Referring to fig. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method of information push is shown. The embodiment is mainly exemplified by applying the method to an electronic device with certain computing capability, and the electronic device may be, for example, the server 104 shown in fig. 1. The information pushing method comprises the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a demand item to be pushed.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may obtain at least one requirement item to be pushed from a local place or a remote place. The requirement items may be used to indicate items, services, information, and the like related to various requirements, intentions, and the like of the user, such as commodities required by the user, talents required by a business, knowledge that the user wants to learn, and the like. Specifically, the electronic device may pre-store the information of the demand item to be pushed, and at this time, the electronic device may directly obtain the demand item to be pushed from the local; in addition, the electronic device may also remotely obtain the requirement item to be pushed from a terminal device running the information pushing application or the shopping application in a wired connection manner or a wireless connection manner. The wireless connection means includes, but is not limited to, a 3G/4G connection, a WiFi connection, a bluetooth connection, a WiMAX connection, a Zigbee connection, a uwb (ultra wideband) connection, and other wireless connection means now known or developed in the future.
The requirement item information may only include the requirement item, and may further include but is not limited to at least one of the following: the supply time of the demand items (such as the term release time of encyclopedic knowledge and the like), the supply platform of the demand items (such as a promotion website of goods), the supply quantity of the demand items (such as service items and the like), the supply conditions of the demand items (such as the salary requirement of job seekers, the promotion price of goods and the like) and the like. When the electronic device stores the information of the demand items to be pushed in advance, the electronic device can only store the information of the demand items to be pushed for information pushing, and can also store the information of the demand items in an indefinite quantity or a certain quantity in advance. When the requirement item to be pushed is not pre-stored in the electronic device, the electronic device may further receive the requirement item information to be pushed, which is input by the user, from the terminal device running the information push application and the shopping application to obtain the requirement item to be pushed, and at this time, the terminal device running the information push application and the shopping application may also be the electronic device itself.
It is understood that the demand items to be pushed may be one or more. For each demand item to be pushed, the electronic device may acquire, for each demand item to be pushed, the demand item to be pushed to execute the information pushing method of this embodiment. The information pushing method of this embodiment may sequentially execute a plurality of demand items to be pushed, and may also execute the demand items in parallel, which is not limited in this application.
Step 202, identifying the identification type of each user identification in the associated identification group to which the user identification corresponding to the demand item to be pushed belongs.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may then find out, according to the acquired requirement item to be pushed, an association identifier group to which the user identifier corresponding to the requirement item to be pushed belongs, identify each user identifier in the found association identifier group, and determine an identifier type of each user identifier.
The user identifier (user ID) is a symbol used for identifying the user identity when the user logs in on the internet, and may be, for example, a first part of an email address of the user (e.g., xxxx in email address xxxx @163. com), a number used by the user to log in a network platform (e.g., shopping website account number: yyy), and the like, which is not limited in the present application. It can be understood that the user identifier corresponds to a user having a user identifier, so that the requirement item and the user identifier in this embodiment may have a corresponding relationship, and this corresponding relationship may be used to represent a requirement condition of the user corresponding to the user identifier for the requirement item, and meanwhile, the corresponding relationship is obtained and stored by the electronic device in advance. For example, the user id yyy1 of a shopping website may correspond to two requirement items, namely, a dress and a shirt, which indicates that the user corresponding to the user id yyy1 has a requirement for the dress and the shirt. In this embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the requirement item may be determined according to historical access information of the user identifier. The historical access information herein may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: login information of a user identifier on a terminal device, search information of a user corresponding to the user identifier on the terminal device by using the user identifier, click information of a user corresponding to the user identifier on the terminal device by using the user identifier, browsing information of a user corresponding to the user identifier on the terminal device by using the user identifier, offline interaction information of the user (for example, information of purchased goods interacted with a merchant during offline consumption, and the like), and the like. Wherein, the login information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: login time, internet protocol IP address, geographic location, internet protocol host, etc. For example, a user with a user identifier yyy1 logs in a shopping website through the user identifier yyy1 to browse a page related to a dress and a shirt, and it is determined that the user identifier yyy1 corresponds to the requirement item dress and the shirt. It can be understood that, for a certain requirement item, all the user identifiers having a corresponding relationship with the requirement item can be obtained through the corresponding relationship between each user identifier and the requirement item. After determining the requirement item to be pushed, the electronic device may obtain the user identifier having a corresponding relationship with the requirement item to be pushed.
In this embodiment, the association identifier group may be generated by associating the user identifiers based on the historical access information, where each association identifier group may include at least one identifier type of user identifier. The user identities in the set of associated identities may have an association relationship. The association may be measured by different associations. For example, if a social platform account and a shopping website account log on the same computer, which are logged on by the same device (the associated item may be the logged-on device), the electronic device may determine that they are associated user identifiers and divide them into the same associated identifier group. As another example, if two shopping website accounts, which both often purchase baby clothing, are browsing user identities of similar web pages frequently (the associated items may have historical access to information), the electronic device may determine that they are associated user identities and divide them into the same associated identity group. It is understood that the user identifiers in the association identifier group may be user identifiers used by the same user on different network platforms, user identifiers used by users with similar interests, user identifiers used by users who are friends or family with each other, and the like.
The identity type may be used to indicate a category to which the subscriber identity belongs, a platform type of the subscriber identity, a platform to which the subscriber identity belongs, and so on. For example, a social platform (platform type) user identification and a shopping platform (platform type) user identification are user identifications of different platform types. The social platform user identifier may also belong to a social class (category) user identifier, and the shopping platform (platform type) user identifier may also belong to a shopping class (category) user identifier. Specifically, the platforms to which the social platform user identifier and the microblog user identifier belong may be a WeChat platform and a microblog platform, respectively. The user identifiers in the same associated identifier group may belong to the same identifier type or different identifier types. In practice, when the electronic device obtains the user identifier, the identifier type of the user identifier may be recorded by using a character or a flag bit. In this step, the electronic device may identify the identifier type of the user identifier according to a recording manner of the identifier type.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, when the historical access information includes offline interaction information, the determining, by the electronic device, a corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the requirement item according to the historical access information of the user identifier may further include: acquiring a user identifier and an offline demand item contained in offline interaction information, wherein the user identifier contained in the offline interaction information has a corresponding relation with the offline demand item; calculating the similarity between the user identification contained in the offline interaction information and other user identifications according to the historical access information; and determining that the user identifier selected from other user identifiers according to a preset similarity threshold or number threshold has a corresponding relation with the offline demand item. As an example, the offline interaction information may be consumption information of a consumer at a merchant, the user identifier included in the offline interaction information may be a mobile phone number of the consumer, and the like, and the offline requirement item may be a commodity purchased by the consumer, and the like. The consumer can access the network using the cell phone number as the user identification. The electronic device may calculate the similarity between the user identifier of the consumer and other user identifiers, wherein the similarity may be generated by historical access information of the user identifier, such as browsed goods, used devices, IP address of a login network, and the like, to generate two vectors, and the similarity between the two vectors is calculated as the similarity between the user identifiers by using a similarity algorithm, such as cosine similarity algorithm, Jaccard similarity algorithm, and the like. According to a preset similarity threshold or number threshold (e.g. 5), the electronic device may select a user identifier whose similarity with the user identifier of the consumer is greater than the preset similarity threshold, or select a number (e.g. 5) of user identifiers whose similarity is from high to low, and establish a corresponding relationship with the goods purchased by the consumer.
Step 203, for each identified user identifier, selecting a preset template corresponding to the identified identifier type, and generating push information according to the requirement item to be pushed so as to push information.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may store preset templates corresponding to the identifier types, and further select the preset template corresponding to the identified identifier type for pushing information for each user identifier in each associated identifier group in step 202. The preset template can be used for generating push information for the demand items to be pushed according to the identification type of the user identification so as to push information. The preset template can be set manually according to the identification type, and can also be obtained through machine learning according to a large amount of information contents in the corresponding identification type. Wherein the preset template may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: information content templates, information format templates, information delivery interfaces, and the like. For example, the identifier type may be a mailbox, and the preset template may include a mail format template, such as information including a new head, a text, a money drop, and a layout format; the information content template may be used to generate the information content of the text, for example, the information content template may be "article of interest × (demand item to be pushed) for promotion on an × (website (purchase channel), the promotion price/discount is ×, and clicking the following link × × ×, the viewing details can be directly entered"; the information sending interface is a mailbox interface and the like. For another example, the identifier type may be a mobile phone number, and the preset template may include a short message format template, a short message content template, a short message sending interface, and the like. For the user identifiers of each identifier type, the electronic device may store corresponding preset templates, which are not listed here.
As an application scenario, as shown in fig. 3, the information pushing method of the present embodiment may be applied to, for example, a background server 302 that provides support for a shopping application, which may be run on a user terminal 301, 303 held by a user. For convenience of explanation, it is assumed here that the user terminal 301 is a terminal held by a consumer, and the user 303 is a terminal held by a merchant who sells a product (a demand item) through the shopping-type application described above. First, through step 3001, the backend server 302 may process historical access information of various types of user identifiers accessed to the network through at least one user terminal 301 according to a preset time period, for example, process historical access information of a previous day, and establish a corresponding relationship between the user identifiers and goods (demand items) sold through the shopping applications; next, through step 3002, background server 302 may associate the user identifier based on the historical access information to generate association identifier groups, where each association identifier group includes at least one identifier type of user identifier; then, in step 3003, when the merchant promotes a certain commodity, the background server 301 may obtain the commodity as a demand item to be pushed through the user terminal 303; then, in step 3004, the background server 301 may identify, according to the correspondence between the user identifier and the commodity (demand item) sold in the shopping application, the identifier type of each user identifier in the association identifier group to which the user identifier corresponding to the commodity to be pushed belongs; then, in step 3005, the backend server 301 may select a preset template corresponding to the identified type of the identifier for each identified user identifier, and generate push information according to the information of the goods to be pushed to push the information, for example, push the information through various channels such as short messages and mails.
In this embodiment, since the associated user identifier group is generated by associating the user identifiers of different types, and information is pushed to the user identifier of each identifier type in the associated user identifier group to which the user identifier corresponding to the demand item belongs, the information pushing channel can be expanded, and the effectiveness of information pushing can be improved.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow 400 of another embodiment of a method of information push is shown, the flow 400 including the steps of:
step 401, associating each terminal device based on the login information of each user identifier in the terminal device.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may first obtain login information of each user identifier on the terminal device, and associate the terminal device based on the login information. In practice, the terminal device used by the user may be represented by a device number (for example, an International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of a smart phone). The login information may be information that the user accesses the network through the terminal device using the user identifier, and may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: login time, IP address, geographic location, internet protocol host, etc. The electronic device may associate terminal devices including a common item in the login information, for example, associate terminal devices having the same login IP address, associate terminal devices having the same user identifier and logged in, and the like, or calculate a device association degree of each terminal device according to the login information, and associate terminal devices having a device association degree greater than a preset device association degree threshold. Here, the device association degree may be used to indicate a degree of correlation between terminal devices, which may be determined according to a similarity of vectors generated by login information of different user identities. The similarity of the vectors can be calculated by using a similarity algorithm such as cosine similarity algorithm, Jaccard similarity algorithm, and the like, which is not described herein again.
Step 402, for each group of associated terminal devices, calculating the identifier association degree between each pair of user identifiers logged in the group of associated terminal devices according to the historical access information of each user identifier.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further calculate, for each group of associated terminal devices, an identifier association degree between each pair of user identifiers logged in the group of associated terminal devices according to the historical access information of each user identifier. Wherein, the historical access information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: login information of the user identification on the terminal equipment, search information of the user corresponding to the user identification on the terminal equipment by using the user identification, click information of the user corresponding to the user identification on the terminal equipment by using the user identification, browsing information of the user corresponding to the user identification on the terminal equipment by using the user identification, offline interaction information of the user and the like.
The identity association here may be used to indicate how similar the used behavior or interests using different user identities are. Which may be determined from the similarity of vectors generated from historical access information identified by the user. Wherein the similarity of the vectors may be calculated using a similarity algorithm such as a cosine similarity algorithm, a Jaccard similarity algorithm, or the like.
Step 403, determining the user identifier with the identifier association degree greater than the preset identifier association degree threshold as the associated user identifier.
In this embodiment, an identifier association threshold may be stored in the electronic device in advance, and the identifier association threshold may be set manually as needed, or may be obtained through machine learning training through a large number of sample sets. For example, when a machine learns and trains to obtain an identifier association threshold, if different types of user identifiers of the same user are to be mined in practical application, so that the same information is pushed to the user from multiple channels, a sample set can be historical access information of the different types of user identifiers of the same user, the identifier association of the different types of user identifiers of the same user is calculated, and then the calculated identifier association is clustered through a clustering algorithm to obtain the identifier association threshold. Here, the electronic device may determine two user identities having an identity association degree greater than an identity association degree threshold as associated user identities.
In step 404, a group of associated identities is generated based on the determined associated user identities.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further generate an association identifier group based on the determined association user identifier. Here, the electronic device may group the user identifiers two by two, and generate one association identifier group for every two association user identifiers, where different association identifier groups may have the same user identifier, and a user identifier without an association user identifier may be used as a group alone; the electronic device may also group a plurality of associated user identities, at this time, the electronic device may merge the associated user identities having the same user identity into one associated identity group, for example, the determined associated user identities include a and B, B and C, D, and E, … …, then the user identity A, B, C … … may be used as one associated identity group, the electronic device may also merge the associated user identities whose identity association degrees between each two are greater than the association degree threshold into one associated identity group, for example, the determined associated user identities include an a and B identity association degree 80%, a B and C identity association degree 90%, an a and C identity association degree 85%, a and D identity association degree 60%, … …, and assuming that the preset identity association degree threshold is 70%, then the user identity A, B, C … … may be used as one associated identity group.
Step 405, acquiring a demand item to be pushed.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may obtain at least one requirement item to be pushed from a local place or a remote place. Here, the requirement item may be used to indicate items, services, information, and the like related to various needs, intentions, and the like of the user.
And 406, identifying the identifier type of each user identifier in the associated identifier group to which the user identifier corresponding to the requirement item to be pushed belongs.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may then find out, according to the acquired requirement item to be pushed, an association identifier group to which the user identifier corresponding to the requirement item to be pushed belongs, identify each user identifier in the found association identifier group, and determine an identifier type of each user identifier. The requirement item and the user identifier may have a corresponding relationship, and the corresponding relationship may be used to represent a requirement condition of the user corresponding to the user identifier for the requirement item, and the corresponding relationship is obtained and stored by the electronic device in advance. After determining the requirement item to be pushed, the electronic device may obtain the user identifier having a corresponding relationship with the requirement item to be pushed. In practice, when the electronic device obtains the user identifier, the identifier type of the user identifier may be recorded by using a character or a flag bit. In this step, the electronic device may identify the identifier type of the user identifier according to a recording manner of the identifier type.
