技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤用品技术领域,特别涉及到一种长效抑菌组合物及其在洗衣液中的应用。
背景技术
洗衣液的工作原理与传统的洗衣粉,肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。区别在于:传统的洗衣粉,肥皂采用的是阴离子型表面活性剂,是以烷基磺酸钠和硬脂酸钠为主,碱性较强(洗衣粉PH一般大于12),进而在使用时对皮肤的刺激和伤害较大,而洗衣液性能温和,去污力强,泡沫丰富,不伤织物,对人体无害,剂型又是液态,使用方便,所以受广大消费者的欢迎和喜爱。
然而随着人们对绿色、健康等观念的越来越重视,对洗衣液洗涤之外能带来的附加功能要求越来越多样,也越来越高,其中一项就是要求净洗后的衣物具有持久抗菌的功效,具有持久抗菌功能的衣物就不会随着环境的改变,比如潮湿炎热,而滋生各种细菌、真菌和霉菌,长期保存的衣物也就不容易产生异味。
目前,市场上销售的抑菌型洗衣液,多以酚类杀菌剂或植物型抑菌剂添加制成,并且多是强调衣物洗涤过程中即时性杀菌或除菌能力,绿色性、安全性和有效性都有一定的不足,更重要的是忽略了洗后衣物在长期放置过程中对外界环境的抵抗能力,如梅雨季节的潮湿闷热环境,衣物上容易滋生细菌真菌甚至霉菌,导致异味生成,因此现有技术的洗衣液已无法满足人们的需求,亟需开发一种长效抑菌组合物并将其应用于洗衣配方中,使衣物在洗涤后的晾干和放置过程中能保持很好的抑菌效果。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明目的提供了一种采用了纳米高分子聚合物,其具良好的亲水性、耐水解性、室温下较好的成膜性,对抗菌成分和衣物纤维均具有良好的亲和力,从而赋予衣物纤维一层光滑、完整、无间隙、耐磨、耐久的抗菌涂覆层,能够使洗后衣物具有持久抗菌功能,另外对衣物纤维无任何损伤,外观质感等均不发生改变的长效抑菌组合物及其在洗衣液中的应用。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种长效抑菌组合物,其特征在于,该组合物是由抗菌成分和纳米高分子聚合物组合而成。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,该组合物中纳米高分子聚合物和抗菌成分重量比范围为10000:1~1:1。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述纳米高分子聚合物为透明状纳米高分子聚合物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述纳米高分子聚合物颗粒的粒径范围为150nm~1000nm。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述纳米高分子聚合物采用聚酰胺、聚酯、聚氧乙烯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚季铵盐中一种或者多种组合或共聚物或衍生物。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,该组合物有以下质量百分比含量的组分所组成:
抗菌成分:0.05—15%;
纳米高分子聚合物:0.05—15%;
螯合剂:0.1-1%;
余量为去离子水。

第一步:用部分去离子水溶化纤维素类增稠剂,备用;
第二步:在搅拌釜中注入40—50%的去离子水,加热至60—80度,依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇醚、烷基葡糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,充分搅拌,使其均匀溶解;
第三步:降至常温,加入长效抑菌组合物,搅拌均匀;
第四步:依次加入防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀,加入柠檬酸将其pH调至 6.5—8.5;
第五步:将第一步中预溶好的备用纤维素增稠剂加入其中,搅拌后,使其均匀混合,制备完成。

一种长效抑菌组合物,该组合物是由抗菌成分和纳米高分子聚合物组合而成。
该组合物中纳米高分子聚合物和抗菌成分重量比范围为10000:1~1:1。
纳米高分子聚合物为透明状纳米高分子聚合物,采用此种纳米高分子聚合物能够避免在织物上发生黄化,有效的提高了该长效抑菌组合物实用性能。
纳米高分子聚合物颗粒的粒径范围为150nm~1000nm,抗菌成分采用水溶性较好的抗菌成分,便于溶解,有效的提高了该长效抑菌组合物的水溶性。
纳米高分子聚合物采用聚酰胺、聚酯、聚氧乙烯、聚氨酯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚季铵盐中一种或者多种组合或共聚物或衍生物,具体成分可根据实际使用情况而选择。
该组合物有以下质量百分比含量的组分所组成:
