一种单组份热固性胶粘剂,胶粘剂包括的原料有主剂和助剂,主剂包括固体粉末状C‑HAO固化剂和乙烯基酯聚酯HH01树脂,助剂包括活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚、填料滑石粉、环己酮和酰亚胺,主剂和助剂一起制成环氧外饱和树脂胶;上述各组份按照重量份配比如下:固体粉末状C‑HAO固化剂0.01份-0.1份,乙烯基酯聚酯HH01树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚5份-10份,填料滑石粉3份-5份,环己酮6份-8份,酰亚胺20份-30份。室温固化胶粘剂取消促进剂,采用加热法固化。确保50℃以下胶粘剂不固化,保证安全作业。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及翻转法内衬修复旧管道技术用的胶粘剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种单组份热固性胶粘剂。
背景技术
翻转内衬复合材料软管修复旧管道工艺原理:将浸透胶粘剂的带防渗层的软管以压缩空气为动力翻转衬入钢管内,浸胶层朝外紧贴钢管内壁,防渗层朝里成内衬层内表面。胶粘剂固化后与软管浸胶层形成玻璃钢,成为钢管内衬层。
胶粘剂固化机理:玻璃钢用胶粘剂通常由热固性树脂、固化剂和促进剂构成;(1)热固性树脂是胶粘剂中主体聚合物,固化后构成具有三向交联结构的聚合物,具有耐热、耐水、耐油等性能;(2)固化剂直接或通过促进剂与主体聚合物进行反应,固化反应结果把固化剂分子引进树脂中,使分子间距离、形态、热稳定性、化学稳定性发生显著变化,将线型主体聚合物变成坚硬的立体网状结构;(3)促进剂是加速胶黏剂中主体聚合物与固化剂反应,缩短时间,并将反应温度从50℃-150℃将至室温,实现胶粘剂室温固化。
在翻衬浸胶软管实践中出现的问题:在翻衬浸胶软管过程中曾多次出现胶粘剂提前固化情况,使软管变硬,无法继续翻衬也无法退出,连被修钢管一起报废。特别是在炎热的夏季更容易产生这种现象。产生这种情况的原因,从胶粘剂固化机理得知,是促进剂的作用。由于促进剂的使用把原本在50℃以上才开始分解自由基引发树脂固化的固化剂降到室温(10℃-25℃)就开始引发树脂固化。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种单组份热固性胶粘剂,本申请取消促进剂,采用加热法固化。将室温固化胶粘剂从三组份改成两组份,即取消促进剂,代替以加热让树脂和固化剂固化。确保50℃以下胶粘剂不固化,保证安全作业。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种单组份热固性胶粘剂,胶粘剂包括的原料有主剂和助剂,主剂包括固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂和HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂,助剂包括活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚、填料滑石粉、环己酮和酰亚胺,主剂和助剂一起制成环氧外饱和树脂胶;上述各组份按照重量份配比如下:固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂0.01份-0.1份,HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚5份-10份,填料滑石粉3份-5份,环己酮6份-8份,酰亚胺20份-30份。
上述的固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂0.05份,HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚8份,填料滑石粉85份,环己酮6份,酰亚胺25份。
上述的乙烯基酯聚酯树脂它是由环氧树脂与含双键的不饱和一元羧酸加成聚合的产物,其工艺性能与不饱和聚酯树脂类似,技术性能与环氧树脂相近,因而是综合了不饱和聚酯树脂和环氧树脂的长处的树脂。其特点是:a、可以通过引发剂的激发而实现快速固化,其固化工艺与不饱和聚酯树脂相同。b、对玻璃纤维,涤纶纤维具有良好的渗透性和粘结能力,这种性能与环氧树脂相同。c、耐化学性能,特别是耐含油污水性能好。d、当采用酚醛改性时,还可获得优良的耐高温和耐老化性能。
据此,选用以双酚A型和双酚F型环氧树脂为基础,通过与丙烯酸等原料化学反应制得的乙烯基酯聚酯树脂为内衬软管胶粘剂,同时具有不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯三类树脂的综合性能,不仅技术指标高,工艺性能好。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
室温固化胶粘剂取消促进剂,采用加热法固化。将室温固化胶粘剂从三组份改成两组份,即取消促进剂,代替以加热让树脂和固化剂固化。一是确保50℃以下胶粘剂不固化,大大提高作业效率减少业主停产损失,保证安全作业。将树脂和固化剂一起混合搅拌制成“单组份”胶粘剂。二是固体固化剂有效期长,保証作业过程中安全,无环境污染,三是提高复合材料内衬层与钢管的复合质量,使修复后的管道满足各种使用条件。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明胶粘剂包括的原料有主剂和助剂,主剂包括固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂和HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂,助剂包括活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚、填料滑石粉、环己酮和酰亚胺,主剂和助剂一起制成环氧外饱和树脂胶;上述的固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂0.05份,HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚8份,填料滑石粉85份,环己酮6份,酰亚胺25份。
上述方案中的乙烯基酯聚酯HH01树脂是由环氧树脂经双酚A改性而成、购自济南绿洲复合材料有限公司,再加入固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂制成环氧外饱和树脂胶HFS-1000J,固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂为饱和多氰酸颗粒状,固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂购自中科华星新材料有限公司,上述所有成分混合搅拌制成胶粘剂,在25℃条件下,可贮存7-10天不自然固化。在使用时,用50℃以上的热水或蒸汽打压或用其它方式都可以实现固化。因固化温度提高后不但心在室温操作过程中发生固化现象,固化不受时间限制,什么时候都可以进行固化。
乙烯基酯聚酯HH01树脂因其热胀系数和钢铁接近,耐原油中各种成份性能好、粘度指标好,还有价格等均适合,并将固化剂改成粉未固体。
用乙烯基酯聚酯HH01树脂,优点如下:1、此产品是可耐高温160度左右,耐酸碱,耐石油中各种介质成分,粘结性好,韧性好,强度高,固化性能好。2.此产品可以单组分也可以双组分;单组分:单用树脂温度达到80度以上自然固化,这样即安全又环保又节省材料;双组分:加上辅料,固化时间可以任意调整,可长可短,到指定的固化时间时,会快速固化,固化效果非常好。3.此产品可以在水分很大很潮湿的环境下照样达到固化效果,非常可控。

1.一种单组份热固性胶粘剂,其特征在于:胶粘剂包括的原料有主剂和助剂,主剂包括固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂和HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂,助剂包括活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚、填料滑石粉、环己酮和酰亚胺,主剂和助剂一起制成环氧外饱和树脂胶;上述各组份按照重量份配比如下:固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂0.01份-0.1份,HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚5份-10份,填料滑石粉3份-5份,环己酮6份-8份,酰亚胺20份-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单组份热固性胶粘剂,其特征在于:固体粉末状C-HAO固化剂0.05份,HH01乙烯基酯聚酯树脂100份,活性稀释剂甲苯缩水甘油醚8份,填料滑石粉85份,环己酮6份,酰亚胺25份。
