本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种复方葛根解酒饮料及其制备方法、应用。该复方葛根解酒饮料按重量份数计是由以下原料制成:葛根2‑5份、枳椇子2‑4份、枸杞子3份、白砂糖2‑4份及柠檬酸0.025‑0.075份。本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料,以葛根、枸杞及枳椇子为原料,相较于市面上常用的解酒饮料具有更佳的解酒效果,且该复方葛根解酒饮料不但适用于饮酒前后服用,在日常生活中也能够服用。

本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种复方葛根解酒饮料及其制备方法、应用。
背景技术
我国有源远流长的饮酒文化,酒在我们的社会生活中无所不在。然而过度饮酒对人身体健康会造成较大危害,酒的毒性主要发生在过量饮酒或长期饮酒者,如:酒精性肝病、慢性胃炎、视神经炎等,酒对肝的毒性较大。目前市面上已有很多解酒产品,但部分是粉末状的冲剂不便服用,部分虽然是方便服用的饮料制品,但解酒效果一般。
发明内容
本发明提供一种复方葛根解酒饮料,以葛根、枸杞及枳椇子为原料,相较于市面上常用的解酒饮料具有更佳的解酒效果,且该复方葛根解酒饮料不但适用于饮酒前后服用,在日常生活中也能够服用。
本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料,其按重量份数计是由以下原料制成:葛根2-5份、枳椇子2-4份、枸杞子3份、白砂糖2-4份及柠檬酸0.025-0.075份。
优选地,其按重量份数计是由以下原料制成:葛根5份、枳椇子4份、枸杞子3份、白砂糖2份及柠檬酸0.045份。
本发明还提供一种上述复方葛根解酒饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取葛根、枳椇子、枸杞子、白砂糖及柠檬酸,备用;
S2、以葛根粗粉为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到葛根粗黄酮;
以枳椇子粗粉为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到枳椇子粗黄酮;
以枸杞子为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到枸杞粗多糖;
S3、将所述葛根粗黄酮与所述枳椇子粗黄酮等量混合后再与所述枸杞子粗多糖按照质量比为2-4:1混合,然后向所得混合物中加入白砂糖及柠檬酸,即得所述复方葛根解酒饮料。
优选地,
所述葛根粗黄酮的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:12将葛根粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在80℃下回流或超声提取2次,每次提取45-60min,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得所述葛根粗黄酮;
所述枳椇子粗黄酮的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:8将枳椇子粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在70℃下超声提取2次,每次提取1h,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得所述枳椇子粗黄酮;
所述枸杞子粗多糖的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:10将枸杞子与水混合后,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1h,滤液合并后浓缩,加质量分数95%乙醇溶液使其醇沉浓度为60-80%,密闭冷藏24h,抽滤得到滤饼,干燥,得所述枸杞子粗多糖。
本发明还提供了上述复方葛根解酒饮料在制备提高乙醇脱氢酶激活率的药物中的应用。
对比现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料,中药葛根和枳椇子均具有解酒作用,枸杞子中的多糖具有护肝、抗氧化、提高免疫力、降血糖、降血脂等功效,对化学性肝损伤、药物性肝损伤具有显著的修复功能;该复方葛根解酒饮料与市售蜀卫解酒灵相比较,其对ADH的激活率高出7%,具有较佳的解酒效果。
2、本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料,枸杞子中含有大量的多糖成分,多糖成分在该复方葛根解酒饮料中能够起到防腐作用,避免了现有方便服用的解酒产品需要添加防腐剂的问题。
3、该复方葛根解酒饮料不但适用于饮酒前后服用,在日常生活中也能够服用。

实施例1
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,其由以下原料制成:葛根5g、枳椇子4g、枸杞子3g、白砂糖2g及柠檬酸0.045g。
实施例2
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,其由以下原料制成:葛根2g、枳椇子2g、枸杞子3g、白砂糖2g及柠檬酸0.025g。
实施例3
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,其由以下原料制成:葛根3g、枳椇子2g、枸杞子3g、白砂糖4g及柠檬酸0.075g。
上述实施例1-3提供的复方葛根解酒饮料,均是按照以下制备方法得到:
S1、称取葛根、枳椇子、枸杞子、白砂糖及柠檬酸,备用;
S2、以料液比1:12将葛根粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在80℃下超声提取2次,每次提取45min,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得到葛根粗黄酮;
以料液比1:8将枳椇子粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在70℃下超声提取2次,每次提取1h,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得到枳椇子粗黄酮;
以料液比1:10将枸杞子与纯化水混合后,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1h,滤液合并后浓缩,加质量分数95%乙醇溶液使其醇沉浓度为60%,密闭冷藏24h,抽滤得到滤饼,干燥,得到枸杞粗多糖;
S3、将葛根粗黄酮与枳椇子粗黄酮等量混合后再与枸杞子粗多糖按照质量比为2:1混合,然后向所得混合物中加入白砂糖及柠檬酸,即得复方葛根解酒饮料。
实施例4
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,与实施例1的不同在于制备方法不同,具体为:葛根粗黄酮及枳椇子粗黄酮的混合物与粗多糖的质量比为4:1。
实施例5
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,与实施例1的不同在于制备方法不同,具体为:葛根粗黄酮及枳椇子粗黄酮的混合物与粗多糖的质量比为3:1。
实施例6
一种复方葛根解酒饮料,与实施例1的不同在于葛根粗黄酮的制备过程不同,具体为:以料液比1:12将葛根粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在80℃下回流提取2次,每次提取60min,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得葛根粗黄酮。

1、感官评价
本试验随机选择15名人员对本发明实施例1(由于各实施例提供的复方葛根饮料的品质及解酒效果基本相同,故在此仅以实施例1为例进行说明)提供的复方葛根饮料进行感官评价,其中男性7人,女性8人。感官评价标准如表1所示。

2、体外解酒效果评价
乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的活力测定方法采用瓦勒-霍赫改良法。
具体操作步骤为:在试管中依次加入1.5mL焦磷酸钠溶液(pH 8.8),再加入1.0mL17.94mg/mL氧化型辅酶I(NAD+,批号YC662197,酷尔化学科技(北京)有限公司)、0.5mL体积分数11.5%乙醇溶液及0.1mL复方葛根解酒饮料,摇匀后,置37℃水浴保温5min,保温结束后向试管中加入0.1mL ADH(0.25U/mL),摇匀后在340nm波长下用紫外-可见分光光度计测定吸光值A340,之后每隔30s后记录一次A340,连续记录5min。以0.5mL纯化水代替11.5%乙醇溶液做空白对照调零。以等体积纯化水代替复方葛根解酒饮料作为阴性对照组进行上述试验,同样以等体积蜀卫解酒灵(购自拓诊大药房旗舰店)为阳性对照。记录好5min的A340,计算A340的平均值,根据生成的NADH在340nm时摩尔消光系数为6.2,计算ADH的活力单位,ADH的活力以每分钟生成NADH的纳摩尔数(nmol/min)表示,按公式(1)计算ADH活力,按公式(2)计算ADH激活率:

式中:△A为A340的平均值;V为反应总体积;M为样品量。
R(%)=(U2-U1)/U1×100 式(2)
式中:R为ADH激活率(%),U2为复方葛根解酒饮或阳性对照组的ADH活力,U1为阴性对照组的ADH活力。平行测定三次。

根据图1所示,本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料(此处仅以实施例1提供的复方葛根解酒饮料为例进行效果说明)对ADH激活率均值为35.35%,蜀卫解酒灵对ADH激活率均值为28.46%,应用F-检验与t-检验得知复方葛根解酒饮和蜀卫解酒灵对ADH激活率有显著性差异(p<0.05),提示本发明提供的复方葛根解酒饮料具有一定的解酒活性。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是,本发明实施例并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种复方葛根解酒饮料,其特征在于,其按重量份数计是由以下原料制成:葛根2-5份、枳椇子2-4份、枸杞子3份、白砂糖2-4份及柠檬酸0.025-0.075份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方葛根解酒饮料,其特征在于,其按重量份数计是由以下原料制成:葛根5份、枳椇子4份、枸杞子3份、白砂糖2份及柠檬酸0.045份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的复方葛根解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数称取葛根、枳椇子、枸杞子、白砂糖及柠檬酸,备用;
S2、以葛根粗粉为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到葛根粗黄酮;
以枳椇子粗粉为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到枳椇子粗黄酮;
以枸杞子为原料,依次提取、浓缩、干燥,得到枸杞粗多糖;
S3、将所述葛根粗黄酮与所述枳椇子粗黄酮等量混合后再与所述枸杞子粗多糖按照质量比为2-4:1混合,然后向所得混合物中加入白砂糖及柠檬酸,即得所述复方葛根解酒饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复方葛根解酒饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述葛根粗黄酮的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:12将葛根粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在80℃下回流或超声提取2次,每次提取45-60min,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得所述葛根粗黄酮;
所述枳椇子粗黄酮的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:8将枳椇子粗粉与质量分数75%乙醇溶液混合后,在70℃下超声提取2次,每次提取1h,滤液合并后减压浓缩,蒸干,得所述枳椇子粗黄酮;
所述枸杞子粗多糖的制备过程具体为:以料液比1:10将枸杞子与水混合后,煎煮2次,每次煎煮1h,滤液合并后浓缩,加质量分数95%乙醇溶液使其醇沉浓度为60-80%,密闭冷藏24h,抽滤得到滤饼,干燥,得所述枸杞子粗多糖。
5.一种权利要求1或2所述的复方葛根解酒饮料在制备提高乙醇脱氢酶激活率药物中的应用。
