in the cooking cavity.
In order to enhance the cleaning effect, the step 102 of activating the driving device to drive the cleaning member in the cooking cavity may specifically be:
and controlling the driving device to output power which is periodically changed, so that the action speed of the cleaning piece is periodically changed.
More specifically, "controlling the power of the drive device output periodic variation" may be: and controlling the driving device to output power with alternate acceleration and deceleration periods.
Furthermore, besides controlling the driving device to output power with periodically changing periods, the driving device can also be controlled to output power in different directions. For example, if the driving device outputs rotary power, the driving device can be controlled to output power which is alternately changed into clockwise rotation and anticlockwise rotation. That is, step 102 in this embodiment may specifically be:
and controlling the driving device to output power which is alternately changed by clockwise rotation and anticlockwise rotation.

Step 1, controlling the water control valve to open and simultaneously starting the heating device, so that not only can the cleaning time be saved, but also the water can be rapidly heated to generate hot steam.
The total cleaning time t0 is controlled to be between 1s and 40s, preferably between 12s and 33 s.
Assume that the entire self-cleaning time period is t 0; for example, t0 is controlled to be between 1s and 40s, and more specifically, t0 is controlled to be between 12s and 33 s. The duration t1 for which water is injected should always be less than t 0; i.e., t0-t1 is between 1s and 38s, more specifically, t0-t1 is between 2s and 30 s. Meanwhile, the amount of water injected is related to the total flux at the water outlet, assuming that the amount of water injected is V1, V1 is [0.1L,5L ], and more specifically, V1 is [0.2L,2.5L ]. Then, the water filling duration can be determined according to the total flux of the water outlet and the water filling quantity.
And step 2, entering a waiting state for waiting time t 2.
t2 can be controlled to [ -10s,10s ], more specifically, t2 can be controlled to [ -5s,5s ]. Wherein the heating device is operable in a maximum power mode. For example, the maximum power of the heating device may be 1Kw to 5Kw, and more particularly, may be 1.1Kw to 4.5 Kw.
And 3, when the time length of t2 is up, starting the driving device to drive the cleaning piece to act.
For example, the driving device is a motor and outputs rotational power. The cleaning piece is driven by the motor to rotate in the cooking cavity. The rotating speed of the cleaning piece can be controlled to be [10rpm, 1000rpm ], and further can be controlled to be [30rpm, 900rpm ];
more specifically, the rotation speed has an alternate process of acceleration and deceleration, and the pulse scraping is more favorable for quickly removing the greasy residues in the inner cavity, wherein the acceleration process is controlled to be [0.5s, 5s ]]Acceleration is controlled to be [2r/s2,2000r/s2](ii) a The deceleration process is controlled to be [0.5s, 1s]The deceleration is controlled at 10r/s2,2000r/s2](ii) a One pulse period is controlled to be [1s, 6s ]]The whole cleaning cycle comprises one or more pulse cycles, e.g. the number of cycles is controlled to [1, 5 ]]. Alternatively, the rotation direction has a clockwise and counterclockwise alternation process, and the scraping which changes the direction continuously is more beneficial to quickly removing the attachments in the cooking cavity. For example, the attached matter is large, and after the attached matter is scraped from one direction, the attached matter is scraped from the opposite direction, so that the removal speed of the attached matter can be increased.
And 4, after the cleaning is finished (namely the cleaning period is full or the cleaning time t0 is reached), the driving device is shut down, and the heating device is shut down.
Wherein the control valve is closed after the fill time period t1 is reached.
