本发明公开了一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏及应用，包括以下成分：薏苡仁3至7份；茯苓2至4份；鸡内金1至3份；山药0.5至1.5份；紫苏叶0.2至0.6份；红枣0.5至1.5份；陈皮2至4份；桑葚0.5至1.5份；决明子0.5至1.5份；黄精0.2至0.6份；蛹虫草0.2至0.6份；葛根1.2至3.6份；玉竹0.2至0.6份；山楂2至4份；枸杞0.5至1.5份；菊苣0.2至0.6份；杏仁0.2至0.6份；荷叶0.5至1.5份；桔梗0.5至1.5份；南瓜子0.5至1.5份；红曲0.5至1.5份；苦荞0.5至1.5份；甘草2至8份；蜂蜜5至11份；低聚异麦糖4至10份；阿拉伯糖1至7份；岩藻黄素0.1至0.4份；适用于脾胃虚寒、脘腹冷痛、手足不温、食少便溏、气短咳嗽和/或肢倦乏力者。本发明起到祛湿健脾的作用，不仅起效快，而且兼具调理作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏及应用。
背景技术
湿气是风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火六气之一，自古有“千寒易除，一湿难去”的说法。外湿是由于气候潮湿或涉水淋雨或居室潮湿，使外来水湿入侵人体而引起；内湿是一种病理产物，常与消化功能有关。
中医认为脾有运化水湿的功能，若体虚消化不良或暴饮暴食，吃过多油腻、甜食，则脾就不能正常运化而使水湿内停；且脾虚的人也易招来外湿的入侵，外湿也常因阻脾胃使湿从内生，所以两者是既独立又关联的。
体内湿气重会导致高脂肪肝、恶性肿瘤、发胖、过敏性鼻炎、咽炎、哮喘、心脑血管疾病、高血压、妇科疾病和代谢综合征等问题。
膏剂，是中医的传统剂型之一，通常是用水或植物油煎熬浓缩而成的稠膏状剂型，可根据人的不同体质及临床表现确定用量，常采用通补兼施，动静结合方法，更易于人体吸收，兼具治疗和滋补的特点，是适合四季养生的首选剂型。
现有的如《黄帝内经：素问·灵兰秘典论》和张仲景《金匮要略》中就要使用薏苡仁、茯苓、鸡内金和山药等中药组分组成的用于排湿的药方。但是，现有传统的膏方以调理为主，起效较为缓慢。因此，如何提供一款用于祛湿健脾、起效快且兼具调理作用的膏方成为目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏及应用。本发明起到祛湿健脾的作用，不仅起效快，而且兼具调理作用。
本发明的技术方案：一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏，由如下重量份的成分组成：薏苡仁，3至7份；茯苓，2至4份；鸡内金，1至3份；山药，0.5至1.5份；紫苏叶，0.2至0.6份；红枣，0.5至1.5份；陈皮，2至4份；桑葚，0.5至1.5份；决明子，0.5至1.5份；黄精，0.2至0.6份；蛹虫草，0.2至0.6份；葛根，1.2至3.6份；玉竹，0.2至0.6份；山楂，2至4份；枸杞，0.5至1.5份；菊苣，0.2至0.6份；杏仁，0.2至0.6份；荷叶，0.5至1.5份；桔梗，0.5至1.5份；南瓜子，0.5至1.5份；红曲，0.5至1.5份；苦荞，0.5至1.5份；甘草，2至8份；蜂蜜，5至11份；低聚异麦糖，4至10份；阿拉伯糖；1至7份；岩藻黄素，0.1至0.4份。
前述的一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏中，所述成分组成中还包含0.5至1.5份重量份的西柚浓缩汁，用于调味。
前述的一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏中，所述薏苡仁和茯苓为君药，所述鸡内金和山药为臣药，所述紫苏叶、红枣、陈皮、桑葚、决明子、黄精、蛹虫草、葛根、玉竹、山楂和枸杞为佐药；菊苣、杏仁、荷叶、桔梗、南瓜子、红曲、苦荞和甘草为使药。
前述的一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏中，所述岩藻黄素为精准营养成分。
一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏的应用，适用于脾胃虚寒、脘腹冷痛、手足不温、食少便溏、气短咳嗽和/或肢倦乏力者。
前述的一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏的应用中，用于便秘、湿气重的人群，祛除人体湿气。
前述的一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏的应用中，用于减肥。
与现有技术相比，本发明将中西结合的方法用于膏方，采用“君臣佐使”的中药配比，将薏苡仁和茯苓为君药，将鸡内金和山药为臣药，将紫苏叶、红枣、陈皮、桑葚、决明子、黄精、蛹虫草、葛根、玉竹、山楂和枸杞为佐药，将菊苣、杏仁、荷叶、桔梗、南瓜子、红曲、苦荞和甘草为使药；在此中药配方的基础上结合精准营养成分“岩藻黄素”，形成一种全新的中西结合的膏方；将薏苡仁、茯苓、鸡内金和山药的祛湿健脾功效和岩藻黄素的静态燃脂效果融合在一起，利用岩藻黄素将白色脂肪转化为棕色脂肪，并激活产热受体，刺激棕色脂肪，在其线粒体内把能量以散热的形式消耗出去，通过产热将体内湿气祛除，结合薏苡仁、茯苓、鸡内金和山药的祛湿健脾功效，实现脏器调理祛湿和靶向性祛湿的效果，不仅提高了祛湿和减肥的起效速度，还兼具调理功效，避免反弹。同时，本发明配合使用甘草来进行调和诸药，使用蜂蜜来润肠通便，使用低聚异麦糖来收膏增稠，使用阿拉伯糖来中和，使用西柚浓缩汁进行调味，提升成品的膏体品质和口感；通过将精准营养成分“岩藻黄素”与上述中药配方组成的膏方熬制成膏剂服用，适用于脾胃虚寒、脘腹冷痛、手足不温、食少便溏、气短咳嗽和/或肢倦乏力者；用于便秘、湿气重的人群，祛除人体湿气和祛湿减肥。因此，本发明起到祛湿健脾的作用，不仅起效快，而且兼具脏器调理作用，能够避免反弹。

一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏，由如下重量份的成分组成：薏苡仁，3至7份；茯苓，2至4份；鸡内金，1至3份；山药，0.5至1.5份；紫苏叶，0.2至0.6份；红枣，0.5至1.5份；陈皮，2至4份；桑葚，0.5至1.5份；决明子，0.5至1.5份；黄精，0.2至0.6份；蛹虫草，0.2至0.6份；葛根，1.2至3.6份；玉竹，0.2至0.6份；山楂，2至4份；枸杞，0.5至1.5份；菊苣，0.2至0.6份；杏仁，0.2至0.6份；荷叶，0.5至1.5份；桔梗，0.5至1.5份；南瓜子，0.5至1.5份；红曲，0.5至1.5份；苦荞，0.5至1.5份；甘草，2至8份；蜂蜜，5至11份；低聚异麦糖，4至10份；阿拉伯糖；1至7份；岩藻黄素，0.1至0.4份。

从调查表中可以看出，在服用本发明产品一定时间后，使用者的食欲状态、腹部状态、排便性质、便秘情况、舌苔自我检测、全身症状、情绪状态、皮肤状态、睡眠状态和阴部状态(男女)均有一定的改善，起到了祛湿健脾的作用，起效快，兼具脏器调理作用，能够避免减肥的反弹。

1.一种祛湿健脾的薏仁茯苓膏，其特征在于，由如下重量份的成分组成：薏苡仁，3至7份；茯苓，2至4份；鸡内金，1至3份；山药，0.5至1.5份；紫苏叶，0.2至0.6份；红枣，0.5至1.5份；陈皮，2至4份；桑葚，0.5至1.5份；决明子，0.5至1.5份；黄精，0.2至0.6份；蛹虫草，0.2至0.6份；葛根，1.2至3.6份；玉竹，0.2至0.6份；山楂，2至4份；枸杞，0.5至1.5份；菊苣，0.2至0.6份；杏仁，0.2至0.6份；荷叶，0.5至1.5份；桔梗，0.5至1.5份；南瓜子，0.5至1.5份；红曲，0.5至1.5份；苦荞，0.5至1.5份；甘草，2至8份；蜂蜜，5至11份；低聚异麦糖，4至10份；阿拉伯糖，1至7份；岩藻黄素，0.1至0.4份。
