table 3: example 1-2 comparing moisturizing Effect data of commercial emulsions
Sample (I) Value of humidity before use I After-use humidity value II Humidity value III after 2 hours of use Water supplement Rate (II/I100) Moisture retention rate (III/II 100)
Example 1 26.7 63.2 61.5 236.7 97.3
Example 2 28.6 59.4 57.6 207.6 96.9
Comparative example 28.8 58.1 51.6 201.7 88.8
Commercially available water emulsion 29.5 57.6 44.2 195.2 76.7
As can be seen from table 3, the moisturizing effect and the moisturizing effect of the examples 1 and 2 are more remarkable than those of the commercially available water emulsions, and the moisturizing effect is still good and the moisturizing rate is low because the peony procyanidin, the camellia extract and the chamomile flower extract are not added in the comparative example, so that the addition of the peony procyanidin, the camellia extract and the chamomile flower extract is helpful for deeply moisturizing the skin and improving the moisturizing effect of the emulsion.
(2) Test of whitening Effect
Exposing the skin area to be detected in the air for 30min at room temperature of 20 deg.C and relative humidity of 55%, detecting at four corners and middle part of the skin area to be detected (20cm × 20cm) with melanin test probe, and calculating average melanin content, which is recorded as A1; applying a sample every two days, detecting the melanin content of the area to be detected after 12 th application, and calculating the average melanin content, which is recorded as A2; the decrease in A2 compared to A1 was calculated and was scored as a decrease in melanin. The test results are shown in table 4:
table 4: melanin amplitude reduction
Group of Melanin amplitude reduction
Example 1 20.1
Example 2 18.6
Comparative example 5.1
As shown in Table 4, the melanin of the lotion prepared in examples 1-2 is greatly reduced, which indicates that the cosmetic lotion prepared by adding the peony procyanidin, the camellia extract and the chamomile extract can effectively reduce the melanin and improve the whitening effect.
(3) Heat resistance test
Two parts of each of the emulsions prepared in examples 1 and 2 and comparative example were placed in a bottle, one part was used as a comparative sample, the other part was placed in an electric thermostat to be adjusted to 40 ℃, the mixture was left for 24 hours, and the mixture was taken out to return to room temperature and compared with the sample to observe whether there was any change in the degree of thinning, discoloration, delamination, and hardness, and the results are shown in table 5:
table 5: heat resistance test results
Group of Colour(s) Hardness of Layering Degree of dilution
Example 1 Without change Without change Without change Without change
Example 2 Without change Without change Slightly delaminated Slightly become thin
Comparative example Without change Without change Without change Slightly become thin
As can be seen from Table 5, the emulsions of the present invention have good heat resistance and high stability.
(4) Cold resistance test
Dividing the prepared cosmetic emulsion into two parts, placing one sample in a refrigerator at (-5-15 deg.C) for 24h, taking out, returning to room temperature, comparing with the other sample, and observing whether there is thinning, discoloration, delamination and hardness change, the results are shown in Table 6:
table 6: examples 1-2 Cold resistance test results
Group of Colour(s) Hardness of Layering Degree of dilution
Example 1 Without change Without change Without change Without change
Example 2 Without change Without change Without change Slightly become thin
Comparative example Without change Without change Without change Slightly become thin
As can be seen from Table 6, the emulsions of the present invention have good cold resistance and high stability.
(5) Cosmetic emulsion pH measurement
The PH of the cosmetic emulsion was measured with a PH meter and the results were recorded. The cosmetic products suitable for absorption by human skin have a pH in the range of 5.0 to 7.0 and the results are shown in Table 7:
table 7: results of pH test of the emulsion of example 1-2:
group of PH
Example 1 6.8
Example 2 6.6
As can be seen from Table 7, the emulsions of the present invention have a pH in the range of 5.0 to 7.0 and are suitable for absorption by human skin.
(6) Antiallergic test
Selecting a certain number of healthy people with the age of 22-60 years, signing an informed consent with the subject, measuring the pigment content and skin color of the cheek, and then dispensing the tested cosmetics. The subjects tested cosmetics in the cheek and forehead area for 30min and observed the allergic results.
Results of the anti-allergy test: after 30 persons are selected for carrying out anti-allergy test, allergic reaction and red swelling phenomena are contrasted before and after the face, and the phenomena of allergy and red swelling are not generated.
(7) Skin smoothness change rate test
40 female volunteers aged 18-40 years were identified and divided into four groups, and the essence of examples 1-2 and comparative example 1 and the commercially available water emulsion were applied to the face of each of the above subjects once a day for 15 days without any other product during the test period. The smoothness data is obtained comprehensively by using a VISIA facial image analyzer under the conditions that the ambient temperature is 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity is 50 +/-5%, and the higher the data value is, the worse the skin smoothness is. The test results are shown in table 8 below:
table 8: skin smoothness Change Rate test data for examples 1-2, comparative example 1, and commercial emulsions
Figure BDA0003338988890000091
As can be seen from table 8, the skin smoothness of the skin after the user uses the cosmetic emulsion is better than that of the skin using the cosmetic emulsion of comparative example 1 and the commercially available water emulsion without the combination of the peony procyanidin, the camellia extract and the chamomile extract, which indicates that the cosmetic emulsion of the invention added with the peony procyanidin, the camellia extract and the chamomile extract has high radical scavenging rate, and can effectively enhance the skin elasticity and resist aging, so that the skin smoothness is better.
In conclusion, the cosmetic emulsion with the effects of moisturizing, whitening and anti-aging and calming provided by the invention is added with multiple plant extracting solutions, such as peony procyanidin, arbutin, camellia extract, chamomile extract and aloe barbadensis extract, has strong free radical scavenging capability and outstanding relieving effect, can also promote skin regeneration and lighten skin melanin, and has remarkable moisturizing, whitening and anti-aging effects.
