Abstract
本发明涉及含有洗涤剂活性组分的洗涤纺织品的泡沫组合物,该组合物包括表面活性剂体系。表面活性剂体系由阴离子表面活性剂和任选地非离子表面活性剂组成,含量至少达重量18%。优选地阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂都存在于泡沫表面活性剂体系中。本发明也涉及使用泡沫组合物洗涤纺织品的方法,和运送泡沫组合物的包装产品。
Description
利用不同的方法进行纺织纤维品洗涤和规整的过程已达数世纪之久。为了给出更有效的洗涤和规整纺织纤维品的方法,最近已经作出了许多的改进和革新。现代的方法主要包括一种将活性的洗涤物或规整物运送到纤维表面的体系。
许多方法是将纺织纤维品浸在一种溶液中来实现此目的的,通常此种溶液是活性物的水溶液。溶液浸泡纤维,从而将活性物送到纤维表面。常常是将粒状洗涤剂产品溶解在水中,或者是将液体洗涤剂溶解在水中以制备合适的溶液,即洗涤液。
西欧普遍使用的洗衣机提供了一种配料盒,这种配料盒的作用是专门为使洗涤剂活性产品,不论是粒状的还是液体的,与水混合。混合物或溶液然后送入含有洗涤装料(也就是纺织纤维品)的转筒中。这种输送方法由于使用下述的配料装置而有了更进一步的改进,这种配料装置可以装有洗涤剂活性产品,然后直接放入装有洗涤物料的转筒中。当转筒充有水时,活性物局部的高浓度给出了所谓的“心洗(heart-of-the-wash)”效应。
现在还知道将活性物质送到纤维表面的其它方法。例如,如果浸渍物包括洗涤剂或规整剂,那末可以使用浸渍片来洗涤或规整纤维。
洗涤过程的另一种精心改进就是对特别困难的污斑使用预处理。由于开辟了这一途径,可直接施用浓洗涤剂产品于纺织品污斑区。这样就可将高浓度的洗涤剂活性物送到纤维表面,在纤维表面,洗涤剂活性物具有最大效应。最近消费者受到鼓励用浓液体洗涤剂预处理纺织纤维品的局部区域,然后在液体洗涤剂的稀水溶液中洗涤整个物品。至少在有污斑的区域,这提供了直接将高浓度的洗涤剂活性物送往纤维表面,随后将织品浸在洗涤液中洗涤整个织品的益处。可是,预处理通常局限于纺织品的局部区域。
本发明在将洗涤剂活性物送到纤维表面的方法方面显示出明显的不连续性。此外,本发明提供了将高浓度的洗涤剂活性物送到纺织纤维品所有部分的方法。而不是如在预处理的场合下那样,只是输送到织品的局部区域。这就导致一种高度有效的洗涤和规整纺织纤维品的方法,结果对洗涤剂活性成分的要求降低了,从而降低了价格,减小能量需求,也使环境受益。
1978年10月3日发布的US-A 4 118 189叙述了用泡沫洗涤剂溶液洗涤纺织品的方法。该水溶液含10-50克/升洗涤组合物(水溶液约含1%-5%重量的“活性”洗涤组分)。提供吹入水溶液的压缩空气源以形成泡沫,然后泡沫与纺织品接触。在泡沫破裂后,进一步应用压缩空气使这一过程再循环至少5次。
1985年2月19日发布的US-A 4 499 620也叙述了泡沫洗涤方法。将气体吹过洗涤剂的“浓”水溶液以形成泡沫。该专利所限定的水溶液的典型浓度是0.3%-1%的重量。
1974年3月12日发布的US-A 3 796 599叙述了用泡沫在衣物烘干机中处理衣物的方法。阴离子表面活性剂例如磺酸盐是作为有用的泡沫剂加以叙述的。所公开的阴离子表面活性剂的最高浓度是13%重量(例如在例XIII中,重量百分数是依据除了喷雾剂之外的所有组分进行计算的)。
1980年12月30日发布的US-A 4 242 377叙述了泡沫组合物,这种组合物用于织品的规整,由气溶胶容器进行合适的配料。规整步骤通常是对已经洗净的纤维进行的。公开了阴离子表面活性剂,这种表面活性剂既可以起规整剂的作用,也可以起泡沫剂的作用。例6叙述了含有17.8%钠皂(按重量计,不包括喷雾剂)的泡沫组合物。
1981年2月24日发布的US-A 4 252 656叙述了类似于377专利的组合物。表面活性剂的含量(阴离子+非离子+皂)按组合物重量计优选地是0.5%-10%。
在先有技术文件中没有一个提出过浓洗涤剂泡沫的建议,这种浓洗涤剂泡沫中加入了阴离子的和/或非离子的表面活性剂,其目的是为了实现对纤维的有效洗涤。
本发明的目的是为有效洗涤纺织品提供一种泡沫洗涤剂组合物。也提供了以高活性泡沫的形式将洗涤剂活性物送到纺织纤维品上的洗涤纺织品的方法。此种泡沫至少含有18%重量的阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂,由于泡沫中捕集了大量的气体,所以该泡沫对于给定重量的洗涤剂活性物质具有很大的体积。由于同样的原因,此泡沫对于给定重量的洗涤剂活性物也具有很大的表面积,这种洗涤剂活性物能够使泡沫复盖在纺织品表面上,从而将浓洗涤剂均匀地送至纺织纤维品,并直接送至纤维的表面上。
发明概述
本发明涉及用于洗涤纺织品的含有洗涤剂活性组分的泡沫组合物,此泡沫组合物还含有表面活性剂体系。表面活性剂体系由阴离子表面活性剂和任选地非离子表面活性剂组成,含量至少占泡沫组合物重量的18%。优选地阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂均存在于泡沫的表面活性剂体系之中。
大多数有用的泡沫具有小于100克/升的密度,优选地小于50克/升。
优选地以泡沫组合物形式使用的表面活性剂是烷基硫酸盐,烷基醚硫酸盐或它们的混合物,其含量至少占组合物重量的18%。
表面活性剂以至少25%重量的含量存在是有利的,优选地至少以50%重量存在。当使用非离子表面活性剂时,则非离子表面活性剂以至少20%重量的含量存在是有利的。
泡沫组合物含有少于50%的水是有利的,优选地含有少于30%,更优选地含有少于10%重量的水。
本发明的另一方面是通过具有上述组合物的泡沫来洗涤纺织品的方法。此泡沫分布在纺织品上,所存在的水与干纤维的比一般小于1∶1,优选小于2∶3,和更优选小于1∶2。
泡沫可以用手工方式(也就是“手洗”)或者用机械方式分布在纺织品表面上,纺织品上的泡沫或泡沫残渣随后施用真空,吹气或漂洗方法充分地去除。利用洗衣机的转动作用(也就是“机械洗涤”)就提供一种机械方式。
本发明的第三方面是包装产品,此产品包含有
(i)泡沫洗涤剂组合物,该组合物含有表面活性剂体系,表面活性剂体系由阴离子表面活性剂和任选的非离子表面活性剂组成;
(ii)喷雾剂气体;和
(iii)气溶胶容器,洗涤剂组合物和喷雾剂气体包封在气溶胶容器中,其特征在于该组合物至少含有18%重量的表面活性剂体系。
包装产品可输送上述泡沫组合物。发明详述
根据本发明洗涤纺织纤维品的优选方法是利用手洗使用含有洗涤剂活性物的泡沫进行的。方法的第一步是把泡沫送到纺织纤维品的整个表面,和优选地浸泡一定时间,以使浓洗涤剂在纤维表面发生作用。在随后的步骤中,可以加入水,以给出较稀的洗涤剂溶液,在此稀溶液中继续进行洗涤过程。最终纺织品任选地在清水中进行漂洗。本发明在这方面对于柔软的纺织纤维品例如毛织品或丝织品提供了特别的益处。泡沫将洗涤剂活性物送到纤维表面,而无需在水中浸泡。
根据本发明洗涤纺织纤维品的另一方法是将含有洗涤剂活性物的泡沫加到常规洗衣机的纺织纤维品中。该方法包括:第一步将泡沫送到纺织纤维品整个表面,和优选地浸泡一定时间,以使浓的洗涤剂在纤维表面起使用。在这一步骤,利用搅动作用,如利用洗衣机转筒的转动作用有效地使泡沫分布在纺织纤维品的表面上。在随后的步骤中,可以加入水,以给出较稀的洗涤剂溶液,在此溶液中洗涤过程可以继续进行。由于洗衣机机械功能有效地输入和泡沫在纺织纤维品整个表面上迅速的分布,此洗涤过程是高度有效的。因此,洗涤温度较低和循环较短,相应地带来低能耗的优点。
本发明也涉及将含有洗涤剂活性物的泡沫输送给纺织品的包装产品。该装置包括带有喷咀的密封容器,消费者能够开动此喷咀。容器含有洗涤剂活性物和压缩喷雾气体。当喷咀启动时,则喷雾剂使洗涤剂活性物从密封容器中压出。同时喷雾剂膨胀,在泡沫中形成无数的气泡。最优选的情况下,包装产品包括气溶胶容器。
纺织纤维品是由布料制作的任何材料,包括服装,例如衬衫、罩衫、袜子、裙子、裤子、夹克、内衣等等,也包括桌布,毛布,窗帘等等。本文所使用的纺织纤维品(textile fabrics)定义不包括地毯和类似的地面覆盖物。
本发明所用的纺织纤维品通常是利用针织法和编织法制作的。可以使用许多不同纤维来生产编织,针织或其他类型的纺织纤维品,其中包括合成纤维(例如聚酯,聚酰胺等等)和动物的天然纤维(例如羊毛,安哥拉山羊毛,蚕丝),以及植物的天然纤维(例如棉花,大麻)。通常也使用不同纤维的混纺物。
泡沫是气体在相当少量的液体中的粗分散体。本发明的泡沫是含有洗涤剂组合物的连续液相和含有气体的分散相。分散相的气“泡”其尺寸可由50微米变化到几毫米。
一般说来,泡沫的质量是依据评定不同泡沫质量的属性所决定的,例如:1)泡沫的外观,因为外观是由气泡粒度分布的均匀度所决定,也由气泡实际的粒度所决定,其中粒度小而均匀的气泡通常是优选的;2)泡沫的厚度,因为泡沫厚度是由泡沫的表观粘度所决定,其中通常较大的泡沫表观粘度是优选的;3)泡沫的密度,泡沫密度优选地小于100克/升,较优选地小于50克/升,更优选地小于20克/升,最优选地小于10克/升;和4)静置时液体从泡沫中的排出,通常没有液体的排出是优选的。
本发明的表面活性剂体系是由阴离子表面活性剂和任选地非离子表面活性剂组成的。除了阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂外,不排除使用其他的表面活性剂,可是这些表面活性剂并不被认为是本发明所限定的表面活性剂体系的组分。这种另外的表面活性剂包括阳离子表面活性剂,两性表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂,使用时,这些表面活性剂一般以小于10%的量加入为宜,优选地小于5%,较优选地小于1%重量,最优选地不加入为好。
本发明有用的阴离子表面活性剂包括常见的C11-18烷基苯磺酸盐(“LAS”),一级的,支链的和无规的C10-20烷基硫酸盐(“AS”),分子式为CH3(CH2)x(CHOSO3 -M+)CH3和CH3(CH2)y(CHOSO3 -M+)CH2CH3的二级(2,3)烷基硫酸盐,式中x和(y+1)是至少约为7的整数,优选地至少约为9,和M是水溶性阳离子,特别是钠离子,不饱和硫酸盐,例如油基硫酸盐,C10-18烷基烷氧基硫酸盐(“AExS”;特别是EO1-7乙氧基硫酸盐),C10-18烷基烷氧基羧酸盐(特别是EO1-5乙氧基羧酸盐),C10-18甘油醚,C10-18烷基多糖苷和它们相应的硫酸化多糖苷,以及C12-18α-磺化脂肪酸酯。也可以使用惯常的C10-20皂,支链C10-16皂是优选的。合适的非离子表面活性剂包括C12-18烷基乙氧基化物(“AE”),它包括所谓窄峰的烷基乙氧基化物,和C6-12烷基苯酚烷氧基化物(特别是乙氧基化物和混合的乙氧/丙氧化物),以及C10-18 N-烷基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,例如C12-18 N-甲基葡糖酰胺(如WO 9206154所述)。其它的糖衍生的表面活性剂包括N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,例如C10-18N-(3-甲氧丙基)葡糖胺。合适洗涤剂组分详细情况可参见标准的教科书,例如A.Davidsohn和B.M.Mildwidsky所著,合成洗涤剂,JohnWiley & Sons第六版,该书1978年公开了一般的洗涤技术。
区分本发明的泡沫和日常洗涤过程中常遇到肥皂泡是很重要的。本发明的泡沫浓度比常规肥皂泡要高的多,含有的水也比常规的肥皂泡少。泡沫含水重量小于90%,优选地小于75%,较优选地小于50%,更优选地小于30%,最优选地15%。本发明的泡沫至少含有18%,优选地至少含25%,更优选地至少含有50%重量的表面活性剂体系。最优选地用作洗涤组合物的泡沫至少含有18%重量阴离子表面活性剂。
另一方面,在洗涤前洗涤剂稀释时在常规的洗涤过程中形成的肥皂泡是由十分稀的溶液中形成的,典型情况下是10升水中只含有100克产品。结果是洗涤液含有约99%重量的水。在洗涤液表面上可以形成一层肥皂泡,肥皂泡的组成类似于洗涤液本身的组成。肥皂泡的表面活性剂的含量正常情况下将比1%小的多,典型情况下小于0.3%。因而本发明的泡沫和普通洗涤过程中的肥皂泡之间的差别将会得到理解。
肥皂泡在洗涤过程中常常被认为是令人讨厌的,常常应用抑泡剂来减少或控制它们,这一点是本领域技术人员所熟知的。在洗涤剂活性剂的溶液就是将活性物输送到纤维表面的介质的洗涤过程中,肥皂泡的存在能够削弱洗涤性能。这是因为存在于肥皂泡中的洗涤剂活性物不再溶解在洗涤液中,因此活性物不能输送到纤维表面。
相反,本发明的泡沫是洗涤过程必不可少的介质。一般来说,本发明的意图是将洗涤剂活性剂均匀地送给纤维品的正是泡沫本身,而不象常规洗涤过程那样是活性物的水溶液。可是,这不排除在用本发明的泡沫处理之前,将纺织品预浸泡的步骤。至少在泡沫均匀地分布于纺织纤维品的本方法的步骤期间,不向纺织纤维品和泡沫加入附加水,这种情况是优选的。
现在将更详细地说明用洗涤剂泡沫处理纺织纤维品的方法的具体实施方案。手洗
可以借助手使用本发明的方法洗涤纺织纤维品(本文称作“手洗”)。泡沫分布在待要洗涤的纺织纤维品上或其周围,然后如果需要的话,利用手搅拌纺织品和泡沫的方法,使泡沫充分地分布在纺织品周围。据信泡沫表面积大能够使活性成分充分地分布在纺织纤维品表面上。此外,据信活性的非稀释的泡沫对于纺织品的紧密接近程度促进了极好的洗涤作用。
可以使纺织品浸泡在泡沫中达几天,或者甚至达几周。但是浸泡时间在1分钟和24小时之间是理想的,优选地在5分钟和4小时之间。
如果需要的话,随后可以从纺织品中除去任何的泡沫残渣。例如可以使用干净水漂洗掉残渣或者可以施加真空从纺织品除去残渣。
本发明的方法特别好地适合于手洗柔软的纺织品。尤其是含有大量羊毛或蚕丝的纺织品可以有利地以这种方法进行处理。一种特别的益处是当使用传统的洗衣过程时可能会出现的织品局部的损坏明显地减少了。在传统的洗衣过程中,洗涤剂组合物,污秽的纺织品和水一起放入合适的容器中。在过程开始时,由于活性成分刚刚开始溶解于水中,因而在活性成分均匀地分布在水中之前,它们具有很高的局部浓度。如果溶液中,这样高的局部浓度碰巧存在于或接近于织品,那末它们就会引起织品局部的损坏。在溶液中存在着很高局部浓度的漂白剂和增亮剂时,这种情况特别突出。根据本发明的方法就可以避免这类织品局部的受损。由于所有的活性成分都均匀地分布在大量的泡沫中,所以不会出现引起织品损坏的局部高浓活性物。
典型的手洗组合物将含有下列某些或全部的组分:表面活性剂(阴离子的、非离子的、阳离子的、两性的、两性离子的),洗涤剂增洁剂和螯合剂,污垢释放聚合物,光学增亮剂、染料迁移抑制聚合物,香料,酶,着色剂。
表面活性剂以占组合物重量18%-90%的含量存在的,优选地以25%-80%的含量存在,更优选地以30%-50%的含量存在。
洗涤剂例如脂肪酸,柠檬酸,琥珀酸,磷酸盐,沸石是以占组合物重量10-82%的含量存在的,优选地以10-50%的含量存在,更优选地以12-20%的含量存在。
螯合剂例如膦酸盐,优选地是以组合物重量的0-5%的含量存在的,更优选地以0.1-3%的含量存在。机洗
本发明的方法可以用于常规的洗衣机中洗涤纺织品(本文称为“机洗”)。本发明的泡沫在脏污的纺织品装入洗衣机的滚桶之前或之后送入洗衣机即可。
大多数市售洗衣机都有自动洗涤循环,和这种循环中有许多是靠加水于洗衣机转筒中启动的。但是,为了属于本发明的范围,在泡沫尚未溶解在溶液中,浓泡沫必须充分地分散在纺织品上。优选情况下,这是使用带有这样的洗涤循环的洗衣机来实现的,即在加水之前,转筒先转动几次(从而使泡沫分布)。可是,这不排除在用本发明的泡沫处理之前对纺织品进行预浸泡的步骤。
当在循环的较后部分加入水时,泡沫组分的大部分会溶解或分散在水中,这可能导致在洗衣机中形成一层肥皂泡。如前所述,这些含水量高和表面活性剂含量低的肥皂泡被应不认为是本发明意义范围内的泡沫。
采用洗涤,漂洗,规整和/或干燥步骤的任何结合均可以完成洗涤循环,在这些步骤的任一步骤期间,可以在洗衣机转筒中增加附加的洗涤或漂洗添加剂。
适于机洗泡沫的组合物与上述手洗泡沫的组合物相类同。包装产物
本发明的另一方面是提供适于本发明方法使用的输送泡沫的包装产品。包装产品包括一密封容器,例如基本上为园柱形的瓶子,带有一分配装置例如喷咀。容器含有洗涤剂组合物的压缩气体,容器可以由任何材料制造,特别是由铝板,锡板,包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,等规聚丙烯,聚乙烯或聚酰胺的塑料,或它们的混合物、层压板或其他结合物。当喷咀打开和洗涤剂与气体一起释放出来,就分配形成泡沫。气体起着喷雾剂的作用,气体膨胀在洗涤剂组合物内形成许多“气泡”,从而产生了泡沫。优选的气体包括氟代烃,氯氟烃,H-氯氟烃,烷烃例如甲烷、乙烷、丙烷、丁烷、戊烷,以及氮气,一氧化二氮、氨及其衍生物,空气,二甲醚以及这些物质的混合物。
本技术领域或已知压缩喷雾剂气体的不同方法。例如,装填时可以对气体进行压缩。利用膜,例如处于张力下的橡胶,可以将产品与压缩气体在物理上分离。另一方法,可以提供随后利用机械作用对气体施压的装置(所谓“泵喷”系统)。
申请人共同未决的申请USSN 08/075190叙述了输送泡沫的各种设备,该申请先在1993年10月6日提交,题名为“泡沫分配喷咀和使用该喷咀的配制器”。
任何提供从容器中释放洗涤剂成分混合物和泡沫的喷咀或喷咀/阀门的组件都适合于本发明使用。Precision阀门公司(Valve Précisionin France)供应了作为不同应用的一系列的喷咀组件,这些应用包括刮除泡沫,保美应用和不同商标名称的地毯清洁剂,商标名称有City,Montego,Power Jet,Vulcan和Visco。水平方向和垂直方向(当容器直立时)分散泡沫的喷咀是能买到的。分配预定量泡沫的计量喷咀也可以买到,并可用于本发明中。WO 9108965(精密阀门公司)和EP-A 616953(3M公司)都已公开了计量喷咀。竖直的分配喷咀特别优选。为了使这样的设备在本发明的方法中更有效,应该以至少3克泡沫/秒的速度将泡沫从密封容器中输出,优选地以至少10克泡沫/秒的速度输出,最优选地以至少20克泡沫/秒的速度输出。

根据例1制备液体手洗产品。510克的产品包封在金属容器中,每个容器具有600厘米3的额定容量。然后注入90克气体,密封每个容器,得到约2.2巴的内压力。所使用的气体是丙烷和丁烷(相等份数)的混合物。当开启容器末端的喷咀放出40克产品时,就形成体积约4升的泡沫。

Claims (24)
1.清洗纺织品的泡沫组合物,它含有分散的气相和连续的液相,连续的液相含有表面活性剂体系,表面活性剂体系由阴离子表面活性剂和任选的非离子表面活性剂组成,其中组合物含有至少50%重量的表面活性剂体系和少于50%重量的水,和泡沫化的组合物的密度小于100克/升。
2.根据权利要求1的泡沫组合物,其中阴离子表面活性剂选自烷基硫酸盐,烷基醚硫酸盐和它们的混合物,另外,其中组合物含有至少18%重量的阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1的泡沫组合物,它至少含有25%重量的表面活性剂体系和少于30%重量的水,泡沫化的组合物的密度小于10克/升。
4.根据权利要求2的泡沫组合物,它至少含有20%重量的非离子表面活性剂。
5.使用权利要求1的泡沫清洗纺织品的方法,其中使泡沫分布在纺织品上,而不使泡沫溶解在溶液中。
6.根据权利要求5的清洗纺织品的方法,其中水与干的织物的比小于1∶1。
7.根据权利要求6的清洗纺织品的方法,其中利用机械方式使泡沫分布在纺织品的表面上,随后施加真空,吹气或漂洗基本上除去纺织品上的泡沫或泡沫残留物。
8.使用权利要求5的泡沫清洗纺织品的方法,其中利用洗衣机的旋转作用提供机械方式。
9.包装产品,包含(i)权利要求1的发泡洗涤剂组合物;(ii)喷雾剂气体;和(iii)气溶胶容器,洗涤剂组合物和喷雾剂气体封装在气溶胶容器中。
10.根据权利要求9的包装产品,其中表面活性剂体系由烷基硫酸盐,烷基醚硫酸盐,或它们的混合物组成,其含量至少占发泡洗涤剂组合物的18%重量。
11.根据权利要求9的包装产品,其中发泡洗涤剂组合物至少含有20%重量的非离子表面活性剂。
12.根据权利要求4的泡沫组合物,其中泡沫化的组合物的密度小于50克/升。
13.根据权利要求1的泡沫组合物,其包含少于30%重量的水。
14.根据权利要求2的泡沫组合物,其包含少于10%重量的水。

16.根据权利要求15的包装产品,其中洗涤剂组合物包含少于10%重量的水。
17.一种用于清洗纺织品的组合物,其包含喷雾剂和权利要求1的洗涤剂组分。
18.根据权利要求17的组合物,其中泡沫还含有C12-C18 N-甲基葡糖酰胺。
19.根据权利要求18的组合物,其中泡沫含有按重量计至少18%的选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物的表面活性剂。
20.根据权利要求17的组合物,其中泡沫还含有0.1%-3%重量的螯合剂。
21.根据权利要求20的组合物,其中螯合剂包括膦酸盐。
22.根据权利要求17的组合物,组合物的粘度为250mPas-775mPas。
23.根据权利要求9的包装产品,其中洗涤剂组合物含有按重量计至少20%的非离子表面活性剂和至少18%的选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐及其混合物的表面活性剂。
24.根据权利要求17的方法,其中喷雾剂选自氟代烃、氯氟烃、烷烃、氮气、一氧化二氮、氨、空气、二甲醚及其混合物。
