Abstract
本发明涉及用于工业用纺织品,特别是用于造纸机网的单丝,它是由主要组分为聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯(PTMT)和至少一种辅助组分的塑料材料组成的和其特征在于,辅助组分是聚酰胺或多种类型聚酰胺的混合物。本发明还涉及用上述单丝制的造纸机网。
Description
本发明涉及应用于工业用纺织品的单丝,特别是应用于造纸机网,由主要组分为聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯(PTMT)和至少一种辅助组分的塑料材料组成的。
在很多情况下用单丝代替纱线应用于工业用纺织品,由此单丝制造机织物,针织物或非织造物等等。工业用纺织品或是由这些机织物或针织物或非织造物组成的,或这些织物构成用于涂层,针刺纤维网或诸如此类的基布。特别地工业用纺织品是无限长的传送带-有缝的或无缝的-,它在机器上回转。造纸机网即属于此类,它用于纸幅面的形成和纸幅面输送通过造纸机的各个部分,即成形区,压榨段和干燥段。其中用于造纸机各个部分的造纸机网是设计成不同形式的。
对于塑料材料过去曾经提出各种建议。长期以来在造纸机网中使用聚酯-或聚酰胺-类型,后者尤其是聚酰胺6-类型(见DE-A-44,10399)。最近曾建议也采用聚酰胺-11或聚酰胺-12型(见日本申请公开60-52616),它既用于基布也用于作针刺纤维层的纤维(见EP-A-0 070 708;EP-A-0 372 769)。以前也曾建议,由聚酰胺-66或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯作芯和外层是由聚酰胺-11或-12制成的单丝(见EP-A-0 070 708)。
为改进对在造纸机里出现的含氯物质的稳定性将造纸机网设计成其中基布的纱线是由聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯组成的和针刺的纤维网是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯组成的。因后者材料的机械性能比聚酰胺差,因此建议采用聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯(PTMT),也称为聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(见US-A-5,137,601),和甚至它既可以用于基布的单丝也可用于纤维网支衬上的纤维。此材料具有与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯同样的化学稳定性,但此外具有类似聚酰胺-6的机械性能,特别是相关的弹性和耐磨损性。热稳定性方面此材料优于聚酰胺-6。
此外也曾试验过,聚酯,特别是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯好的性能与明显改进的耐磨损性相结合(见DE-A-44 10 399)。对此曾建议过,在聚酯中混入热塑性聚氨酯。
在EP-A-0 844 320中获悉以聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯为基础的进一步发展。它公开一种单丝,它仅部分含有聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯作为主要组分,为提高磨损强度与聚氨酯,特别是弹性体的聚氨酯共混。事实表明,由TPMT-材料制成的单丝在加工成机织物或针织物时出观很多问题,它造成织物不均匀和变形。已确认,其原因是PTMT单丝的高弹性造成的,虽然在US-A-5,137,601中认为此弹性是有利于加工性的。通过在US-A-0,844,320中建议的与聚氨酯共混也不能改变其弹性。
照此本发明的任务基本上是,寻找一种塑料材料,其一方面具有PTMP合适的化学和机械性能,另一方面使其能较好加工成机织物或针织物和因此可制造均匀和不变形的织物网。
此任务通过采用由主要组分为PTMT的塑料材料形成的单丝得到解决,在本发明中辅助组分是聚酰胺或由若干种不同类型聚酰胺组成的混合物。事实表明,这种塑料材料的单丝可明显较好的加工成例如用于造纸机网的机织物,针织物或诸如此类。这里的原因是,单丝的弹性通过聚酰胺的混入明显降低。其中-见US-A-5,137,601-令人惊讶的表明,化学稳定性,特别是对含氯物质的稳定性不因聚酰胺的混入受到明显的损害。更惊讶的是强度得益可获得超过单个组分-一方面PTMT另一方面聚酰胺的强度值。这就有可能用较小截面的单丝制造同样抗拉强度的工业用纺织品和因此降低成本和减少重量。
作为辅助组分基本上可考虑所有类型的聚酰胺,也可考虑聚酰胺-6类型,尽管它具有相对高的吸水性。因为PTMT的吸水性很小,较高吸水性的聚酰胺-6类型并无明显作用。更好的性能可通过混入聚酰胺-11和/或聚酰胺-12获得,因为这种类型的聚酰胺的特点是有极小的吸水性及更好的耐磨损性和化学稳定性。其中也可在PTMT中加入多种不同类型的聚酰胺。
聚酰胺辅助组分的含量可以这样调整,-依赖于所采用的聚酰胺类型-尽可能为各种用途取得最佳性能。含量可调到至多50%。如果聚酰胺含量为5%,单丝的可加工性和强度就已有明显的改进。聚酰胺含量在10和35%之间可得到特别合适的性能谱。
当此混合物不局限于类似溶液的分布时,按本发明的混合物就看作是均匀的。混合物也可由粉末状组分的均匀混合物或也可由颗粒制成。
当然,也可以存在其它辅助组分,例如水解稳定剂和/或抗氧剂,其中含量可调到至多5%。
按本发明的单丝可具有任意的截面形状,例如形成直角的,三叶状的,狗骨状的,星形的,圆的或椭圆的或诸如此类。也可考虑形成中空单丝。单丝的截面积优选在0.02和3.5mm2之间,这相单于直径为0.08至1mm的圆截面。
假如本发明的单丝用于制作造纸机网的基布,则还有可能,在一面或两面敷上纤维层,这种纤维至少部分主要组分是聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯。辅助组分可考虑聚酰胺或多种聚酰胺的混合物。更适宜的是用于作纤维的塑料材料组成相应于作单丝的塑料材料组成。
基本上这类构成的造纸机网可应用于造纸机的所有部分。如果它制成毛毡,它特别适用于在靴形压机(Schuhpresse)中作上毡面和下毡面。由于含有聚酰胺,造纸机网显示出良好的耐温性的特征,因此它可应用于工作温度超过55℃的条件。
Claims (15)
1.用于工业用纺织品的单丝,是由主要组分为聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯(PTMT)和至少一种辅助组分的塑料材料组成的,其特征在于,辅助组分是聚酰胺或由多种类型的聚酰胺组成的混合物。
2.按权利要求1的单丝,其特征在于,辅助组分是聚酰胺11和/或聚酰胺12。
3.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,辅助组分的含量至多45%重量。
4.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,辅助组分的含量至少为5%重量。
5.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,塑料材料含有水解稳定剂。
6.按权利要求5的单丝,其特征在于,水解稳定剂的含量至多5%重量。
7.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,塑料材料含有抗氧剂。
8.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,单丝的截面积为0.2至3.5mm2。
9.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,单丝具有圆的截面,其直径在0.08和1mm之间。
10.按权利要求1或2的单丝,其特征在于,单丝具有正方形的,长方形的,椭圆形的,三叶形的或狗骨形的截面。
11.按权利要求1的单丝,其特征在于,它是用于造纸机网的单丝。
12.含有单丝的造纸机网,其特征在于,至少有一部分单丝是按权利要求1-10之一构成的。
13.按权利要求12的造纸机网,其特征在于,造纸机网一面或两面含有纤维层,其纤维至少部分含有作为主要组分的聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯。
14.按权利要求13的造纸机网,其特征在于,主要组分是聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯的纤维中含有聚酰胺或多种类型聚酰胺的混合物作为辅助组分。
15.按权利要求13的造纸机网,其特征在于,用于单丝的塑料材料和含有聚对苯二甲酸三亚甲基酯作为主要组分的纤维,具有相同的组成。
