本发明涉及日化用品领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种含有机硅季铵盐的长效抗抑菌洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液是用来洗涤纺织品的液体,洗衣液的工作原理与传统的洗衣粉,肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。洗衣液的有效成分主要是非离子型表面活性剂,其结构包括亲水端和亲油端,其中亲油端与污渍结合,然后通过物理运动使污渍和织物分离。同时表面活性剂降低水的张力,使水能够达到织物表面,使有效成分发挥作用。现有的洗衣液采用的原料比较传统,导致生产出来的洗衣液虽然可以洗干净污渍,但是没有长效的抑菌作用,导致衣物清洗后还是容易滋生细菌,卫生效果不佳。

本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种含有机硅季铵盐的长效抗抑菌洗衣液,不仅可以洗干净污渍,而且具有持续长效的抑菌作用,提高了衣物的卫生性。

该含有机硅季铵盐的长效抗抑菌洗衣液的制造方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向搅拌罐中注入合适数量的原料水,并保持液位为搅拌罐容量的3/4左右;
(2)将配方规定数量的防腐剂加入搅拌罐的水中,并且搅拌均匀;
(3)将配方规定数量的二甲基十二烷基[3_(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]氯化铵、丙二醇、含有C18-C30碳链的二甲基烷基[3-(三甲氧基硅基)丙基]卤化铵、甘油、广谱漂白剂、拉丝粉、超级纳米乳化剂、橄榄油、香精加入搅拌罐中,并且搅拌均匀;
(4)箱搅拌罐中加入合适数量的盐来增稠,然后使用自动灌装机进行密封包装。
