Abstract
Description
a)改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液を供給することと、
b)コエンザイムQ−10を工程a)の溶液に添加することと、
c)所望のサイズの液滴のエマルジョンを得るために、工程b)の生成物を乳化することと、そして
d)粉末組成物を得るために、工程c)のエマルジョンを乾燥させることと、
を含む方法によって製造できる。
aa)改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液を供給することと、
bb)エマルジョン液滴が2000nm以下の平均直径を持つ、粗エマルジョン、好ましくは約30〜約50%、更に好ましくは約45%の固体含有量を持つプレエマルジョンを形成するために、溶融形のコエンザイムQ−10を改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液に混合しながら加えることと、
cc)粗エマルジョンを高圧ホモジナイザー中で、温度約5〜約75℃および圧力約600〜約4000バールにて更に乳化することと、および
dd)エマルジョンをスプレー乾燥することと、
によって製造される。
Claims (19)
- 改質多糖類またはゼラチンのマトリクス中に分散されたコエンザイムQ−10の液滴を含む、粉末組成物。
- マトリクスが、改質多糖類である、請求項1記載の粉末組成物。
- 改質多糖類が、改質デンプンである、請求項2記載の粉末組成物。
- 改質デンプンが、デンプンナトリウムオクテニルスクシネートである、請求項3記載の粉末組成物。
- マトリクスが、ゼラチンである、請求項1記載の粉末組成物。
- ゼラチンが、魚ゼラチンである、請求項1記載の粉末組成物。
- マトリクスが、更に単糖類または二糖類、あるいは多糖類を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の粉末組成物。
- マトリクスが、更にスクロースを含む、請求項7記載の粉末組成物。
- マトリクスが、更にマルトデキストリンを含む、請求項7記載の粉末組成物。
- コエンザイムQ−10の量が(乾燥重量に基づいて)、約1〜約60重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の粉末組成物。
- コエンザイムQ−10の量が、(乾燥重量に基づいて)、約10〜約40重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の粉末組成物。
- 改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液中に分散されたコエンザイムQ−10の液滴を含む、水性エマルジョン組成物。
- 平均液滴直径が、約500nm以下である、請求項12記載のエマルジョン組成物。
- 平均液滴直径が、約200nm以下である、請求項12記載のエマルジョン組成物。
- 平均液滴直径が、約130nm以下である、請求項12記載のエマルジョン組成物。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の粉末組成物または請求項12〜15のいずれか一項記載のエマルジョンを含む、飲料または食品。
- 改質多糖類またはゼラチンのマトリクス中に分散されたコエンザイムQ−10の液滴を含む粉末組成物を生産するための方法であって、
a)改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液を供給することと、
b)コエンザイムQ−10を工程a)の溶液に加えることと、
c)工程b)の生成物を乳化して、所望のサイズの液滴のエマルジョンを得ることと、そして
d)工程c)のエマルジョンを乾燥させて、粉末組成物を得ることと、
を含む方法。 - aa)改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液を供給することと、
bb)溶融形のコエンザイムQ−10を改質多糖類またはゼラチンの水性溶液に混合しながら加えて、エマルジョン液滴が、2000nm以下の平均直径を持つ、粗エマルジョン、好ましくは約30〜約50%、より好ましくは約45%の固体含有量を持つプレエマルジョンを形成することと、
cc)粗エマルジョンを高圧ホモジナイザー中で、温度約5〜約75℃および圧力約600〜約4000バールにて更に乳化することと、そして
dd)エマルジョンをスプレー乾燥することと、
を含む、請求項17記載の方法。 - 特に実施例に関連して、先に記載したような発明。
