Description
Technical Field
Relates to the field of skin external preparations, in particular to a cleansing composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Since ancient times, women have had the habit of using face cleansers to remove facial soils, until the rise of fatty acid salt surfactant materials and the widespread use of solid soaps, face cleansers gradually disappeared from the visual field of people. However, in recent years, face cleansers have become the choice of consumers again, and have gained a great deal of acceptance and appreciation.
The pearl has the effects of calming the nerves, detoxifying, retaining youthful looks, moistening and tendering skin and the like and makes the skin glossy and white, and the beauty mechanism is that the pearl contains various amino acids and trace elements required by a human body, and the nutrient components of the pearl are close to the nutrient required by the human skin, so that the pearl is easily absorbed by the human body and has good beauty and health care effects.
The direct effect of pearl powder on skin cells is shown in providing an extracellular environment with sufficient nutrition; thereby achieving the effects of whitening skin, removing spots, eliminating scars, restoring skin elasticity, relieving skin wrinkles and the like. A large number of pharmacological experiments show that the pearl powder can create a good environment for epithelial cell regeneration and promote the healing of skin wound; the pearl powder has strong inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus and the like, has the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and can regulate skin flora and enhance skin repairing activity. The fine solid particles of the pearl powder can absorb and reflect a part of ultraviolet rays and various radiant rays, has the protection effect on the damage of the radiant rays, can avoid the formation of sunburn and has better sun-proof effect. The biochemical reaction induced by free radicals and the increase of lipid peroxides in cells are considered to be important factors of human cell aging. The Margarita powder can reduce Malondialdehyde (MDA) content of lipid peroxide degradation product, improve superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, and inhibit lipid peroxidation of biomembrane caused by free radicals, thereby achieving effects of resisting oxidation and delaying aging. Moreover, the keratin contained in the pearl and the lipid of the horny cell can jointly form a cell membrane for protecting the natural moisturizing factor, thereby well preventing the loss of the natural moisturizing factor and properly controlling the outward diffusion of water from the skin, so that the horny layer can keep a certain water content within a certain time. In addition, various microelements contained in Margarita can permeate into the interstitial space of superficial layer cells and glands to be absorbed by dermis to improve skin nutrition and circulation, regulate skin pH value, and enhance skin cell elasticity. Other researches show that free calcium ions have great importance to skin, and the important basis for living cells is that the concentration of calcium ions in cells is low, the concentration of calcium ions in cells is high, and certain concentration gradient exists between the inside and the outside of the membrane to form a transmembrane active state, and secretion, contraction and excitation of the membrane are all determined by the concentration gradient of the calcium ions. The calcium ions enter into the intercellular substance of human body, can promote the activity of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) enzyme, regulate acid-base balance, and participate in the action of cell buffer system. More importantly, the concentration gradient of calcium ions inside and outside the cell membrane enables external information to be accurately and stably transmitted into the cell to maintain the metabolic balance state of the cell, thereby delaying the cell aging.
Patent CN201580080271.5 discloses a foamable personal care composition and its use, which produces a large amount of dense foam and maintains its stability for a long time by means of surfactants and thickeners, which do not contain pearl powder or calcium carbonate in its ingredients.
Patent CN200710035583.1 discloses a skin care multi-effect bath powder, a production method and a use method thereof, wherein the bath powder contains traditional Chinese medicine herbal essence powder and pearl powder. Wherein the Margarita powder is instant Margarita powder obtained by enzymolysis. The composition has complex components, the action mechanism of the compatible ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicines is not completely clear, and the composition is difficult to be applied to people with sensitive skin or facial skin. The dry flowable powder is very easy to dissolve in water, cannot bubble, has small cleaning force, cannot be applied to the surface of skin, is difficult to locally clean the skin, is long in use time and is not simple and convenient enough.
Most of the existing commercial carbonic acid self-foaming cleansing noodles mainly comprise high-content carbonate, high-content inorganic acid or organic acid and fatty acid salt surfactant, have high self-foaming speed, are difficult to control, have excessively strong cleaning power, have stimulation burden on skin and have poor product stability.

The instrument comprises the following steps: thermo scientific ICS-900 ion chromatograph.
And (3) an analysis step: preparing 20mmol/L methane sulfonic acid aqueous solution as leacheate; calcium chloride is used for preparing calcium ion standard solution. And respectively diluting the sample 1, the sample 2 and the sample 3 by 100 times by using purified water, and taking supernate to filter the supernate to be used as a sample to be detected after foams completely disappear.
The determination process comprises the following steps:
opening an argon gas cylinder, adjusting a partial pressure meter to 0.2MPa, adjusting a pressure reducing valve on the leaching solution bottle to 5psi, switching on an instrument power supply, turning on a host computer and a computer, and opening a software system. And loosening the pump head waste liquid valve to remove bubbles, and then closing the waste liquid valve. The pump was turned on, run for about 10min, the suppressor power was turned on (one day suppressor was previously activated), and baseline was collected.
And after the baseline is stable, sample injection analysis can be performed, the flow rate of the eluent is set to be 0.8mL/min, and a blank sample is added before the first standard sample and after the last sample. And drawing the spectrogram of each component by an instrument data processing system within 30min after one sample injection, and obtaining the calcium ion concentration of the sample after data processing.
And (3) testing results: sample 1 had a free calcium ion concentration of 406 ppm. Samples 2 and 3 had no free calcium ions.
The results show that the pearl powder self-foaming cleansing composition disclosed by the invention contains the active ingredients of the pearl powder, has a good self-foaming effect, is mild and non-irritating, has fresh and cool skin feel and excellent stability, can effectively dissolve out calcium ions, amino acids, trace elements and the like in the pearl powder in the self-foaming process in the using process of the product, and achieves the effects of cleaning, controlling oil, moisturizing, resisting oxidation, brightening skin, removing freckles, whitening, resisting aging, resisting wrinkles, compacting, relieving, moistening, preventing sunburn and the like under the combined action of various active ingredients.
