Description
Technical Field
Relates to the field of skin external preparations, in particular to a cleansing composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
From ancient times, women had the habit of using clean flour to remove facial soils until the rise of fatty acid salt surfactant materials and the popular use of solid soaps, the clean flour gradually disappeared from the human field of vision. In recent years, however, clean flour has become a consumer choice again, gaining a great deal of acceptance and acceptance.
The pearl is a classical beauty medicinal material since ancient times, the great medical trails of the ancient times such as the compendium of materia medica, the miscellaneous records of famous doctors, the Kaibao grass and the like indicate that the pearl has the effects of tranquillizing, detoxifying, retaining youthful looks, moistening and tendering skin and the like, and the skin is glossy and white, the beauty mechanism is that the pearl contains various amino acids and microelements required by human bodies, the nutrition components of the pearl are close to the nutrients required by human skins, the pearl is easy to be absorbed by human bodies, and the pearl has good beauty and health care effects.
The direct effect of the pearl powder on skin cells is shown as providing an extracellular environment with sufficient nutrition; thereby achieving the effects of whitening skin, removing spots, eliminating scars, restoring skin elasticity, reducing skin wrinkles, and the like. A large number of pharmacological experiments show that the pearl powder can create a good environment for regenerating epithelial cells and promote the healing of skin wounds; the pearl powder has strong inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus and the like, has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and can regulate skin flora and enhance skin repair activity. The fine solid particles of the pearl powder can absorb and reflect a part of ultraviolet rays and various radiation rays, have a protective effect on radiation ray damage, can avoid sunburn and have a good sun-screening effect. It is considered that the biochemical reaction induced by free radicals and the increase of intracellular lipid peroxides are important factors for the aging of human cells. The pearl powder can reduce the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) which is a lipid peroxide degradation product, improve the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), inhibit the peroxidation of biomembrane lipid caused by free radicals, thereby achieving the effects of resisting oxidation, delaying aging and the like. And the keratin contained in the pearl and the lipid of the keratinocyte together form a cell membrane for protecting the natural moisturizing factor, so that the loss of the natural moisturizing factor is well prevented, and the outward diffusion of moisture from the skin is properly controlled, so that the stratum corneum maintains a certain moisture content within a certain period of time. In addition, the pearl contains various microelements which can permeate the gaps of surface cells and the glands to be absorbed by the dermis, thereby playing the roles of improving skin nutrition and circulation, regulating the pH value of the skin, enhancing the elasticity of the skin cells and the like. In addition, researches show that free calcium ions have great importance to skin, and the important basis for living cells is that the intracellular calcium ions have low concentration and the extracellular calcium ions have high concentration, so that a transmembrane activity state is formed when a certain concentration gradient exists inside and outside a membrane, and secretion, contraction and excitation of the transmembrane activity state depend on the concentration gradient of the calcium ions. Calcium ions enter human body cell interstitium, can promote the activity of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) enzyme, regulate acid-base balance and participate in the action of a cell buffer system. More importantly, the concentration gradient of calcium ions inside and outside the cell membrane can ensure that external information can be accurately and stably transferred into the cell to maintain the metabolic balance state of the cell, thereby delaying the aging of the cell.
Patent CN201580080271.5 discloses a foamable personal care composition and its use, which produces a large amount of dense foam by means of surfactants and thickeners and maintains its stability for a long period of time, the ingredients of which do not contain pearl powder or calcium carbonate.
Patent CN200710035583.1 discloses a skin care multi-effect bath powder, a production method and a use method thereof, which contain herbal essence powder and pearl powder. Wherein the pearl powder is instant pearl powder prepared by enzymolysis. The composition has complex components, the action mechanism of the compatible components of the traditional Chinese medicine is not completely clear, and the composition is difficult to be applied to skin-sensitive people or facial skin. The dry flowable powder is extremely easy to dissolve in water, can not be foamed, has small cleaning strength, can not be applied to the skin surface, is difficult to clean and use locally on the skin, has long use time and is not simple and convenient.
The existing commercial carbonic acid self-foaming cleansing faces mainly comprise high-content carbonate, high-content inorganic acid or organic acid and fatty acid salt surfactant, have the advantages of high self-foaming speed, difficult control, strong cleaning power, irritation burden on skin and poor product stability.

The results show that the pearl powder self-foaming facial cleansing composition has excellent stability under various conditions. The addition of pearl powder makes the system of the composition more stable.
Test example 3 measurement of calcium ion content in self-foaming lysate
Test sample: sample 1: pearl powder self-foaming cleansing composition prepared according to example 1,
Sample 2: self-foaming cleansing composition prepared according to comparative example 1,
Sample 3: pearl powder
The reference method comprises the following steps: ion chromatography for measuring sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium ions in water sample
Reagent: methane sulfonic acid, anhydrous calcium chloride, purified water and hydrochloric acid.
Instrument: thermo scientific ICS-900 ion chromatograph.
The analysis step: preparing a methane sulfonic acid aqueous solution with the concentration of 20mmol/L as a eluent; calcium chloride is used for preparing the calcium ion standard solution. Sample 1, sample 2 and sample 3 were each diluted 100-fold with purified water and after complete disappearance of the foam, the supernatants were filtered to give samples to be tested.
The measuring process comprises the following steps:
opening an argon gas bottle, regulating the pressure gauge to 0.2MPa, regulating the pressure reducing valve on the leaching solution bottle to 5psi, switching on an instrument power supply, opening a host computer and a computer, and opening a software system. Unscrewing the pump head waste liquid valve to remove bubbles, and then closing the waste liquid valve. The pump was turned on, run for about 10min, the suppressor was turned on (one day of suppressor activation in advance), and a baseline was collected.
After the baseline is stable, sample injection analysis can be performed, the flow rate of the leaching solution is set to be 0.8mL/min, and a blank sample needs to be fed before the sample injection of the first standard sample and after the sample injection of the last standard sample. And drawing a spectrogram of each component by an instrument data processing system within 30 minutes after one sample injection, and obtaining the calcium ion concentration of the sample after data processing.
Test results: sample 1 had a free calcium ion concentration of 406ppm. Sample 2 and sample 3 were free of free calcium ions.
The results show that the pearl powder self-foaming facial cleanser composition contains the pearl powder active ingredients, has good self-foaming effect, is mild and non-irritating, has fresh and non-dry skin feel and excellent product stability, can effectively dissolve calcium ions, amino acids, trace elements and the like in the pearl powder through the self-foaming process in the use process of the product, and achieves the effects of cleaning, oil control, moisturizing, antioxidation, skin brightening, freckle removing, whitening, aging resistance, wrinkle resistance, tightening, relieving, moistening, sun protection and the like under the combined action of various active ingredients.
