本发明公开了一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法,所述金星紫檀色釉料各组分按照如下质量配比构成:黄土70‑80份,长石8‑10份,铁矿石5‑8份,氧化钙5‑10份,助溶剂2‑5份,着色剂8‑12份。采用上述一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法,得到类似金星紫檀的特殊釉面效果,紫黑色的釉面上,有若隐若现,如荧光闪烁的金黄色晶体,精致美观,艺术效果强烈。

技术领域
本发明涉及色釉技术领域,尤其是涉及一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法。
背景技术
陶瓷制品的表面上着色、上釉是一种增加陶瓷制品质感和美感的有效手段,而且每一种釉色或花色所起的艺术效果是不同的。由于定窑特殊的细白瓷胎体,目前对于温度的把控比较敏感,温度太低容易出现缺釉现象,而温度太高又容易粘底。与此同时,现有的釉料形成的釉析晶晶花要大,且不均均匀,直接影响釉面的美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法,得到类似金星紫檀的特殊釉面效果,紫黑色的釉面上,有若隐若现,如荧光闪烁的金黄色晶体,精致美观,艺术效果强烈。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种金星紫檀色釉料,所述金星紫檀色釉料各组分按照如下质量配比构成:
黄土70-80份,长石8-10份,铁矿石5-8份,氧化钙5-10份,助溶剂2-5份,着色剂8-12份。
优选的,所述黄土其成分为:二氧化硅60-65份,氧化铝10-15份,氧化铁2-3份,氧化钙4-8份,氧化镁1-4份,氧化钾1-4份,氧化钠2-3份。
优选的,所述着色剂为天然矿石。
一种基于上述一种金星紫檀色釉料的烧制方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤S1:制釉,将原料按上述配比放置球磨罐中进行研磨,按原料:球石:水=1:3:1磨细15小时,并过120目筛,将釉密度调为1.4-1.5;
步骤S2:施釉,将低温素烧好的坯体浸入所得的釉中进行多次重复施釉,釉的厚度应控制在1.5mm-2.0mm然后干燥,预备装入窑;
步骤S3:氧化烧制,将釉完釉的坯体装入窑在氧化气氛下进行烧制,然后自然冷却。
进一步的,在步骤3中,氧化气氛下进行烧制升温过程包括如下阶段:
第一阶段:平缓温升阶段,从室温上升至300摄氏度,时间4h;
第二阶段:快速温升阶段,从300摄氏度上升至1300摄氏度,时间6小时;
第三阶段:保温阶段,保持1300摄氏度,时间2h以上。
因此,本发明采用一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法,得到类似金星紫檀的特殊釉面效果,紫黑色的釉面上,有若隐若现,如荧光闪烁的金黄色晶体,精致美观,艺术效果强烈。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种金星紫檀色釉料,所述金星紫檀色釉料各组分按照如下质量配比构成:
黄土70,长石10份,铁矿石5份,氧化钙8份,助溶剂2份,着色剂10份。
所述黄土其成分为:二氧化硅62份,氧化铝13份,氧化铁3份,氧化钙6份,氧化镁2份,氧化钾2份,氧化钠2份。
着色剂为天然矿石,天然矿石可以为多种矿石的混合矿石。
一种基于上述一种金星紫檀色釉料的烧制方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤S1:制釉,将原料按上述配比放置球磨罐中进行研磨,按原料:球石:水=1:3:1磨细15小时,并过120目筛,将釉密度调为1.4-1.5;
步骤S2:施釉,将低温素烧好的坯体浸入所得的釉中进行多次重复施釉,釉的厚度应控制在1.5mm-2.0mm然后干燥,预备装入窑;

所述黄土其成分为:二氧化硅65份,氧化铝15份,氧化铁3份,氧化钙3份,氧化镁4份,氧化钾3份,氧化钠2份。
实施例3
金星紫檀色釉料各组分按照如下质量配比构成:黄土80份,长石10份,铁矿石6份,氧化钙8份,助溶剂5份,着色剂12份。
所述黄土其成分为:二氧化硅65份,氧化铝15份,氧化铁3份,氧化钙3份,氧化镁4份,氧化钾3份,氧化钠2份。
因此,本发明采用一种金星紫檀色釉料及其烧制方法,得到类似金星紫檀的特殊釉面效果,紫黑色的釉面上,有若隐若现,如荧光闪烁的金黄色晶体,精致美观,艺术效果强烈。

黄土70-80份,长石8-10份,铁矿石5-8份,氧化钙5-10份,助溶剂2-5份,着色剂8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金星紫檀色釉料,其特征在于:所述黄土其成分为:二氧化硅60-65份,氧化铝10-15份,氧化铁2-3份,氧化钙4-8份,氧化镁1-4份,氧化钾1-4份,氧化钠2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金星紫檀色釉料,其特征在于:所述着色剂为天然矿石。
4.一种基于权利要求1-3任意一项权利要求所述的一种金星紫檀色釉料的烧制方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
