It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of an information push method according to the present application is shown. The information pushing method comprises the following steps:
step 201, obtaining user registration information and analyzing historical data of searching, browsing, geographic position and behavior on a client of the user to obtain a user portrait.
In this embodiment, the electronic device (e.g., the server 105 shown in fig. 1) on which the information push method operates may locally or remotely obtain user registration information of the user, such as a user identifier used to identify or distinguish the user.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the user registration information may further include at least one of: name, age, gender, region, user account, cell phone number, WeChat account, or email address. In the case that the search, browse, geographical location, history data of behaviors on the client and payment behavior data of the user are not retrieved, namely, when the user logs in for use for the first time, at least one piece of candidate push information can be retrieved from the information base by using the user registration information. As an example, the candidate push information corresponding to the gender of the user may be retrieved from the information base according to the gender of the user, for example, if female, retrieving woman's clothing type information or cosmetic type information, and if male, retrieving man's clothing type information or electronic product type information; or may retrieve information consistent with the user's region from the information repository according to the user's region, for example, retrieve information related to "beijing roast duck" or retrieve information related to "tiananmen national flag" if the user's region is in beijing; information similar to the age of the user may also be retrieved from the information repository based on the age of the user, e.g. information of interest to young people is retrieved from the information repository if the age of the user is 25 years old, and information of interest to old people is retrieved from the information repository if the age of the user is 65 years old.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the user representation includes at least one of: user professional identity, age, gender, academic calendar, browsing habits, and user preferences. For example, if a user often purchases some doll toys, the e-commerce website may mark the user with a label "children" according to the toy purchase condition, and may even determine the approximate age of the user's children, and attach a more specific label "children of 5-10 years", and all the labels attached to the user are unified once to form the user figure.
In some alternative implementations of the present embodiment, the user representation content may be updated periodically. For example, previously, since a user always purchased baby products, the user portrait was that the user had a baby under 2 years old. After a few months, the user instead purchases some children and the user representation is updated accordingly to the user having children over 2 years old. Changes in the user's geographic location may also affect the user representation. For example, if the user portrait of the user is in the northeast region, and the user portrait of the user is in the south of the sea recently, the system will automatically update the user portrait and push targeted information instead of recommending information according to the northeast climate.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, historical data of the user's search, browsing, geographic location, and behavior on the client may be actively reported by the user or obtained from a third-party data source according to the user registration information, where the third-party data source includes data on a local server and on a third-party server, and for example, the historical data of the user's search, browsing, geographic location, and behavior on the client may be obtained from a common network third-party server.
Step 202, obtaining payment behavior data of the user.
In this embodiment, the payment behavior data may be actively reported by the user or may be obtained from a third-party data source according to the user registration information, where the third-party data source includes data on a local server and a third-party server, and for example, the payment behavior data of the user may be obtained from a common network third-party server.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the payment behavior data may include: the products and amounts that have been paid, the products and amounts that have not been paid, and the products and amounts that are collected. The user may be notified of the favorite product when the product is favorable, so that the user may have a greater likelihood of purchasing.
Step 203, combining the user portrait and the payment behavior data of the user and classifying to obtain a user label.
In this embodiment, a plurality of user tags may be stored in advance on the electronic device on which the information push method operates, and the user may be tagged according to the user image and the payment behavior data of the user, for example, a hot pot, golf, and the like.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, a user may have multiple user tags that form the user tag set for the user.
Step 204, obtaining the geographic position data of the user.
In this embodiment, the user reports the geographical location data, which is used to determine whether to enter a push area range of the push information.
Step 205, matching the user tag and the geographic position data of the user in each pre-stored candidate push message, and generating a push message set when the geographic position of the user is within the push region range of the candidate push message.
In this embodiment, the electronic device on which the information push method operates may store a plurality of pieces of candidate push information in advance, and these pieces of candidate push information are to be used for matching with the user tag and the geographic location of the user.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may match the geographic location of the user with the push area ranges of the candidate push information, and select the candidate push information whose push area range covers the geographic location of the user as the candidate push information set. And then matching the user tags with the contents of the push information in the candidate push information set one by one, and determining the matching relation between each candidate push information and the user tag set according to the number of keywords included in the content of each candidate push information. For example, if the content of a certain candidate push information includes the user tag set, it may be determined that there is a perfect matching relationship between the candidate push information and the user tag; if the content of a certain candidate push information includes part of user tags in the user tag set, it can be determined that the candidate push information has a partial matching relationship with the user tag set; if the content of a certain candidate push information does not include any user tag in the user tag set, it may be determined that there is a mismatch relationship between the candidate push information and the user tag set. According to the matching relationship, the electronic device may select at least one candidate push message from the plurality of candidate push messages, and thereby generate a push message set. For example, the electronic device may select candidate push information that matches a complete matching relationship with the user tag set as information to be pushed.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the server may pre-store some candidate push information, where the information includes, in addition to the content to be pushed, a geographic location, offer information, and a push area range. For example, the geographical location information in the push information can facilitate the user to select the service closest to the user, and the user can also select the service according to the preferential condition. The pushing area range enables pushing to be more purposeful, invalid pushing is reduced, and the pushing area range can be set by combining with the value attribute of the product. For example, the range of the pushing area of a product with high value can be larger, the range of the pushing area of a product with low value can be smaller, and the situation that the promotion information of a certain brand of pencil is pushed within dozens of kilometers away is avoided.
Step 206, pushing the push information set to the user.
In this embodiment, the electronic device pushes the push information set generated in step 205 to the user.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the electronic device pushes the pushed information set to the user by at least one of the following manners: webpage pushing, mail pushing and short message pushing. If the electronic equipment adopts webpage pushing, acquiring login user name information of a user on a website or application, and pushing a pushing information set to the user corresponding to the user name in a webpage form; if the electronic equipment adopts short message push, the mobile phone number of the user needs to be acquired, and then a push information set is pushed to the mobile phone number in a short message mode; if the electronic equipment adopts mail push, the mail address of the user needs to be acquired, and a push information set is pushed to the mail address in a mail form.
With continuing reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information push method according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario shown in fig. 3, a user logs in through a terminal application "XX shopping" installed on a terminal device, and a server providing content support for "XX shopping" first acquires a user name of the currently logged-in user: "user" then obtains user information for user "and obtains user search for the user and behavioral data 301 (e.g., maps, music, etc.) on the client to obtain a user representation 302 (e.g., age, income, interests, hobbies, etc.) based on user registration information for user", and also obtains payment data 303 and user geographic location 305 for the user. The user representation 302 and payment data 303 in combination may result in a user tag 304 (e.g., chafing dish, golf, etc.). The user geographic location 305 and the merchant push area range 306 are matched 307 in geographic location to obtain a candidate push information set 308. The candidate push information set 308 is matched with the user tag 304 to obtain the push information 309. The push information 309 is then pushed 310 to the user.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the information matched with the user label and the geographic position is selected from the candidate push information and pushed to the user, so that the information push rich in pertinence is realized.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of an information push method is shown. The process 400 of the information pushing method includes the following steps:
step 401, obtaining user registration information and analyzing historical data of user's searching, browsing, geographical location, behavior on the client to obtain a user portrait.
In this embodiment, the electronic device (e.g., the server 105 shown in fig. 1) on which the information push method operates may obtain the user registration information of the user locally or remotely.
Step 402, obtaining payment behavior data of a user.
In this embodiment, the payment behavior data may be actively reported by the user or may be obtained from a third-party data source according to the user registration information, where the third-party data source includes data on a local server and a third-party server, and for example, the payment behavior data of the user may be obtained from a common network third-party server.
At step 403, the user representation and the payment behavior data of the user are combined and categorized into a user tag.
Step 404, obtain the geographic location data of the user.
In this embodiment, the user reports the geographical location data, which is used to determine whether to enter a push area range of the push information.
Step 405, matching the user tag and the geographic position data of the user in each pre-stored candidate push message, and generating a push message set when the geographic position of the user is within the push region range of the candidate push message.
Step 406, determine whether a matching push message is found.
Step 407, if no matching push information is found, expanding the push area range to continue the matching search, i.e. performing step 405 again.
Step 408, pushing the push information set to the user.
In this embodiment, if matching push information is found, the electronic device pushes the push information set generated in step 405 to the user.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the electronic device pushes the pushed information set to the user by at least one of the following manners: webpage pushing, mail pushing and short message pushing.
As can be seen from fig. 4, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the process 400 of the information pushing method in this embodiment highlights that the search range is expanded when no matching pushed information is found, that is, the push area range is expanded to perform matching search. Therefore, the scheme described in this embodiment can improve the resource utilization rate, rather than performing information push after the geographic location of the user is changed into the push area range of the push information.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the method shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an information pushing apparatus, which corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and which can be applied in various electronic devices.
