技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品后整理技术领域,更具体的涉及一种抗菌整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为更好地实现纺织品的各种不同的服用性能,可以通过各种不同的功能整理,例如防水拒水整理、阻燃整理、抗静电整理、柔软整理,及抗皱整理等,目前,随着公共卫生安全,对纺织品进行抗菌整理也十分必要,从而抑制细菌的传播。
目前,市场上虽然也有通过后整理加工法赋予纺织物抗菌功效,但是一方面其运用主要还是通过银离子、铜氨纤维等进行抗菌,其不仅成本昂贵而且可靠性低,使用几次后效果下降甚至失去效果,难以达到并长久维持预期的抗病毒功能,另一方面加入抗菌物质后的整理剂处理后的织物,其柔软度和蓬松度降低,导致手感不佳。
因此,有必要提供一种抗菌整理剂来解决上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌整理剂,借助该抗菌整理剂对纤维织物进行后整理,使得织物具有抗菌效果,保护人体健康,同时还能实现该织物的亲水性提高,柔软、蓬松、细腻,手感丰满、优良。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗菌整理剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种抗菌整理剂,制备原料包括5-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-30份月桂醇聚醚-4、1-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、1-10份渗透剂、30-60份水。
与现有技术相比,本申请技术方案中抗菌整理剂采用季铵盐有机硅,由于季铵盐能吸附带负电荷的细菌,具有良好的杀菌作用,因此季铵盐有机硅的引入使得该整理剂具有抗菌抑菌效果。同时,采用月桂醇聚醚-4对季铵盐有机硅进行乳化,以实现充分乳化,极大的发挥季铵盐有机硅的杀菌功效。尤其是,技术方案中引入聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷,聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷与季铵盐有机硅作用,能够很均匀地将季铵盐有机硅分散在织物的纤维表面,同时通过渗透剂将其渗入织物的纤维内部,实现抗菌抑菌的持久性和全面性。
较佳地,季铵盐有机硅可采用端环氧硅油与二甲基烷基叔胺(烷基的碳链优选为10个至20个)制得,进一步,季铵盐有机硅优选为长碳链季铵盐(碳链优选为12-18个),以提高抗菌抑菌性能。
较佳地,制备原料还包括10-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-20份月桂醇聚醚-4、5-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、5-10份渗透剂、30-50份水。
较佳地,制备原料还包括0.5-5份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵,双葵基二甲基氯化铵加入该体系能够大大提高该整理剂的杀菌作用。
较佳地,制备原料还包括0.5-5份的十二烷基二亚丙基三胺,在本技术方案中引入十二烷基二亚丙基三胺,能够大幅提高织物的防霉性能。

实施例3
一种抗菌整理剂,制备原料包括15份二甲基十八烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、20份月桂醇聚醚-4、10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、1份渗透剂XP-80、50份水、1份的十二烷基二亚丙基三胺、1份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵、10份的甘油、10份的酯基季铵盐。
该抗菌整理剂的制备方法与实施例1相同,在此不详细阐述。
实施例4
该实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同在于,该实施例4中不含十二烷基二亚丙基三胺,而实施例1中含十二烷基二亚丙基三胺。

该实施例与实施例1基本相同,不同在于,该实施例5中不含双葵基二甲基氯化铵,而实施例1中含双葵基二甲基氯化铵。

取实施例1~7和对比例1获得的抗菌整理剂配成水溶液对锦纶纤维织物进行后整理,并进行测试,结果见表1。
手感测性:采用实物手感评定法,以5个具有行业素养的人员组成一个专业小组评估织物手感。通过多人手感测评,100分制,取平均值,分值越大越柔软,手感越好。
抗菌性试验方法采用FZ/T01021 92摇晃烧瓶法。
防霉性能采用GB/T 24346-2009进行。
表1试验测试结果
从实施例1~7和对比例1的测试结果可知,通过本申请技术方案的抗菌整理剂对纤维织物进行后整理,使得该织物具有优良的防霉抗菌性能,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率高,同时织物柔软、蓬松,手感丰满、优良。
从实施例1与实施例4的比较可知,当技术方案中不含十二烷基二亚丙基三胺,防霉效果下降。
从实施例1与实施例5的比较可知,当技术方案中不含双葵基二甲基氯化铵,抗菌抑菌效果下降,表明双葵基二甲基氯化铵加入该体系后大大的提高了该整理剂的杀菌作用。
从实施例1与实施例6的比较可知,当技术方案中不含甘油时,织物表面膜层的细腻度不够,手感的丰满度下降。
从实施例1与实施例7的比较可知,当技术方案中不含酯基季铵盐,织物的柔软度不够,手感下降。
从实施例5与对比例1的比较可知,当技术方案中缺少聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷时,导致季铵盐有机硅的分散均匀能力下降,从而影响抗菌抑菌效果。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括5-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-30份月桂醇聚醚-4、1-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、1-10份渗透剂、0.5-5份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵、5-10份的酯基季铵盐、30-60份水。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料还包括10-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-20份月桂醇聚醚-4、5-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、5-10份渗透剂、0.5-5份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵、5-10份的酯基季铵盐、30-50份水。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料还包括0.5-5份的十二烷基二亚丙基三胺。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料还包括5-10份的甘油。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
将季铵盐有机硅、月桂醇聚醚-4、聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、渗透剂、双葵基二甲基氯化铵、酯基季铵盐、水搅拌均匀制得。
6.一种抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括5-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-30份月桂醇聚醚-4、1-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、1-10份渗透剂、30-60份水、0.5-5份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵、5-10份的甘油、5-10份的酯基季铵盐。
7.一种抗菌整理剂,其特征在于,制备原料包括5-20份季铵盐有机硅、10-30份月桂醇聚醚-4、1-10份聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、1-10份渗透剂、30-60份水、0.5-5份的十二烷基二亚丙基三胺、0.5-5份的双葵基二甲基氯化铵、5-10份的甘油、5-10份的酯基季铵盐。
