The floating layer is generated according to a target picture template added with target marketing activities, value information of articles and effective period by adopting the prior art. The value information of the item may be an activity price of the item.
The required size of the terminal is explained in the following with a specific example: the terminal is a mobile phone, and the target picture is displayed by adopting the browser, so that the terminal acquires the size of the picture template of the mobile phone browser in advance and determines the size as the size required by the terminal.
It should be noted that the value information may be replaced by other information, such as merchant level or the reputation of the object.
The size of the target picture template is smaller than that of the target picture, and the display effect of the target picture is better. Accordingly, the target picture is shown in FIG. 4, wherein the target marketing campaign is to buy 3 exempts 1 on a sports day; the effective period is 6.18-6.20; the value information of the article is the activity price 188.
In the embodiment, the target webpage address with the size of the picture template being the same as the size required by the terminal is selected, so that the target picture template is obtained, the target picture has a better display effect, and the user experience is further improved. The value information of the article is added to the target picture template, so that the user is attracted, and the conversion rate is further improved. And adding the target picture template to generate a floating layer, so that the target picture is immediately and automatically obtained, and the consumption of manpower and material resources is further reduced on the premise of ensuring the conversion rate.
In this embodiment of the present invention, generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period further includes:
and if the target picture template has no position with value information, respectively adding the target marketing activity and the validity period to the target picture template to generate a floating layer.
In this embodiment, the location of the targeted marketing campaign and the location of the validity period may be set in the targeted picture template, when embodied. And adding the target marketing activity to the position of the target marketing activity in the target picture template, and adding the validity period to the position of the validity period in the target picture template. And generating a floating layer according to a target picture template added with a target marketing activity and a valid period by adopting the prior art.
Accordingly, the target picture is shown in FIG. 5, wherein the target marketing campaign is time-limited 99-50; the effective period is 4.17-4.26.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a picture, including:
the server receives the identification of the article sent by the terminal; selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and selecting the identification of one target marketing activity from all the identifications of the marketing activities matched with the target item range; acquiring and sending watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and a validity period so that the terminal can obtain a target picture according to the watermark information, the validity period and a picture containing an article;
the terminal sends the identification of the article to the server and receives the watermark information and the validity period sent by the server; generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period; and acquiring the picture containing the article, and arranging the floating layer on the picture to obtain the target picture.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for processing pictures, which is applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
the receiving unit 601 is configured to receive an identifier of an item sent by a terminal.
A first processing unit 602, configured to select at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and select an identification of a target marketing campaign from all the identifications of marketing campaigns matching the target item range.
The second processing unit 603 is configured to obtain and send watermark information and an expiration date that are matched with the identifier of the target marketing campaign, so that the terminal obtains a target picture according to the watermark information, the expiration date and a picture containing an article.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first processing unit 602 is configured to:
obtaining a value of at least one attribute of the item according to the identification of the item;
and for each attribute value, judging whether an article range containing the attribute value exists in the plurality of article ranges, and if so, determining the article range as a target article range.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first processing unit 602 is configured to:
for each target item range, determining the mark of the marketing campaign matched with the target item range, and acquiring the priority of the marketing campaign according to the mark of the marketing campaign;
the identification of the one marketing campaign with the highest priority is determined as the identification of the targeted marketing campaign.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the first processing unit 602 is configured to:
and setting the priority of the marketing campaign according to the type of the marketing campaign, the discount rate of the marketing campaign or the creation time of the marketing campaign.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes:
the fourth processing unit is used for judging whether the deadline of the validity period matched with the mark of the marketing activity is the current time or not for the mark of each marketing activity, and if so, deleting the mark of the marketing activity, the range of the article matched with the mark of the marketing activity, the validity period and the watermark information; the watermark information includes a marketing campaign and a web page address of at least one picture template.
It should be noted that the specific implementation manner of this embodiment is the same as the specific implementation manner of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, another embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for processing pictures, which is applied to a terminal, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
the transceiving unit 701 is configured to send an identifier of an article to a server, and receive watermark information and an expiration date sent by the server.
A generating unit 702, configured to generate a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period.
The third processing unit 703 is configured to obtain a picture including an article, and set the floating layer on the picture to obtain a target picture.
In the embodiment of the invention, the watermark information comprises a webpage address and a target marketing activity of at least one picture template;
the generating unit 702 is configured to:
selecting a target webpage address containing the picture template with the size same as that required by the terminal from the webpage addresses of the at least one picture template, and acquiring a target picture template according to the target webpage address;
and if the position of the valuable information of the target picture template is located, acquiring the valuable information of the article, and respectively adding the target marketing activity, the value information of the article and the validity period to the target picture template to generate a floating layer.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the generating unit 702 is configured to:
and if the target picture template has no position with value information, respectively adding the target marketing activity and the validity period to the target picture template to generate a floating layer.
It should be noted that the specific implementation manner of this embodiment is the same as the specific implementation manner of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, a further embodiment of the present invention provides a system for processing pictures, including:
the server is used for receiving the identification of the article sent by the terminal; selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and selecting the identification of one target marketing activity from all the identifications of the marketing activities matched with the target item range; acquiring and sending watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and a validity period so that the terminal can obtain a target picture according to the watermark information, the validity period and a picture containing an article;
the terminal is used for sending the identification of the article to the server and receiving the watermark information and the validity period sent by the server; generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period; and acquiring the picture containing the article, and arranging the floating layer on the picture to obtain the target picture.
Fig. 8 shows an exemplary system architecture 800 of a method of processing pictures or an apparatus for processing pictures to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 8, the system architecture 800 may include terminal devices 801, 802, 803, a network 804, and a server 805. The network 804 serves to provide a medium for communication links between the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 and the server 805. Network 804 may include various types of connections, such as wire, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use the terminal devices 801, 802, 803 to interact with a server 805 over a network 804 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as a photo processing application, a web browser application, a search application, etc. (by way of example only), may be installed on the terminal devices 801, 802, 803.
The terminal devices 801, 802, 803 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 805 may be a server that provides various services, such as a back-office management server (for example only) that supports shopping-like websites browsed by users using the terminal devices 801, 802, 803. The backend management server may analyze and otherwise process data such as the identifier of the received object, and feed back a processing result (such as the range of the target object, watermark information, and validity period — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the method for processing pictures provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 805 and the terminal, and accordingly, the device for processing pictures is generally disposed in the server 805 and the terminal.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 8 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 9, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 900 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the computer system 900 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)901 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)902 or a program loaded from a storage section 908 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 903. In the RAM 903, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 900 are also stored. The CPU 901, ROM 902, and RAM 903 are connected to each other via a bus 904. An input/output (I/O) interface 905 is also connected to bus 904.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 905: an input portion 906 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 907 including components such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 908 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 909 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 909 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 910 is also connected to the I/O interface 905 as necessary. A removable medium 911 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 910 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 908 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 909, and/or installed from the removable medium 911. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are executed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 901.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a unit, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a receiving unit, a first processing unit, and a second processing unit. Where the names of these elements do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the element itself, for example, a receiving element may also be described as an "element receiving an identification of an item transmitted by a terminal".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: receiving an identifier of an article sent by a terminal; selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and selecting the identification of one target marketing activity from all the identifications of the marketing activities matched with the target item range; and acquiring and sending watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and a validity period so that the terminal can obtain a target picture according to the watermark information, the validity period and the picture containing the article.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, at least one target article range to which an article belongs is selected from a plurality of article ranges according to the identification of the article sent by the terminal, the identification of one target marketing activity is selected from the identifications of all marketing activities matched with the target article range, the watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and the validity period are obtained and sent, the server provides the watermark information and the validity period required by the terminal to generate an optimal target image, a plurality of target images of the article are not obtained any more, the consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced on the premise of ensuring the conversion rate, the validity period provided for the terminal is provided, a user can know the validity period, the dispute between the user and a merchant is reduced, and the user experience degree is improved.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a transceiver unit, a generation unit, and a third processing unit. Where the names of these units do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, a generating unit may also be described as a "unit generating a watermark from the watermark information and the validity period".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to comprise: sending the identification of the article to a server, and receiving watermark information and an effective period sent by the server; generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period; and acquiring a picture containing an article, and arranging the floating layer on the picture to obtain a target picture.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the identification of the article is sent to the server, the watermark information and the validity period are received, the floating layer is generated and arranged on the picture containing the article, so that the target picture is obtained immediately and automatically, the consumption of manpower and material resources is reduced on the premise of ensuring the conversion rate, the validity period in the target picture enables a user to know the validity period, the dispute between the user and a merchant is reduced, and the user experience degree is improved. And the terminal obtains the target picture, so that the pressure of the server is reduced.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. A method for processing pictures is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving an identifier of an article sent by a terminal;
selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and selecting the identification of one target marketing activity from all the identifications of the marketing activities matched with the target item range;
and acquiring and sending watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and a validity period so that the terminal can obtain a target picture according to the watermark information, the validity period and the picture containing the article.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges based on the identity of the item comprises:
obtaining a value of at least one attribute of the item according to the identification of the item;
and for each attribute value, judging whether an article range containing the attribute value exists in the plurality of article ranges, and if so, determining the article range as a target article range.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein selecting an identification of a targeted marketing campaign from all identifications of marketing campaigns matching the range of targeted items comprises:
for each target item range, determining the mark of the marketing campaign matched with the target item range, and acquiring the priority of the marketing campaign according to the mark of the marketing campaign;
the identification of the one marketing campaign with the highest priority is determined as the identification of the targeted marketing campaign.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the priority of the marketing campaign is set according to a type of the marketing campaign, a discount rate of the marketing campaign, or a creation time of the marketing campaign.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the expiration time of the validity period matched with the marketing activity identifier is the current time or not for the identifier of each marketing activity, if so, deleting the marketing activity identifier, the article range matched with the marketing activity identifier, the validity period and the watermark information; the watermark information includes a marketing campaign and a web page address of at least one picture template.
6. A method for processing pictures is applied to a terminal and comprises the following steps:
sending the identification of the article to a server, and receiving watermark information and an effective period sent by the server;
generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period;
and acquiring a picture containing an article, and arranging the floating layer on the picture to obtain a target picture.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the watermark information comprises a web page address and a targeted marketing campaign for at least one picture template;
generating a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period, comprising:
selecting a target webpage address containing the picture template with the size same as that required by the terminal from the webpage addresses of the at least one picture template, and acquiring a target picture template according to the target webpage address;
and if the position of the valuable information of the target picture template is located, acquiring the valuable information of the article, and respectively adding the target marketing activity, the value information of the article and the validity period to the target picture template to generate a floating layer.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein generating a floating layer based on the watermark information and the validity period, further comprises:
and if the target picture template has no position with value information, respectively adding the target marketing activity and the validity period to the target picture template to generate a floating layer.
9. An apparatus for processing pictures, applied to a server, includes:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the identification of the article sent by the terminal;
the first processing unit is used for selecting at least one target item range from a plurality of item ranges according to the identification of the item, and selecting the identification of one target marketing activity from the identifications of all marketing activities matched with the target item range;
and the second processing unit is used for acquiring and sending the watermark information matched with the identification of the target marketing activity and the validity period so as to enable the terminal to obtain a target picture according to the watermark information, the validity period and the picture containing the article.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first processing unit is configured to:
obtaining a value of at least one attribute of the item according to the identification of the item;
and for each attribute value, judging whether an article range containing the attribute value exists in the plurality of article ranges, and if so, determining the article range as a target article range.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first processing unit is configured to:
for each target item range, determining the mark of the marketing campaign matched with the target item range, and acquiring the priority of the marketing campaign according to the mark of the marketing campaign;
the identification of the one marketing campaign with the highest priority is determined as the identification of the targeted marketing campaign.
12. An apparatus for processing pictures, applied to a terminal, includes:
the receiving and sending unit is used for sending the identification of the article to the server and receiving the watermark information and the validity period sent by the server;
a generating unit, configured to generate a floating layer according to the watermark information and the validity period;
and the third processing unit is used for acquiring a picture containing an article, and arranging the floating layer on the picture to obtain a target picture.
13. A system for processing pictures, comprising a server and a terminal, wherein the server comprises the apparatus for processing pictures according to any one of claims 9-11, and the terminal comprises the apparatus for processing pictures according to claim 12.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
15. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
