技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种凸感平织面料生产工艺及其生产设备。
背景技术
面料根据编织方法的不同一般分为平织面料、梭织面料、针织面料,其中梭织面料和针织面料可以直接在布料上编织出来,其中梭织面料中的提花面料主要就是用来制作各种精美的花纹图案,而平织布料一般只有经纬编织成的平面结构。虽然其加工方式较为方便,性价比较高,但是这种布料在加工时后为水平薄面,其表面为平整平面,不会产生如同提花或者针织面料那种的凹凸感,另外无论平织面料还是梭织以及针织面料都没有防水性能,在需要防水时,通常在面料的表面添加涂层,传统的平织面料涂层都是直接涂印在面料的表面。使得面料表面具有防水的层,这种防水层通常平铺在平织面料的上部,使得面料表面整体的视觉和触摸感觉完全不同与面料主体。另外这种涂层在防水的同时,通常也完全阻碍了水气的通过,使得面料的涂层部分在作为衣物穿着时会阻碍皮肤和外部的气体交流,使得衣服内部产生潮湿感。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种使得平织面料表面产生固定凸起,保持面料凸起部分与其余部分触感相同的生产工艺,以及实现该工艺的生产设备。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种凸感平织面料生产工艺,它包括如下的生产步骤:
一、对平织面料的表面进行蒸汽喷淋熨烫;
二、将面料放置在运动的模具中,面料在运动过程中被模具压制产生凹凸形变;
三、在步骤二中面料的凹陷部分涂抹涂层;
四、将凹陷部分的涂层磨平,使得涂层与面料的表面齐平;
五、对面料凹陷部分涂层进行烘干半固化;
六、对步骤五中半固化的面料表面进行针刺加工,使得面料的凹陷部分涂层产生透气孔;
七、对步骤六中的面料进行二次压制,使得透气孔缩小;
八、继续对步骤七后的面料涂层部分进行固化,使得面料凹陷部分的涂层彻底固定在面料上;
九、将加工好的面料整理收集备用。

本发明的有益效果在于:该凸感平织面料生产工艺主要可以用来对平织面进行涂层加工,这种加工先通过熨烫成型的方式在面料上成型出一面凸起一面凹陷的结构,然后通过涂层加工,在面料的凹陷位置涂抹涂层,然后将涂层与面料表面磨平,这样就可以获得上部凸起,下部与齐平的面料,该面料材质与传统面料相比凸起部分材质周围面料相同,而且凹陷位置使用涂层,并且使得涂层底部与面料齐平,这样就使得面料上部凸感位置使用舒适。另外面料在加工过程中通过对涂层半固化后的针刺加工,使得面料的凹陷涂层上具有透气孔,而对面料涂层进行的二次压制,使得涂层上透气孔缩小,使得面料涂层透气孔具有透气功能额时候具有很好的防水能力。该工艺使得平织面料可以具有类似针织提花面料才有的凸起结构,丰富了平织面料的使用方式,另外通过涂层使得凸起部分的面料具有防水透气功能,可以使得面料在局部具有防水功能。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:

该生产设备包括成对使用上下装配的用来压制面料成型的凸辊1、凹辊2,所述凸辊1、凹辊2上下压紧同步传动连接装配,所述凸辊1、凹辊2左侧为进料端,待加工的面料3从所述凹辊2的下部进入,在所述凹辊2的前部设计有对待加工面料3喷射蒸汽的润湿模块21,当面料3从所述润湿模块21下部通过时,面料3被加热打湿。所述凸辊1与凹辊2左侧装配有对两辊表面喷射干燥热气的加热模块22,所述加热模块22可以对凸辊1和凹辊2的右侧同时加热。
在本设备中所述凸辊1的表面上设计有凸块11,所述凹辊2上设计有与所述凸块11对应的凹槽23,在所述凸辊1与所述凹辊2在旋转过程中所述凸块11正好扣合到所述凹槽23中,这时所述凸块和凹槽之间形成一个类似压制的区域,同时由于所述润湿模块21和加热模块22的作用,使得所述凸辊1和凹辊2对通过的面料3产生了一种压制熨烫成型类似效果,使得面料3在凸块11和凹槽23的边沿位置产产生形变的效果。由于使用平织面料,其形变量量需要保持在较小的范围,否则可能将面料压坏。
具体加工时,待加工的所述面料3从左侧进入到所述凹辊2的下部,所述凹辊2表面被左侧的加热模块22通过热气流加热,被蒸汽喷湿后的面料3进入凹辊2表面实现熨烫成型,随着所述凹辊2的旋转带动所述面料3运动到上部进入凸辊1、凹辊2之间,当凸辊1和凹辊2的凸块11和凹槽23位置相贴合时,所述凸辊1的凸块11在熨烫过程中将面料压到所述凹槽23中形成凸起,凸起后面料随所述凸辊1继续运动,加热模块22继续对烘干后凸起的面料3进行烘干熨烫。
具体设计时,如图1、图2和图3所示,所述凸辊1为环形,所述凸辊1的中间设计有固定装配的输料的管道12,所述凸辊1可旋转装配在所述管道12的外部,所述凸辊1内部设计有向上的储料片13,所述储料片13上部与运动到上部位置的凸辊1内壁之间滑动密封装配,所述储料片13与所述凸辊内壁之间形成一个位于凸辊内靠上位置封闭的储料腔,所述凸辊1的凸块位置均布有阵列的连通凸辊内外的出料孔14,当凸块11运动到凸辊1上部时,凸块11内侧恰为所述储料料腔上部位置,凸块11外部通过出料孔14与储料腔内部连通,所述储料腔内部通过管道12通入有带有压力的涂料,所述凸辊1输出布料的位置位于凸辊1上部,当所述凸块11运动到所述凸辊1上部时,凸辊1上部面料3的凹陷位置与所述储料腔内部连通;所述储料腔内涂料流入面料3凹陷部分并粘附在面料3凹陷部分形成涂层31;所述凸辊1右侧面料输出位置设计有将面料3上涂层烘干的烘干模块4。
具体的涂层参数可以根据使用不同原料来具体设计,比如当进行硅胶涂层时,可以在所述储料腔内通入硅胶的乳化液人,当硅胶粘附在所述面料3凹陷位置形成涂层时,再通过烘干去水,使得硅胶快速形成涂层。而当进行PU涂层时,可以在储料腔内通入聚氨酯溶液,待聚氨酯溶液附着在所述面料3凹陷位置形成涂层时,再通过烘干去水,快速形成PU涂层。所述面料3凹陷位置的涂层也可以采用其它可以液态涂抹的材料。
该设备为特种的成型涂层设备,可以自动完成上述工艺的加工过程,首先该设备整体上采用辊式熟料的方式带动面料3运动,整个面料3的运动过程处于拉紧状态,在面料3在该设备上运行时,首先通过润湿模块21将面料3加热打湿,然后将面料3输入到所述凹辊2下部,通过凹辊2的运动进一步将面料3输入到所述凹辊2与凸辊1之间,这时当凸辊1上的凸块11运动到下部与凹辊2上的凹槽23扣合时,恰好将面料3压紧,使得面料3产生形变,同时由于凸辊1和凹辊2左侧设计的加热模块22,可以对凹辊的表面直接加热,使得凹辊2的表面处于较高温度,这样当面料3在凹辊2上运动时,就产生熨烫效果,这样使得面料3在被凸辊1和凹辊2压制变形时产生定型效果,同时凸辊1上的凸块11和面料3一起运动的过程中,凸块11可以对所述面料的形状进行保持,同时所述加热模块22继续将凸辊1上布料进行喷射热气,使得面料3继续被加热在凸辊1上保持凸起形状,加强了面料3的定型效果。当面料3运动到所述凸辊1的上部时,面料3开始脱离凸辊1,这时凸块11恰好运动到所述储料片13与凸辊1内壁构成的储料腔上,这时所述储料腔内涂料流入面料3凹陷部分并粘附在面料3凹陷部分形成涂层31。而当凸块11离开上部时,所述储料腔再次封闭,涂层结束,这样恰好将涂层只涂抹在所述面料下部的凹陷处,这种涂料方式简单精准,涂抹效果好。
当涂层31跟随面料2离开凸辊1时,经过所述凸辊1右侧与所述烘干模块4之间面料输出位置下部装配的磨平辊5位置,所述磨平辊5相对所述面料3底部旋转摩擦运动,所述面料3输出后下部凹陷内涂层31经过磨平辊后被磨平,保证了面料3下部的平整。所述磨平辊5表面光滑,所述磨平辊5的下部装配有刃口贴附在辊体表面的刮刀51,所述刮刀51下部装配有废料箱52。所述刮刀51固定装配,在所述磨平辊5运动时,可以将磨平辊5从面料涂层上带下的涂层料刮下,掉入下部的所述废料箱52中,从而实现对废料的收集。
如图1和图2所示,所述磨平辊5右侧与所述烘干模块4之间面料输出位置装配有针辊6,所述针辊6圆柱表面密布有细针61,所述针辊6表面细针61在运行过程中刺穿所述面料3的表面,所述烘干模块4的右侧水平输出的面料3上下位置装配有成对使用的上压辊7、下压辊,所述上压辊7上设计有与所述凹辊2尺寸对应的压槽71。所述针辊6与凸辊1、凹辊2同步运动,当面料3从所述针辊表面通过时,面料3表面被刺穿,这样当带有涂层31的面料位置通过时,同样被刺穿,使得面料3的涂层31表面形成透气孔,这时面料3继续运动,当面料通过上压辊7、下压辊之间时,由于上压辊7具有的压槽71结构,使得上压辊7可以通过压槽71对面料3的涂层31位置进行进一步的压实,使得面料3上涂层31的透气孔尺寸减小,这样透气孔在保持透气的同时,可以有效防水,使用效果更好。
该设备自动化运行,可以对平织面料进行熨烫压型加工,同时可以在被压制位置的凹陷处自动生成涂层,同时可以涂层进行透气孔加工,还就有缩孔的结构,使得透气孔就有很好的防水功效,整个面料3加工过程在圆辊上进行,面料加工过程持续不断生产效率高。生产出的平织面料具有现有产品不具有的外部同材质的凸感结构。
在具体设计时,如图3所示,所述凸辊1上具有两个以上的凸块11,所述凹辊1上设计有两个以上和所述凸辊1上对应的凸块11。同时所示凸辊1内部具有对应每个凸块11的储料腔,这样使得凸辊1运动一周可以在面料3上生产出两个以上的凸感图形。

Claims (7)

1.一种用来制造凸感平织面料的生产设备,其特征在于:该生产设备包括成对使用上下装配的用来压制面料成型的凸辊(1)、凹辊(2),所述凸辊(1)、凹辊(2)上下压紧同步传动连接装配,所述凸辊(1)、凹辊(2)左侧为进料端,待加工的面料(3)从所述凹辊(2)的下部进入,在所述凹辊(2)的前部设计有对待加工面料(3)喷射蒸汽的润湿模块(21),所述凸辊(1)与凹辊(2)左侧装配有对两辊表面喷射干燥热气的加热模块(22),所述凸辊(1)的表面上设计有凸块(11),所述凹辊(2)上设计有与所述凸块(11)对应的凹槽(23),在所述凸辊(1)与所述凹辊(2)在旋转过程中所述凸块(11)正好扣合到所述凹槽(23)中,待加工的所述面料(3)从左侧进入到所述凹辊(2)的下部,所述凹辊(2)表面被左侧的加热模块(22)通过热气流加热,被蒸汽喷湿后的面料(3)进入凹辊(2)表面,随着所述凹辊(2)的旋转带动所述面料(3)运动到上部进入凸辊(1)、凹辊(2)之间,当凸辊(1)和凹辊(2)的凸块(11)和凹槽(23)位置相贴合时,所述凸辊(1)的凸块(11)在熨烫过程中将面料压到所述凹槽(23)中形成凸起,凸起后面料随所述凸辊(1)继续运动,加热模块(22)继续对烘干后凸起的面料(3)进行烘干熨烫;所述凸辊(1)为环形,所述凸辊(1)的中间设计有固定装配的输料的管道(12),所述凸辊(1)可旋转装配在所述管道(12)的外部,所述凸辊(1)内部设计有向上的储料片(13),所述储料片(13)上部与运动到上部位置的凸辊(1)内壁之间滑动密封装配,所述储料片(13)与所述凸辊内壁之间形成一个位于凸辊内靠上位置封闭的储料腔,所述凸辊(1)的凸块位置均布有阵列的连通凸辊内外的出料孔(14),当凸块(11)运动到凸辊(1)上部时,凸块(11)内侧恰为所述储料料腔上部位置,凸块(11)外部通过出料孔(14)与储料腔内部连通,所述储料腔内部通过管道(12)通入有带有压力的涂料,所述凸辊(1)输出布料的位置位于凸辊(1)上部,当所述凸块(11)运动到所述凸辊(1)上部时,凸辊(1)上部面料(3)的凹陷位置与所述储料腔内部连通;所述储料腔内涂料流入面料(3)凹陷部分并粘附在面料(3)凹陷部分形成涂层(31);所述凸辊(1)右侧面料输出位置设计有将面料(3)上涂层烘干的烘干模块(4);所述凸辊(1)右侧与所述烘干模块(4)之间面料输出位置下部装配有磨平辊(5),所述磨平辊(5)相对所述面料(3)底部旋转摩擦运动,所述面料(3)输出后下部凹陷内涂层(31)经过磨平辊后被磨平;所述磨平辊(5)右侧与所述烘干模块(4)之间面料输出位置装配有针辊(6),所述针辊(6)圆柱表面密布有细针(61),所述针辊(6)表面细针(61)在运行过程中刺穿所述面料(3)的表面,所述烘干模块(4)的右侧水平输出的面料(3)上下位置装配有成对使用的上压辊(7)、下压辊,所述上压辊(7)上设计有与所述凹辊(2)尺寸对应的压槽(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用来制造凸感平织面料的生产设备,其特征在于:所述凸辊(1)上具有两个以上的凸块(11),所述凹辊(1)上设计有两个以上和所述凸辊(1)上对应的凸块(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用来制造凸感平织面料的生产设备,其特征在于:所述磨平辊(5)的下部装配有刃口贴附在辊体表面的刮刀(51),所述刮刀(51)下部装配有废料箱(52)。
4.一种凸感平织面料生产工艺,使用权1-3中任意一项中的一种用来制造凸感平织面料的生产设备,它包括如下的生产步骤:
一、对平织面料的表面进行蒸汽喷淋熨烫;
二、将面料放置在运动的模具中,面料在运动过程中被模具压制产生凹凸形变;
三、在步骤二中面料的凹陷部分涂抹涂层;
四、将凹陷部分的涂层磨平,使得涂层与面料的表面齐平;
五、对面料凹陷部分涂层进行烘干半固化;
六、对步骤五中半固化的面料表面进行针刺加工,使得面料的凹陷部分涂层产生透气孔;
七、对步骤六中的面料进行二次压制,使得透气孔缩小;
八、继续对步骤七后的面料涂层部分进行固化,使得面料凹陷部分的涂层彻底固定在面料上;
九、将加工好的面料整理收集备用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种凸感平织面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述面料凹陷处涂抹的涂层固化后具有弹性。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种凸感平织面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述面料凹陷处涂抹的涂层为硅胶。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种凸感平织面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述面料凹陷处涂抹的涂层为PU。
