Abstract
本发明属于功能性食品生产技术领域,公开了一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法。该方法包括:将蛋白溶解于不同的多羟基醇的溶液中,与富含虾青素的油相混合均质得到粗乳液,进一步经高能乳化后得到食品级虾青素产品。该方法巧妙地通过调节多羟基醇的种类和比例以及油相种类,得到拥有不同质地及形态的虾青素产品,如液态、粉末态和胶态。基于任何一种配方均可以得到色泽艳丽、分散性好,溶解性高,透光性强且稳定的虾青素制品。本发明提供的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品用料简单,且为食品级,不仅可以通过便捷的均质手段直接获得,而且对虾青素具有优异的保护或控释效果,因而在日化产品、食品、药品、饲料等领域具有一定的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于功能性食品生产技术领域;具体涉及一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
虾青素是一种脂溶性酮式类胡萝卜素,存在形态主要为游离态和酯化态,其分子结构中特殊的长链共轭烯烃结构赋予了其超高的活性氧猝灭功能,相关研究表明虾青素的分子氧猝灭能力高于任何一种已知累活萝卜素,其抗氧化活性是β-胡萝卜素的10倍,是天然维生素E的80-550倍,是迄今为止发现的自然界中最强的天然抗氧化剂。除此之外,其对人体还具有抗癌、提高机体免疫力等功能。
目前,有关虾青素的应用主要集中在食药领域、护肤品领域和生产养殖领域。目前已有公司针对虾青素的抗氧化、抗癌、提高免疫力、护眼等生物学功效开发出了相应的药品或高级营养保健食品。此外,虾青素本身艳丽的红色也有望作为天然着色剂应用于食品着色方面。在化妆品领域主要利用虾青素超强的抗氧化能力,制造出具有防晒美白、去皱抗衰老、祛斑等功效的护肤品,其形态包括膏状、水状、油状等。此外,虾青素还能作为唇膏、口红等的着色剂,同时起到保质的作用。在饲料领域,作为一种优良的饲料添加剂,虾青素不仅能对动物体着色,还能帮助改善动物的免疫力,促进其生长繁殖。
鉴于广泛的应用环境及需求市场,虾青素制品的开发及应用本应得到极大的发展,然而,由于天然虾青素除了存在长共轭双键结构外,还有不饱和的酮基和α-羟基酮,这些“活泼”的结构的存在使的虾青素性质极不稳定,遇氧、光、热、酸、碱等易降解,而且,其在食品体系中较差的溶解性使得其难以制备出真正的食品级虾青素产品,因此难以得到广泛的应用。
为了解决虾青素在应用中的桎梏,在专利CN 111328953 A中提到将虾青素以纳米乳的形式进行包埋,克服了脂溶性虾青素原料水溶性差、生物利用度低、工业化困难等问题。然而细看后发现,虽然将虾青素包埋进乳液体系改善了其溶解性,但其制得的虾青素纳米乳液的平均粒径大多在1μm以上,最优产品的平均粒径也仅为500nm,且产品组分复杂,含有一种或多种乳化剂/稳定剂。另有专利CN 109381447 B在虾青素纳米粒的制备过程中使用二氯甲烷、甲醇等有机试剂作为分散剂,大大限制了其在诸多方面的应用。在专利CN111296729 A中提到了一种食品级虾青素产品的制备方法,即以1mL/s的速率将蛋白溶液注射进虾青素-乙醇溶液中,同时还要以1000-1500rpm的转速均质搅拌,该方法耗时且复杂,难以实现商业化大规模生产加工。纵观目前有关虾青素胶囊化的制备方法,还未见方法便捷、成分简单、性质良好且可供工业化生产的食品级虾青素制品的相关专利发表。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法。
本发明的首要目的在于提供一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通过上述方法生产得到的一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品。本发明巧妙地结合不同的多羟基醇与干燥方法,在维持虾青素性能不减的同时得到不同状态(液态、胶态、粉末态)的虾青素终产品。
本发明的目的至少通过如下技术方案之一实现。
本发明提供的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蛋白溶于多羟基醇溶液中,混合均匀,得到蛋白质分散液;
(2)将虾青素溶解于有机相中,混合均匀,得到油相;
(3)将步骤(1)所述蛋白质分散液与步骤(2)所述油相混合,简单均质处理,得到粗乳液,再经过乳化处理(高能乳化),得到水包油型包埋虾青素的纳米乳液,即所述水溶蛋白基虾青素制品。
进一步地,步骤(1)所述蛋白为酪蛋白酸钠、血清蛋白、卵清蛋白、溶菌酶、β-乳球蛋白、豆类7S蛋白、豆类11S蛋白、大豆分离蛋白或乳清蛋白中的一种以上;
进一步地,步骤(1)所述多羟基醇溶液为多羟基醇与水混合均匀得到溶液;所述多羟基醇为蔗糖、海藻糖、甘油、二羟基丙酮、赤藓糖醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、麦芽糊精中的一种以上;
进一步地,步骤(1)所述多羟基醇溶液的浓度为10wt%~40wt%。
进一步地,在步骤(1)所述蛋白质分散液中,蛋白质的质量百分比浓度为1.0wt%~10.0wt%
进一步地,步骤(2)所述有机相为乙酸乙酯、玫瑰精油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、大豆油、花生油、玉米油、橄榄油、亚麻籽油和调和油中的一种以上;
进一步地,步骤(2)所述虾青素的质量为有机相质量的0.5-10wt%。
进一步地,在步骤(3)所述粗乳液中,油相的体积百分比为1%-30%;
进一步地,步骤(3)所述均质处理的转速为2000-30000rpm,均质处理的时间为0.5-5min。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述乳化处理包括高压微射流乳化处理、高压均质乳化处理、超声处理等中的一种及以上。
优选地,步骤(3)所述高压微射流乳化处理的压力为40-100MPa,高压微射流乳化处理的次数为1-6次;所述高压均质乳化处理的压力为40-100MPa,所述高压均质乳化处理的次数为1-6次;所述超声处理的功率为100-400W,超声处理的时间为10-60min。
进一步地,步骤(3)所述水包油型包埋虾青素的纳米乳液还可以经过干燥处理得到胶态或粉末态的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品;所述干燥处理的方式为旋转蒸发、喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥等中的一种以上。
优选地,所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为140~200℃,出风温度为70~80℃,进料速度6~100mL/min,进料温度为50~75℃;所述冷冻干燥的时间为48h以上。
进一步优选地,喷雾干燥进风温度为140~160℃,出风温度为70~80℃,进料速度100mL/min,进料温度为50~75℃。
本发明提供一类由上述的制备方法制得的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品,该制品为液态、胶态或粉末态。
本发明提供的一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法。该制品的所有原料均为食品级,在满足食品安全要求的同时,还便于批量大规模生产,得到的产品无论分散性、溶解性、稳定性均良好,可应用于生物制药、功能性食品、保健品、饮料、化妆品、饲料等领域。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的制备方法中,所用动、植物蛋白来源广泛、制取成本低、属环境友好、可降解型乳化剂,并且对人体无害,且具有一定营养价值;
(2)本发明提供的制备方法中,所使用的蛋白质乳化效率高,仅需低浓度(如1wt%)的蛋白即可成功制备稳定且水溶的虾青素制品;
(3)本发明提供的生产方法中,采用纳米胶囊技术,以蛋白质作为载体,可以保护敏感性成分,使芯材虾青素免受外界不良因素的影响,同时可以降低食品添加剂的添加量和毒副作用。
(4)本发明的生产法对设备要求低、简单易行、成本低、能耗低,适合大规模工业化生产与加工,所得一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品在药品、食品、保健品、饲料、护肤品、彩妆行业具有一定的应用前景。

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的具体实施作进一步说明,但本发明的实施和保护不限于此。需指出的是,以下若有未特别详细说明之过程,均是本领域技术人员可参照现有技术实现或理解的。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,视为可以通过市售购买得到的常规产品。
实施例1
一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照不同质量比配制海藻糖水溶液(浓度分别为0wt%、5wt%、10wt%、20wt%、30wt%、40wt%),室温下磁力搅拌1h后,分别准确称取6份质量为1g的大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粉末,将6份大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粉末分别分散于配制好的不同浓度的海藻糖溶液中,于室温下连续搅拌4h使蛋白颗粒充分分散,得到SPI分散液,调节pH为7.0,将所得SPI分散液置于4℃下低温静置12小时以使蛋白质充分水化,获得蛋白质质量浓度为1g/100g的SPI贮存液。
2)以大豆油为油相,按质量比加入1wt%的虾青素粉末,用铝箔包裹好于室温下磁力搅拌4h,得到含有虾青素的大豆油。
3)制备乳液前,将SPI贮存液(SPI分散液)于室温搅拌0.5h,使其温度恢复至室温,并促进蛋白分散均匀。
4)按照9:1的水相(所述SPI分散液)与油相(所述含有虾青素的大豆油)比例将蛋白溶液与含有虾青素的大豆油混合,无需任何混匀操作,得到油水混合体系。
5)对油水混合体系进行剪切乳化,其中所用剪切机械头直径为1cm,剪切速率为30000rpm,剪切时间为2min,得到粗乳液。
6)将制备的粗乳液立刻经动态高压微射流均质乳化,分别设定均质压力为40MPa、60MPa、80MPa,均质次数分别为1、2、4、6,得到包埋虾青素的SPI基纳米乳液(所述水溶蛋白基虾青素制品)。
本实施例在不同微射流模式(包括强度和次数)和不同多羟基醇浓度下制备得到的包埋虾青素的大豆蛋白纳米乳液的粒径、透光性以及稳定性,结果见图1所示。选用40MPa、60MPa和80MPa三种均质强度制备虾青素乳液发现乳液的粒径随着微射流强度的增加而增加,这可能是由于蛋白在高温高压下发生变性,因此在80MPa的均质压力下增加均质次数至6次,发现随着均质次数的增加,乳液的粒径逐渐降低,且由双峰分布变成单峰分布,粒径分布更加均匀。令人意外的是,当实施例1中的海藻糖水溶液中的海藻糖为40wt%时,乳液的粒径始终呈单峰分布,且随着均质压力和次数逐渐降低,相比于不含糖的配方,其粒径更小,分布更均匀。这一结果表明配方中含有一定比例的糖能促进虾青素纳米乳液的形成。
然后本发明又继续探索了配方中糖浓度对虾青素纳米乳液的透光性及稳定性的影响,发现随着配方中海藻糖浓度的增加,得到的虾青素纳米乳经稀释后的吸光度逐渐降低,表明其透光性逐渐增加。同时,在高浓度的糖溶液配方中,虾青素纳米乳的离心稳定性和储藏稳定性逐渐增加,在30天的储藏期间内,纳米乳的粒径增加幅度小于100nm,而且随着配方中海藻糖浓度的增加,其增加幅度逐渐减小,说明在配方中添加多羟基醇有利于制备透明且稳定的虾青素乳液。
实施例2
一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)配制10wt%海藻糖-水溶液,室温下磁力搅拌1h后,分别准确称取2g的大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粉末、2g的乳清分离蛋白(WPC)粉末、2g的酪蛋白酸钠(SC)粉末,分别分散于配制好的海藻糖溶液中,于室温下连续搅拌4h使蛋白颗粒充分分散,调节pH为7.0,将所得蛋白质分散液置于4℃下低温静置12小时以使蛋白质充分水化,获得蛋白质质量浓度为2g/100g的SPI、WPC、SC贮存液。
2)以亚麻籽油为油相,按质量比加入0.5wt%的虾青素粉末,用铝箔包裹好于室温下磁力搅拌4h,得到含有虾青素的亚麻籽油。
3)制备乳液前,将三种蛋白贮存液于室温搅拌0.5h,使其温度恢复至室温,并促进蛋白分散均匀。
4)按照9:1的水相与油相比例将蛋白溶液与含有虾青素的亚麻籽油混合,无需任何混匀操作。
5)对油水混合体系进行剪切乳化,其中所用剪切机械头直径为1cm,剪切速率为30000rpm,剪切时间为2min,得到粗乳液。
6)新鲜制备的粗乳液立刻经动态高压微射流均质乳化,设定均质压力为80MPa,均质次数为1次,得到包埋虾青素的不同蛋白稳定的纳米乳液。
本实施例以不同的蛋白(大豆蛋白、浓缩乳清蛋白、酪蛋白酸钠)为虾青素制品的壁材,在80MPa的压力下经一次微射流处理得到纳米乳液。由粒径分布图(图2a)可知,三种蛋白均能制备得到虾青素纳米乳液,其中酪蛋白酸钠稳定的纳米乳液的平均粒径可达173.4nm。同时,酪蛋白酸钠作为乳化剂制备得到的虾青素纳米乳液粒径均一,且分散后具有极强的透光性。相比之下,大豆蛋白和浓缩乳清蛋白制备得到的虾青素纳米乳粒径稍大,且粒径跨度更大,因此制备得到的乳液稀释后的透光性逊于酪蛋白酸钠稳定的虾青素纳米乳液(图2b)。
进一步对不同蛋白对虾青素的包埋有效性进行探究发现,所有蛋白对虾青素的包封率在80%左右(图3a),其中,SPI对虾青素的包封率最高,而浓缩乳清蛋白和酪蛋白酸钠对虾青素的包封率相当。对包埋虾青素的乳液在35℃下进行密封储藏,虾青素的保留率如图3b所示。可以看到所有蛋白稳定的纳米乳液中的虾青素保留率随着储藏时间的延长均呈下降趋势,其中酪蛋白酸钠稳定的虾青素乳液稳定性较其他蛋白更差一些。这是由于酪蛋白酸属于非球蛋白,无法在油水界面很好地锚定,因而无法行使皮克林效应,赋予乳液更强的稳定性。然而,不论何种蛋白,虾青素的保留率在21天的储藏期间内均在80%以上
实施例3
一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)配制不同浓度梯度的麦芽糊精-水溶液(0-30wt%),室温下磁力搅拌1h后,准确称取2g的大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粉末并分散于配制好的不同浓度的麦芽糊精溶液中,于室温下连续搅拌4h使蛋白颗粒充分分散,调节pH为7.0,将所得蛋白质分散液置于4℃下低温静置12小时以使蛋白质充分水化,获得蛋白质质量浓度为2g/100g的SPI贮存液。
2)以乙酸乙酯为有机相,按质量比加入5wt%的虾青素粉末,用铝箔包裹好于室温下磁力搅拌4h,得到含有虾青素的乙酸乙酯溶液。
3)制备乳液前,将蛋白贮存液于室温搅拌0.5h,使其温度恢复至室温,并促进蛋白分散均匀。
4)按照9:1的水相与有机相比例将蛋白溶液与含有虾青素的乙酸乙酯混合,无需任何混匀操作。
5)对油水混合体系进行剪切乳化,其中所用剪切机械头直径为1cm,剪切速率为30000rpm,剪切时间为4min,得到粗乳液。
6)新鲜制备的粗乳液立刻经动态高压微射流均质乳化,设定均质压力为80MPa,均质次数为1次,得到包埋虾青素的SPI稳定的纳米乳液。
7)对得到的纳米乳液进行旋转蒸发,直至将乙酸乙酯全部蒸发。
8)对蒸发后的SPI包裹的虾青素纳米胶囊进行喷雾干燥,设定喷雾干燥进风温度为140℃,出风温度为80℃,进料速度6-100mL/min,进料温度为60℃,喷雾干燥结束后等收集收集器中的虾青素制品粉末。
按照实施例3的方法制备了粉末状的虾青素制品,按照本实施例的方案可以高效制备得到粉末状的虾青素制品,其粉质细腻,颜色(红色)鲜艳,极易溶于水。计算喷雾干燥过后的粉末得率可知,随着配方中麦芽糊精浓度的增加,虾青素制品粉末的得率逐渐增加(见图4a)。这可能与麦芽糊精的性质有关,由于麦芽糊精具有低吸湿性,因此经常用作为喷雾干燥的辅料以增加干物质含量,因此有助于抑制粉末在壁上的吸附,从而提高得率。同时,如图4b所示,高浓度麦芽糊精还能有效提高虾青素的包埋率,使虾青素的包封率提高了~10%。
此外,对粉末状虾青素制品在水中的复溶性进行测定发现,麦芽糊精的添加比例显著影响喷干后粉末的复溶性,当麦芽糊精的比例达到30%,虾青素制品粉按照1%的比例在水中的溶解度高达92%(图5a);而不添加麦芽糖的粉末虾青素在水中的溶解度仅为76%,这可能是由于喷雾干燥是在高温下进行,在一定程度上引起了大豆蛋白的变性聚集,从而形成质感粗糙,颗粒感较强的粉末状制品。因此在配方中添加一定比例的麦芽糊精不仅能够提高固形物含量,提高得率,还能改善粉末制品的复溶性,有利于制备透明的虾青素溶液。
对虾青素制品粉末在不同的储藏温度(4℃、25℃、35℃、65℃)下,暗中静置7天测定虾青素的保留率,结果如图5b所示,随着储藏温度的增加,虾青素的保留率逐渐降低。不论何种储藏温度,无麦芽糊精配方中的虾青素保留率均低于含麦芽糊精的体系。在低温下两者之间的差异较小,而当储藏在较高温度下时,如65℃,无麦芽糊精体系中的虾青素保留率显著低于含30%麦芽糊精的体系,说明麦芽糊精可以作为一种很好的壁材用于保护虾青素在高温下的储藏稳定性。
实施例4
一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按照2:1的比例配制浓度为30wt%甘油-海藻糖溶液,室温下磁力搅拌1h后,准确称取1g、2g、3g的大豆分离蛋白(SPI)粉末并分散于配制好的甘油-海藻糖溶液中,于室温下连续搅拌4h使蛋白颗粒充分分散,调节pH为7.0,将所得蛋白质分散液置于4℃下低温静置12小时以使蛋白质充分水化,获得蛋白质质量浓度为1g/100g、2g/100g、3g/100g的SPI贮存液。
2)以乙酸乙酯为有机相,按质量比加入5wt%的虾青素粉末,用铝箔包裹好于室温下磁力搅拌4h,得到含有虾青素的乙酸乙酯溶液。
3)制备乳液前,将蛋白贮存液于室温搅拌0.5h,使其温度恢复至室温,并促进蛋白分散均匀。
4)按照9:1的水相与有机相比例将蛋白溶液与含有虾青素的乙酸乙酯混合,无需任何混匀操作。
5)对油水混合体系进行剪切乳化,剪切速率为30000rpm,剪切时间为4min,得到粗乳液。
6)新鲜制备的粗乳液立刻经动态高压微射流均质乳化,设定均质压力为80MPa,均质次数为1次,得到包埋虾青素的SPI稳定的纳米乳液。
7)对得到的纳米乳液进行旋转蒸发,直至将乙酸乙酯全部蒸发。
8)将得到的液态虾青素纳米胶囊在-40℃下预冻12小时后进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥时间为48小时,待体系中的水分升华完毕得到胶态虾青素制品样品。
按照实施例4的方法制备了胶态的虾青素制品,按照本实施例的方案可以高效制备得到胶态的虾青素制品,得到的样品呈低流动性和高粘性,形态可塑,红色鲜艳,因此此类质地的产品有望用于化妆品和护肤品行业。通过对不同蛋白浓度制备得到的胶态虾青素制品的复溶性进行测定发现,所有样品按照1%的浓度在水中复溶,通过简单摇晃均能快速溶解,溶解后的溶液中无沉淀和肉眼可见絮状物,离心后测定其溶解性可知所有胶态虾青素制品,无论蛋白浓度,均能以极高的比例(>94%)溶解于水中(见图6a和图6b)。随着配方中蛋白浓度的增加,虾青素制品的溶解度逐渐增加,这可能与乳液的粒径有关。增加乳化剂比例可以得到粒径更小的液滴,从而有利于液滴的溶解性和分散性。同时,提高乳化剂浓度还能显著增加虾青素的包封率,当溶液中蛋白浓度达3%时,虾青素的包封率~70%。这是由于更多的蛋白颗粒能够覆盖更多的油水界面,同时在油水界面形成厚的界面层,赋予乳液有效的物理屏障,从而能够在均质过程中快速包封更多的富含虾青素的油脂。
以上实施例仅为本发明较优的实施方式,仅用于解释本发明,而非限制本发明,本领域技术人员在未脱离本发明精神实质下所作的改变、替换、修饰等均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一类水溶蛋白基虾青素制品及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蛋白溶于多羟基醇溶液中,混合均匀,得到蛋白质分散液;
(2)将虾青素溶解于有机相中,混合均匀,得到油相;
(3)将步骤(1)所述蛋白质分散液与步骤(2)所述油相混合,均质处理,得到粗乳液,再经过乳化处理,得到水包油型包埋虾青素的纳米乳液,即所述水溶蛋白基虾青素制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述蛋白为酪蛋白酸钠、血清蛋白、卵清蛋白、溶菌酶、β-乳球蛋白、豆类7S蛋白、豆类11S蛋白、大豆分离蛋白或乳清蛋白中的一种以上;步骤(1)所述多羟基醇溶液为多羟基醇与水混合均匀得到溶液;所述多羟基醇为蔗糖、海藻糖、甘油、二羟基丙酮、赤藓糖醇、山梨醇、聚乙二醇、麦芽糊精中的一种以上;步骤(1)所述多羟基醇溶液的浓度为10wt%~40wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)所述蛋白质分散液中,蛋白质的质量百分比浓度为1.0wt%~10.0wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述有机相为乙酸乙酯、玫瑰精油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、大豆油、花生油、玉米油、橄榄油、亚麻籽油和调和油中的一种以上;步骤(2)所述虾青素的质量为有机相质量的0.5-10wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)所述粗乳液中,油相的体积百分比为1%-30%;步骤(3)所述均质处理的转速为2000-30000rpm,均质处理的时间为0.5-5min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述乳化处理包括高压微射流乳化处理、高压均质乳化处理、超声处理中的一种及以上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述高压微射流乳化处理的压力为40-100MPa,高压微射流乳化处理的次数为1-6次;所述高压均质乳化处理的压力为40-100MPa,所述高压均质乳化处理的次数为1-6次;所述超声处理的功率为100-400W,超声处理的时间为10-60min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述水包油型包埋虾青素的纳米乳液还可以经过干燥处理得到胶态或粉末态的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品;所述干燥处理的方式为旋转蒸发、喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥中的一种以上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥的进风温度为140~200℃,出风温度为70~80℃,进料速度6~100mL/min,进料温度为50~75℃;所述冷冻干燥的时间为48h以上。
10.一类由权利要求1-9任一项所述的制备方法制得的水溶蛋白基虾青素制品,其特征在于,该制品为液态、胶态或粉末态。
